Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa kelas VIII MTsN Matangglumpangdua pada pokok bahasan tekanan melalui penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII-3 MTsN Matangglumpangdua yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian berupa nilai pretes dan nilai postes, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus  N-gain dan statistik uji-t.  berdasarkan rata-rata N-Gain, peningkatan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa adalah 0,17 dan 0,27 yang dikelompokkan dalam kategori rendah. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai thitung untuk Keterampilan Proses Sains sebesar 6,19 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,68. Untuk penguasaan konsep siswa diperoleh t hitung sebesar 7,90 dan ttabel sebesar 2,68. Jadi nilai t hitung t tabel, dengan demikian ditolak Ho dan diterima Ha. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa pada pokok bahasan tekanan

Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penguatan kelembagaan BUMDes dan UMKM dengan kegiatan sosialisasi terkait BUMDes dan UMKM bagi masyarakat Desa Tonasa Kecamatan Tombolo Pao, Kabupaten Gowa. Kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan Program Studi Ilmu Politik UIN Alauddin Makassar. Saat ini BUMDes hanya mengelola satu jenis usaha yakni pengisian air galon, untuk itu dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan ini memberikan pengetahuan baru tentang potensi usaha yang bisa dikelola untuk BUMDes, khususnya dalam sector pertanian dan pariwisata. Kemudian pemilik UMKM diberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana mengembangkan jenis usaha dengan cara kreatif, inovatif dan pemasaran digital. Metode sosialisasi dan konsultasi atas jenis usaha BUMDes dan UMKM ini diharapkan bisa membantu masyarakat berdampak bagi aspek peningkatan ekonomi desa. Hasilnya bisa membantu desa dalam mengidentifikasi jenis BUMDes yang bisa diupayakan dan masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk bisa menambah nilai dari usahanya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengasuhan orangtua dan motif afiliasi  pada siswa SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 221 orang, dengan sampel 142 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, sementara teknik analisis data penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan korelasi spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 66,2% siswa Banda Aceh didapati pengasuhan orangtua dalam kategori sedang dan motif afiliasinya 95,8% tinggi. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengasuhan orangtua dengan motif afiliasi pada siswa SMP Negeri Banda Aceh dengan r hitung sebesar 0,497 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hubungan aspek melindungi secara berlebihan dengan motif afiliasi r hitungsebesar -0,066, hubungan permisivitas dengan motif afiliasi r hitungsebesar 0,281, hubungan memanjakan dan tunduk pada anak dengan motif afiliasi r hitung-0,025, hubungan penolakan dengan motif afiliasi r hitungsebesar -0,200, hubungan penerimaan dengan motif afiliasi r hitungsebesar 0,348 dan hubungan dominasi dan ambisi orangtua dengan motif afiliasi r hitungsebesar -0,061.Kata kunci: Pengasuhan Orangtua, Motif Afiliasi

Abstract

Aggression motive is a driving force for the emergence of aggressive behavior by individuals. This study, entitled "The Effectiveness of Expressive Writing Counseling Techniques to Reduce Aggression Motives in MAN 4 Aceh Besar Students", aims to see the level of aggression motives of students in MAN 4 Aceh Besar before and after being given expressive writing counseling techniques, as well as to determine whether there is a decrease in the level of aggression motives that are used. significant. The approach used is a quantitative approach, in the form of pre-experiment, one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all students in grade XI of MAN 4 Aceh Besar who have a high level of aggression motives. The samples obtained totaled 11 people who have high levels of aggression motives. Sampling was done by random sampling. Collecting data using a scale of 1-5. The research data were analyzed using statistical analysis paired sample t-test. The results of data analysis indicate that expressive writing counseling techniques have an effectiveness in reducing aggression motives for students of MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Before being given (pretest) the score of aggression motive was 179.64 and the score after being given (posttest) was 104.55. The level of students' motive for aggression has decreased significantly after being given expressive writing counseling techniques. The results of the calculation of the paired sample t-test statistical test found that the mean for pretest posttest was 179.64 104.55, while for the t-count value was 10.621 and t-table (0.05; 11) was 2,228 because tcount ttable meant that there was a significant decrease at the motive level. aggression of MAN 4 Aceh Besar students who have a high level of aggression motive after being given expressive writing counseling techniques. Keywords: aggressive motive, expressive writing; counseling technique  ABSTRAKMotif agresi merupakan suatu penggerak timbulnya perilaku-perilaku agresi yang dilakukan oleh individu. Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Teknik Konseling Menulis Ekspresif untuk Mereduksi Motif Agresi Siswa MAN 4 Aceh Besar”. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat ada tidaknya penurunan tingkat motif agresi yang signifikan setelah diberikan teknik konseling menulis ekspresif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dalam bentuk pre-ekspreriment, one grup pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 2 MAN 4 Aceh Besar yang memiliki tingkat motif agresi yang tinggi. Sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 11 orang yang memiliki tingkat motif agresi yang tinggi. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala 1-5. Analisis statistik menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa teknik konseling menulis ekspresif memiliki efektivitas untuk mereduksi motif agresi siswa MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Sebelum diberikan (pretest) skor motif agresi 179.64 dan skor setelah diberikan (posttest) adalah 104.55. Tingkat motif agresi siswa mengalami penurunan yang signifikan setelah diberikan teknik konseling menulis ekspresif. Hasil uji statistik  paired sample t-test didapati bahwa mean untuk pretest posttest adalah 179.64 104.55, sedangkan untuk nilai  sebesar 10.621 dan  (0.05;11) sebesar 2.228 oleh karena  artinya terdapat penurunan yang signifikan pada tingkat motif agresi siswa MAN 4 Aceh Besar yang mempunyai tingkat motif agresi yang tinggi setelah diberikan teknik konseling menulis ekspresif.

