Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how sustainable tourist development affects the regional economy. case study: Deli Serdang Regency's Pantai Labu District's Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village. This research employs a descriptive approach and a qualitative methodology. Interviews and observations are the sources of primary data. On the other hand, secondary data draws information from a variety of sources, including books, journals, and articles about the subject of the study. The study's findings suggest that the growth of tourism in Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village benefits the local economy. The creation of new jobs, higher community income, and more investment that supports the improvement of local services and infrastructure are some of the primary effects. This development is driven by local community participation and government support, as well as strategies that focus on local potential, including traditional culinary, crafts, and agricultural-based educational activities. As a result, Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village has been nationally recognized as one of the 75 best tourist villages in Indonesia in 2023.

Abstract

Since the arrival of the Covid-19 phenomenon, it has changed people's consumption behavior a lot, at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemi it proved that the Covid-19 disaster greatly affected the health, social, tourism, and economic conditions of an area. Regions that basically rely on the most superior economic sector for regional progress, have finally been neglected due to the arrival of this virus. One of them is MSMEs, currently MSMEs are experiencing various problems such as declining sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulty in raw materials, declining production and layoffs of workers, this is a threat to the national economy. This research focuses on the generation and development of MSMEs by utilizing digital technology into businesses and the government's efforts to facilitate MSMEs to grow the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 Pandemi, which has existed since the beginning of 2019 and has had many negative impacts on the world's economic sector, including Indonesia. The data collection technique in this research is library research. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, brochures, and other data relevant to the research theme. The results of this study are how business actors use digital technology in making new product innovations and how the government revives the economic sector by facilitating MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Post Office (Persero) Lubuk Pakam Branch ". The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 98 customers of the Lubuk Pakam post office using the Slovin formula, and the number of samples is 5000 people per month. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 8,552 + 748+ e. Partial test results (t) were obtained at 11,158. While the results of the R2 value of 56.5%, so it can be ascertained that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the remaining 43.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja secara partial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pengadilan Negeri Medan. Populasi yang akan diteliti adalah pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Medan sebanyak 125 orang. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin, maka jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Negeri Medan. Waktu penelitian akan dilaksanakan selama 6 (enam) bulan yaitu bulan November 2021-April 2022. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Nilai konstanta (a) 6,390 dan b sebesar 0,843 sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 6,390 + 0,843 X + e, Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pengadilan Negeri Medan. Hasil penelitian dengan uji secara parsial bahwa Nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (12,741 > 1,6614) dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pengadilan Negeri Medan maka Ha1 diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang sudah disesuaikan (R Square) sebesar 0,636 hal ini berarti 63,6% variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sedangkan sisanya (100%-63,6%=36,4%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No 20 Tahun 2008 Usaha Mikro adalah usaha produktif milik orang perorangan dan/atau badan usaha perorangan yang memenuhi kriteria Usaha Mikro sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, oleh karena itu Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan menengah merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, salah satunya diprovinsi jawa timur kabupaten jember. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dapat diketahui dari usaha UMKM yang mampu bertahan di tengah krisis ekonomi yang telah melanda pada tahun 1998 (Fidela et al., n.d.) dan hingga sekarang UMKM memberikan kontribusi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia sebesar lebih dari 60% atau sekitar Rp. 8.573 Triliun setiap tahunnya (Anastasya, n.d.). Melihat begitu pentingnya peran UMKM di Indonesia. Maka pemerintah kabupaten Jember bersinergi dalam mengusahakan berkembangnya UMKM di Kabupaten Jember. Dikutip dari kumparan.com yang menyatakan bahwa Jember memiliki jumlah UM paling tinggi di Jawa Timur (OCE, 2021). Jumlah Usaha Mikro yang ada di Kabupaten Jember kurang lebih sebanyak 612000 um, bahkan pada Bulan Agustus, Kabupaten Jember mendapatkan penghargaan rekor MURI melalui acara JFC dengan rekor UMKM terbanyak yaitu 2.548 UMKM (Dewi, n.d.). Akan tetapi, tidak semua pelaku usaha memiliki legalitas usaha untuk produknya. Maka dari itu, Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Jember memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran legalitas usaha bagi para pelaku UM, karena Perizinan legalitas sangat penting untuk pelaku UM mengingat hal tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dalam berlangsungnya suatu usaha.

