Abstract

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service project is to implement a digital marketing strategy for Ucu Ema MSMEs in Bengkalis by applying the STP approach (segmenting, targeting, and positioning) and conducting a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). This activity also aims to identify challenges faced in digital marketing and provide appropriate solutions to improve business competitiveness. The method used consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting of the community service activities. The results show a significant improvement in digital marketing performance through various social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram (@umkm_ucuemaa), Facebook (Umkm Ucu Ema), and the Shopee marketplace (umkm_ucu_ema). This improvement has positively impacted sales and customer reach. The main challenge encountered was understanding the type of content preferred by the audience. The implemented solution involved adjusting content strategies according to user trends and preferences, making promotions more engaging and effective, and ultimately increasing consumer interest in Ucu Ema MSMEs products.

Abstract

Financial Technologi (FinTech) merupakan industri layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi yang cukup berkembang pesat dan cukup diminati masyrakat belakangan ini. Namun,masih terdapat berbagai masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan FinTech termasuk masalah tingkat profitabilitas yang masih rendah dan masih sering mencatatkan kerugian. Berbagai faktor yang menjadi penyebab kerugian dan rendahnya profitabilitas FinTech di Indonesia diantaranya BI rate dan Inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh BI Rate dan Inflasi terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan FinTech yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang diukur dengan menggunakan Return on Asset (ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data BI rate dan Inflasi yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia dan data Profitabilitas FinTech yang diperoleh dari OJK. Sampel penelitian ini adalah data BI rate, Inflasi dan Profitabilitas FinTech selama empat tahun terakhir (Januari 2021 – April 2024) dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 40 sampel. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BI rate dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitablitas FinTech. Hasil ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0, 387 yang berarti sebesar 38,7% perubahan-perubahan dalam variabel dependen (Profitabilitas) dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan-perubahan dari BI Rate dan Inflasi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan tehadap profitabilitas Perusahaan FinTech di Indonesia. Secara parsial, BI rate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas FinTech dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas FinTech di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : BI rate, Inflasi, Profitabilitas

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are an integral part of the higher education curriculum in Indonesia which are designed to provide practical experience to students in the field. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of KKN carried out by Group 146 in improving the social skills of students in Paya Perupuk Village. This research approach is qualitative using observation, interview and questionnaire methods. The research results show that this KKN program has succeeded in improving students' social skills, especially in terms of communication, teamwork and adaptability in the community environment.

Abstract

Meteorology and climatology subject requires appropriate teaching materials that are integrated with problem based learning. This type of research is R&D with the focus of research being the validation and practicality of student worksheets. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. Validation was carried out by three geography education lecturers as experts by filling out questionnaires to assess student worksheets and through discussions to obtain suggestions for improvement. The validation of student worksheets carried out includes four assessment indicators namely content, construct, language, and graph validation. The practicality of student worksheets is filled in by lecturers and students as users by filling in five practicality indicators. The results showed (1) student worksheets integrated with the problem-based learning model were in the valid category for use, (2) student worksheets were in the practical category which meant the worksheets that were developed were easy to understand, easy to implement, efficient in cost and time, and easy to find the tools and materials needed for learning.

Abstract

Komponen elektronik merupakan salah satu produk yang sangat presisi, dimana jaminan kualitas harus selalu diutamakan. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pemasok komponen elektronik printer ternama di Indonesia. Namun saat ini defect ratio yang terjadi masih sangat tinggi pada perusahaan tersebut, khususnya pada line mesin injection molding. Rata-rata defect ratio yang terjadi pada januari hingga maret 2024 mencapai 19% pada komponen housing panel. Angka tersebut tentu saja sangat tinggi dan melebihi target yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 2% disetiap line production. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan metode FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis), agar dapat menurunkan jumlah defect ratio tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode FMEA, maka perbaikan defect gas mark pada line injection molding menjadi prioritas utama, karena memiliki nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang tertinggi sebesar 105 point. Setelah dilakukan improvement pada mold injection berupa penambahan gas vent dan cleaning mold, maka defect ratio pada komponen housing panel mengalami penurunan dari 19% menjadi 1.6%. Hasil tersebut tentu saja telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan.

