Abstract

The Golden Bay Hotel Batam is a four-star quality hotel, with world standards, located on  Bengkong Laut Gold City in Batam. The hotel provides well-designed and comfortable rooms with wooden floors and city views, as well as a variety of additional facilities and activities to make visitors' stay more enjoyable. The cleaners are always impressed with the cleanliness of The Golden Bay Batam Hotel. This section is responsible for keeping the entire hotel environment clean, nice and tidy both inside and outside. Service presence, followed by friendliness and seamlessly provided facilities, drives a sense of satisfaction among guests, so that they come back for more. Soft skills, play an important role in the workplace as they are internal qualities that people have. Several concerns have been raised by visitors in tripadvisor comments, including displeasure with the performance of the room attendants. Some of the visitors' complaints on TripAdvisor are about unpleasant workers, sluggish service, and problems with accommodation. Based on the conclusions from the data obtained from interviews with three respondents about the soft skills of room attendants at The Golden Bay Hotel Batam, communication soft skills are the most important requirement. Meanwhile, compared to communication soft skills, emotional soft skills and critical thinking are the least needed. Because not all room attendants pay attention to visitors while carrying out their duties, guests complain. Room attendants should pay more attention to how important client preferences are at The Golden Bay Hotel Batam to increase visitor satisfaction. Room staff must also be aware of work support equipment that is no longer suitable for its purpose and must be updated so that it does not damage itself. To communicate with foreign tourists, flight attendants must master many languages. Communication indicators have developed into soft skills that play an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Sanitation, which encompasses the maintenance of both personal and environmental cleanliness, serves as a pivotal measure in preventing the spread of diseases, particularly in communal settings such as the Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention. Within the context of this establishment, the focus of this study lies in investigating the sanitation management strategies employed by room attendants to bolster the hotel's favorable perception. Employing qualitative methodologies, the research involved in-depth interviews with key personnel from the housekeeping department, including the executive housekeeper, housekeeping supervisor, and room attendant, alongside soliciting feedback from a guest. The findings underscore the meticulous adherence to sanitation protocols and cleanliness standards as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). It becomes apparent that such stringent adherence not only mitigates the occurrence of undesirable incidents but also fosters an environment conducive to promoting positive perceptions of the Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention. Notably, guests' responses affirm the efficacy of these efforts, citing the establishment's commendable hygiene standards and the exemplary warmth exhibited by its staff towards patrons. This confluence of factors underscores the hotel's commitment to not only maintaining optimal cleanliness but also cultivating a hospitable ambiance that enhances its overall image.

Abstract

Akuntansi merupakan proses mencatat, mengkategorikan, dan menguraikan transaksi yang sebagian bersifat keuangan dengan cara menginterpretasikan hasilnya. melalui penerapan akuntansi, UMKM bisa meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan pada keuangan. Secara umum, masi banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum menerapkan akuntansi pada usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah pelaku UMKM sudah menerapkan akuntansi pada usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data primer. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku usaha UMKM Tahu tek Lamongan CJDW dan Bapak Supriyadi sebagai objek dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Bapak Supriyadi masih menggunakan metode keuangan single entry. Dimana metode ini merupakan metode pencatatan keuangan yang hanya dilakukan sebanyak satu kali.

Abstract

Institutions involved in the juvenile criminal justice system are not only courts, prosecutors, police, but also involve the Correctional Center. The Correctional Center or BAPAS has an important role in the juvenile criminal justice system. Therefore, this study aims to examine the function and duties of BAPAS in the juvenile criminal justice system from the perspective of fiqh siyasah. The main problem in this study is how fiqh siyasah reviews the functions and duties of Counselors in the juvenile criminal justice system. This study is a qualitative study. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation. The study was conducted at the Bengkulu District Court class IA. This study concludes that the laws and regulations do not indicate the legal position of community counselors to be able to participate in juvenile criminal justice trials in assisting children in conflict with the law. And the positioning of community counselors during trials is not yet known. Carrying out its duties to provide guidance, supervision, and assistance to children inside and outside the criminal justice process and has been carried out with full responsibility even though some of the authorities of the community counselors are still constrained because the Temporary Child Guidance Institution (LPAS) and LPKS where these facilities do not yet exist in Bengkulu province. In fiqh siyasah, community counselors can be called muhtasib who carry out supervision, education and strive for human welfare in preventing harm among the community, especially children who are still minors.

Abstract

Family planning is an attempt to span or plan the number and spacing of pregnancies using contraception. Family planning is a program that helps individuals or married couples to avoid unwanted births, regulate the interval between pregnancies, control the time and birth in conjugal relationships and determine the number of children in the family. The number of family couples who do not know about various types of contraceptives, providing health education can increase knowledge about family planning acceptors, thus making family planning acceptors more precise in determining contraceptives that are comfortable to use and can avoid errors in the selection of tools. Methodology. Health education was held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the Nur Islam Mosque RT 001 / RW 009 at 16.00 WIB. The implementation was carried out with 2 stages: The first stage of the service implementer begins the activity by meeting directly with Kuncen village cadres to identify existing problems and conduct introductions and socialization related to community service activities to provide counseling on family planning (KB) then provide online invitations to participants. The second stage is the distribution of leaflets to the participants who attended the health education results: The results showed that the RW 009 community in Kuncen Hamlet, Cawas Village were enthusiastic in receiving education and the participants were active in the question and answer session. Community knowledge increased after being given education, the community was able to answer questions properly and correctly Conclusion: The results after conducting health education about family planning can be seen that the knowledge of women of childbearing age has increased.

