Abstract

The growth of Internet users both in the world and Asia give a big opportunities to develop Ecommercein Indonesia, create more Online Shops. Through the early research in the form of questionaire and interview,Online Shops have many challanges not only from competitors but also from the environment condition, Rupiahto United States Dollar rates, and also the supply condition or supplier when supplying products. To support theOnline Shops in making decisions, designed a model using Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani because, it isintuitive and work well with human input, the model designed using MATLAB application, and for the inputs wewill be using Stock Condition, Demand Prediction from hystorical data, Ruiah to US Dollar rates, and Supplycondition, and for the outputs there will be Add stocks policy, promotional policy, contract with other supplierpolicy and price adaptation policy, for the rules we will be using the if the rules. The Models will be verified andvalidated with help from “Ikelashop” owner, the verification process will test if the rules given, give outputs asdesigned, for the validation will be using Extreme Combination Test, or using extreme combination betweencondition, face validity with help from expert to validate the outputs from Extreme Combination Test, and TuringTest with comparing between model’s output and expert decision. The result are two types of Decision SupportModel for marketing, Critical Model and Non Critical Model that is not affected by Rupiah to Dollar Rates,already verified and validated.

Abstract

Commuter Rail Line is one of the mean of public transportation in Jakarta andsurrounding areas. Passenger distribution maps (origin and destination passengers ) isrequired as a basis for policy formulation PT.KCJ to increase capacity in accordance withthe targeted services in the amount of 1.2 million passengers per day. Payload capabilitycurrently only 440,000 passengers per day. The purpose of this study is to design asimulation model mapping the movement of passengers . Method to determine the patternof passenger movement in each station using simulated data promodel.Input simulation aretime arrive , trains departure time, travel time between stations , the number of tap -in andtap- out . In the current study focused on the Bogor - Jakarta Kota during peak hour was at6:09 pm departure from Bogor. Simulation results show that number of passengers whoare most tap -in Bogor until Pasar Minggu , and the number of passengers who did mosttap - out begins from Manggarai until to Jakarta Kota .

Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the production of paper pallet packaging for exports. In the production process, PT. X implements Make-To-Order production strategies which would begin to manufacture if the company has received orders from customers. Recently the problems facing by company are the uncertainty lead-time delivery and uncertainty of demand from customer. Both of these issues resulted the ordering of raw materials were unplanned and further caused in delayed delivery of finished products to customers. Furthermore the use of conventional display board currently leads to human error either recording the customer orders or calculating the availability of raw materials.The objective of this research, to solve the problem, proposed decision support system or DSS which will helps the company to schedule procurement of raw material and helps to control raw material availability. Stage of designing the DSS is using the waterfall system development so that the process is done by sequentially developed for each phase of development.The system development process is starting from the system initiation, analysis, design system and implementation. To analyze process, used object-oriented approach which point in the making of models to help analyze and understanding the problem. Results from the study showed that the problems faced by company solved by implementing the safety stock and the procurement scheduling which integrates with early warning sub model, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) sub model and inventory sub model, into a web-based decision support system that can be accessed anywhere, anytime and accurately by authorized user. Safety stocks are used as a backup supply which will be used when the uncertainties of demand occurred. MRP sub model schedules the procurement and calculate raw material requirements based on Bill of Material. Inventory sub model with early warnings system will provide a reminder to the user if the amounts of raw materials available have reached a certain condition so that users can perform further actions to maintain the availability of raw materials.

Abstract

This study is aimed to design a generic decision support system on early warning system for cassava agroindustry. The intelligent system was established as controlling tools through formulating policies for managing crisis as impact of chaotic occurences. This integrated system was formulated using computer program consist of 5 models which are: variable identify source of turbulence designed with Fuzzy Pairwise Comparation, chaotic investigation model designed with chaos theory approach, Price and material supply forecasting model designed with Artificial Neural Network. Crisis warning model was set up with threshold analysis, and supplemented with control management procedure. When Price or material supply was evaluated at crisis level, then option of recovery will be presented. The inteligent System was implemented in user friendly decisión support system named CHAOTICA ( Chaos Theory for Cassava Agroindustry).

