Abstract

The number of competitors that have sprung up in the field of fashion especially in men'sclothing, has caused Cotton.Go need to evaluate its e-commerce services to compete withthem. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the attributes of Cotton.Go’s ecommerce services by integrating the dimensions of Electronic Service Quality andImportance Performance Competitor Analysis (IPCA) method. According to researchresult, seven attributes of services in Cotton.Go’s e-commerce is needed for furtherresearch, which are web design, reliability, efficiency, responsiveness, security,flexibility, and fulfillment. This research produced that all of the attributes need urgentaction to improve by looking at the negative performance differences value with itscompetitor. All attributes that need to be improved indicated that the performances areconsidered to be lower compared to the competitor and need immediate action to improve.

Abstract

Kliktrip is an Online Travel Agent (OTA) that has trip & activities facilities and was established in2018 in Bandung. Kliktrip sales are still experiencing a decline due to low public awareness ofKliktrip which is seen through the number of downloads on mobile apps and Instagram followers.Kliktrip sales are still experiencing a decline and public awareness of Kliktrip is still low becauseKliktrip has not implemented 7 out of 8 marketing communication mix optimally. Therefore, researchwas conducted to design an effective marketing communication program for Kliktrip by usingbenchmarking and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Based on the results of AHP dataprocessing, it can be seen that the selected benchmark partner is Explorer.id with a total priority vectorvalue of 0.44 and benchmark results with Explorer.id concluded that Kliktrip needs to increases thevalue of SEO, page views, and unique visitors on the website, creates a Tiktok’s account, webisode,and video podcasting, collaborates with cross-promotion, makes contests (giveaways), increase thenumber of downloads and reviewers on mobile apps, implementing mobile billboards and causerelated marketing, increasing customer service operational time, participating in exhibitions, andcollaborating with influencers.

Abstract

Kliktrip is one of the online travel agent application brands with day trip and activity booking servicesin Indonesia which was established in 2018. In the last few years, Kliktrip has experienced severalsymptoms, including a decrease in revenue in the second year and the low level of branddifferentiation of the Kliktrip online travel agent application based on customer perception comparedto other online travel agent application brands. Based on the symptoms of these problems, it can beconcluded that the brand of the Kliktrip online travel agent application is weak in customerperceptions of the online travel agent application because customers tend not to know the advantagesoffered by the Kliktrip online travel agent application brand. To be successful in facing competitionwith other business competitors, it is necessary to carry out sustainable development by buildingcompetitive differentiation by designing and improving positioning strategies. Based on the results ofthe perceptual mapping, there were 4 groups of competitive areas, the online travel agent Kliktripapplication brand was in the same area as the Explorer.id online travel agent application brand whichmade it the main competitor of the Kliktrip online travel agent application brand. The objectives ofthis research are to (1) Design a strategy for improving the brand positioning of the online travel agentapplication and (2) Optimize the resources owned by the Kliktrip online travel agent application brandto implement a strategy for improving the brand positioning of the Kliktrip online travel agentapplication.

Abstract

Bhinneka Shuttle is a companies which is engaged in customer delivery transportation services andwas founded in 1972. Throughout 2022, Bhinneka Shuttle experienced an unstable amount of revenueand did not achieve the target number of passengers. Based on the results of a comparison of the fourbranches of Bhinneka Shuttle outlets in Bandung City, it is known that Bhinneka Shuttle Mekar Wangineeds to get improvement priority. This is supported by the low Google review rating and manycomplaints about the performance of the services provided. Customer dissatisfaction and highcompetition in the transportation business require Bhinneka Shuttle Mekar Wangi to improve andincrease the quality of its services. This study aims to identify True Customer Needs by using theintegration of the Servqual method and the Kano Model so that priority attributes are obtained forimprovement and become basic recommendations for designing company service qualityimprovements. The attribute needs were obtained by conducting a study of the literature and Voice ofCustomer which were classified into five Servqual dimensions, that is Reliability, Comfort, Extent ofService, Safety, and Affordability (RESCA). According to research result, 11 attributes TrueCustomer Needs that needed to be improved which states that the services provided by BhinnekaShuttle still does not provide satisfaction to consumers. Abstrak- In this digital era, many people's activities must use digital technology, especially social media. When it’s the New normal, social media marketing is the way that is more effective in connecting with customers and helping them to aware and understand their brand of business. Kicks Kemon is one of the cleaning shoe businesses in Jakarta, and this business started in 2015, Apart from cleaning, Kicks Kemon also offer shoe care such as reglue, repainting, and cleaning g-shock watch. For 6 years various kinds of marketing methods have been done, one of which is online marketing like social media Line, Facebook, and Instagram. but we concern about promotion who do not get awareness from social media, because not paying attention to social media as a good promotion platform, so we can conclude promotion in social media is the root of why Kicks Kemon is unable to increase its sales. The second of the lowest is CleanZoneJkt which uses Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Website. Abstract

