Abstract

As for this research problem formula is how work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. Its population and sample is employees Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar  amount to 28 people. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. In this study using  qualitative data and quantitative data, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ=35,010 + 0,491X1 + 0,763X2 meaning there are positive influence work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,781. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 61%, and the rest 39 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that work ethics and job satisfaction applied by work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar.an effect on to working discipline. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (19,537) > ftabel (3,39) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Keywords: Work Ethics, Job Satisfaction,Working Discipline

Abstract

The purpose of research is: 1. Description of product quality, service quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar. 2. The influence of product quality and service quality againts customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar simultaneously. 3. The influence of product quality and service quality againts customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar partially. 4. The influence customer satisfaction againts customer loyalty on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar. Design research is the research library and field research. The data type used is qualitative and quantitative and data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is the customer Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar of 40 people. Data collection is done with the interview, questionnaire and the documentation. Analytical techniques used was multiple linier regression analysis and simple, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.Research result can be summed up as follows: 1. Description of product quality are very well,  well service quality, customer satisfaction  satisfied and customer loyalty well. There is a positive influence between product quality and service quality toward customer satisfaction evidenced by the regression Ŷ = 3,781 + 0,180 X1 + 0,256 X2. 2. There is a positive influence between customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty evidenced by the regression Ŷ = 5,987 + 1,157 X 3. There is moderately high and positive correlation between product quality and service quality with customer satisfaction evidenced by r = 0,821 and R Square = 0,674. There is high and positive correlation between customer satisfaction with customer loyalty is evidenced by the r = 0,816 and R Square = 0,670. 4. The results of the hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that product quality and service quality a positive and significant effect against the customer loyalty with the customer satisfaction simultaneously intervening variables as well as partial. Keyword: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of asset management, capital structure and profitability and the influence of asset management and capital structure on profitability at Firm in Sub-Sector Keramik, Porselen dan Kaca listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design is a library research. The analysis data technique is: assumption classic test, qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysisThe result is Ŷ = -0,044+ 0,072X1 + 0,013X2. Correlation coefficient = 0,788 and RSquare 0,622. Simultaneous test results obtained Fcount>Ftable (18,079>3,44) or significance level obtained 0,000<0,05 means management and capital structure has significant effect on profitability at Firm in Sub-Sector Keramik, Porselen dan Kaca listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The t-test for asset management shown tcount>ttable (4,911>2,073) or significance level is 0,000<0,05 means asset management has insignificant effect on the profitability at Firm in Sub-Sector Keramik, Porselen dan Kaca listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The t-test for capital structure shown tcount<ttable (-1,421<2,073) or significance level is 0,169>0,05 means capital structure has insignificant effect on profitability at Firm in Sub-Sector Keramik, Porselen dan Kaca listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The result of this research suggests the Company should not adding to much assets if that not increased in sales and also optimize the use of debt and the company seeks credition with lower interest rate. Keywords: management, capital structure and profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of liquidity, activity ratio and profitability also the influence of liquidity and activity ratio on the profitability at Firm in Sub Sector Keramik, Porselen, and Kaca listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange The research design in this research is a library research. The analysis data technique in this research are assumption classic test, qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.The result is Ŷ = -0,282 + 0,025X1 + 0,341X2. Correlation coefficient of r = 0,895 and R Square= 0,801. Simultaneous test results obtain Fcount > Ftable (44,343 < 3,44) or significant level obtained 0,00 < 0,05, means liquidity and activity ratio have significant effect on the profitability at Sub Sector Keramik, Porselen, and Kaca listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The t-test results for liquidity has tcount>ttable (4,377 > 2,07387) or significance level 0,00 < 0,05, means liquidity has significant effect on the profitability and for activity ratio shown tcount> ttable (9,409 > 2,07387) or significance level 0,00 < 0,05, means activity ratio has significant effect on the profitability at Sub Sector Keramik, Porselen, and Kaca listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The result of this research suggests company should continuously optimize used of debt and assets management companies to effectively and efficiently capable of producing and increase in the company’s performance which increased the rate of return received by investors. Keywords: Liquidity, Activity Ratio, and Profitability.

Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of price and quality of service to customer satisfaction at Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. The population is employees of Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya amounting to 30 customers. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method.                Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 3.629 + 0.386 X1 + 0.299 X2 means there is a positive influence between price and quality of service to customer satisfaction. The strength of the relationship of the three variables is very strong, ie r = 0.826. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low customer satisfaction 46.6%, and the remaining 53.4% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors to get the conclusion that the price and quality of service applied Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result Fhitung (11,802)> Ftabel (3,35) with significance level 0,000 <alpha 0,05

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Employees declare good work discipline, leadership style and employee performance is categorized well. 2. Regression analysis result Ŷ = 19,070 + 0,280 X1 + 0,447X2, meaning there is positive influence between work discipline (X1) and leadership style (X2) on employee performance (Y). 3. Correlation analysis results obtained r value = 0,787, meaning there is moderately and positive correlation between work discipline variables and leadership style with employee performance. Whether or not the performance of employees can be explained coefficient of determination by work discipline and leadership style can be 61,9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning that work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Capella Medan Branch Pematangsiantar.            As for suggestion of this research is to increase the influence of work discipline, hence company have to increase sanction firmly to employees who violate with work discipline regulation which have been applied company. To realize an effective and balanced leadership style, leaders should be able to make their own decisions, and be able to use a good leadership style in accordance with authority as a leader. To improve employee performance that is by giving appeal and training to employees to create the ability to cooperate between leaders, co-workers can run more optimally

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation, job satisfaction and employee work discipline is good. 2. Regression analysis results are Ŷ = 17,600 + 1.086X1 + 1.028X2, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work discipline. 3. Correlation analysis results obtained obtained value r = 0.883, meaning there is a high and positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction with employee work discipline. The high level of work discipline can be explained by motivation and job satisfaction of 77.9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Land Office employee of Simalungun Regency either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions of this research are: To increase the motivation of the leader should give confidence to the employees in completing the task given to him so that employees feel confident in working. To improve the job satisfaction of the leader should give attention, compensation, and career development well in accordance with the needs of the employee so that every job given the leadership can be done with a good attitude and satisfaction in the work continues to increase. To improve employee work discipline, agencies should act decisively in enforcing sanctions according to the rules that have been listed with the maximum and consistent, so that employees are aware and more disciplined themselves

Abstract

The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Quality of service, price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is good. 2. There is influence of service quality and price to customer satisfaction in prove ŶZ  = 5,885 + 0,523X1 + 0,661X2. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is proved Ŷ = 6,197 + 0,663Z. 3. Quality of service and price have high and positive correlation with customer satisfaction in prove with value r = 0,858, and determination value equal to 26,4%. Customer satisfaction has high moderately and positive correlation with customer loyalty in the prove with the value of r = 0.763, and the value of determination of 41,7%. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected means the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable.             The suggestions of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of service, A&A Copier Pematangsiantar shop employees should be able to handle customer complaints optimally, friendly to customers and able to communicate and serve customers well. 2. To optimize prices, to provide discounts to customers who have been copying more than one ream of paper and providing credit cards as a means of payment transactions. 3. For customer satisfaction, improve the results of photocopy so as not to blurred and bilge a more tidy. 4. To improve customer loyalty, pay attention to customer needs, help operate the computer, provide information about the products to be purchased by customers, and give the gift evenly.

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The intellectual abilities, performance promotion and the performance of insurance agents is excellent. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ = 10,850 + 0,494X1 + 0,418X2, means that intellectual abilities and performance promotion has a positive effect to job satisfaction insurance agents. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,761, means that there is moderately high and positive between intellectual abilities, performance promotion and job satisfaction insurance agents. The results of determination is r square = 0,579, means that the level of job satisfaction insurance agents can be explained by intellectual abilities and performance promotion as big as 57,9%. As for the suggestion from the results of this research are: 1. To enchance the intellectual abilities more seriously insurance agent to understand the training, monday morning motivation (M3), business opportunity product (BOP) about insurance and understand the new insurance products. 2. To further enchance the performance promotion of the insurance agent should more seriously to following the seminar, training, offering insurance products with a variety of innovations, so that prospective clients interested ini having an insurance policy with such production targets are achived impact insurance agent job satisfaction optimization

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze 1. The Description of distribution costs, personal selling costs, and sales at Keramika Pematangsiantar Era Store. 2. The role of distribution cost and personal selling costs on sales the Pematangsiantar Era Keramika Store both simultaneously and partially.Based on the results of the analysis through the trend formlula for 1. Distribution cost, it can be interpreted that the distribution cost are interpreted that the distribution costs are positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. The trend for 2. Personal selling costs, it means that the costs of personal selling is positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. 3. Sales trend, it means that sales experience a monthly increase of 197.368,42.
