Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Financial Technology (Fintech) on the performance of MSMEs with E-Commerce as a Moderating Variable. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires directly and via Google form to MSME owners. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there is an influence of Fintech on the performance of MSMEs in Alang-Alang Lebar District with a statistical T value of 15.772 at a significance level of 5%. And the P value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 also supports the conclusion that Fintech has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Apart from that, this research also tested the influence of Fintech on MSME performance with E-Commerce as a moderating variable which showed that it did not have a significant influence or weakened the relationship between Fintech and MSME performance with a statistical T value of 0.909 which was smaller than 1.96 and a P value of 0.363 which was greater than 0.05 indicating that the effect was not significant. This research provides an important contribution to understanding Financial Technology in increasing the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research evaluates the influence of financial literacy and the use of financial technology (Fintech) on the financial behavior of MSMEs in Kayuagung District. Data was collected through a survey of 100 MSME respondents using a Likert-based questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant influence on financial behavior, especially in financial planning, debt management and investment. Apart from that, financial literacy also has a significant influence on Fintech adoption, which increases the efficiency of financial management and access to financial services. The use of Fintech itself has a positive impact on the financial behavior of MSMEs, with Fintech strengthening the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM ini mengambil judul “Manfaat Adanya Pelayanan Prima Bagi Para Remaja / Karang Taruna Tangerang Selatan” .Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah workshop atau pelatihan tentang pelayanan prima bagi remaja. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ( PKM ) berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan seluruh peserta yang hadir dipastikan mendapatkan pemahaman materi dengan cukup baik. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan peserta diberikan juga praktek sederhana guna menunjang kemampuan implementasi pengelolaan Pelayanan prima yang baik.  Sebagai penyempurnaan dan memastikan kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan materi secara maksimal, akan dilakukan tahapan evaluasi secara berkala dari tim dosen dan praktisi pengajar PKM.

Abstract

Oral hygiene is an important factor in maintaining children's health, especially in elementary school age. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of education on tooth brushing frequency in improving oral hygiene in elementary school students. This study involved 50 students from grades 4 and 5 at Sekolah Dasar Inpres Batua 1 who were given educational interventions on the importance of brushing their teeth twice a day, correct brushing techniques, and the use of fluoride-containing toothpaste. Measurements were made using plaque index before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant decrease in the average plaque index of students from 2.5 before education to 1.2 after education, with an increase in dental hygiene of 52%. In addition, the number of students who brushed their teeth twice a day increased from 40% to 90%, and students with a plaque index <2 increased from 20% to 70%. These results indicate that the education provided is effective in increasing awareness and good brushing habits among elementary school students. This study concludes that the educational intervention on tooth brushing frequency can significantly improve dental hygiene in elementary school students.

Abstract

Writing as the productive skill is needed to be master by the students so as to communicate and share the information in the written form. However, students still do not aware of the importance of writing skill. As a result, students face some problems in writing, such as have a lot mistakes in students’ writing due to the limitation of the time, lack of idea and vocabulary, and less concentration. Therefore, the objective of this study was to find whether collaborative writing technique was effective or not to improve students’ writing achievement. Quasi experimental method and nonrandomized pre-test post-test control group design were used. Study population was used as the samples and flip of cubic was used to determine the experimental and control groups. As a result, morning class was selected as the experimental group and afternoon class was selected as the control group. Content validity was used to check the validity of the test and tried out of the test was applied to find out the reliability of the test. Written test was used in which the students wrote one out of the topics provided. Then, the raters judged the students’ writing based on the rubric containing the four components, namely organization, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary. To analyze the data, t-test was used. Abstract

