Abstract

Continuity of care (COC) in midwifery is a series of continuous and comprehensive service activities starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, and family planning services that connect the health needs of women in particular and the personal circumstances of each individual. The method of midwifery care at RSUD Ratu Aji Putri Botung involves home visits, providing counseling according to the mother's needs. The midwifery care provided to Mrs. A spans from the pregnancy period, childbirth, postpartum, neonate, to family planning, with a frequency of 3 prenatal visits, 1 delivery visit, 4 postpartum visits, 3 neonate visits, and 1 family planning visit. During the postpartum visit, the mother experienced sore nipples, which was caused by an incorrect breastfeeding position. The management carried out involved explaining to the mother the correct breastfeeding technique and breast care. In providing maternal health care, the mother was given counseling and decided to use a 3-month injectable contraceptive 30 days postpartum. Continuity of Care in midwifery that has been provided to Mrs. A during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning. It is expected that the midwifery profession, in providing continuity of care, will always apply midwifery management, maintain, and improve competence in delivering care according to midwifery service standards.   Abstrak Continuity of care (COC) dalam kebidanan adalah serangkaian kegiatan pelayanan yang berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, pelayanan bayi baru  lahir  serta  pelayanan  keluarga  berencana  yang menghubungkan  kebutuhan  kesehatan  perempuan khususnyadan keadaan pribadi setiap individu. Metode asuhan kebidanan di RSUD Ratu Aji Putri Botung melalui kunjungan rumah dengan memberikan konseling sesuai dengan kebutuhan ibu. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan kepada Ny. A berlangsung dari masa kehamilan, bersalin nifas, neonatus, sampai KB dengan frekuensi kunjungan hamil sebanyak 3 kali, persalinan 1 kali, nifas 4 kali, neonatus 3 kali serta KB sebanyak 1 kali. Pada kunjungan nifas ibu mengalami putting lecet, hal ini disebabkan karena posisi menyusui yang kurang benar. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu menjelaskan pada ibu mengenai teknik menyusui yang benar dan perawatan payudara. Dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan KB ibu telah diberikan konseling dan telah memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB psuntik 3 bulan pada 30 hari postpartum. Asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (Continuity Of Care) yang telah dilakukan pada Ny. A saat hamil, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan keluarga berencana. Diharapkan profesi bidan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (Continuity Of Care) selanjutnya selalu menerapkan manajemen kebidanan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan.

Abstract

Common cold is a contagious disease that can be transmitted through air particles and is located in the respiratory tract. Transmission depends on the size of the particles (droplets) that carry the virus into the respiratory tract. The common cold virus can be transmitted through inhalation, direct contact, or indirect contact. A person exposed to an infectious dose of 10 viruses/droplets, 50% will suffer from common cold. Early symptoms include discomfort from the nose or throat. Then it starts with sneezing, runny nose, and feeling slightly sick. Sometimes followed by mild fever. The nose releases clear and watery fluid in the first few days. Then the nasal discharge becomes thicker, yellow-green in color. Usually, parents feel worried about cough, runny nose, and sore throat in children, especially when the child refuses to eat. This worry is caused because parents do not understand the pathophysiology of cough and cold and lack understanding of how to manage the disease. Besides pharmacological therapy, there is also complementary therapy, which is common cold massage. Massage has several positive effects such as weight gain, better sleep patterns, improved neuromotor development, better emotional bonding, and reduced rates of nosocomial infections including common cold. The purpose of this community service is to increase mothers' knowledge about handling cough and cold in babies/toddlers using non-pharmacological therapy, which is common cold massage. Counseling was given to 24 mothers who had babies/toddlers in Kebon Kliwon Village, Bergas District. The first stage was finding respondents, mothers who have babies/toddlers because they are vulnerable to cough and cold. The second stage was conducting a pre-test about the mother's knowledge. The third stage was delivering materials and management of common cold massage. The fourth stage was post-test. The goal of this counseling is so that mothers are expected to be able to apply common cold massage at home.   Abstrak Common cold merupakan penyakit menular yang dapat bertransmisi lewat partikel udara dan terletak di traktus respiratorius. Penularan bergantung pada ukuran partikel (droplet) yang membawa virus tersebut masuk ke dalam saluran nafas. Virus common cold dapat menular melalui inhalasi, kontak langsung ataupun kontak tidak langsung. Seseorang yang terserang dengan dosis infeksi 10 virus/droplet, 50% akan menderita common cold. Gejala awal berupa rasa tidak enak dari hidung atau tenggorokan. Kemudian mulai bersin-bersin, hidung meler dan merasa sakit ringan. Kadang disertai demam ringan. Hidung mengeluarkan cairan yang encer dan jernih pada hari-hari pertama. Selanjutnya sekret hidung menjadi lebih kental, berwarna kuning hijau. Umumnya orangtua akan merasa khawatir akan batuk, pilek dan radang tenggorokan pada anak-anak serta karena anak menolak makan. Kekhawatiran ini disebabkan karena para orangtua tidak memahami patofisiologi batuk pilek serta kurang memahami upaya untuk tatalaksana pada penyakit tersebut. Selain terapi farmakologis terdapat juga terapi komplementer yaitu pijat commond cold. Pijat memiliki beberapa efek positif dalam hal penambahan berat badan, pola tidur yang lebih baik, peningkatan perkembangan neuromotorik, ikatan emosional yang lebih baik, penurunan tingkat infeksi nosokomial salah satunya common cold. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai penanganan batuk pilek pada bayi/balita menggunakan terapi non farmakologis yaitu dengan pijat commond cold. Penyuluhan dilakukan kepada 24 ibu yang memiliki bayi/balita di Desa Kebon Kliwon Kecamatan Bergas. Tahap pertama adalah mencari responden edukasi ibu yang memiliki anak bayi/balita karena rentan terkena batuk pilek. Tahap kedua melakukan pre test tentang pengetahun ibu. Tahap ketiga pemaparan materi dan penatalaksanaan pijat commond cold. Tahap ke empat post test. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini agar ibu diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan pijat commond cold di rumah.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through direct and indirect interview methods, field observation, and activity documentation. This study aims to analyze the obstacles experienced in the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at State Elementary School 1 Koba, Central Bangka Regency. In every implementation of activities in schools, both in the field of education and others, there will definitely be an obstacle that can hinder the delivery of educational materials itself, especially in terms of the management of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) of SDN 1 Koba. These obstacles can come from external and internal factors at school. For external obstacles are factors outside the school environment, namely the community. While the internal factor is from the school itself. These problems must always be monitored and then evaluated periodically, anticipated and solutions found by interested parties in the implementation of BOS fund management at SDN 1 Koba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji problematika mahalnya biaya pendidikan yang kini banyak terjadi. Metode yang digunakan ialah studi kasus mengenai beberapa kejadian yang telah terjadi. Studi kasus adalah metode penelitian yang mendalam dan terperinci terhadap satu atau beberapa kasus yang spesifik, dengan tujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam tentang kasus tersebut. Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan aspek krusial yang menopang kelangsungan dan kualitas pendidikan.  Pemimpin sekolah memiliki peran krusial dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan dana sekolah. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji terkait perencanaan dana di sekolah yaitu Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS).  RAPBS tidak hanya sebagai instrumen pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk memastikan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas dalam penggunaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

