Abstract

Perkembangan transportasi mengalami kemajuan pesat dan berubah menjadi sektor jasa. Maxim-Bike merupakan aplikasi ojek online baru yang bersaing dengan aplikasi ojek online lainnya. Maxim berkembang pesat dan memiliki banyak pelanggan yang menggunakan Maxim di Indonesia dan Pekanbaru, dimana banyak konsumen yang juga merupakan mahasiswa, karena biaya Maxim yang relatif murah dibandingkan aplikasi sejenis lainnya. Namun kualitas pelayanan Maxim kurang memuaskan sehingga mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pelanggan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Maxim-Bike. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa pengguna Maxim-Bike di STIE Dharma Putra Pekanbaru. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden yang diidentifikasi menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menggunakan Maxim- Bike dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.02 dan kualitas pelayanan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menggunakan Maxim-Bike dengan nilai signifikansinyas sebesar 0.034. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan hasil yang berpengaruh positif dan sgnifikan pada keputusan mahasiswa menggunakan Maxim-Bike.

Abstract

MDSM plays a role in selecting and maintaining the best abilities. Competitive advantage will be gained by businesses that are able to attract, develop and retain high potential employees. Human Resources is responsible for finding people who have the necessary information and values that match the organization's vision and mission. According to Malayu Hasibuan (2013) MDSM is knowledge and expertise related to the relationships and work of the workforce so that they are feasible and effective in helping to understand the goals of associations, workers and society through the resolution of human assets. the executives work like preparations. sorting, acquisition, improvement, remuneration, coordination, support, discipline, and ending. Viable advantage is characterized as a state in which the competitive cannot imitate the positive side of the organization that enjoys great advantages and prevents it from competing or competing (Macky and Johnson, 2003).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi proses distribusi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keandalan layanan, dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam konteks pelayanan air galon di Desa Bangun Sari Baru. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku usaha dan konsumen air galon pada Desa Bangun Sari Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dimana mewawancarai para pelaku usaha dan para konsumen air galon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta loyalitas terhadap pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas pelayan, Kepuasan pelanggan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

UMKM adalah usaha yang sudah sangat banyak berkembang di Indonesia terlebih di kotaMedan dan menjadi perkembangan perekonomian untuk Masyarakat dalam pengelolaanusaha yang dijalani. UMKM sekarang juga sudah sangat berkembang di bidang teknologidalam pengembangan usahanya. Terutama pada usaha Egon Chicken yang belummemanfaatkan usahanya di bidang teknologi yang sekarang sangat berkembang.Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM)mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting di era sekarang ini karena perkembanganteknologi yang sangat pesat dan sangat berpengaruh baik pada pengusaha UMKM. Dalamkonteks penelitian ini, metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi digunakan untukmendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM,seperti yang teridentifikasi pada UMKM Egon Chicken yang ada di Jln Bromo KotaMedan.

Abstract

Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

Abstract

Outbound is an outdoor activity. Outbound can also stimulate enthusiasm for learning. Outbound is a means of increasing knowledge gained from a series of adventurous experiences so that it can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of students. Out bound is considered necessary for the development of a systematic and sustainable model for student development. Through the community partnership program which will be implemented at the Pondok Pesantren Al-Uswah, it is aimed at providing knowledge about learning models that can develop the character of students through out bound training as well as making the available out bound facilities a source of income for the Pondok Pesantren. This activity aims to: 1) increase partners' knowledge about out bound training which is useful in building the character of students. 2) provide out bound facilities for partner Pondok Pesantren, 3), train partners to be able to use and create out bound programs independently. 4) make the out training program a new business for partners. Outbound training activities carried out at the Pondok Pesantren Al-Uswah have produced 20 instructors who can carry out outbound activities well in accordance with standard procedures for implementing outbound activities. This activity has also produced outbound equipment which can be used as a means to carry out outbound activities for students and other general public.

Abstract

In the context of research exploring mental toughness in relation to athlete motivation and performance, findings demonstrate the significant role of mental toughness in influencing key aspects of athletes' lives. Mental toughness strategies have been proven to have an important impact in increasing athletes' motivation which then influences their performance in various types of sports. It is important for coaches and sports managers to consider mental toughness as an integral part of athlete training. Developing self-awareness and using certain psychological strategies can help athletes deal with pressure, manage anxiety, and maintain high motivation, all of which have the potential to improve their performance in competition. However, it should be noted that there is a need for more research and the development of more specific and measurable strategies to improve athletes' mental toughness. Although the literature highlights the importance of mental toughness, a deeper exploration of more effective and efficient strategies in building athletes' mental toughness is a valuable suggestion for the development of this science. The integration of these concepts in sports education programs can also provide significant benefits for athletes' development, both in the world of sport and in their daily lives.

Abstract

Indomaret and alfamart are retail stores that are often side by side and are always visited by many consumers every day to shop. This is an indication that there is something influencing their behavior to come back to these retail stores. This article explores the causes of the crowds of consumers who come every day at indomaret and alfamart based on the availability of discounts at the two retail stores. The purpose of this study is to determine whether consumers shop at these two retail stores because of discounts or there are other reasons that support this behavior. The author used a quantitative method with an observation and interview approach. The sample size was set at 50 customers, with details of 25 Alfamart and 25 Indomaret customers in the area around Medan State University. The results showed from the data collected that 34% of Indomaret or Alfamart visitors came to the retail store out of necessity. While coming because of a discount of 26% where this figure is below the first variable. This indicates that discounts do not have a significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior of indomaret and alfamart retail stores.

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of locus of control and responsibility on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtanadi, Tuasan Medan Branch. The sample consisted of eighty respondents, namely all company employees from various work units using proportional random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and then processed using multiple regression analysis. It was found that locus of control has an effect on employee performance, on the other hand not with responsibility. Simultaneously locus of control and responsibility affect employee job satisfaction. To improve the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirtanadi, Tuasan Medan, several suggestions are given in this article.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja tim terhadap target penjualan di Toko Pioneer Ponsel MMTC Medan. Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan kinerja tim penjualan agar dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tim, berdasarkan faktor internal, yaitu: kemampuan dan karakteristik. Sedangkan berdasarkan faktor eksternal, yaitu: strategi organisasi, struktur wewenang, peraturan organisasi, ketersediaan sumber daya, proses seleksi, sistem penilaian prestasi dan imbalan, budaya organisasi serta lingkungan fisik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan karyawan yang bekerja di toko Pioneer Ponsel MMTC Medan untuk memahami persepsi, pengalaman, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tim dalam kaitannya dengan target penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan target penjualan individu dan tim didasarkan pada data penjualan bulan sebelumnya. Selain itu, program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja anggota tim. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya penetapan target penjualan yang seimbang dengan kesejahteraan karyawan, perlunya evaluasi berkala terhadap program pelatihan seperti product knowledge dan role-play, serta peran kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan budaya kerja positif. Tantangan utama adalah menjaga fokus pada target sambil memastikan kesejahteraan karyawan, dengan peluang untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi tim dan memanfaatkan teknologi. Selain itu, sistem reward yang ada sudah memotivasi, namun sistem punishment perlu lebih transparan dan konsisten.
