Abstract

This study discusses the challenges faced by MSMEs. This study focuses on the importance of innovation as a transformer for micro, small, and medium enterprises, especially in the financial sector of Central Lombok Regency. The increasingly difficult challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative-exploratory approach. The study locus is Central Lombok Regency. Primary data collection was carried out using 3 (three) techniques. In-depth interviews were conducted with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, the financial sector, and other stakeholders involved in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises activities and ecosystems. Next, observations were carried out on activities to better understand the daily operations and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In an effort to confirm the data and information obtained, a focus group discussion (FGD) was then carried out as part of the triangulation technique in qualitative methods. This study finds that fostering interaction among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is key to their growth and sustainability. Whether through traditional partnerships or digital platforms, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises can benefit from coming together to increase their competitiveness and contribute to overall economic development. Apart from that, the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through innovation opens up growth opportunities and increases competitiveness in the digital era. The government and various related parties must continue to work together to support the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This can be achieved by providing adequate digital infrastructure, fintech education and training programs, and regulations that support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In addition, this study recommends that the government, private sector, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and other stakeholders work together to overcome challenges and realize financial improvements for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through sustainable innovation in Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to design an information system and empower the Nurul Ihsan Mosque Youth Association in Makassar through the use of information technology. So far, the management of activities, finances, and membership data has been done manually, which often causes delays, irregularities, and difficulties in accessing information. So to answer these challenges, the implementation team designed and implemented a web-based information system using the waterfall method approach, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system facilitates administrators in managing data in a structured and real-time manner, as well as opening up access to information for members and the wider community in a transparent manner. As part of the impact evaluation, a satisfaction test was conducted on 30 respondents, consisting of administrators and members of the mosque youth. The results of the statistical analysis showed that 90% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the ease of use of the application, the speed of accessing information, and the intuitive interface. The average value of the overall satisfaction level reached the maximum scale, indicating positive acceptance and effectiveness of the system in supporting organizational activities. The implementation of this system not only improves the efficiency of the administrators' work but also strengthens member participation and builds a more professional and adaptive organizational image to technological developments. This initiative proves that appropriate digital innovation can be a key driver in strengthening the role of religious organizations in modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how crisis communication strategies were implemented by PT. Darma Kalimantan Jaya in addressing the conflict over industrial waste management, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of the conflict resolution process in rebuilding public trust. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving five key informants consisting of company representatives, community leaders, and affected residents. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, while data were analyzed using thematic and narrative approaches to identify communication patterns and the dynamics of the crisis. The results reveal that in the early stages of the crisis, the company’s communication was closed, defensive, and reactive, which worsened its relationship with the surrounding community. However, under public and media pressure, the company initiated significant changes by forming a crisis communication team, conducting open meetings with local residents, and implementing corrective actions such as improving waste treatment systems and enhancing information transparency. These measures gradually reduced the intensity of the conflict, helped restore the company’s image, and rebuilt community trust. This study concludes that the effectiveness of crisis communication depends not only on the speed and accuracy of the response but also on information transparency, empathy toward affected communities, and public participation in the conflict resolution process. Theoretically, this research contributes to strengthening a community-based crisis communication model within the rubber industry context and serves as a reference for other industrial companies in managing environmental crises ethically, transparently, and sustainably.   Keyword; Crisis Communication, Waste Management, Conflict Resolution, Information Transparency, PT. Abstract

This study analyzes the legal certainty of abortion for rape victims within Indonesia’s criminal justice system. The main issue focuses on how abortion exceptions for victims of sexual violence are legally regulated and how the criminal process ensures the protection of victims’ rights both legally and humanely. The research employs a normative legal approach using statutory and conceptual analysis of the Indonesian Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Health Law, and relevant Government Regulations. The findings indicate that abortion is generally a criminal offense but may be exempted if conducted under medical indication or due to rape, proven through forensic examination and the investigator’s statement. This policy reflects legal protection for victims but faces practical challenges due to the tension between the presumption of innocence and humanitarian needs. The study concludes that a synergistic approach between legal authorities, medical professionals, and psychologists is essential to establish fair and adaptive legal certainty while ensuring victims’ reproductive health rights with dignity.
