Abstract

  This study aims to provide information and a map of the geographic potential of small industries in Sungai Penuh City, so that they can be a reference for all parties in seeing and developing the potential of small industries. The benefit of this research is as a material for consideration to determine the steps taken by small industries in dealing with their problems. The study was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises/SMEs as many as 439 respondents/sample from 8,108 SMEs that are not registered with the Department of Industry and Cooperatives of Sungai Penuh City. Respondents are leaders or managers, consultants and consumers as information material about the real condition of small industries. This study uses survey methods and descriptive studies that aim to explain aspects that are relevant to the observed phenomena and offer problem ideas for further testing or research. The results of the Mapping of the Geographical Potential of Small Industries/MSMEs in Sungai City are 8,018 MSMEs. Based on the characteristics of the respondents, it shows that the business fields are varied and centrally located. The average workforce is low in elementary and junior high school education and its existence is not continuous, the average worker lacks previous experience. In terms of capital, generally own capital is not debt to the bank. While the raw materials used are mostly from outside the region. The marketing area is still limited to the surrounding area, promotion is still lacking, the tendency is that small industry owners and sellers are satisfied when the product is sold. In general, small industries have a high level of self-confidence and independence, only because of limited knowledge, small industries develop rather slowly. Product design tends to change, only imitates what is already on the market, lacks innovation, lacks creativity, only because of limited knowledge, small industries develop rather slowly.

Abstract

The Sangomang Culinary Area on Jalan Yos Sudarso, Palangka Raya City, is a popular destination whose operations take place at night. This popularity raises problems related to limited parking spaces, especially due to the high parking activity on the road (on street parking). This study aims to analyze the characteristics of existing parking, both on the road body and in the parking lot (off street parking), as well as design a new parking lot design that is able to accommodate a larger vehicle capacity. The methods used include the collection of primary data through field surveys related to volume, accumulation, duration, capacity, index, turnover rate, and parking space needs, as well as secondary data in the form of documentation of existing conditions. The results of the analysis show that the parking capacity in the courtyard is currently inadequate, with the highest parking volume reaching 278 vehicles on Saturday, consisting of 183 vehicles in on street parking and 95 vehicles in off street parking. Therefore, a new, more extensive and planned parking design is needed, as well as the calculation of estimated parking revenue using a fixed rate system based on the design.

Abstract

Palangka Raya City is a developed urban area with significant traffic flow, especially on primary arterial roads connecting provinces and districts. This condition leads to a high potential for traffic accidents. Jekan Raya District, as one of the districts in Palangka Raya, had a population of 140,173 people in 2019, so the accident risk level in this area is quite high. Population density causes competition for space and limited access to road infrastructure, which exacerbates traffic problems and increases the risk of accidents. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be used as an alternative to analyze and generate maps of areas and accident-prone areas in Jekan Raya District. Based on calculations of accident and fatality rates on Jalan Tjilik Riwut, the average accident rate from 2018-2022 reached 7.22% with a fatality rate of 1.19% per 100 million vehicle trips. Several roads classified as black sites include Jalan Tjilik Riwut (181 incidents), Jalan G. Obos (58), Jalan RTA Milono (38), and others. This data serves as an important reference in managing locations prone to traffic accidents.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Program imunisasi merupakan salah satu program penting di sektor kesehatan. Program imunisasi ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kecacatan dan kematian dari penyakit-penyakit terutama penyakit tetanus. Tetanus merupakan suatu toksemia akut yang disebabkan oleh neurotoksin yang dihasilkan oleh Clostridium tetani ditandai dengan spasme otot yang periodik dan berat. Tetanus ini biasanya akut dan menimbulkan paralitik spastik yang disebabkan tetanospasmin. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi imunisasi Tetanus Toxoid calon pengantin di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe Metode: Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh calon pengantin Wanita di kecamatan banda sakti kota lhokseumawe berjumlah 42 orang. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis univariat, analisis inferensial (bivariat) dengan menggunakan uji chi square, dan analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistic. Sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil: Hasil penelitian kuantitatif factor pengetahuan dan sikap dapat mempengaruhi imunisasi tetanus toxid calon pengantin di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2019 dan hasil penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi imunisasi Tetanus toxoid calon pengantin karena terbentur oleh kepercayaan yang meyakini bahwa imunisasi terbuat dari unsur yang tidak halal dan haram hukumnya melakukan vaksinasi dengan bahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian campuran (mix methods) menunjukan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi imunisasi tetanus toxoid calon pengantin adalah faktor kepercayaan. Kesimpulan: Terdapat beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi imunisasi tetanus toxid calon pengantin di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2019 anatar lain yaitu factor pengetahuan, faktor sikap, dan faktor kepercayaan.

