Issues raised in this study is whether there is an effect of employee training on the development of employees, effect of employee training on the competence of employees, the development of employees on the competence of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra either simultaneously or partial. The method used in this study is a correlational method with path analysis that aims to measure the relationship between variables. The total population in this research is 209 employees and sample taken as many as 65 employees. Samples were taken using Arikunto formula. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0, the path analysis obtained by the equation: X2 = 0.380 x1+ 0.925 ε1; X3 = 0,296X1 + 0,393X2 +0,818 ε2. Hypothesis test shows the results of path coefficient effect of employee training on the development of employees amounted to 0.380 with tcount of 3.258 at a significance level of 0.002, the effect of employee training on the competence of employees amounted to 0,296 with tcount of 2.639 at a significance level of 0.011, influence the development of employee competencies of employees amounted to 0.393 With a value of t count of 3.502 at the level of significance of 0.001. Thus this hypothesis is accepted that there are pengaru employee training to employee development, there are significant employee training on employee competencies and there is the influence employees' competence development of employees. This article analyzes the influence of locus of control and responsibility on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtanadi, Tuasan Medan Branch. The sample consisted of eighty respondents, namely all company employees from various work units using proportional random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and then processed using multiple regression analysis. It was found that locus of control has an effect on employee performance, on the other hand not with responsibility. Simultaneously locus of control and responsibility affect employee job satisfaction. To improve the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirtanadi, Tuasan Medan, several suggestions are given in this article.

The long-term objective of this study is to contribute to the management of private hospitals in the city of Medan in order to encourage the improvement of individual nurse performance so as to produce excellent service to patients through job satisfaction as an emotional aspect felt by nurses based on the compensation they receive from the hospital. The specific targets to be achieved are to determine the effect of compensation on satisfaction and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of individual nurses at several private hospitals in the city of Medan. The methods that will be used by this research are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method of analysis used is the regression equation model.

Abstrak Efek covid-19 terasa luar biasa mempengaruhi perekonomian daerah di Indonesia. Dari aspek ekonomi usaha rakyat terutama usaha kecil, mikro, dan menengah. Transaksi yang menurun secara tiba-tiba sejak covid-19 ada sekitar Januari 2020. Di masa pendemik Covid-19 peranan pemasaran menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan UMKM dalam bentuk memperkenalkan produk dan jasa yang dimiliki. Pemasaran memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan strategi orientasi dan hasil UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas inovasi dan kapabilitas responsif terhadap kinerja pemasaran pelaku UMKM Roti Kacang di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian yaitu kapabilitas inovasi, kapabilitas responsive, dan kinerja pemasaran menggunakan enelitian deskriptif kauntitatif. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tebing Tinggi, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah usaha kecil menegah roti kacang yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah kota Tebing Tinggi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh UKM Roti Kacang Khas Tebing Tinggi yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria khusus yaitu; telah berjualan selama 5 tahun, penghasilkan > 5 juta perbulan, dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tebing Tinggi sebanyak 130 UMKM yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut sehingga keseluruhan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa hipotesis pertama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kapabilitas inovasi terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hipotesis kedua juga menjawab adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kapabilitas responsif terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas Inovasi, Kapabilitas Responsif, Kinerja Pemasaran Abstract The effects of COVID-19 have had a tremendous impact on the regional economy in Indonesia. From the economic aspect of people's businesses, especially small, micro and medium enterprises. Transactions that have decreased suddenly since COVID-19 have been around January 2020. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of marketing is important for MSMEs to pay attention to in the form of introducing their products and services. Marketing plays an important role in determining the orientation strategy and results of SMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the capability of innovation and responsiveness to the marketing performance of MSMEs in Peanut Bread in the City of Tebing Tinggi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the relationship between research variables, namely innovation capability, responsive capability, and marketing performance using quantitative descriptive research. The location of the research was in the City of Tebing Tinggi, where the object of this research was a small and medium-sized peanut bread business registered with the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Tebing Tinggi city government. The research population was all of Tebing Tinggi's Typical Peanut Bread SMEs registered at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Tebing Tinggi City Government. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling using special criteria, namely; has been selling for 5 years, earning > 5 million per month, and willing to fill out a questionnaire. Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of Tebing Tinggi City as many as 130 SMEs that meet these criteria so that all of them are used as samples. The results of the study explain that the first hypothesis has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability on marketing performance. The second hypothesis also answers that there is a positive and significant effect of responsive capability on marketing performance. In the business world, many entrepreneurs choose Individual Limited Liability Companies (PT) in running their businesses. There are many reasons why entrepreneurs choose this, including because capital/shares have assets that are separate from the assets of the shareholders, shareholders have limited responsibility, there is a separation of functions between shareholders and management or directors, and the highest authority is exercised by the organs of the company, namely the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners together. The research method for this article is library research. Even though there is only one founder, it is necessary to emphasize that an individual PT has the same legal status as the PT that we have known so far, with at least 2 shareholders and founders (hereinafter referred to as an ordinary PT).