Abstrak—Schouten merupakan salah satu brand lokal yang didirikan pada tahun 2017 dan memiliki fokus terhadap bidang fashion unisex dengan jenis basic wear fashion. Hingga saat ini Schouten berfokus melakukan penjualan produk secara online melalui e-marketplace. Schouten memiliki penjualan yang rendah dengan ketercapaian target hanya pada bulan April dan Mei 2021. Fenomena ini dapat dilihat pada perbandingan heart share jumlah followers Instagram Schouten dan kompetitornya, yang menunjukkan Schouten berada di peringkat terakhir. Selain itu penggunaan bauran komunikasi pemasaran Schouten pun belum diterapkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan merancang perbaikan program komunikasi pemasaran Schouten menggunakan metode benchmarking dan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Dengan menggunakan metode benchmarking penulis dapat mengetahui program komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh kompetitor yang nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan perbaikan program komunikasi pemasaran Schouten. Selain itu penggunaan AHP digunakan untuk mendapatkan kompetitor terbaik sebagai partner benchmark. Terdapat rancangan program komunikasi pemasaran yang diusulkan kepada Schouten antara lain penggunaan tools website, Instagram, contest (giveaway), cross promotion, price bundling, publication, pameran, online festival, customer service, e-marketplace, pop-up store, packaging, serta text message.Kata Kunci— schouten, brand lokal, bauran komunikasi pemasaran, benchmarking, analytical hierarchy process.

Abstract

Abstrak-Wok & Wok Express adalah UMKM yang berlokasi di DKI Jakarta dan bergerak di bidang food and beverages yang menjual menu makanan khas negeri Tiongkok. Wok & Wok Express mengalami permasalahan yaitu rendahnya pendapatan, bahkan sempat mengalami kerugian di beberapa bulan ditengah berkembangnya industri makanan dan minuman dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan peninjauan terhadap pengetahuan konsumen mengenai keunggulan Wok & Wok Express, didapatkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen tidak mengetahui keunggulan yang dimiliki Wok & Wok Express apabila dibandingkan dengan rumah makan Chinese Food lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diperlukan penelitian terhadap positioning Wok & Wok Express dengan menggali penilaian konsumen untuk mengidentifikasi atribut, letak posisi dan dapat memberikan strategi perbaikan positioning terhadap Wok & Wok Express. Dalam melakukan penelitian mengenai positioning digunakan metode multidimensional scaling (MDS) yang menghasilkan perceptual map dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis SWOT untuk mendapatkan rancangan strategi perbaikan positioning terhadap Wok & Wok Express. Hasil dari penelitian berupa pemetaan enam rumah makan Chinese Food dan tiga belas atribut. Hasil dari perceptual map menggambarkan pesaing aktual dari Wok & Wok Express dan atribut yang menjadi dasar strategi rancangan perbaikan positioning bagi Wok & Wok Express.kata kunci-positioning, perceptual mapping, multidimensional scaling, rumah makan chinese food.

