Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the effect of relational competence on performance; (2) analyze the effect of work flexibility on performance; (3) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on performance; (4) analyze the effect of relational competence on work commitment; (5) analyze the effect of work flexibility on work commitment; (6) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on work commitment; and (7) analyze the effect of work commitment on performance. This research was conducted on the statistical partners of BPS Batu Bara Regency, where the population was 201 people and the number of samples was 67. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques. The analysis method uses PLS analysis with the smartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that relational competence and work commitment directly have a positive and significant influence on performance. Work flexibility and mastery of technology have no effect on performance. Relational competence and mastery of technology have no effect on work commitment. Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Indirectly, work commitment mediates the influence of work flexibility and mastery of technology on performance, and work commitment is unable to mediate the influence of relational competence on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to complete or fill the research gap conducted by previous researchers related to sustainable tourism development. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique of 50 responses conducted during the April 2024 joint leave at the Belitung island tourist attraction. This research found that tiktok, natural, no additional costs, halal culinary are important points for tourists when deciding to travel. aligning tourist attraction development with these values, destinations can increase visitor satisfaction, preserve cultural and natural heritage, encourage local community involvement, and promote responsible and sustainable tourism practices. To achieve this resonance, tourist destination development should engage local stakeholders, adopt a place-based approach, apply ergonomic and eco-friendly design principles, authentically interpret cultural and natural heritage, and monitor and manage tourism impacts. The resonance of tourist attractions with ergo-iconic values can create meaningful tourism experiences and contribute to sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Karier yang baik pastinya diinginkan oleh banyak orang, akan tetapi, cara untuk mencapai karier impian terkadang tidak semudah memimpikannya. Banyak orang mencoba untuk memulai kariernya dengan mengikuti program magang, entah itu dibayar ataupun tidak. Isu mengenai program magang tidak dibayar atau unpaid internship merupakan hal yang ramai dibicarakan belakangan. Di mana meskipun tidak memberikan benefit berupa uang, masih banyak peserta magang yang berminat untuk mengikuti program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pengaruh program unpaid internship terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan khususnya generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur didukung dengan survei kualitatif deskriptif kepada 5 orang partisipan. Data hasil survei dianalisis dengan cara menghubungkannya dengan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipan merasa puas dalam mengikuti program magangnya karena mereka merasa diberikan benefit yang baik untuk memulai kariernya seperti mendapatkan pengalaman kerja secara langsung, dapat mengembangkan keterampilannya, serta memperoleh berbagai wawasan seputar dunia kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di PT. Samudera Lautan Luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di PT. Samudera Luatan Luas adalah gaya demokratis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pendekatan antara pimpinan dan bawahan dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Selain itu kebebasan berpendapat yang diberikan kepada seluruh karyawan juga membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan diberi kepercayaan akan tanggung jawab nya masing-masing. Dengan diberikannya pelatihan yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri akan memberikan dampak yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Selain itu dengan diadakannya evaluasi melalui rapat kinerja juga memudahkan para pimpinan serta karyawan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja satu sama lain guna tercapainya tujuan suatu perusahaan. Selain itu, pimpinan juga memberikan reward atau bonus ketika para kinerja karyawan dapat mencapai target yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Hal ini dapat memberikan rasa semangat kepada karyawan untuk terus berkembang dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan itu sendiri maupun kualitas kinerja nya terhadap perusahaan. Pimpinan juga tidak ada membeda-bedakan dari segi kinerja kepada antar karyawan karena untuk meningkatkan suatu kualitas kinerja tetap dibutuhkan nya kerja sama