Abstract

In updating or creating video games, developers must identify the preferences and attitudes of certain groupsof players towards the specifications and features available, ensuring the elements that make a game widelyplayed and get high ratings at the same time. Ikaan Studio is a developer company that develops the CitampiStories game, with problems with a lack of downloads and a rating that is not so high. The purpose of thisstudy is to develop game products at Ikaan Studio based on game attributes that match player preferences.This study uses conjoint analysis as a research method to find attributes that match the preferences of gameplayers. The first stage, begins with determining the important attributes and the level of game designattributes. Furthermore, the formation of a combination of stimuli using an orthogonal design. Finally, datafrom 209 samples were analyzed by conjoint analysis to determine player preferences. The results revealthat the "tutorial" attribute is the element that is considered the most important for players, followed by the"game mechanic" attribute with the same importance level. On the other hand, the attribute "object" isconsidered the least important. This study also shows that the preferences of players with different genderand age ranges which aims to provide insight to companies regarding preferences in the actual market.

Abstract

Mergers made by IT Telkom and other higher education institutions such as IM Telkom, Telkom Polytechnic and STISI Telkom, have an impact on IT Telkom brand image. IT Telkom together with these institutions created a new brand name of Telkom University. The Brand of Telkom University uses a different brand identity from previous brand identity. The use of this new brand identity affects brand awareness and brand image of the previous brand of IT Telkom. This research is conducted to find out the people’s brand awareness of IT Telkom merger. The numbers of sample are 781 respondents. Data processing was performed using Chi - Square test. The results indicated that awareness of this mergers influences perceptions of competence and brand reputation, awareness of vision, mission, and motto affect all brand identity, and awareness of the logo affects the perception related to the relevance of brand identity as a whole. Abstract

The development of science and technology that has been developed more rapidly at this time, along with the increasing need for information itself. By producing a newspaper every day then the states forced PT Pikiran Rakyat to further improve the smoothness, the effectiveness and efficiency of the printing. One way to measure the performance of machines in general by using OEE and to minimize the possibility of losses to be borne by the company is improving the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM). By using the data in the form of MTTF (Main Time to Failure) and MTTR (Main Time To Repair) of each subsystem of the printing press. Based on calculations using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, by performing calculations based on three main parameters with a study for eight months or 5760 hours, show that the value of the Availability of 75%, the value of the Performance of 97%, and the value of Quality by 98%, then the system has OEE values of 71.60%. The system has a reliability score of 10.59% at 70 hours based on the analytical approach. Maintainability calculations using modeling reliability block diagram, it is found that the entire unit in the system has a chance to settle down a minimum of 12 hours to be able to function again with a probability of 100% to reach its original state. During the eight-month study, Inherent Availability of the system is 99.52% based on analytical approach and Operational Availability of the system is 73.91%. Abstract

Benchmarking is a method to improve performance and improve company competitiveness. Thismethod has been commonly practiced by large companies and has recently been extended tosmall and medium enterprises (SMEs). However, the implementation between large and SMEsis very different. These differences are debated as an impact of company characteristics,specifically differences in the ability to develop and improve business. Typical SMEs face toughchallenges to overcome their resource constraints. This limitation affects the decisions of SMEsin choosing their comparison partners. This research was conducted to fill the research gapregarding the use of the Benchmarking method and the AHP approach to SMEs, especially indetermining Benchmark partners using the AHP approach. The use of benchmarking and AHPis illustrated by using SME objects that are engaged in the fashion sector, namely UKMCotton.Go. The problem faced by UKM Cotton.Go is marketing communication that is noteffective in creating sales so it needs to be determined benchmarking partner in makingimprovements to marketing communication. The use of AHP in determining benchmark partnershelps SMEs to find out which benchmark partners have the best marketing communicationperformance.

Abstract

In the first quarter of 2019, there was an increase in the value and the volume transaction onelectronic money transactions in Indonesia. The development of electronic money is directlyproportional to the high competition of companies engaged in the field of mobile payment.LinkAja is a mobile payment application product that is representative of collaborationbetween Telkomsel and the number of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). One of the keys tosuccess in facing competition is to develop continuously. Therefore, it is necessary to developthe right business model to determine the optimal strategy in developing the LinkAjaapplication business. The objectives of this research are formulating and developing LinkAjabusiness models strategy. This result of this study proposed business model in the form ofimprovement for each element of its business model including: elements (1) Customersegments: Adding target customers to e-marketplaces and e-commerce, (2) Customerrelationships: Developing cooperation with LinkAja competitors, (3) Value Proposition:Developing customer consulting services by providing training for using the LinkAjaapplication, (4) Key Activities: Developing collaboration with partners and competitors, (5)Key Partners: Collaborating with the competitors such as Gopay, OVO, FUND, etc., (6) KeyResources: Using digital budget information systems to facilitate transparency of companybudgets, (7) Revenue streams: Upgrading fees for premium services, and (8) Cost Structure:Research costs.
