Abstract

Early rupture of the amniotic is one of the causes of asphyxia because the rupture of the oligohydramnios membrane that presses on the umbilical cord so that it experiences asphyxia so that gestational age is related to asphyxia because the aging process causes the placenta to function less optimally so that it can cause asphyxia. This purpose is to determine the relationship between early rupture of amniotics and maternal gestational age with the incidence of neonatoral asphyxia at the RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu in 2022. This studied used a cross-sectional design analytical descriptive method using a Retrospective approach, the population in my studied was all babies who experienced asphyxia with a total sample of 80 respondents using simple random sampling while the research instrument used a checklist sheet of research data using secondary data from medical records, and data analysis techniques using the Chi Square test by reading using pearson chi square. The results of this studied showed no relationship between the amniotic rupture early and the incidence of neonatoral asphyxia (p-value 0.408), and there was no relationship between the gestational age of the mother and the incidence of neonatoral asphyxia (p-value 0.424), because the results of this studied did not have a relationship, it was believed that there were other factors that influenced the incidence of neonatoral asphyxia, namely factors of maternal state, preeclampsia, bleeding, and old or stalled partus. The advice in this studied is that it is hoped that future studies will examine samples of babies who have asphyxia and do not experience asphyxia because it is to be a comparison and further analysis is carried out to make it more valid.

Abstract

The SmartCampus application is still built with a monolithic architecture, where all components are tightly integrated into one unit. The increasing complexity of user scalability and service demands within the information system with a monolithic architecture is evident in the application's declining performance. In this research, a performance analysis is conducted by implementing refactoring from a monolithic architecture to microservices using the decomposition and strangler patterns. The Decomposition pattern divides the monolithic application into several business domains based on their main service categories, while the strangler pattern breaks down the business domains into microservices by replacing specific functions with new services through the stages of transform, co-exist, and eliminate. Once the new functionalities are ready, the old components are deactivated, and the new services are put into operation. The application's feasibility and quality considerations are assessed using the ISO/IEC 25010 model, which comprises eight characteristics: functionality suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. The performance of the resulting microservices application is tested using different performance testing types, such as load testing, spike testing, stress testing, and soak testing. Microservices showing satisfactory performance improvements will be isolated using container technology to optimize application resource efficiency and anticipate long-term needs

Abstract

The development of tourist destinations in Indonesia can encourage an increase in tourist visits and the length of stay of tourists while in tourist destinations. Tourism destination development needs to be in line with the characteristics of the tourism destinations they have. This study conducted a cluster analysis to map 34 provinces in Indonesia based on 13 aspects of tourism characteristics and carrying capacity. Mapping results formed four groups of tourist destinations with similar characteristics. Cluster-1 has the best average tourist carrying capacity, so it is classified as an advanced destination group consisting of West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, and Bali. Cluster-2 consists of DKI Jakarta and Riau Island, with two bad aspects, so they are classified as the revitalization of tourist destinations. Cluster-3 consists of North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Banten, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, and West Papua, which have poor performance in 6 aspects so that it is categorized as a developing tourism destination. Cluster-4 comprises 16 other provinces with poor performance in 9 elements, so it is classified as a pioneering tourist destination. Mapping results are compared with the policies of 10 priority tourism destinations (DPP) in Indonesia, and it is found that 3 DPPs (Bangka Belitung, Morotai-North Maluku, and Wakatobi-Southeast Sulawesi) are included in cluster-4 with the category of pioneer tourist destinations. Development of these 3 DPPs requires increased funding.