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu elemen yang sangat menentukan dalam mencapai tujuan akhir suatu perusahaan. Jika ingin memenangkan persaingan tersebut manajemen perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu merumuskan suatu strategi yang tepat yang didasarkan pada penilaian lingkungan baik lingkungan internal maupun lingkungan eksternal perusahaan. PT. Budi Luhur Sejati merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang peternakan khususnya ternak ayam. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada badan usaha ini yaitu karyawan banyak yang keluar tanpa alasan dan berpindah tempat kerja.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui terjadinya turn over intention. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya turn over intention yaitu terdapat pada faktor gaji, sikap pimpinan, job deskripsi, peluang kerja lain dan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out whether there are other strategies that can be done by companies to maintain and improve their performance. Three things that become important points of this research are the inconsistency in the implementation of strategies that can improve and even reduce the Company's performance, but other indications of business competition performance assessment show positive signals of the movement of the Indonesian business world. Researchers suspect that there are other strategies besides innovation that can improve performance. using a qualitative approach by exploring various literacies related to reciprocal. In addition, to support the research results, this study uses reliable respondents with the criteria being MSME actors who have run their businesses for 2 years. This research found a reciprocal concept that can improve the performance of MSMEs. Novelty in this research includes Reciprocity of Pricing, Reciprocity of Skill and Reciprocity of value product. The concept found is expected to improve relations between business people, the agreement between business people can improve the marketing performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Bubu is a non-selective fishing gear that the types of fish caught were varied, especially demersal. From several fishing gears, bubu are high economic value so that the demand for fishery resource products is increased by it. The purpose of this study was to determine the construction of fishing gear, composition, and effectiveness of fish caught using bubu. This research conducted in March-April 2022 at Tanjungpandan Nusantara Fishery Port (PPN) Belitung Regency. Descriptive analysis used in this method by interviewes with fisherman who used bubu. Determination the number of respondents using the census method with total number interviewed as many as 46 fisherman. Methods to determine the effectiveness of bubu fishing can be seen from the type of main catch, production per trip, fishing area, and gear construction. The results obtained from this study are that the bubu has a fishing gear construction consisting of a body frame using wood and rattan, mouth frame using wire height with of 100-155 cm, lenght of 60-165 cm, width of 20-85 cm and has an outer mouth diameter of 30-50cm, mouth width of 10-25 cm, while the inside diameter of mouth is 20 cm with mesh size of 3 cm. There are 14 types of fish caught in the bubu, such us Siganus guttatus, Gnathanodon speciosus, Lethrinus letjan, Epinephelus fuscoguttatus, Abalites stellatus, Lutjanus vittus, Caesio cuning, scarus ghoban, Epinephelus areolatus, Diagrama pictum, Lutjanus erythropterus, Plectropanus leoparius, Sphyaerana baraccuda, Carangoides plagiotaenia. The composition of main catch catch is 99.75%, by catch 0.25%. The effectiveness of trap fishing gear gets a score of 80%. So that the use of traps has been effective for use

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat literasi dan numerasi siswa di Yayasan Sevilla Madani. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui pemanfaatan limbah kertas sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Yayasan Sevilla Madani Pamulang Barat Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan melibatkan 53 siswa didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, di mana siswa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses belajar melalui media interaktif yang dibuat dari kertas bekas dan kardus, serta observasi dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yakni literasi meningkat dari 65% menjadi 80%, dan numerasi meningkat dari 60% menjadi 75%, meskipun peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi belum signifikan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, namun diperlukan metode tambahan untuk mencapai peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dalam kemampuan literasi dan numerasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Technology Innovation Management (TIM) on business competitiveness and operational efficiency, employing a SmartPLS-based structural equation modeling approach. TIM is critical for or- ganizations navigating rapidly evolving technological landscapes, enabling them to enhance innovation, differentiate themselves, and optimize resources. The research evaluates these relationships through a quantitative design, utilizing a structured survey distributed across organizations adopting TIM practices. Data from 150 respondents were analyzed to test two hypotheses: (H1) TIM posi- tively influences business competitiveness, and (H2) TIM positively impacts op- erational efficiency. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS, which con- firmed both hypotheses. TIM significantly enhances competitiveness (β = 0.62, p < 0.001) and operational efficiency (β = 0.71, p < 0.001). Compet- itiveness benefits include market differentiation, improved customer satisfac- tion, and agility in responding to market changes. Efficiency gains stem from streamlined processes, cost reduction, and optimized resource utilization. These findings underscore TIM’s role as a strategic enabler of sustainable business performance. The study contributes to the literature by empirically validating the relationship between TIM, competitiveness, and efficiency. Practical im- plications include recommendations for managers to prioritize TIM initiatives. Limitations, such as the cross-sectional design and sampling method, suggest avenues for future research to explore these dynamics in diverse contexts and longitudinal studies.

Abstract

This study analyses market penetration traffic as a strategic instrument integrating value-based marketing with market performance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study identifies three zones of market penetration traffic: green, yellow, and red. The findings show that the effectiveness of market penetration depends on the company's ability to integrate value-based marketing with market sensing capability. The green zone requires maintenance and expansion strategies, the yellow zone needs strategy optimisation, and the red zone necessitates fundamental transformation. The findings indicate the importance of continuously monitoring traffic indicators for marketing strategy adjustment. Managerial implications emphasise the development of effective feedback mechanisms to optimise market penetration and customer value creation.