Abstract

Intisari— Pada penelitian ini penerapan metode Taguchi digunakan untuk optimasi parameter yang mempengaruhi viskositas cat. Empat faktor yang dikendalikan yaitu jumlah air, viskositas slurry filler, jumlah pengental dan pH. L9 orthogonal array dipilih untuk mendapatkan setting parameter yang optimum agar dapat mengurangi variasi viskositas. Hasil analisis diperoleh dari Signal-to-Noise ratio terhadap respon viskositas cat dengan level yang optimum viskositas slurry 16-19 poise dan jumlah pengental 0,6%. Berdasarkan ANOVA, nilai signifikan dan persentase kontribusi dari masing – masing parameter diketahui bahwa jumlah pengental memiliki kontribusi yang maksimum terhadap viskositas cat. Abstract— In this study, The Taguchi method used to optimize parameters that affect paint viscosity. Four controlled factors the number of water, the slurry filler viscosity, the number of thickeners and pH. The L9 orthogonal array was selected to obtain optimum parameter settings, so that, viscosity variations reduced. The analysis was obtained from the Signal-to-Noise ratio to paint viscosity response with optimum viscosity slurry of 16-19 poise and 0.6% thickeners. Based on ANOVA, the significant value and percentage of each parameter showed that the number of thickeners has a maximum contribution to the paint viscosity.

Abstract

Intisari---Guna menjadi partner dari customer dengan permintaan yang beragam, diperlukan output produk yang bermutu, delivery yang tepat waktu, tepat guna, serta penawaran harga yang bersaing. Banyak aspek yang dapat menyebabkan perusahaan tidak dapat mencapai kepuasan pelanggan, beberapa diantaranya disebabkan oleh delay atau kesalahan dari salah satu proses bisnis perusahaan seperti contoh yang terjadi pada PT. XYZ. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan pemasok komponen otomotif yaitu fasteners untuk keperluan perusahaan multinasional domestik maupun internasional. Untuk mengatasi kemungkinan timbulnya kesalahan berulang maka diperlukan strategi meminimalisir penyebab timbulnya risiko kesalahan ketika berlangsung proses bisnis berkaitan dalam rantai pasok utama, serta mencegah terulangnya kembali risiko kerugian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun identifikasi risiko dengan memberikan tindakan pencegahan pada agen risiko, menyusun strategi mitigasi untuk agen risiko terpilih berdasarkan rasio total efektivitas, mengatasi tingkat kesulitan dan tindakan mitigasi mana yang dapat mereduksi banyak agen risiko dengan nilai yang tinggi.Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah House Of Risk, dengan penilaian risiko yang terdiri dari 2 tahap yaitu House of Risk 1 dan House of Risk 2. Terdapat 9 tindakan pencegah risiko yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan munculnya agen risiko yang didapatkan dari studi literatur dan diskusi dengan stakeholder. Dari 19 kejadian risiko, agen risiko yang paling mempengaruhi kejadian risiko berjumlah 21. Dari hasil pemetaan house of risk fase 2, didapatkan 9 rancangan strategi mitigasi risiko yang didapatkan dari studi literatur dan diskusi dengan stakeholder. Diantaranya adalah perusahaan perlu membuat sistem manajemen informasi produk, pemberian penanda lokasi, penugasan kepala regu untuk aktivitas pemantauan, update skill matrix, pemberian standarisasi kode dalam input data kode produk, pemetaan waktu dan lokasi pengiriman, penggunaan sistem dashboard monitoring, pemberian training ulang pada karyawan sesuai dengan lingkup pekerjaan, integrasi antar fungsi dalam perusahaan ditingkatkan. Abstract---To become a partner of customers with various demands, it requires quality product output, timely, efficient delivery, and competitive prices. There are many aspects that can cause the company to be unable to achieve customer satisfaction, some of which are caused by delays or errors in one of the company's business processes such as what happened at PT. XYZ. The company is a supplier of fasteners automotive components for domestic and international multinational companies. To overcome the possibility of recurring errors, a strategy is needed to minimize the causes of the risk of errors when a business process takes place in the main supply chain, as well as to prevent the risk of loss from recurring. The purpose of this study was to compiling risk identification by providing preventive measures to risk agents, develop a mitigation strategy for selected risk agents based on the ratio of total effectiveness, overcoming difficulty levels and which mitigation measures can reduce many risk agents with high scores.The writing method used is House of Risk, with a risk assessment consisting of 2 stages, namely House of Risk 1 and House of Risk 2. There are 9 risk prevention measures that can be used, to reduce or eliminate the emergence of risk agents obtained from literature studies and discussions with stakeholders. From the results of phase 2 house of risk mapping, 9 risk mitigation strategy designs were obtained from literature studies and discussions with stakeholders. Among them are companies need to create a product information management system, provide location markers, assign team heads for monitoring activities, update skill matrixes, provide code standardization in product code data input, map delivery times and locations, use dashboard monitoring systems, provide retraining to employees. According to the scope of work, the integration between functions within the company is improved.

