Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul " Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Di Dinas Narrow Body PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan teknisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Narrow Body di Akhir Bulan Juni sampai dengan akhir bulan juli . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, adapun variable penelitian adalah Pelatihan (X), Kinerja (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan untuk menguji tingkat reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan kemudian data diolah dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 29. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja di pengaruhi oleh variable Pelatihan. Hasil Determinasi (R2) menggunakan nilai adjusted R-square, karena menggunakan regresi dengan satu variabel terikat. Yaitu sebesar 0,577, yang artinya variable Pelatihan mampu menjelaskan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 57,7% sementara sisanya 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil perhitungan Uji t dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja secara Parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Kinerja This research is entitled “The Effect of Job Training on Performance in the Narrow Body Service of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk”. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of training on the performance of technician employees. This research was conducted at the Narrow Body Service at the end of June to the end of July. Sampling in this study were 69 respondents, the data collection technique was through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the research variables were Training (X), Performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 10%. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that performance is influenced by the training variable. Determination Results (R2) uses the adjusted R-square value, because it uses regression with one dependent variable. That is 0,577, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 57,7% while the remaining 42,3% is influenced by other variable factors not examined. From the results of the t test calculation, it can be seen that the Job Training variable partially affects performance. Key words: Training, Performance

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Pencak Silat MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan in the formation of children's character education through the application of values such as discipline, responsibility and courage. The school, founded by H. Mai'in Bin H.Ki`in, uses specific traditions and rituals as part of its members' education process. A qualitative approach was applied in this study, with data collection through in-depth interviews and observations of trainers and members. The results show that Pencak Silat MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan functions not only as a martial art, but also as an effective tool in shaping positive character, especially in social and cultural aspects. Thus, pencak silat makes a significant contribution in educating young people who have a strong personality and are able to play a constructive role in their social environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by pencak silat colleges in South Tangerang City, specifically related to limited training facilities and lack of educational support. Using quantitative methods, data was obtained through a survey involving 34 pencak silat colleges in the region. The survey consisted of several indicators including the availability of facilities, government support, integration of pencak silat in formal education, and the frequency of competitions attended by students. The results of the analysis showed that 78% of the perguruan experienced significant limitations in training facilities, with an average score of 4.2 out of a scale of 5. 65% of respondents also revealed a lack of government support in the form of facilities and infrastructure assistance, which was reflected in the average score of 3.8. In addition, 71% of colleges rated the importance of increasing the time and quality of pencak silat lessons in schools, with an average score of 4.1. The results of this study suggest increased government support in the provision of facilities as well as the integration of pencak silat in the physical education curriculum in schools. Thus, pencak silat in South Tangerang City is expected to develop more optimally and sustainably as part of Indonesia's cultural heritage.

Abstract

The MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School is one of the martial arts schools that has developed since 1978 and plays an important role in the preservation of traditional Indonesian martial arts. This study aims to analyze the history, development, and contributions of the MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School in the context of cultural preservation and traditional martial arts. The research uses a qualitative approach with documentary studies and in-depth interviews with the school`s members and administrators. The results of the study indicate that visionary leadership, commitment to tradition, and efforts to adapt to modern developments are the main factors in the succes of this school. Furthermore, the MS Jalan Enam Pengasinan Silat School has succeeded in introducing traditional Indonesian martial arts to the international stage. This school not only plays a role in developing the physical and mental abilities of its members but also contributes to strengthening social cohesion in the community while preserving the values of Indonesian culture.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of consumer income and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Yamaha brand motorcycles in Cirebon City. The main focus is to understand how much lifestyle influences purchasing decisions compared to other brands. The methodology used is field research with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 279 Yamaha motorcycle consumers, with a sample of 74 respondents taken using the Slovin method. The results of the analysis show that both consumer income and lifestyle have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, consumer income (X1) has a significant effect, as evidenced by the t_count (3.908) which is greater than the t_table (1.992), so H_a is accepted and Ho is rejected. Likewise, lifestyle (X2) has a significant effect with t_count (4.848)> t_table (1.992). The conclusion of this study shows that the variables of consumer income and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT Arista Mitra Lestari Cirebon. This research provides important insights for companies in designing more effective marketing strategies by considering these factors ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pendapatan dan gaya hidup konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Yamaha di Kota Cirebon. Fokus utama adalah memahami seberapa besar gaya hidup mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dibandingkan merek lainnya. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari 279 konsumen sepeda motor Yamaha, dengan sampel 74 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode Slovin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik pendapatan konsumen maupun gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial, pendapatan konsumen (X1) berpengaruh signifikan, terbukti dari t_hitung (3,908) yang lebih besar dari t_tabel (1,992), sehingga H_a diterima dan Ho ditolak. Demikian pula, gaya hidup (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dengan t_hitung (4,848) > t_tabel (1,992). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan gaya hidup konsumen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor di PT Arista Mitra Lestari Cirebon. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut.

