Abstract

This study aims to analyze the experiences, strategies, and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kalukubula Village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores three distinct types of MSMEs: Zahra Collection Store (clothing retail), Q.Box (food stall), and a local tailoring business. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of business activities. The findings reveal that MSME actors in this area encounter common challenges such as limited capital, restricted market access, and competition from outside products. However, they also implement various adaptive strategies, including leveraging social media for marketing, building customer loyalty through personalized service, and product development. This study contributes to understanding the dynamics of MSMEs in post-disaster areas and recommends the importance of government support in entrepreneurship training, financing access, and digital infrastructure development.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to optimize Tahsin learning and improve students' Error Awareness in reading the Qur'an at SMP IT An Najma, which was found to be low in the initial evaluation. Low Error Awareness, characterized by repeated technical errors and dependence on teacher corrections, hinders students' independent learning. The proposed intervention action is the integration of Talaqqi (as a model for standard reading) with Peer-Assessment (as a mechanism for active reflection). This study adopts a spiral Plan-Act-Observe-Reflect Action Research design, carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were seventh-grade students at SMP IT An Najma. Data were collected using reading pre-tests and post-tests (quantitative data), as well as observations and in-depth interviews (qualitative data). Quantitative data analysis focused on the increase in the percentage of learning mastery per cycle, while qualitative data used thematic analysis to identify patterns of improvement in students' self-awareness when assessing their peers. The research results show that the integration of this method is effective. There was a significant improvement in students' reading quality, indicated by the increase in the learning completeness percentage from the initial condition (65%) to 90% at the end of Cycle II. Qualitatively, Peer-Assessment proved to force students to actively analyze the rules of tajwid and articulation points, which in turn enhanced their Error Awareness. Students no longer just receive corrections but are able to identify and correct mistakes in themselves and their peers. It is concluded that the Talaqqi and Peer-Assessment approaches can serve as optimal strategies to enhance students' independence and awareness in Tahsin Al-Qur’an. This study recommends the use of a structured Peer-Assessment rubric as an integral component of the Tahsin curriculum.

Abstract

The development of science and technology generally brings positive impacts in terms of convenience in various human activities, but on the other hand, it also leads to negative consequences such as an increase in waste. One of the significant wastes produced from construction activities, including building and house construction, is feldspar, which typically comes from leftover ceramic materials. Feldspar is a type of waste that is difficult to decompose naturally and has no economic value, often accumulating and polluting the environment. Therefore, innovation is needed to utilize this waste to create value. This study aims to use feldspar powder as a replacement for fine aggregates in K-200 grade concrete mixtures. The research method involved mixing feldspar powder in specific proportions as a substitute for sand, followed by a series of tests, including compressive strength and flexural tests, to determine the feasibility and performance of the resulting concrete. The results indicate that the use of feldspar powder as a fine aggregate produces a concrete mixture with satisfactory mechanical characteristics, meeting the K-200 concrete standards. These findings not only provide an alternative environmentally friendly material but also offer a solution to reduce ceramic waste, contributing positively to sustainable construction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine an appropriate formative assessment model in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah through the development of noble character-based instruments. Currently, assessment systems in primary education institutions are still dominated by cognitive aspects, while character assessments are often conducted accumulatively at the end of the semester without clear rubrics. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews across four primary education institutions. The results of the study indicate the absence of standardized formative assessment models based on noble character integrated into daily learning.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are businesses formed by a group of people or individuals independently. Digital marketing is a strategy or marketing activity such as product promotion carried out through digital media. Marketing strategies through digital marketing are needed so that MSMEs can compete and reach more consumers. Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms has transformed consumer purchasing behavior, especially among university students. This study investigates the influence of cashback and free shipping promotions on the purchase decisions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis on data collected from 95 students, the study finds that free shipping promotions significantly affect purchase decisions, while cashback promotions do not show a significant individual effect. However, both promotions combined have a significant positive impact on purchase decisions. These findings provide valuable insights for e-commerce platforms to optimize promotional strategies targeting student consumers. The study contributes to the literature on digital marketing and consumer behavior in the Indonesian e-commerce context.

Abstract

Fotografi sebagai salah satu cabang ilmu, ditandai dengan banyaknya genre. Munculnya banyak genre disebabkan tercipta dari tangan para fotografer. Beberapa genre tersebut diantaranya landscape, potret, fine art, arsitektural, under water dan lain sebagainya. Dari banyak genre tersebut, ada sebuah genre yang berkembang di Indonesia, yaitu street fotografi. Seorang tokoh yang mempeloporinya adalah Henri Cartier Bresson, seorang fotografer asal Prancis, yang banyak mengambil gambar keindahan di dunia, salah satunya adalah Hindia Belanda, namun foto-fotonya tidak banyak dihargai, dan akhirnya ia dihargai ketika memotret kotanya dengan pendekatan surealis. Bresson menjadi salah satu inspirasi bagi fotografer jalanan.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of degenerative and infectious diseases has encouraged the development of more effective, selective, and safer therapeutic agents. Natural compounds and medicinal chemistry approaches have demonstrated considerable potential in modern drug discovery due to their diverse pharmacological activities and structural complexity. This study aims to review the role of bioactive   natural compounds and computational approaches in contemporary drug development. The method employed was a literature review based on recent scientific publications discussing medicinal chemistry, molecular docking, quantitative structure–activity relationship analysis, artificial intelligence-assisted drug design, and nanoformulation strategies. The findings indicate that several natural compounds, particularly flavonoids and quercetin, exhibit promising anticancer, antidiabetic, antioxidant, and antibacterial activities through interactions with various biological targets. Computational approaches such as molecular docking, virtual screening, predictive modeling, and deep QSAR were shown to improve the efficiency of lead identification and molecular optimization. Furthermore, nanoformulation systems contribute to enhancing bioavailability, molecular stability, and therapeutic effectiveness of bioactive compounds. Despite these advantages, challenges including compound complexity, ADMET limitations, and the necessity for experimental validation remain important considerations in drug development. In conclusion, the integration of natural compounds, medicinal chemistry, and computational technologies provides significant opportunities for accelerating and optimizing modern drug discovery and development.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the "Temporary Concentration" model, an innovative curriculum design implemented in the Arabic Language and Literature (BSA) program at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, Indonesia. It aims to deconstruct how this model facilitates the integration of dual linguistic and literary competencies within the rigid structural constraints of the national higher education system, specifically the credit limit (144-160 SKS) mandated by national policy. Methods: Employing a qualitative, instrumental single-case study design underpinned by a constructivist paradigm, this research collected data through in-depth analysis of curriculum documents, semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions with key stakeholders, including curriculum designers, lecturers, and students. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006) to identify emergent themes regarding the model's design, implementation, and perceived efficacy. Findings: The analysis reveals that the model strategically allocates 44 SKS (29.5% of the total 149 SKS curriculum) to an intensive, two-semester concentration in either Linguistics or Literature. This structured immersion phase ensures deep disciplinary mastery, successfully allocating 33% and 37.2% of the total curriculum to linguistics and literature, respectively—a significant increase compared to conventional BSA programs. The model effectively resolves the epistemological tension between depth and breadth by providing a clear roadmap for specialization before integration, addressing a key concern in curriculum literature. Research Implications: The study offers a viable prototype for curriculum reform in similar contexts, demonstrating that strategic reconfiguration, rather than credit expansion, can overcome policy-practice misalignments. It provides practical guidance for program managers and contributes to theoretical discourse by introducing a novel "temporary concentration" framework for dual-competency integration in constrained educational environments.
