Abstract

Perkembangan kurikulum dan berjalannya kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah memiliki permasalahan yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan dan apa saja yang harus dievaluasi di dalam kurikulum tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode library reseach atau kajian pustaka. Dari evaluasi yang telah dilakukan hasil yang didapatkan ada beberapa aspek yang harus dievaluasi yaitu pertama: Evaluasi tujuan, tujuan pembelajaran harus dirancang secara operasional, yang berarti mereka dapat diukur dan diamati sampai tingkat keberhasilan, tujuan yang dibuat lebih berfokus pada meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Kedua, Evaluasi materi, uraian materi sebagai bahan ajar tidak mendapatkan pengembangan karena guru hanya bergantung pada buku yang sudah ada di tangan siswa. Ketiga: Evaluasi metode, pelaksanaan kurikulum dapat dipengaruhi oleh metode pembelajaran, keahlian guru, fasilitas yang tersedia, dukungan sekolah, dan dukungan pemerintah. Keempat: Evaluasi penilaian, penilaian kurikulum bagian dari proses pengembangan pelaksanaan kurikulum; karena itu, penilaian tidak hanya diperlukan saat program dimulai, tetapi juga selama proses pelaksanaan.

Abstract

In the context of digital security, the utilization of blockchain technology as a means of evidence against crypto crimes has become an exceedingly crucial topic. This research elucidates whether the admissible evidence tool stipulated in Article 184 paragraph (1) of the criminal procedural law encompasses proof relating to crypto crimes and how the decentralized structure and transparent nature of blockchain can aid in furnishing accurate and credible evidence pertaining to crypto crimes. This study offers profound insights into the potential of blockchain concerning evidence provision and prevention of crypto crimes. The author employs normative research, a process aimed at uncovering legal rules, principles, and doctrines to address legal issues encountered. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that blockchain can serve as an electronic evidence tool in crypto crimes. Aligned with the decentralized and transparent nature of blockchain, it can provide precise and permanent data.

Abstract

Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Lestari a Regional-Owned Enterprise tasked with providing clean water to the com-munity of Tuban Regency, has experienced performance stagnation over the past five years (2019-2023), although overall its performance is still considered good. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and affective commitment of employees on the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. This research is a causal study aimed at exploring the influence of independent variables on dependent variables and their impact on the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Com-pany Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the mechanism for the appointment and dismissal of Village Apparatus that is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Regent of South Bengkulu Number 09 of 2019 concerning Procedures for the Appointment and Dismissal of Village Apparatus, especially in Penindaian Village, Kedurang Ilir District, South Bengkulu Regency. In addition, this study also examines the mechanism from the perspective of fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah as the basis for Islamic law relating to governance. The type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study found that the mechanism for the appointment and dismissal of Village Apparatus in Penindaian Village, Kedurang Ilir District, South Bengkulu Regency, which is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Regent of South Bengkulu Number 09 of 2019, has had significant legal and social impacts. In addition, the mechanism does not fulfill the principles of fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah, such as equality, brotherhood, accountability, tolerance, freedom, deliberation, justice, balance, moderation, and obedience. The results of this study highlight the importance of enforcing regulations and implementing fiqh siyasah values ​​in village governance to achieve justice and harmony in society.

Abstract

This article discusses academic supervision in educational institutions as an important component in the management and improvement of the quality of education. Academic supervision is a series of activities that aim to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process. This study describes the stages in academic supervision which include planning, implementation, results analysis, follow-up plans, and reporting. In planning, supervisors need to draw up schedules, determine problem focuses, and develop supervisory instruments. The implementation of supervision is carried out through various methods such as classroom observation, interviews, and discussions with teachers. The results of the supervision analysis are used as a basis to formulate follow-up and improvement recommendations. This study concludes that planned and systematic academic supervision plays a crucial role in improving teacher competence and the quality of learning in educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational administration supervision in improving the quality of school management. The quality of school management is highly dependent on the effectiveness of supervision carried out by the principal, educational supervisor, and administrative staff. In this study, the method used is a literature study, by reviewing various relevant literature, both from books, articles, journals, and policy documents related to educational administration supervision. The analysis was carried out on various theories and practices of supervision related to increasing efficiency, accountability, and transparency in school management. The results of the literature study indicate that educational administration supervision plays an important role in creating an organized and efficient management system, improving managerial quality, and strengthening the capabilities of administrative staff. In addition, challenges identified in the implementation of supervision include the lack of training and professional development for administrative staff, technological limitations, and low levels of collaboration between related parties. As a solution, this study proposes the importance of increasing information technology-based training and developing a data-based and collaborative supervision system to support better school management quality. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and adaptive educational administration supervision policies and practices

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VIII SMP Islam Kafah Unggul. Penelitian menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest dengan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimen. Sebanyak 30 peserta didik diberikan pre-test sebelum pembelajaran untuk mengetahui pemahaman awal terhadap konsep-konsep IPA, kemudian diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan metode inkuiri, dan selanjutnya diukur kembali menggunakan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test, yang dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa metode inkuiri memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian, metode pembelajaran inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Temuan ini merekomendasikan metode inkuiri sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar IPA di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh metode pembelajaran ceramah, demonstrasi dan inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP Islam Kafah Unggul. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental semu (quasi experiment) dengan bentuk post-test only control group design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan menggunakan kelas 81, 82, dan 83. Data diperoleh melalui tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif. Didapatkan nilai rata-rata pada kelas 81 sebesar 94.20, pada kelas 82 sebesar 87.10, dan pada kelas 83 sebesar 76.40 yang didapatkan selisih nilai (gap) sebesar 7,1 dan 10,7 setelah mendapatkan perlakuan menggunakan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan inkuiri.

Abstract

Harga kopra di tingkat Internasional maupun tingkat Nasional menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan, namun di tingkat lokal harga kopra fluktuatif dan tidak stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai distribusi kopra dan strategi peningkatan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha kopra di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani, pengepul/tengkulak, dan pengumpul besar memainkan peran penting dalam distribusi kopra. Petani yang bermitra langsung dengan pengumpul besar cenderung memperoleh keuntungan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak bermitra. Strategi peningkatan pendapatan termasuk mengoptimalkan produksi, mengurangi biaya, dan memperluas pasar dengan dukungan komunitas serta informasi pasar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop the practical skills and tourism knowledge of students at SMKN 1 Bintan Utara, given the rapid development of the tourism sector in Bintan which creates a need for skilled workers. Students need skills that are in line with hospitality industry standards, such as excellent service, front office management, and the use of digital technology. This training is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and the demands of the working world through various methods, such as lectures, simulations, and hands-on practice, which provide real learning experiences. In this training, students participate in scenarios that train them to face live situations in the world of work, helping them master essential skills in customer service and the use of digital technology in tourism. The results of this program show an increase in students' understanding and confidence in their skills. They also felt more prepared to enter the workforce after completing the training. With training that focuses on practical skills development, vocational schools such as SMKN 1 Bintan Utara can produce graduates who are ready to compete in the tourism labor market, both locally and internationally. The program emphasizes the importance of aligning vocational education with industry needs to support the development of the local tourism economy and improve workforce competitiveness.
