Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of Google Classroom-based learning innovation and technological support on student learning performance in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a sample of students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The results show that the implementation of Google Classroom-based learning innovation and technological support have a positive and significant effect on student learning performance. These findings indicate that the use of online learning platforms such as Google Classroom, supported by the availability of adequate technology, can improve students' academic performance. The implication of this research is the need to improve lecturers' ability to utilize learning technologies, as well as the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support online learning at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. This study provides insights for educational institutions in developing effective learning strategies through the integration of digital technology.

Abstract

The fastfood culinary industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, offering a variety of attractive food options for the community. One of the popular types of food is instant noodles, especially fried instant noodles made by the Mie Gacoan brand. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Product Innovation, Product Price, and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mie Gacoan Medan Pancing. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through surveys. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product innovation, product price, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Additionally, product innovation, product price, and product quality also have a simultaneous effect on purchase decisions. This study provides important implications for Mie Gacoan Medan Pancing, where Mie Gacoan Medan Pancing must continuously innovate by introducing new and attractive high-quality products for consumers, and also consider their product prices to remain competitive and affordable for consumers.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in economic development in Indonesia. Abundant human resources if used effectively and efficiently are certainly very useful in the pace of sustainable development. Innovation is a new idea or concept with the aim of improving a product according to consumer expectations and desires. The relationship between human resources and innovation is very close, where innovation must be carried out for the benefit of the organization and also create innovative human resources in order to create a culture of innovation in an organization. This research uses a literature study using relevant research. In other research, it was found that there are obstacles in developing innovative human resources. This is caused by not yet finding the right strategy, an inappropriate reward system and ineffective training. To overcome this problem, human resources are needed who have the ability to develop other human resources with innovation and guarantee employee satisfaction with the awards they receive, in the form of salaries, incentives and other things.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Instagram social media and product innovation on consumer purchasing decisions at double egg coffee Medan. This study uses quantitative methods with sample collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques, with a total sample of 116 people who have visited double egg coffee. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurements were on a Likert scale and statistically processed using multiple linear regression analysis which tested the hypothesis with the F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination, before which the data had been tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data management using the SPSS 26 for windows programme. Partially, Instagram social media and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at double egg coffee jln. Selamat ketaren no 49-51 mmtc complex (unimed intersection), medan, indonesia 20223.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the social media variables Instagram and product innovation simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test carried out with the results of the fcount> ftabel value 163.893> 3.07 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. The determination coefficient test shows a value of 0.744, which means that social media instagram and product innovation affect purchasing decisions by 74.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of commitment and motivation on  of PT. Vadhana Internasional Duri employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique using Total Sampling. The population in this study was all 73 employees of the PT. Vadhana Internasional Office. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Model and Hypothesis testing using the T Test and F Test and Coefficient of Determination, where previously the data had been tested using the Validity Test and Reliability Test. The research results show that Commitment and Motivation have a significant effect on the OCB behavior of PT. Vadhana Internasional employees. Simultaneously, Commitment and Motivation have a significant effect on OCB behavior. The adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.0442, which means that the Commitment and Motivation variables contribute to the influence of OCB behavior by 44.2% while the remaining 55.8% is determined by other variables outside this research. This shows that there are still other variables that can explain OCB behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim sales promotion di Istana Ponsel Tamora. Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, kepemimpinan yang efektif memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi tantangan seperti tingginya pergantian anggota tim dan fenomena kemalasan sosial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari literatur dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan sembilan anggota tim sales promotion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berbasis visi yang jelas, komunikasi dua arah, motivasi melalui penghargaan, dan pendekatan yang fleksibel terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas, kolaborasi, serta pencapaian target. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi kepemimpinan transformasional dan situasional sebagai solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja tim dan keberhasilan strategi promosi penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana komunikasi dan koordinasi memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam industri vape, dengan studi kasus pada Toko SJR Vape di Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (narrative review) dan wawancara langsung. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari jurnal, artikel, dan penelitian sebelumnya, sementara data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan karyawan toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif di antara karyawan berkontribusi pada efisiensi penyelesaian tugas, mengurangi kesalahan, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, koordinasi yang baik di dalam tim menjadi kunci untuk mengelola waktu dan sumber daya secara optimal, terutama selama jam sibuk. Kendati demikian, beberapa kendala teridentifikasi, seperti miskomunikasi dalam pembagian tugas di awal shift, yang dapat mengurangi efektivitas kerja. Temuan penelitian ini selaras dengan literatur sebelumnya, yang menegaskan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dan koordinasi yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tugas, mengurangi konflik, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan bersama. Studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen toko untuk merancang strategi komunikasi dan koordinasi yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how sales promotions and the perceived ease of cashless transactions influence the interest in using ShopeePay. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis included multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination), which were previously subjected to validity and reliability tests.The results indicate that both sales promotions and perceived ease have a positive and significant impact on the interest in using ShopeePay. Furthermore, the combination of these two factors also proves to have a positive and significant effect on usage interest. The coefficient of determination test yields a value of 0.635, suggesting that 63.5% of the variation in ShopeePay usage interest can be explained by sales promotions and perceived ease, while the remaining percentage is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how teamwork influences sales performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk Medan. Sales performance is the level of company effectiveness in achieving the desired results from sales activities. The subjects in this research were employees, specifically SPG PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk Medan. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research aims to describe a population, situation or phenomenon accurately and systematically. This research uses qualitative techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that teamwork influences sales performance at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk Medan. Good teamwork can improve sales performance, while poor teamwork can reduce sales performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teamwork in improving sales performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Sentral Yamaha Medan. Facing increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry, the company encounters challenges related to the effectiveness of teamwork, including communication issues, unequal member involvement, and unclear task distribution. Using a qualitative approach through a case study method, this research identifies that good leadership, mutual trust among team members, and organizational support are key factors that strengthen teamwork. The findings indicate that teamwork plays a significant role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening customer relationships, and facilitating collective achievement of sales targets. This study recommends team skill training, improving communication transparency, implementing team-based incentives, and strengthening the role of supervisors to foster a work environment that supports effective teamwork.