Abstract

Vocational education plays an important role in preparing the younger generation to enter the workforce with skills that are relevant and needed by industry. Vocational High Schools (SMK) have a very important role in preparing the younger generation to enter the workforce with skills that are relevant and needed by industry. Teacher performance in vocational schools is the determining factor in delivering quality education to students. This research aims to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline and organizational culture on performance, by considering the role of graduate quality as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of teachers, staff and students from SMK YPM 1 Taman who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the relationship between competence, work discipline, organizational culture, graduate quality, partnerships, and teacher performance, as well as moderation analysis to test the moderating role of graduate quality. The results of this research can provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in vocational education in their efforts to improve the quality of graduates and prepare a skilled workforce ready to face industrial challenges

Abstract

The 21st century adjustment in the field of technology one of them is Education. Education must be able to aspire to a generation that is adaptive and contextual to nature, geography subjects that were initially less desirable by students must adapt to an era that demands compatibility and still carries the noble value of Tamansiswa's teachings. This study aims to 1. Describe Tamansiswa's teachings that are relevant in the 21st century, 2. Analyzing the internaliasai of Tamansiswa's teachings in the 21st century in geography subjects. This research uses the literature review method which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting information from the library, reading, recording, and processing materials. This method is by describing articles related to the internalization of tamansiswa teachings in the 21st century in geography subjects. The results showed that problems in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that have been educational challenges can be solved if the students' Park teachings are applied properly. The benefits of the teachings of the pancadharma of nature in geography subjects are used as a basis for consideration of proposed street names with toponymy techniques. The Education Tricenter can be modeled in outdoor study learning to shape the collaborative spirit of students according to the demands of the 21st century. Geography learning planning can refer to the Tri-Nga concept to produce teacher skills and learners in the 21st century.

Abstract

Pada era persaingan yang cukup ketat akhir-akhir ini para santri perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan, keahlian, dan beragam kompetensi para santri agar mampu beradaptasi. Untuk mencapai hal itu salah satunya dengan mengikuti kegiatan inkubasi atau pelatihan kewirausahaan yang sesuai dengan teori pola pikir kewirausahaan yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk lebih berani mengatasi tantangan secara kreatif, mengambil tindakan inovatif dengan dasar itulah diselenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan “pesantrenpreneur” di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum, Kabupaten Pamekasan, Pulau Madura, Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk membangun jiwa-jiwa wirausaha di kalangan santri, menghasilkan bisnis model, dan prototipe bisnis. Dengan metode pengelolaan kegiatan proyek skrumban dan metode pelaksanan kegiatan dengan kegiatan diskusi, simulasi, dan banyak melakukan pratik dengan mengisi lembar kerja dan canvas yang sudah disediakan, dilakukan selama 3 hari pada tanggal 17-19 Maret 2023 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang yang merupakan santri Pondek Pesantren Darul Ulum. sementara hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil mendapatkan pengalaman praktis dan mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan dengan masukan terhadap metode penyampaian materi sehingga lebih mudah dipahami dan diterapkan dan diaplikasikan.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the relationship between investment methodology, working capital, and income in the context of recessionary uncertainty. It specifically explores the role of government regulations in advancing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 9, focusing on industrial innovation, infrastructure, and resilience. Method: The investigation employs an explanatory and scientific approach, integrating theoretical and empirical analysis to assess the interactions between investment strategies, working capital, income, and government regulations during economic downturns. Data are analyzed to evaluate the mediating effects of government regulation on these variables.  Results:  The findings indicate that investment strategies targeting critical infrastructure foster durable economic expansion, enhancing resilience during recessions. Flexible working capital management mitigates market instability risks. The results reveal that investment strategies and income significantly influence government regulation, while enterprise capital does not. Additionally, investment strategies and venture capital impact recession risks indirectly through government regulation, which also mediates the influence of income on recession risk.  Novelty: This study uniquely highlights the mediating role of government regulation in linking income and recession risk, as well as its impact on investment strategies and venture capital. By aligning these insights with SDG No. 9, it contributes to the broader understanding of how economic policies and private sector strategies can collaboratively enhance resilience during economic downturns.

Abstract

This paper elaborates on the results of an exhaustive study regarding the Earth's position in the universe based on the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation map, which is the latest discovery in modern astronomy. CMB radiation provides crucial insights into the early distribution of mass and energy in the universe. The aim of this research is to understand the theory and mechanisms behind the formation of polarity structures in the CMB and analyze their correlation with Earth's position in the overall structure of the universe. Intensity measurement data of CMB radiation published by COBE, WMAP, and Planck present temperature distribution data in coordinates in FITS (Flexible Image Transport System) format files. Subsequently, a spherical harmonic transformation is performed to obtain spherical harmonic coefficients a_lm as equations that represent dipole, quadrupole, octupole models, and various other multipole models. The analysis of the correlation in the temperature distribution of CMB radiation involves detailing various patterns found in the dipole, quadrupole, and octopole models, demonstrating quasi-symmetry characteristics with Earth at its center. An analysis of anisotropic CMB data yields an interesting hypothesis that the Earth's position plays a role in shaping the structure of the universe on a certain scale. Even more extremely, it can be said that Earth is at the center of the universe. This finding prompts profound contemplation about Earth's position in the structure of the cosmos, opening the door for further research in this field.