Abstract

Abstrak—Keys Coffee merupakan coffee shop yang berada di Cirebon, Jawa Barat dan berdiri pada tahun Desember 2019. Keys Coffee melakukan penjualan product nya melalui offline store yaitu berada langsung dan online terdapat dalam aplikasi GO-JEK dan Grab. Pendapatan yang dialami pada Keys Coffee pada bulan Juni hingga November 2021 masih belum mencapai target dikarenakan heart share yang perlu ditinjau kembali. Keys Coffee mengalami pendapatan yang belum mencapai target dikarenakan Keys Coffee belum menerapkan bauran komunikasi pemasaran dengan efektif. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini untuk perancangan sistem integrasi program komunikasi pemasaran Keys Coffee yang efektif menggunakan metode benchmarking dan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Rancangan program komunikasi pemasaran yang diberikan perbaikan kepada Keys Coffee antara lain yaitu meningkatkan frekuensi posting Instagram, meningkatkan engagement rate, membuat akun Youtube, membuat ragam product bundling setiap bulan, menyelenggarakan giveaway, mencantumkan informasi brand pada kemasan, mengubah bentuk kemasan, menambah point of purchase display, membuat website, meningkatkan rating & review pada e-commerce, mengikuti bazaar, menjadi sponsor dalam suatu acara, menerapkan broadcast WhatsApp, bekerja sama dengan endorser, meningkatkan jam operasional pelayanan customer.Kata kunci— coffee shop, bauran komunikasi pemasaran, analytical hierarchy process, benchmarking.

Abstrak—Kobin Coffee merupakan coffee shop yang berlokasi Kota Bandung. Usaha Kobin Coffee ini berdiri sejak 14 Maret 2021, dengan pendiri usaha bernama Riyadh Tsaniyadi Djajusman dan Astrid Karina Putri. Kobin Coffee melayani penjualan baik secara offline maupun secara online yaitu melalui marketplace Go-jek dan Grab. Pendapatan Kobin Coffee dari bulan April 2021 sampai Juli 2022 kenaikan yang terjadi hanya 6%, tidak ada perubahan kenaikan yang signifikan, dan pendapatan Kobin Coffee setiap bulannya masih belum dapat memenuhi target yang ditetapkan. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab ketidakcapaian target pendapatan Kobin Coffee yaitu hearth share yang rendah. Adapun fokus pembahasan akan membahas mengenai permasalahan pada promotion dengan melakukan perancangan program komunikasi pemasaran pada Kobin Coffee. Perancangan akan dilakukan dengan metode benchmarking dan dibantu dengan tool Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menentukan partner benchmark yang tepat bagi Kobin Coffee. Abstrak—Kesehatan mental di Indonesia sudah mulai menjadi topik yang selalu diperbincangkan. Gerakan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat mengenai kesehatan mental ini cukup beragam, mulai dari kampanye, edukasi, hingga terbentuknya organisasi atau lembaga yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan mental. Kawancerita.id hadir pada tahun 2019 dan terbentuk berdasarkan pengalaman setiap orang dalam menghadapi gangguan kesehatan mental sehingga Kawancerita.id hadir dengan harapan untuk bisa menjadi penyedia layanan konseling. Kawancerita.id posisi persaingan paling rendah diantara para pesaingnya. Hal ini tentunya bukan tanpa sebab. Kawancerita.id masih berada pada tahap introduction serta belum memiliki struktur bisnis serta program pemasaran yang jelas. Selain itu, Kawancerita.id belum memberikan inovasi produk layanan yang dapat bersaing dengan para pesaingnya. Dalam merancang strategi pemasaran, digunakan matriks SWOT dan IE untuk menghasilkan alternaitf strategi serta matriks QSPM untuk mengurutkan prioritas strategi. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan 9 alternatif yang pada kuadran 5, yaitu dapat menggunakan penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Strategi pada matriks SWOT dikelompokkan menjadi 3 bagian. Berdasarkan hasil matriks QSPM, strategi yang perlu diprioritaskan yaitu membuat model bisnis yang efisien dari segi biaya, penetrasi pasar, lalu pengembangan produk dengan masing-masing total attractiveness score (TAS) sebesar 5.148, 5.082, dan 5.037. Selanjutnya strategi yang telah diusulkan akan dimasukkan kedalam roadmap selama 4 tahun untuk diimplementasikan.Kata kunci— kesehatan mental, strategi, QSPM, matriks IE, SWOT, roadmap
