Abstract

This article discusses the quality of service and treatment of patients at the auxiliary health center, Sigi district, Sigi Biromaru sub-district, this research was carried out at the auxiliary health center in Kalukubula village with the aim of obtaining and providing information and wanting to know how the quality of service is in accordance with standard operational procedures so that through this we can find out the level of community satisfaction with the services provided, This research used qualitative research methods, observation, interviews and documentation, using 5 informants, with the aim of the informants being the employees of the Kalukubula village community health center and the Kalukubula village community. The results of this research indicate that the quality of service is maximum. In this research the author has collected data through interviews and secondary data in the form of documents.

Abstract

Learning mathematics in elementary school is often labeled as a difficult and scary subject by students. This assumption can lead to suggestions to students that this subject is difficult to learn. This research aims to overcome the problem of difficulties in understanding and remembering mathematical formulas at SDN 101774 Up, especially in high classes by using a fun learning method, namely HARUMPALA (Memorizing Formulas Using Songs). This approach converts mathematical formulas into familiar children's song lyrics, making it easier for students to remember and understand the formulas. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview methods and literature review to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors that cause difficulties in learning mathematics at SDN 101774 Till. The research results show that the HARUMPALA method is effective in reducing mathematics anxiety and increasing students' ability to remember formulas. With a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, it is easier for students to understand and apply mathematical concepts in more depth. This method not only helps in memorizing formulas, but also in understanding the concept and its application.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Perhitungan, Pencatatan, Penyetoran, dan Pelaporan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai pada PT. XXX pada periode 2022-2023. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Akuntansi Pajak Pertambahan Nilai sebagai faktor kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. XXX. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan yang berasal dari perusahaan kemudian menguraikan secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penghitungan dan pencatatan pajak pertambahan nilai di perusahaan sudah sesuai dengan Undang – Undang nomor 42 tahun 2009, dimana pajak keluaran lebih besar daripada pajak masukan sehingga perusahaan mengalami kurang bayar, namun penyetoran dan pelaporan pajak pertambahan nilai yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Undang – Undang yang berlaku, hal itu disebabkan karena di bulan maret, april, mei, agustus, september, oktober, november, desember tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023 di bulan januari, maret, mei, juni, juli, september, oktober, november perusahaan mengalami keterlambatan dalam penyetoran dan pelaporan pajak pertambahan nilainya.

Abstract

The English language learning process at SDN 064037 Medan Tembung faces challenges related to a lack of interactivity and optimal utilization of learning media, particularly in the topic My Family. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing Wordwall media in enhancing student interactivity, understanding of the material, and learning motivation. This study employs a qualitative approach through methods of observation, interviews, and documentation involving 25 fourth-grade students at SDN 064037. The findings of this study indicate that the application of Wordwall in learning significantly improves student interactivity, material comprehension, and their motivation to learn. The interactive features of Wordwall encourage students to be more active during the learning process, positively influencing their learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers utilize more varied learning media, such as Wordwall, to enhance the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture Activities (KKN) are an important component of higher education programs which aim to apply students' knowledge, skills and attitudes in real contexts in society. This research aims to bring Palangka Raya University closer to the community, assist the government in improving the welfare of MSMEs, and increase community involvement in preventing stunting in toddlers. Apart from that, this activity aims to improve the level of education and skills of children, strengthen literacy understanding, and introduce the public to an understanding of livestock. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative. The results of the research show positive Regular Thematic Real Work Lecture Activities aim to provide empirical experience to students in solving community problems and fulfilling thematic demands of the LPPM. As agents of change, students in Tambun Raya Village have the opportunity to interact directly with local social and environmental realities.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi siswa kelas VIII.3 SMP Muhammadiyah kota Pagaralam tahun Pelajaran 20242025. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31orang siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan observasi. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahawa kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi dikatagorikan berhasil dengan nilai 80. Dengan rincian sebagai berikut, 6 orang siswa dikategorikan sangat baik dengan nilai 90, 18 siswa dikategorikan baik dengan nilai 8085, 7 orang siswa dikategorikan cukup dengan nilai 70. Hasil observasi yaitu peneliti mendapatkan nilai 4,33 nilai tersebut dikatagorikan baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peneliti dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kreatif produktif dalam menulis paragraf deskripsi kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah dikatagorikan berhasil

Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional state characterized by feelings of discomfort, such as restlessness, worry, or fear of events that have not yet occurred. This condition is often experienced by pregnant women who are about to undergo labor, especially if confronted with an emergency cesarean section (CS). High anxiety can negatively impact the mother's physical and psychological condition, as well as affect the labor process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of warm water foot soak therapy as a form of non-pharmacological intervention in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women who will undergo cesarean section. This study used a case study design with a residential care approach. The study subjects consisted of two patients in the Gladiol Ward of Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo Regional Hospital who experienced damage problems in the form of anxiety. The intervention provided was warm water foot soak therapy twice daily for two consecutive days. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, physical examinations, medical record studies, and filling out the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) questionnaire. The results showed that this therapy was able to reduce anxiety levels in both patients. The first patient showed a decrease from moderate anxiety (score 16) to mild anxiety (score 12), while the second patient experienced a decrease from severe anxiety (score 21) to moderate anxiety (score 17). Thus, warm foot soak therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing pre-CES anxiety and can be considered a safe and simple treatment intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the productivity of Crawler Crane heavy equipment in lifting precast concrete structural elements at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through direct observation in the field. The data is based on the equipment's operating cycle time and work efficiency. The results of the study show that the Crawler Crane heavy equipment used by PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. produces a productivity of 20 tons/hour or 160 tons/day for 8 hours with the need for 2 units of crawler crane heavy equipment, resulting in a work efficiency of 80%. So the productivity results from the calculation have been optimal, so it is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference in the management of heavy equipment, especially Crawler Cranes in construction work at the Company PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk.

Abstract

Fair and objective teacher performance evaluation is essential for improving the quality of education. However, the process of selecting outstanding teachers at the elementary school level is often conducted subjectively without a structured approach.. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to enhance teacher performance evaluation based on measurable criteria. The system utilizes seven primary criteria, Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. Each criterion is assigned a specific weight used to calculate the final preference value for each teacher as an alternative. System validation was carried out through Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving end users. The test results indicate that all system features function properly and are capable of accurately displaying the teacher ranking order. One teacher achieved the highest preference score, demonstrating the effectiveness of the SAW method in supporting objective and efficient decision-making. The system has the potential to be widely implemented to improve clarity and accountability in teacher performance evaluation.

Abstract

In this community service activity, the initiative was carried out with a group of residents who run home-based businesses and are part of the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) group in RW 05 Pinang Griya. Several of these entrepreneurs—most of whom produce food and beverages—are still unfamiliar with the regulations regarding food distribution permits and halal certification for their products. This knowledge is essential to ensure that their products are recognized and guaranteed to be halal. Starting in 2026, Article 160 paragraph (2) stipulates that micro and small business actors (UMK) are subject to a phased obligation for halal certification for food products, beverages, slaughtered goods, and slaughter services. This regulation is expected to influence consumer awareness, particularly regarding the products they purchase. As Indonesia is a Muslim-majority country, such regulation will encourage UMK businesses to certify their products as halal. This, in turn, is expected to positively impact sales performance and contribute to improving the local economic conditions.