PT Universal Pharmaceutical is a pharmaceutical company involved in a serious business law violation case. In an effort to avoid violating business laws, their internal policies and business practices. Companies also need to increase their transparency and accountability to the public in the future, PT Universal Pharmaceutical needs to make changes in the management and authorities. PT Universal Pharmaceutical's business law violation case serves as a warning to other companies to pay close attention to their business practices and comply with applicable laws, in order to build a good and sustainable reputation in the long term.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian yaitu berbagi pengetahuan, kapabilitas pemasaran, kapabilitas inovasi, dan kapabilitas responsive. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Pekanbaru, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM Keripik Nanas yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah kota Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku usaha UMKM Keripik Nanas, dengan teknik sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pada penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan/kriteria tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representative. Purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria khusus yaitu; telah berjualan selama 2 tahun, penghasilkan > 2 juta perbulan, dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 120 UMKM yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut sehingga keseluruhan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa keseluruhan hipotesis terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Variabel berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas pemasaran. Variabel kapabilitas pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan kapabilitas responsif.

In the current digital era, we have activities that are completely online, one of which is the Online Shop activity. This research was conducted to examine a new mode of online shop fraud at Shopee and provide a solution to this problem. This research uses a descriptive research method (qualitative). As well as using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data collection method is carried out by obtaining various sources of information from literature and visual literacy. The results of the study show that the new mode of online store fraud at Shopee is in the form of baiting Shopee balance top-ups and asking for consumer fund pin numbers, which will drain the consumer's finances.

A strategy is required by the competitive environment, and having the right plan is necessary to win the competition. indicates that the objective of creating a competitive strategy is to integrate the organization with its environment. The industry or industries in which the firm competes is the main part of its environment, even though the relevant environment is very broad and consists of both social and economic factors. Having a sustained competitive edge is essential for organizations to attain profitability above industry average. These strategies are called generic strategies. The three strategies that make up the strategy are the differentiation strategy, the cost leadership strategy, and the focus strategy (which can be either differentiation or cost leadership). The differentiation strategy used by a corporation to gain a competitive advantage is the main topic of this essay. By realizing the value of differentiation strategy, businesses may set themselves apart from the competition and succeed in a market where competition is fiercer than ever. Businesses that already set themselves apart from rivals can benefit from this research by being able to highlight and explain those distinctions more effectively.

Since not every business can produce high-quality products, those that do will have an advantage over their competitors in controlling the market. A corporation needs to be able to do every task more effectively in order to generate high-quality products and services at fair and competitive rates in an effort to boost customer satisfaction if it hopes to succeed globally. Companies require funding in order to determine the degree to which they have applied the functions of their quality control system in order to get the required level of product quality. We refer to these expenses as quality costs. In this instance, quality costs are anticipated to play a part in the company's.