Abstract

Intisari— Pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup manusia tidak terlepas dari penggunaan sumber daya alam yang termasuk di dalamnya sumber daya alam terbarukan dan tak terbarukan. Industri modern telah mengarahkan tujuannya untuk melindungi dan menghijaukan lingkungan, mempromosikan dan mendaur ulang produk untuk kepentingan perekonomian, serta menghemat dan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sepenuhnya. Sumber daya alam, lingkungan, dan ekonomi telah dianggap sebagai hal yang vital dalam aktivitas industri serta bisnis yang pada umumnya dilakukan dalam suatu area perkantoran. Kantor yang didukung oleh penyediaan berbagai fasilitas sebagai sarana dan prasarana kerja terkait erat dengan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam ataupun sumber energi. Sebagai salah satu negara yang berkomitmen dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), penciptaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dalam aktivitas pekerjaan melalui desain kerja harus segera dapat diwujudkan. Kebutuhan untuk mencegah dan memperbaiki kerusakan lingkungan akibat aktivitas kerja termasuk pekerjaan kantor menuntut setiap elemen yang terlibat didalamnya untuk memiliki pemahaman terhadap green ergonomics terhadap pekerjaan kantor. Pemahaman akan hal tersebut dapat diperoleh dengan menjabarkan faktor – faktor penting yang mendasari prinsip green ergonomics di lingkungan kantor. Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan faktor-faktor utama yang diperlukan untuk mewujudkan green ergonomics di lingkungan kantor melalui pengamatan, survey, dan beberapa sumber literatur. Pengujian validitas variabel penelitian dilakukan Pearson, sedangkan pengujian reliabilitas penelitian dilakukan dengan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa semua variabel penelitian valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur penerapan green ergonomic pada lingkungan kantor. Hasil pengukuran dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang beroperasi di gedung kantor ataupun manajemen gedung, serta bagaimana membentuk prilaku pekerja, melalui green ergonomics. Perbaikan yang diusulkan antara lain: upaya pengalihan sumber energi yang digunakan menjadi energi matahari, angin, biomasa, tidal, ataupun panas bumi; fasilitas “green’ pada gedung kantor termasuk sistem pembuangan sampah; sistem transportasi kantor yang mempertimbangkan pengurangan penggunaan bahan bakar minyak; dan penyediaan ATM Sampah untuk mempercepat proses daur ulang material yang dapat didaur ulang. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa konsep green ergonomics di lingkungan kantor melibatkan greenship dan teknologi dalam pengaplikasiannya. Abstract— The needs of human life cannot be separated from the use of natural resources, which include renewable and non-renewable natural resources. Modern industry has set its goals to protect environment, promote and recycle products for the benefit of the economy, as well as conserve and make full use of natural resources. Natural resources, the environment, and the economy have been considered as vital in industrial and business activities which are generally carried out in an office area. Offices that are supported by the provision of various facilities as work facilities and infrastructure are closely related to the utilization of natural resources or energy sources. As one of the countries that is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the creation of a sustainable environment in work activities through work design must be realized immediately. The need to prevent and repair environmental damage due to work activities including office work requires every element involved to have an understanding of green ergonomics for office work. An understanding of this can be obtained by describing the important factors that underlie the principles of green ergonomics in the office environment. In this study, the main factors needed to realize green ergonomics in the office environment were formulated through observations, surveys, and several literature sources. Testing the validity of the research variables was carried out by Pearson, while testing the reliability of the research was carried out with Cronbach Alpha. The test results prove that all research variables are valid and reliable in measuring the application of green ergonomics in the office environment. The measurement results are used as a benchmark for improvements made by companies operating in office buildings or building management, as well as how to shape worker behavior, through green ergonomics. The proposed improvements include: efforts to divert energy sources used into solar, wind, biomass, tidal, or geothermal energy; “green” facilities in office buildings including waste disposal systems; office transportation system that considers reducing the use of fuel oil; and the provision of a Waste ATM to speed up the recycling process of recyclable materials. The results of this study also show that the concept of green ergonomics in the office environment involves greenship and technology in its application.