One of the latest innovations that has caught the attention of generation Z is the introduction of the digital identity card. As a substitute for physical ID cards that have been around for a long time, digital ID cards offer various benefits and attractive potential for generation Z. In this approach, a digital ID cards are a digital version of a person's identity that is stored electronically, with personal information such as name, address, and number identity. However, a digital ID card is not just a substitute for a physical ID card but a tool that enables generation Z to make wider use of information technology. This study aimed to explore the use of digital national identity cards in generation Z. This research is qualitative research that explores and describes in detail a situation or phenomenon of the research object being researched by developing concepts and gathering existing facts. Raw data is analyzed and organized by data collection date, data source, data type, data description, and data nature. All data must be read in order to find out what data has been obtained, the source of the data, and its meaning. Overall, generation Z has a positive opinion of digital ID card services. They see it as convenience and convenience to access their identity electronically, avoiding the need to carry physical documents all the time and speeding up administrative processes. Generation Z also appreciates the administrative efficiency offered by digital Identity Card services, enabling them to process ID card extensions or personal data changes more easily and quickly. Apart from that, generation Z also appreciates the integration of digital ID card services with other digital platforms. They can integrate their identity with banking services, e-commerce, or online ordering platforms, enabling them to make transactions easily and quickly. Generation Z is also aware of the positive impact of using digital ID cards on the environment by reducing the use of physical documents and contributing to sustainability.

Abstract

Boarding school and non-boarding school system policies affect the potential for learning time for students who are boarded (boarded) to be more. This study aims to determine the comparison of science learning outcomes in class VIII students of Boarding Schools and Non-Boarding Schools. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative research type. The samples in this study were 26 students in class VIII B at SMP Plus Ulumul Qur'an and 26 students in class VIII B at SMP N 2 Tapak Tuan. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation of the raw value of learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques using the normality test and t test. The results showed that there was a comparison of science learning outcomes for boarding school and nonboarding school students. Where the lowest science learning outcomes for Boarding School students was 20 and the highest score obtained by students was 84. Where only 4 students met the KKM criteria, while the other students had not been able to complete their learning outcomes. While the lowest nonboarding school student learning outcomes were 44 and the highest scores obtained by students were 88. Where 12 students met the KKM criteria, while the other students had not been able to complete their learning outcomes.

Abstract

The gig economy, characterized by temporary and flexible work arrangements, is rapidly expanding globally. However, its implications for human resource management (HRM) in developing regions like Jambi, Indonesia, remain largely unexplored. This study aims to provide a preliminary investigation into the gig economy's impact on HRM practices in Jambi. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving a survey of 150 gig workers and 50 traditional employees in Jambi, along with in-depth interviews with 10 HRM professionals from various industries. The survey data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis, while the interview data was analyzed thematically. The study found that gig workers in Jambi face challenges related to job insecurity, lack of benefits, and social isolation. HRM professionals reported difficulties in recruiting, managing, and retaining gig workers due to the lack of formal employment contracts and the need for flexible work arrangements. The findings also suggest that the gig economy is creating new opportunities for HRM practices, such as the use of technology for talent acquisition and performance management. In conclusion, gig economy is transforming the nature of work in Jambi, posing challenges and opportunities for HRM. This study highlights the need for HRM professionals to adapt their practices to the changing landscape of work. Further research is needed to explore the long-term implications of the gig economy for HRM in Jambi and other developing regions.

Abstract

Investing in economic development is an important aspect because investment is one of the driving forces in the process of strengthening a country's economy. Several countries have made efforts to increase investment within the framework of their economic policies, as one way to encourage the process of strengthening the economy (Jati, 2012). Over the last decade, investment has not only become an important need for a country to advance its economic development but is also the most important means of developing industry. The research method used in this journal is qualitative. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the factors influencing traditional markets and their impact on society and the economy. In this research, the author uses descriptive analysis to explain the conditions of traditional markets and the impact of changes in consumer preferences and the shift in people's shopping places to modern shopping centers. Indonesia has decided to become a member of both regional and world trade, such as: GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), AFTA (Asean Free Trade Area), APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) and WTO (Word Trade Organization). Indonesia has become a member of regional and world trade, so at the same time, Indonesia has become part of the global community and trade liberalization. Basically, liberalization creates an era of global trade that is free of borders, protection and barriers. This also increases trade competition between economic actors. The challenges of traditional markets in facing the impact of globalization and trade liberalization are characterized by the flow of investment into Indonesia from one most profitable region to another in all investment sectors. This phenomenon makes capital investment or investment a demand to meet the needs of a country, company and society, for example by investing in the modern retail industry (modern markets), such as: supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets.

Abstract

Providing education is important in any country in the world. Educational institutions as a forum where the educational process takes place have a strategic role in making educational activities a success. Through education, humans are forged and formed into individuals who have competitive abilities in the midst of society. Teachers as drivers of education have a complex task in creating quality education. Thus, teachers should receive special attention from various parties, especially the government. This attention must at least be realized in the form of providing compensation and rewards to teachers. Because compensation and rewards will be able to build work motivation so that quality education will be realized. This article will describe compensation and rewards in improving employee performance. The study method in this paper is using the library research method. Library research is a research method that uses literature and documents to reveal the problem that is the research topic. From the results of the study, it was found that compensation and rewards have a very big impact on teachers. Rewards can boost teacher performance and build teacher trust in institutional leaders. Compensation and rewards are a form of appreciation for teachers for their services in educating, guiding and developing students