Abstract

The deep learning model, as proposed by Abdul Mu`ti, emphasizes a mindful, meaningful, and enjoyable learning experience, allowing students not only to memorize but to deeply understand and internalize the material. This study aims to examine the implementation of the deep learning model in the context of primary and secondary education in Indonesia through a literature review method. Based on the analysis of various recent sources, it was found that this model contributes positively to enhancing critical thinking skills, active participation, and student engagement in the learning process. However, several challenges in its implementation were also identified, including limitations in infrastructure, teacher readiness, and the constraints of the traditional curriculum that hinder flexibility. This article offers recommendations to support more effective deep learning implementation, particularly by strengthening teacher training and providing adequate facilities. With the right support, this model holds great potential to optimize the quality of education in Indonesia, preparing a highly competitive generation.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Pancasila Education in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Using a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews, the research reveals that project-based learning methods enhance students` independence and active participation in the learning processs. Projects such as creating videos on nationalism enable students to apply Pancasila values in real-world contexts. However, limited resource support from the education authorities poses significant challenges. Pancasila Education teacher, Ms. Nadya Kartika Putri, emphasized the importance of project-based evaluation to comprehensively assess students` understanding. This study highlights the need for collaboration between schools and policymakers to improve learning effectiveness. In conclusion, the Merdeka Curriculum positively impacts students` understanding of Pancasila values, through better support is necessary for optimal implementation.

Siti Lestari, M.Pd. as the second advisor. This final thesis aims to analyze the moral values contained in the film “Sea Beast” 2022, particularly the main characters. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method. By using descriptive qualitative methods, this research describes the characters in the film “The Sea Beast” (2022) in great detail and methodically; more specifically, the researcher aims to explain and depict the changes in the personality of the characters, especially the main characters, and the factors influencing them. The main objectives of this research are: (1) To examine the various moral standards present in the film “The Sea Beast.” (2) To determine which positive moral principles dominate the film “The Sea Beast.” (3) To reveal the dominant positive moral values in the film “The Sea Beast” that can contribute to the English learning process, particularly in character development of students through film media. This research examines various moral ideals found in the film “The Sea Beast” using the theory of Linda and Eyre (1993). The values of being and giving are two categories of moral values identified by Linda and Eyre (1993). The category falls into one of the twelve categories of moral principles. The researchers also found that courage is the dominant moral value in the film. There are also positive moral values that can contribute to the process of learning English.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance, and to test the role of work motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at a shipping agent in Lamongan, East Java, using a quantitative approach and Smart PLS 4 analysis tool. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 male employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation directly has a positive effect on performance. However, work motivation does not act as a mediating variable in the relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement on performance. These findings indicate that job satisfaction and engagement have an important role in improving performance directly, without going through motivation as an intermediary. Therefore, companies are advised to improve job satisfaction through improving the work environment, recognizing achievements, and employee welfare. In addition, employee engagement programs and continuous feedback systems are also important to implement in order to create a work culture that supports optimal productivity and performance.

Abstract

UMKM Indah Rasa ini memproduksi banyak jenis makanan khas lampung selatan salah satunya adalah Dodol khas Lampung yaitu dodol Juwadah dengan proses pembuatan menggunakan mesin maupun manual dan sederhana, usaha ini sudah cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Banding karena selain untuk melestarikan adat dan budaya, banyak manfaat bagi konsumennya. Namun informasi seputar UMKM tersebut masih jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat luas. Selain itu terdapat penurunan penjualan yang terjadi di masa pandemi ini. Dengan berkembang pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini maka kita diharuskan untuk bisa menguasai hal-hal terkait IT dan desa saat ini juga membutuhkan media informasi yang luas seputar Desa sehingga masyarakat dapat dimudahkan untuk memberikan informasi atau mendapatkan informasi yang ada di desa, terutama para pemilik usaha agar dapat berinovasi dengan usahanya kemudian dapat menyebarluaskan usahanya dengan adanya kemajuan dibidang teknologi informasi. Untuk di bidang teknologi, masyarakat di Desa Banding masih belum sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang manfaat dan kegunaan dari teknologi yang ada terutama bagaimana memasarkan produk melalui E-Commerce. Dengan memanfaatan teknologi yang tepat permasalahan diatas dapat ditangani secara efektif dan efisien.