In the world of language development and academic achievement, the relationship between vocabulary mastery and writing power is critical. Recognizing the tremendous impact of students' lexical command on their ability to compose descriptive texts is critical for educators seeking to improve language teaching. As a result, the purpose of this study is to investigate the possible relationship between students' English vocabulary mastery and their ability to write descriptive texts at SMP PGRI Pedamaran. This inquiry provides useful insights into the underlying aspects that support excellent English writing. Utilizing a purposive sampling strategy, three classes comprising 72 students were chosen as the sample group. Data collecting included delivering multiplechoice vocabulary exams as well as essay-based writing tests. The Pearson Product Moment correlation approach was utilized to conduct further study. The findings show a substantial relationship between students' English vocabulary ability and their ability for descriptive writing at SMP PGRI Pedamaran. The estimated correlation coefficient (r) of 0.26 was more than the crucial value (r-table) of 0.23 at a significance level (p) of less than 0.05, indicating a weak correlation. This emphasizes the importance of vocabulary in generating descriptive texts, as well as its significance in language proficiency. As a result, vocabulary mastery emerges as a critical determinant in students' ability to successfully explain descriptive narratives, emphasizing its intrinsic value in the writing process

Abstract

This study analyzes the accounting treatment of Musyarakah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia  (BSI) KCP Blangpidie Kuta Tuha to determine whether implementing the Musyarakah contract at the BSI KCP Blangpidie Kuta Tuha is following PSAK No. 106. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method using primary and secondary data sources collected through field observations, interviews with bank managers, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the accounting treatment at BSI KCP Blangpidie Kuta Tuha regarding recognition, measurement, and disclosure follows PSAK No. 106. However, the accounting treatment related to the presentation is not tracking PSAK No. 106 because BSI presents cash and assets as musyarakah receivables, whereas based on PSAK 106, paragraph 35 states that cash or assets handed over to active partners are presented as musyarakah investments. BSI KCP Blangpidie Kuta Tuha is expected to be able to ensure the Musyarakah financing under PSAK No. 106.

Abstract

Nata de banana skin merupakan diversifikasi dari limbah pisang yang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi pengganti air kelapa pada pembuatan nata.  Mutu produk nata dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah sumber nitrogen yang digunakan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kombinasi ekstrak tauge dan ZA terbaik.  Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap non faktorial, sebanyak empat ulangan.  Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu tauge 0 mL dan ZA 6 g (A), tauge 1 mL dan ZA 5 g (B), tauge 2 mL dan ZA 4 g (C), tauge 3 mL dan ZA 3 g (D), tauge 4 mL dan ZA 2 g (E), dan tauge 5 mL dan ZA 1 g (F).  Pengamatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari uji kimia meliputi kadar air, kadar nitrogen, nilai pH, total mikroba, pengukuran rendemen, dan uji sensori yang meliputi warna, tekstur, rasa, dan aroma.  Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis homogenitas dengan uji Bartlett, aditifitas dengan uji Tuckey, dan perbedaan antar perlakuan dengan analisis ragam.  Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 5%.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik nata de banana skin didapatkan pada perlakuan A (tauge 0 mL dan ZA 6 g) dengan warna putih keruh, aroma tidak berbau asam, tekstur kenyal, rasa normal, dengan rata-rata kadar air 94,08%, kadar nitrogen 0,24%, dan kadar rendemen 21,31%.

Abstract

Self-care plays a crucial role in managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) and directly impacts patients' quality of life. This study aims to analyze the correlation between self-care and the quality of life of T2DM patients at Royal Prima General Hospital, Medan. This research employs a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 1.760 patients, selected through 200 Samples. Data were collected using standardized self-care and quality of life questionnaires. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between self-care and quality of life, with a p-value < 0.05. Patients who demonstrated better self-care practices reported higher quality of life scores. These findings suggest that enhancing self-care behaviors through education and support programs can improve the overall well-being of T2DM patients.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of the "Pancasila Lima Dasar" game in English language learning at the Hulu Langat Guidance Studio, Malaysia as one of the interactive learning methods to improve English vocabulary for students in grades 4, 5, and 6. With a descriptive qualitative approach that describes the implementation process and the development of activities and their impact on student vocabulary. Some students showed an increase in vocabulary although there were still differences in their ability to grasp the learning. With this Activity, immigrant students abroad are expected to be able to provide a new understanding of the development of interactive learning methods. Games are a learning method that is widely used by teachers when teaching. In language subjects, many types of games can be used to improve students' vocabulary. This game is played in groups by sitting in a circle and taking turns mentioning vocabulary according to the specified letters.
