Abstract

Through Law No. 7 of 2021, the Indonesian government has enacted carbon tax regulations to address climate change. While seen as an environmental and revenue solution, the policy encounters challenges. The carbon tax aims to reduce emissions and promote clean energy but poses economic risks for low-income groups. Despite potential national revenue gains, it may escalate production costs and prices, impacting domestic product competitiveness globally. Utilizing literature studies, this research analyzes the challenges, regulations, and impact of the implementation of the carbon tax in Indonesia. The study underscores the importance of considering various factors, including timing, for effective implementation. Strategic timing affects the overall economy, economic structure, and societal consumption patterns. A wellthought-out approach can enhance the carbon tax's effectiveness in reducing emissions and fostering a sustainable economic transition.

Abstract

Cancer is a non-communicable disease that is still a health problem in the world, including Indonesia. About 50 percent of cancer treatments worldwide are performed using radiotherapy. In its implementation, radiotherapy includes several stages, one of which is treatment planning. This study aims to assess the difference in dose received by PTV and OARs in planning using IMRT and 3DCRT techniques in cervical cancer patients. The method used in this study is scanning using a CT simulator, delineating PTV and healthy organs around the tumor (OARs), and planning using treatment planning system software. The results showed that in OARs, 3DCRT planning resulted in a dose of 4000 cGy by hitting 58.28% of the buli volume, and a dose of 5000cGy by hitting 17.76% of the rectum volume. While planning IMRT, a dose of 4000cGy hits 31.50% of the buli volume, and a dose of 5000cGy hits 12.29% of the rectum volume. In PTV, the doses produced by 3DCRT and IMRT planning were 4750cGy and 4750 cGy, and hit 95.18% and 98.71% of PTV volume, respectively. This study concludes that planning using IMRT is better than planning using 3DCRT in cases of cervical cancer. This is shown by the dose that covers the target tumor (PTV) and a significant dose reduction in OARs.

The results of this research show that, (1) The principal's leadership style using the calculated T test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated T result of 14,238 (14,238 > 2.006) means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the principal's leadership style variable (X1) has a significant influence on the teacher's work motivation variable (Y). (2) Work environment using the calculated T test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated T result of 4.610 (4.610 > 2.006), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the work environment variable (X2) has a significant influence on teacher work motivation (Y). Abstract