Abstract

Currently, the SLF is a requirement for evaluating the administrative and technical suitability of the building. The growth of industries has led to the government requiring the publication of SLF in order to legalize a business or structure, particularly those engaged in the sale of buildings or the provision of building amenities. In the company DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH, SLF (Certificate of Laik Function) is a phenomenon that this study aims to explore and explain. The author also emphasizes the effect of the worth and effectiveness of SLF's publication on the research locus. This study employed a case study approach to qualitative research as its methodology. Researchers seek for literature pertinent to research concerns as part of their data gathering procedures. from books, theses, journals, research essays, and research reports. The researchers in this study used Scopus, Google Scholar, and other sources to cite earlier journals. According to the study's findings, the issuing of the SLF (Laik Function Certificate) had a favorable effect on the worth and productivity of the business DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH. This offers convenience and a fulfilling employment so it can draw in investors and the general public to enhance marketing. The SLF's release is an urgent matter for a firm to address in order to raise quality and have a favorable effect on the economy and revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview in the form of a portrait of the role of millennials in boosting sharia cooperative literacy in industry 4.0. This is done to be aware of Islamic law, including sharia-based cooperatives. The method used in this journal is the method used in this paper is descriptive analysis or in the language of 'Ulum Al-Quran it is called the tafsir tahlili method. Literacy culture is understood as science and civilization. Islam highly values ​​science and knowledge. Sharia cooperative literacy is very important, especially for millennials. This article aims to find out Do the Al-Qur'an and Hadith as the holy books of Muslims have strong roots? and has the potential to encourage followers to engage in sharia cooperative literacy, especially among millennials. In Industry 4.0, the use of social media is increasingly sophisticated. It is not only used for communication purposes but has been used for gaining knowledge, preaching content and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine or find out the strength of the local economy and the strategies that encourage the development of Aek Sijorni's ecotourism potential. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation. The informant in this research was Arif Firmansyah as Chair of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Aek Sijorni Tourism Village. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing qualitative descriptive conclusions. The research results stated that the Aek Sijorni Tourism Village had gone through planning management. The strength of the local economy in the Aek Sijorni Tourism Village, the community carries out economic activities by opening stalls, tourist rides, travel agencies and so on. A strategy that can encourage Aek Sijorni's ecotourism potential is to use a planning approach. The first is planning to develop facilities and infrastructure such as building access to tourist attractions, building new outbound rides, and other supporting facilities. The two human resource institutional plans for this program improve the quality of human resources. The program is held regularly in the form of Pokdarwis training. Third, with tourism marketing planning so that it is known to the wider community.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has led to a diverse reception of the Qur'an, transcending traditional frameworks and manifesting through social media. This article examines the reception of the Qur'an in the animated film "Nussa and Rarra: Pahala Gratis," specifically in the episode titled "Pahala Gratis." The study employs a qualitative research method with a literature review as the data collection technique. The analysis utilizes the reception of the Qur'an in three aspects: exegesis, aesthetics, and functionality, aiming to reveal the impact and interaction between the Qur'anic religious message and the audience. Exegetical reception is evident through the quoting of Qur'anic verses by the character Nussa, specifically QS. al-Aʿrāf[7]: 199, which is then applied within the context of the story. Aesthetic reception is reflected in visual elements, animation, and the use of language, creating an aesthetic experience for the audience. Meanwhile, functional reception involves the implementation of religious values in the daily lives of the audience. The research findings indicate that the animated film "Nussa and Rarra: Pahala Gratis" serves not only as entertainment but also as an effective and creative tool for da'wah (religious outreach). The use of animation technology and creative narrative opens the door for the reception of the Qur'an among a broader audience, proving that religious messages can be conveyed through various forms of media, even those intended for entertainment.