The skin of the fruit that has not been used by humans and other living things so far, has a fairly good nutritional value for the skin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and stability of the moisturizing cream. Fruit peel papaya and fruit peel rambutan were extracted respectively using ethanol 70% by maceration method, produced maserate, concentrated using a rotary evaporator. The combination of extracts was made into a cream preparation using the emulsification method. The resulting cream was evaluated for stability and effectiveness in humans. Skin moisture test showed that the increase in skin moisture value occurred in all formulas, where the highest percentage value was seen in F4, namely the initial moisture value of 46.99±3.908 and after 28 days of use it became 58.95±3.792 there was an increase in skin moisture value of 11 ,96, while in F1 as a positive control the results of the skin moisture value before use of 46.98 ± 4.634 and after using for 29 days it became 53.61 ± 4,888 there was an increase in skin moisture value of 6.63. Abstract

The increasing business competition that exists requires business people to be more creative and innovative in creating new businesses and competitiveness, especially in the transportation business. Where today's people need transportation that is fast, safe, comfortable and easy to find. This research aims to determine the influence of satisfaction as a moderating influence of brand image, trust and commitment on customer loyalty of online transportation applications. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The results of this research have found that brand image, trust and commitment influence customer loyalty in online transportation applications. Satisfaction as moderation is able to moderate trust in customer loyalty of online transportation applications. However, satisfaction was not able to moderate brand image and commitment to customer loyalty of online transportation applications in this research.

Abstract

In this day and age there have been many treatments performed for patients with cancer. The use of radioactivity and surgery is one way of treating cancer. In addition to radioactive use and surgery, chemotherapy methods can also be done. Various kinds of cancer treatment in patients using chemotherapy drugs have very strong side effects. Its aim is to conduct literature on the relationship between antioxidant and anticancer activity. The data collection process was done manually which included information about the title of the research, the researcher, the name of the journal or conference, the year of publication and the results of the research. The results of this study provide a better understanding of antioxidant and anticancer activity. Abstract

Istri yang bekerja menjadi salah satu isu dalam rumah tangga yang berpotensi menimbulkan konflik dan dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dalam pernikahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi dalam menyeimbangkan karier dan keluarga agar terbentuk keharmonisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi keseimbangan pekerjaan-keluarga dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada istri yang bekerja. Penelitian korelasional ini menggunakan Work-Family Balance Scale dan ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale untuk mengumpulkan data. Sebanyak 101 istri yang bekerja terlibat dalam penelitian dengan kriteria berstatus menikah, berusia 20-40 tahun, memiliki anak, bekerja lima hari dalam satu minggu dan delapan jam dalam sehari. Pemilihan partisipan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik pemilihan sampel purposif. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Spearman Rho melalui aplikasi JASP 0.16.4.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara keseimbangan pekerjaan-keluarga dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada istri yang bekerja. Abstract

Education is fundamentally a process of developing the whole person, not simply the transfer of knowledge. This research aims to examine the essence of education as an effort to humanize humans through a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature study method. This concept emphasizes that education plays a central role in developing students' potential, awareness, and human values. This study explores the thoughts of figures such as Paulo Freire, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and John Dewey, who positioned education as a path to liberation and humanity. The analysis shows that true education must be oriented toward developing human values, morals, and character to avoid becoming trapped in the process of dehumanization amidst technological developments and modernization. Through literature review and thematic analysis, this research found that humanistic education must integrate rationality, morality, and spirituality to form complete human beings. Thus, education must be understood as a continuous process of humanization to build a civilized, ethical, and just society.
