Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) digital pada UMKM coffee shop dengan mengintegrasikan model Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 150 responden yang terdiri dari pemilik, manajer, dan karyawan coffee shop di Kota Bandung. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor dari kerangka TOE—yaitu konteks Teknologi, Organisasi, dan Lingkungan—memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Persepsi Kebermanfaatan dan Kemudahan Penggunaan. Kedua variabel ini, sesuai dengan TAM, secara signifikan memengaruhi Niat Perilaku untuk menggunakan SIA digital, yang pada akhirnya menjadi prediktor kuat untuk Penggunaan Aktual. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memvalidasi model gabungan TOE-TAM dalam konteks UMKM coffee shop, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengusaha dan pengembang perangkat lunak untuk mendorong digitalisasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Work Ethics in Improving the Quality of Work of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Main Branch Office (Case Study of Human Resources). The method of analysis used in this research is qualitative research methods. The subject of research is the application of Islamic work ethics in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners based on indicators of improving the quality of employee work with Muamalat IDEAL (Modern Professional Islamic). The results showed that Islamic work ethics plays a role as a basis in improving the quality of work of employees, especially frontliners. Keywords: Islamic Work Ethics, Work Quality, Human Resources

Abstract

Dalam proses pengecoran komponen kendaraan bermotor yang dilakukan di PT. XYZ dibutuhkan material pasir sebagai bahan dasar cetakan. Proses cetakan yang dipilih merupakan proses pengecoran jenis gravity, dimana proses penuangan molten metal pada cetakan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan gaya gravitasi dan tanpa menggunakan tekanan mekanis. Cetakan tersebut dibentuk dari dua buah komponen yaitu cavity yang berfungsi untuk membentuk kontur bagian luar dan core yang berfungsi untuk membentuk kontur bagian dalam. Cavity dibuat dari green sand yang dipadatkan menggunakan pola (die pattern), sedangkan core dibuat dari Resin Coated Sand (RCS) yang dicetak menggunakan pola dengan dipanaskan pada suhu sekitar 300° Celcius. Resin coated sand merupakan perpaduan dari pasir, resin, hexamine danKalsium dengan komposisi tertentu. Pasir merupakan material yang dapat digunakan berulang-ulang dalam proses pencetakan setelah direkondisi dengan proses dis assembly. Untuk menjaga kebersihan material RCS, terdapat mesin penghisap debu yang dioperasikan di lingkungan tersebut (Line RCS). Karena material pasir merupakan material yang tahan panas, secara ideal pasir tersebut dapat digunakan lagi tanpa mengalami penurunan jumlah. Dalam kondisi aktual, terjadi penurunan jumlah pasir yang signifikan sehingga perlu dilakukan proses penambahan pasir RCS sebelum dilakukan proses pembuatan core lagi. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan ditemukan penyebab berkurangnya jumlah RCS dan tindakan penanggulangan kondisi yang ada.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan transformasi Fourier, didefinisikan operator ( ) 2 0 < <n, yang dikenal sebagai operator Riesz atau operator integral fraksional I , yaitu I := ( ) 2 0 < < n. Dalam makalah ini akan diperlihatkan bahwa aksi dari operator tersebut bersifat terbatas dari ruang Lp(Rn) ke ruang Lq(Rn) jika dan hanya jika dengan 1 p 1 q = n dengan 1 < p < q < . Selanjutnya diperlihatkan juga bahwa operator tersebut terbatas di ruang perumumannya, khususnya di ruang Morrey.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran audit internal dalam mencegah fraud di BUMN Indonesia. Fraud seringkali menimbulkan kerugian besar dan merusak kepercayaan publik. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei terhadap auditor internal di 20 BUMN besar. Variabel independen adalah efektivitas audit internal, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah tingkat pencegahan fraud. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa audit internal berperan signifikan dalam mendeteksi potensi fraud melalui pengendalian internal yang ketat, evaluasi risiko, dan rekomendasi perbaikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memperkuat fungsi audit internal sebagai bagian dari tata kelola perusahaan yang sehat.

