Abstract

Changes in the dynamic strategic and regulatory environment are challenges as well as opportunities for city governments to formulate and formulate organizational policies that are in line with the direction of development. The arrangement of regional apparatus organizations is a common thing in an organizational cycle, including in local government organizations. With the simplification of the regional government organization, it is hoped that the performance of the local government will become more effective and efficient. Institutional arrangements are not limited to nomenclature, but also have an impact on coordination governance, scope of work, resource management, and so on. By using institutional arrangement criteria from a budgeting policy perspective, analyzing the value of strategic issues related to regional vision and mission as well as regional flagship programs, analysis of regional institutional models and nomenclature, analyzing the typology of affairs, which are then offered into two models, namely: 1) Progressive Institutional Model and 2) Pragmatic Institutional Model. In short, differences from alternative institutional models fundamentally change existing institutions, but still prioritize key factors in achieving local government goals. On the other hand, the choice of the pragrammatic model represents a moderate, realistic, and rational institutional model, but the two alternative models still offer a more streamlined structure and a more efficient allocation of resources. It is possible to choose a hybrid model, taking into account the intensity of the workload, and optimize the performance of the flagship program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis resepsi mahasiswa ilmu agama terhadap budaya khitan perempuan. Budaya khitan perempuan merupakan praktik yang kontroversial dalam beberapa masyarakat, yang melibatkan pemotongan dan perlukaan pada genetalia perempuan. Fenomenologi digunakan sebagai pendekatan karena setiap individu memiliki pengalaman hidup yang berbeda-beda. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam secara tidak terstruktur terhadap sejumlah mahasiswa program studi ilmu agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resepsi mahasiswa terhadap budaya khitan perempuan beragam, dari penolakan tegas hingga penerimaan terhadap praktik tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resepsi mahasiswa termasuk latar belakang budaya, agama, dan kesadaran akan hak asasi manusia. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan yang penting dalam memahami dinamika sosial dan budaya seputar praktik khitan perempuan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) focuses on increasing employee motivation to improve their performance. Motivation is one of the important factors that influences individual success. If the police do not have work motivation it will have a negative impact on their performance; Decreased quality of public services, decreased productivity, loss of initiative and creativity, increased absenteeism and turnover, high levels of stress and job dissatisfaction, poor work relationships. Therefore, it is important to increase motivation for police performance, various strategies have been implemented, including providing good examples, supporting the role of psychologists in the police to help police officers overcome stress and depression, providing role models, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities, as well as creating positive and supportive work environment. Education and training is one of the keys to enhancing career growth and mental growth and communication tactics have been researched to understand their impact on performance. Work motivation can influence a person's performance by up to 80%. High motivation is usually associated with increased productivity, work quality, and initiative. Therefore, increasing work motivation is an important factor in human resource management in various organizations, including the National Police. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence motivation has on the performance of the National Police. Involves analyzing techniques such as role modeling, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently undergoing many changes. The education system, curriculum, learning tools, learning media, and resources have also undergone major improvements, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. The learning process can not only be carried out face-to-face, but can also be done boldly. The application of learning media is designed to support students' attention, affective, cognitive, and compensatory. The Quizziz application can be a means of conducting formative assessments, because teachers can measure students' understanding by taking quizzes at the end of learning. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with subjects of class 8E students of SMPN 2 Semarang. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by researchers include three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of this study show that the assessment format for class 8E students is on average above the KKM. The recapitulation results also show that the level of effectiveness of the questions used is by using multiple choice because in multiple choice questions students tend to get the best results, while in fill-in questions many students get less satisfactory results. The fill-in question model in the Quizziz application has several weaknesses, including if the teacher writes the answer key, the capitalization and punctuation must be correct. There is no tolerance for answers for students. Therefore, another option for teachers is to correct them manually. Another weakness in the Quizziz application with the multiple choice question model is that teachers cannot measure students' understanding in depth. Students tend to express their memory in answering.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: seksio sesarea merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengeluarkan hasil konsepsi, demi keselamatan ibu dan bayi. Untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka SC diperlukan mobilisasi dini secara bertahap. Namun, banyak ibu post SC yang takut untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini karena rasa nyeri dan takut luka SC akan membuka jika melakukan mobilisasi terlalu awal. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berubungan dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini pada ibu posca seksio sesarea Metode: deskriptif kuantitatif dengan  cross-sectional untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor-faktor dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini pada ibu post seksio sesarea. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Pengambilan sampel accidental sampling selama dua bulan, besar sampel 75 responden. Analisa data dengan Chi Square melalui SPSS, untuk mengetahui hubungan masing-masing faktor. Hasil: Pada variable pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi, P-Value < α (0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi ibu terhadap mobilisasi dini di pada ibu post seksio sesarea. Pada dukungan suami, didapatkan P-Value > α (0,05), artinya tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi ibu pasca seksio sesarea dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini; tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini pada ibu pasca seksio sesarea.