Abstract

Utilizing carbon materials derived from natural biomass holds significant promise for battery applications, owing to their low cost, abundant availability, and environmentally sustainable characteristics. However, graphite anode materials do not meet the demands of efficient batteries. Coconut shell waste has the potential to be used as activated carbon in energy storage anodes. By adding silicon dioxide (SiO2) to maintain structural stability and electrochemical reaction kinetics, the advantages of CCS can be maximized. Polyacrylonitrile/polyvinylidene fluoride (PAN/PVDF) composite polymer was used as a matrix to embed CCS/SiO2 and synthesize nanofibers via electrospinning. The resulting nanofibers had diameters ranging from to 575–707 nm, with cross-linked, porous, and beadless characteristics. Mechanical properties were measured by single-fiber micro tensile tests. The young modulus, tensile strength, and toughness of each nanofiber were successfully maintained at 13.7 ± 0.4 MPa, 34.4 ± 0.1 MPa, and 982 ± 10 kJ/m3, respectively, because of the presence of a β-crystal growth layer that facilitated efficient stress transmission. The reduction-oxidation process response had a potential difference of less than 1.286 V in the first cycle, whereas for the third and fifth cycles, it was maintained below 3.416 V. The lithium-ion diffusion coefficient was below 4.73×1013 cm2/s. Using the anode directly, as in lithium-ion batteries, provided a high capacity of 382 mAh/g after 200 cycles. Good cycle stability, with over 98% retention of the initial capacitance after 200 charge/discharge cycles, underscores its potential for application in lithium-ion batteries.

Abstract

The acquisition of language in children is one of the greatest and most amazing human achievements, which is why this problem has received great attention for analysis. Language acquisition and speaking are both interrelated aspects. Talking is the most effective form of communication. Aspects of biological maturity, and cognitive and social environment affect the acquisition of children's language and speaking abilities. However, not all children have good language development, some children experience disturbances in their biological aspects so that the acquisition of language and speech is delayed. These problems are interesting for further analysis related to the factors of language development in children with (speech delay). The research findings indicate that several words were mispronounced, leading to information that did not match the child’s intended meaning based on the observations and interviews that the researchers conducted during the study. The study revealed that toddlers with speech impairments had trouble pronouncing and articulating words clearly. Even simple words in daily activities at home were shaky in some cases. Researchers can also draw the conclusion that, despite the fact that the child interacts often with parents, relatives, and neighbors in their social milieu, the youngster nonetheless exhibits speech difficulties. This is a result of the child's frequent inability to articulate the thoughts that are going through his mind, even in a single sentence.

Abstract

Hydroquinone is a hazardous and toxic chemical often added to cosmetics due to bleaching properties. It is commonly analyzed in cosmetics using expensive and time-consuming instruments, showing the need for a cheap, fast, and sensitive hydroquinone electrochemical sensor. The performance of electrochemical sensor to detect hydroquinone is determined by the working electrode. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the synthesis of Au-Pd-NPs working electrode and application as electrochemical sensor of hydroquinone in cosmetics. Synthesis process was carried out by preparing Au-NPs using banana peel extract (Musa acuminata Colla) as a bioreductor, followed by adding H2PdCl4 solution. Au-NPs nanoparticle was confirmed using Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometer, which showed maximum wavelength of 550 nm. The indication of Au-Pd-NPs was shown by the peak at the same wavelength. The FTIR spectrum showed pectin which acted as a bioreductant agent in synthesis of nanoparticles. The results of the TEM image showed that Au-NPs had a spherical shape in the dark field with a diameter of 38.5 ± 3.3 nm and a Pd shell layer around the Au core in the bright field with a diameter of 12.4 ± 2.6 nm. The solid Au-Pd-NPs materials were made into a composite electrode by adding PVC and tetrahydrofuran as solvents. Electrochemical response of Au-Pd-NPs electrode was tested by cyclic voltammetry in ferricyanide and PBS solutions at pH 7.0. Based on CV in the ferricyanide system, it shows that Au-Pd-NPs electrode produces peak oxidation and reduction currents ten times higher than Au-NPs. These data indicate that Au-Pd-NPs are more reactive and sensitive than Au-NPs electrodes. The Au-Pd-NPs electrode was used to analysis the concentration of hydroquinone in cosmetics samples. Electrochemical response showed a linearity (R2) of 0.9935 in concentration range of 0-60 mM, containing 1.12% hydroquinone.