Intisari - PT XYZ bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi pembatas jalan. Saat ini model pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan masih belum menggambarkan kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Model pengukuran kinerja menggunakan Sustainability Balanced Scorecard digunakan untuk mendapatkan ukuran keberhasilan strategi berkelanjutan ditinjau dari aspek keuangan dan non keuangan termasuk lingkungan dan sosial, baik secara internal maupun eksternal, jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Rancangan model Sustainability Balanced Scorecard diturunkan dari visi, misi dan perumusan strategi, kemudian tujuan strategis dalam 5 perspektif dilengkapi dengan, KPI, target dan inisiatif strategi. Hasil rancangan model Sustainability Balanced Scorecard berupa 14 tujuan strategis dalam 5 perspektif dilengkapi dengan 14 KPI, target, inisiatif strategis serta keterkaitan antara tujuan strategis dapat dilihat pada strategy map. Perspektif Keuangan memiliki lima tujuan strategis dan lima KPI , Perspektif Pelanggan memiliki tiga tujuan strategis dan tiga KPI, Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal memiliki tiga tujuan strategis dan tiga KPI, Perspektif Pertumbuhan Pembelajaran memiliki dua tujuan strategis dan dua KPI dan Perspektif Lingkungan memiliki satu tujuan strategis dan satu KPI. Hasil rancangan model sustainability balanced scorecard perlu diverifikasi menggunakan data aktual hasil pengukuran yang dibandingkan dengan target. Perbaikan inisiatif strategi akan dilakukan untuk tujuan strategis yang tidak memenuhi target. Abstract - PT XYZ is engaged in manufacturing which produces road dividers. Currently, the performance measurement model used does not describe the company's overall performance. The performance measurement model using the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard is used to obtain a measure of the success of a sustainable strategy in terms of financial and non-financial aspects including environmental and social, both internally and externally, short-term and long-term. The design of the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard model is derived from the vision, mission and strategy formulation, then the strategic objectives in 5 perspectives are equipped with KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives. The results of the design of the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard model in the form of 14 strategic goals in 5 perspectives equipped with 14 KPIs, targets, strategic initiatives and the relationship between strategic objectives can be seen on the strategy map. The Financial Perspective has five strategic objectives and five KPIs, the Customer Perspective has three strategic objectives and three KPIs, the Internal Business Process Perspective has three strategic objectives and three KPIs, the Learning Growth Perspective has two strategic objectives and two KPIs and the Environmental Perspective has one strategic objective and three KPIs. one KPI. The results of the design of the sustainability balanced scorecard model need to be verified using the actual measurement data compared to the target. Improvements to strategic initiatives will be carried out for strategic objectives that do not meet targets.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh waktu tunggu, nilai pelanggan, pelayanan prima, dan kewajaran harga terhadap kepuasan pasien, (2) menganalisis efek mediasi pelayanan prima dalam pengaruh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien, (3) menganalisis efek moderasi kewajaran harga dalam pengaruh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif berbasis survei kepada pasien di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik sampling yang menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 96 orang responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian memperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara waktu tunggu, nilai pelanggan, dan pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit “X” di Kota Pekanbaru. Pengujian efek mediasi diperoleh bahwa pelayanan prima mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh yang diberikan oleh waktu tunggu dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan dalam pengujian moderasi diperoleh bahwa kewajaran harga harga mampu memoderasi pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pasien, meskipun secara statistik hampir tidak dapat memoderasi Abstract— The lower customer satisfaction might impact the sustainability and success of the healthcare industry. This study aimed to determine; (1) analyze the effect of waiting time, customer perceived value, excellent services, and price on satisfaction, (2) analyze the mediation effect of excellent services in terms of waiting time and perceived value on satisfaction, (3) analyzed moderated effect of price in terms of waiting time and perceived value on satisfaction. Quantitative analysis was adopted as an approach to this study based on a survey analysis of several patients in a private hospital in Pekanbaru. Accidental sampling was applied as a technique sampling to determine 96 respondents—the data analysis technique used SEM-PLS; warpPLS tool. This study's result revealed a significant effect of waiting time, perceived value, excellent services, and price on satisfaction. Moreover, the mediation effect testing showed that excellent services could be a partial mediation on satisfaction. Nonetheless, moderated effect showed that price could be a moderator in the relationship between excellent services and satisfaction, yet statistically, it was almost not moderated.
Model Mitigasi Risiko Pada Proses Bisnis Order Fulfilment di PT ABC Shelina Putri Kurniadi; Pudji Astuti; Dadang Surjasa