Abstract

Current women's health problems should receive serious attention. In Indonesia, the highest mortality rate is experienced by women of productive age (15-49 years). Women are very susceptible to various diseases, including breast cancer which is the number 2 killer disease in the world. Breast cancer is a disease that can affect anyone, especially women. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Currently, cancer is the second leading cause of death. Incidence and death rates continue to increase in developing countries because early detection and treatment facilities are inadequate. The output of this activity is to increase knowledge and change behavior for early detection of breast cancer through BSE in Sungai Adong Kuala Dua village. The target of the activity is housewives in Sungai Adong village. Activity method by providing education and simulation of BSE techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in the pre-test score of knowledge about breast cancer from the pres test score of 30 ± 8.2 to 88 ± 3.4 during the post test. While knowledge of BSE techniques, the pre test score of 20 ± 10.1 increased to 80 ± 2.6 during the post test. For the skills on BSE techniques, the pre test score was 30 ± 9.8 increasing to 90 ± 4.6 at the time of the post test

Abstract

The increasing volume of organic waste in urban areas, such as Karang Besuki Village in Malang City, requires effective solutions to manage this waste sustainably. Currently, organic waste in the Karang Besuki sub-district, Malang City is still being collected at the Kali Urang Karang Besuki landfill, so this service aims to evaluate the creation of a sanitary composter as an alternative for processing organic waste. Sanitary composting, as a waste processing technology that integrates the principles of sanitation and composting, offers great potential for reducing the burden of organic waste and producing high-quality compost. This study includes the design and implementation of sanitary composters in several locations in Karang Besuki Village, as well as an analysis of their effectiveness in processing organic waste and their impact on environmental cleanliness. The research results show that the use of a sanitary composter not only reduces the volume of organic waste significantly but also improves soil quality through compost production. Implementation of this technology could become a sustainable model for organic waste management in other urban areas, reducing dependence on landfill and supporting broader environmental initiatives.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui Program Ormawa Membangun Negeri dalam peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi perajinan anyaman bambu dalam wadah inkubator bisnis yang ada di desa melalui Bumdes membawa pembedayaan yang berdampak dan memberikan output kegiatan yang nyata dalam mengubah cara bekerja pengrajin lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pembedayaan yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan masyarakat lokal, organisasi lokal, dan instansi terkait. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah produksi pengrajin dari cara yang tradisional beralih menggunakan mesin, kualitas produk unggulan meningkat karena kecepatan produksi serta kualitas produk inovasi yang memiliki nilai jual, dan terwujudnya inkubator bisnis yang ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Desa. Aktifnya media social dan marketplace sebagai sarana pemasaran online yang efektif. Kolaborasi pentahelix dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat ini menjadi kerjasama tim yang solid dan sumber daya manusia terlibat secara aktif sehingga memberikan dampak perubahan bagi pengrajin dan Pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

In this period the baby progresses from total dependence on others to relative autonomy from self-determination. Growth, development, maturity and learning produce enormous behavioral changes in infancy. In this final period he was able to stand and walk. The baby's behavior is initially related to breastfeeding behavior and elimination behavior. In infant development, several experts have suggested that this behavior is associated with the oral and anal personality of the adult personality. Motives will emerge from needs through the learning process. Needs become detailed and the way to fulfill needs will lead to personal patterns in trying to satisfy them, becoming patterns of behavior and distinctive characteristics. Emotional attitudes are often studied in this way, namely children learn from their interactions with their environment. After certain physical development is achieved, the development of speech, motor skills, and personality traits results in a child who has lost the appearance of a baby, ready to enter toddlerhood.