Abstract

Currently, PT Bank Tabungan Negara manages internet bills using SharePoint and Excel. This means that if there are errors or delays in billing or payment, PT Bank Tabungan Negara must provide information to the ISP provider. Based on this problem, there is a need to create a “Provider billing website at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Jakarta.” The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based Internet Bill Payment Information System at PT Bank Tabungan Negara. The system development methodology uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, and the system development uses a framework as well as PHP programming and a MySQL database. The total billing information at PT Bank Tabungan Negara consists of internet subscription fees and customer information that must be paid for internet subscriptions. Additionally, from the public's perspective, several forms and reports are generated, including a dashboard, client form, internet package form, fake network form, billing form, and summary form. The entire system has been implemented on a web-based platform. This system facilitates internet distribution management for staff and enables employees to access information regarding internet subscription payments.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the development of prior knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and read comprehension of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Roof Salapian, Langkat Regency, for the 2024-2025 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of developing prior knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and reading comprehension of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Salapian, Langkat Regency, academic year 2024-2025. The method applied in this research is an experimental method with a simple 2. The instrument used to collect research data is an objective test. An objective test was used to obtain the data needed in this research, which consisted of 20 multiple choice questions, with research techniques, if 1 was correct, it was given a score of 5, so that the highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 5. The results of the research showed that there was an influence on the development of initial knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and read comprehension for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Roof Salapian Langkat Regency for the 2024-2025 academic year, this can be seen from the results of calculations using anava where Fcount = 6.32 and Ftable = 4.00 at a significance level of 0. .05, this means that Fcount Ftable. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the development of prior knowledge in influencing the ability to create sentence structures and students' reading comprehension abilities, in the sense that there is an interaction between the development of prior knowledge in influencing the ability to create sentence structures and students' reading comprehension abilities.

Abstract

The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying leadership properly and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.  The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT. XXX, Logistic Company in Jakarta.The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164 customer service (frontline) PT. XXX Logistic Company in Jakarta, which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0 for Windows.  The results of the study showed that there is a negative and significant influence between leadership style to work stress with estimate -0,343 and p-value 0,035. There is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction to work stress with estimate -0,411 and p-value 0,016. There is a positive and significant influence of work stress on Turnover intention with estimate 0,781 and p-value  0,000 ., there is a negative influence of leadership style on the  Turnover intention with estimate -0,595 and p-value   0,000. There is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction on the Turnover intention with estimate -0,369 and p-value 0,012.  Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze legal sanctions for online game players, especially domino or scatter online games. Every act of gambling is prohibited by laws and regulations, as stipulated in Article 303 of the Criminal Code. The reasons for playing games are very diverse, some are to fill the void of time but can be haram (not allowed), if there is an element of betting (gambling). This research is a normative-juridical legal research, so to answer this question the author digs from literature and electronic media that discusses the intricacies of domino or scatter games, then analyzes from the point of view of Islamic law, about the elements why legal sanski does not run officially. The results of this study show that legal sanctions for online gambling players can be sentenced to imprisonment for 10 years (Article 30 of the Criminal Code). While Article 303 BIS regulates unlicensed gambling. "Any person who without permission holds or gives the opportunity to play gambling. A maximum prison sentence of 4 years or a maximum fine of Rp 10 million". Meanwhile, Law No. 7 of 1974 concerning the Regulation of Gambling affirms the prohibition of all forms of gambling and strengthens penalties for violations. Strengthen existing sanctions in the Criminal Code, including the possibility of additional penalties in accordance with the enforcement policy. While Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) explains that Article 27 Paragraph (2) concerning the prohibition of distribution of electronic information containing gambling content. "Any person intentionally and without rights distributes and/or transmits and/or makes accessible Electronic Information that has gambling content. A maximum prison sentence of 6 years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 1 billion". While QS. Al-Baqarah Verse 219 and QS. Al-Maidah Verse 90 explains that the act of scatter type online games is strictly forbidden, because there are elements of ta'jir or maisir. It can be concluded that the legal sanctions made by the Government do not run according to the procedure, meaning that they have not had a deterrent impact on online gambling actors.

Abstract

This study examines the ineffectiveness of issuing Investigation Orders (Surat Perintah Penyidikan or Sprindik) following complainant examinations in Indonesia’s law enforcement process, contributing to case backlogs. Using a normative juridical method, the research analyzes legal regulations, administrative procedures, and relevant case examples. A statutory approach involving legal reviews and a conceptual approach exploring legal accountability and procedural justice principles were applied. Key findings reveal that high investigator workloads, inadequate training, and administrative mismanagement hinder effective Sprindik issuance. A lack of standardized protocols for evaluating initial evidence leads to premature suspect designations, causing judicial delays. Limited use of investigative technologies and procedural misunderstandings further exacerbate inefficiencies. To address these issues, the study recommends revising police regulations to standardize evidence evaluation, expanding investigator training, streamlining administrative processes, and adopting digital case management systems. An oversight mechanism should be established to monitor Sprindik issuance, ensuring greater accountability and transparency. These reforms aim to modernize investigative procedures, reduce case backlogs, and promote fairer, more efficient law enforcement practices. The study’s integrated approach combines legal analysis with policy solutions, offering a roadmap for sustainable improvements in criminal investigation management.