Abstract

Marriage should be established on the basis of mutual consent between both parties in order to prevent the occurrence of forced marriage. In Islamic law, the willingness of both spouses is a fundamental element and a requirement for the validity of a marriage. However, there was a petition for marriage annulment submitted to the Bandung Religious Court which was rejected by the judge, despite the Petitioner’s claim that the marriage took place under coercion. This Islamic legal perspective on the research judge’s aims decision to in examine case the Number 2860/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Badg concerning the rejection of marriage annulment due to forced marriage. The research method employed in this study is a qualitative approach using a combination of library research and field research. The data collection techniques used include The findings of this study structured reveal interviews that the and documentation. Bandung Religious Court judge’s decision to reject the petition for marriage annulment in case Number 2860/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Badg was based on the Petitioner’s inability to provide sufficient evidence for the claims. Furthermore, the judge’s decision is in accordance with Islamic law, since the marriage in question fulfilled the pillars and legal requirements of marriage, namely the presence of mutual consent from both spouses.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pemahaman konsep elektronika dasar serta penggunaan media simulasi TinkerCad dalam pembelajaran IPA SMP di Indralaya. Metode pelaksanaan termasuk sosialisasi, pelatihan teori, kelas praktik simulasi rangkaian, pendampingan proyek sederhana, dan evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen pilihan ganda dengan 20 soal. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan dari rata-rata pretest sebesar 37,5 menjadi 83,6 pada posttest. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guru karena nilai N-Gain rata-rata sebesar 0,71 termasuk kategori tinggi menurut Hake. Pelatihan ini disarankan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan sebagai alternatif praktikum di sekolah karena peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TinkerCad dapat membantu guru mempelajari rangkaian listrik secara visual dan interaktif dan meningkatkan literasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

School organizational culture has a strategic role in character development, work ethic, and the quality of education. However, many junior high schools still face challenges, including low discipline, limited teacher participation, and a weak culture of leadership and collaboration. This study aims to analyze and describe the strategies school principals use to develop an effective school organizational culture at the junior high school level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative design with a case study method at SMP Negeri 1 Teunom. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of the principal, teachers, and educational staff, then analyzed through a process of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show three main strategies: (1) strengthening religious and academic literacy culture to shape the religious and intellectual character of the school community; (2) exemplary behavior, communication, and responsibility; and (3) the application of collaborative, transformational, and managerial leadership styles that encourage participation, innovation, and professionalism among teachers. These three strategies create an adaptive, disciplined, and quality-oriented organizational culture. This study contributes to strengthening educational leadership theory and provides practical recommendations for principals on creating a collaborative, character-building work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explain IT Training for teachers, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and Structural support from the school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to map the competencies of elementary school teachers in information technology. Primary data in this study were obtained through observations in schools and through internet searches (Google). This research was conducted at SDN 2 Sampoiniet. The population used in this study totaled 10 (ten) people, consisting of the principal and teachers. The object of this research is Information Technology-Based Learning. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman approach, which consists of three steps: (1) presenting findings, (2) describing patterns and trends, and (3) understanding the underlying meaning. The research results show that improving teacher competence in Elementary Schools is crucial. Improving teacher competence cannot be done carelessly. A sustainable strategy is needed, such as training programs that focus on using technology in education, professional development, and teacher collaboration. Access to digital resources and institutional support is also very important for ensuring that teachers can adapt to change and use technology to the fullest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of supporter fanaticism from the perspective of sports sociology using a literature review method. Supporter fanaticism is a social phenomenon that has rapidly developed in modern sports and has a significant influence on social dynamics in society. This study analyzes various literature sources, including scientific journals, books, and academic articles related to supporter behavior, group solidarity, social identity, as well as the positive and negative impacts of sports fanaticism. The results of the study indicate that supporter fanaticism is not only a form of support for teams or athletes but also reflects social identity, solidarity, and group loyalty. However, excessive fanaticism can trigger social conflicts, aggressive behavior, and even violence among supporters.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui deskripsi sikap sosial yang dimiliki oleh siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Kota Jambi. Untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pengembangan sikap sosial yang dimiliki oleh siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Kota Jambi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian campuran (mix method). Data kualitatif didapatkan menggunakan lembar instrument wawancara. Sedangkan untuk data kuantitatif diperolah dengan menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Temuan utama: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 46.% peserta didik memiliki sikap jujur yang baik, 63.3% memiliki sikap disiplin yang sangat baik, 53.3% telah memiliki sikap tanggung jawab yang sangat baik, 53.3% telah memiliki sikap santun yang baik, 50% memiliki sikap peduli yang baik, dan 36.6% memiliki sikap percaya diri yang cukup baik. Keterbaruan penelitian: Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini yaitu idikator yang digunakan untuk melihat sikap sosial peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika.