Abstract

Intisari— PT ABC adalah perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan empat kategori produk berupa produk kecantikan, makanan, home care, dan personal care. Terdapat dua channel customer yaitu modern trade (MT) dan distributive trade (DT). Permasalahan terjadi pada proses bisnis order fulfilment di customer MT yaitu adanya peningkatan lead time pembayaran sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Proses bisnis order fulfilment terdiri dari delapan sub proses dimulai dari sub proses customer order hingga sub proses pembayaran customer, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang menimbulkan risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment, merancang model mitigasi risiko, dan menentukan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment tersebut. Pemetaan kejadian dan sumber risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) melalui proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama dua orang pakar, dilanjutkan penentuan langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan metode HOR 2, dan penentuan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan Analytical Network Process dengan kriteria Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, dan Risk (ANP BOCR). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 16 sumber risiko dan 17 langkah mitigasi risiko yang dikelompokan ke dalam lima kluster yaitu prework, eksekusi, monitoring, regulasi, dan otomasi. Hasil ANP BOCR menunjukan bahwa kluster eksekusi menjadi prioritas utama pada implementasi langkah mitigasi dengan skor 38.57. Abstract— PT ABC is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company that produces and distributes products in four categories: beauty products, food, home care, and personal care. There are two customer channels, namely modern trade (MT) and distributive trade (DT). The issue arises in the order fulfilment process for MT customers, specifically an increase in payment lead time from 2019 to 2022. The order fulfilment process consists of eight subprocesses, starting from the customer order subprocess to the customer payment subprocess. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify factors that cause risks in the order fulfilment process, design a risk mitigation model, and determine the priority steps for risk mitigation in the order fulfilment process. Mapping of events and risk sources is conducted using the House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) method through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving two experts. This is followed by determining the risk mitigation steps using the HOR 2 method, and determining the priority steps for risk mitigation using the Analytical Network Process with the criteria of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (ANP BOCR). This study identifies 16 risk sources and 17 risk mitigation steps, which are grouped into five clusters: prework, execution, monitoring, regulation, and automation. The results of ANP BOCR show that the execution cluster is the top priority in implementing the risk mitigation steps, with a score of 38.57.
