Abstract

Abstract: The realization of an inclusive learning environment at the tertiary level is carried out by providing a comfortable learning environment and acceptance from all parties for the presence of students in the campus environment. This study aims to examine the implementation of an inclusive learning environment as a manifestation of inclusive education in one of the universities in Malang City. The research method is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by semi-structured individual interviews and observation activities at the research location. Based on the research, the results show that: (1) the implementation of an inclusive and comfortable learning environment for persons with disabilities has put forward the concept of universal design although it is not perfect; (2) there are opportunities for persons with disabilities to get access to higher education properly; (3) the spirit of building collaboration from both students with disabilities and non-disabled students in creating an inclusive learning environment. Abstrak: Perwujudan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif pada jenjang perguruan tinggi dilakukan dengan memberi layanan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan penerimaan dari semua pihak atas kehadiran mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji implementasi lingkungan belajar inklusif sebagai perwujudan pendidikan inklusif di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Kota Malang. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara individu semi terstruktur dan kegiatan observasi pada lokasi riset. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) implementasi lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan nyaman bagi penyandang disabilitas telah mengedepankan konsep universal design meskipun belum sempurna; (2) adanya peluang bagi para penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan akses pendidikan tinggi secara layak; (3) semangat untuk membangun kolaborasi baik dari mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas maupun mahasiswa yang bukan disabilitas dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif.

Abstract

Di Indonesia banyak perokok dengan intensitas merokok berkali-kali dalam sehari. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyaknya sampah dari rokok yang dihasilkan, yaitu puntung rokok. Sampah ini jika dibiarkan begitu saja tentu akan mencemari keindahan lingkungan. Hal demikian terjadi di Desa Jambearjo, dimana puntung rokok banyak berserakan. Banyak penelitian oleh akademisi yang menyatakan bahwa limbah puntung rokok dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pestisida. Berdasaran hal ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan berkaitan dengan pengolahan sampah puntung rokok menjadi alternatif pestisida.Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, masyarakat Desa Jambearjo memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan limbah puntung rokok menjadi barang yang dapat digunakan dalam pertanian.  Kata kunci— limbah puntung rokok, alternatif pestisida, Desa Jambearjo Abstract In Indonesia many smokers with the intensity of smoking many times a day. This resulted in a lot of garbage from cigarettes produced, namely cigarette butts. This garbage if left unchecked will certainly pollute the beauty of the environment. This has happened in Jambearjo Village, where cigarette butts are widely scattered. Many studies by academics have stated that cigarette butts waste can be used as an ingredient of pesticides. Based on this, a community service activity was conducted to socialize and provide training related to the processing of cigarette butts waste into an alternative to pesticides. Abstract

The urgency of inclusive policies in a very diverse cross-cultural perspective is a form of follow-up to the implementation of inclusive education that provides equal and equal educational services to all children with diverse cultural backgrounds. The purpose of the inclusion policy study in the cultural perspective of East Java is to find out how the implementation of inclusion policies can represent the cultural diversity that exists in East Java. The implementation of inclusion policies is not only for disabilities, but also the implementation of inclusion policies is able to reach into various aspects of life that are developing in the people of East Java. This literature review aims to summarize how the concept of inclusion policy is in the perspective of East Java culture. The selection of articles started from peer-reviewed research journals at Google Scholar and Z-library. From this search, 14,700 articles were found. Then after screening the articles published from 2010 to 2020 and found 1045 articles. There were 10 articles that were studied and analyzed according to the topic discussed. The analysis technique used is content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that it is necessary to implement inclusive education policies to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities and individuals. Through formal education in the cultural perspective in East Java, it is expected to be able to overcome the diversity of social and cultural dimensions. The existence of a policy on inclusive education can realize the implementation of public services in the field of education and other fields that respect diversity and is not discriminatory for all individual learners. The implication of the results of this study is guidance and counseling teachers are required to have competence in providing services for children with disabilities.

Abstract

abstract Erosion problems on the Manado-Bitung Freeway slopes occur because the slope is greater than 45 degrees with erosion-prone soil conditions. The treatment effort that can be done is to use hydroseeding technology, which is cheap, environmentally friendly, and fast in its implementation. But this technology still has shortcomings when applied to slopes greater than 45 degrees, so it needs to be combined with an erosion control mattress made from organic material. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the application of hydroseeding technology combined with organic mattresses on the slopes of the Manado-Bitung Freeway. The study was carried out through field trials on prepared experimental plots, utilizing the seeds of the colopogonium mucunoides, centrosoma pubescent, and pueraria javanica vegetation, combined with organic mattresses. The observation results show that, in the first month, the proportion of vegetation cover, by colopo-gonium mucunoides vegetation reaches 70% to 85%, by pubescent centrosoma vegetation reaches 75% to 80%, and by pueraria javanica vegetation reaches 50% to 60%. The quality of this growth is increasing in the second month, with a maximum vegetation cover rate of 90%. Soil erosion can be reduced up to nearly 100% with light to heavy rainfall. Keywords: erosion; freeway slope; hydroseeding; vegetation seeds; organic mattress.  Abstrak Masalah erosi di lereng Jalan Bebas Hambatan Manado–Bitung terjadi karena kemiringan lereng lebih besar dari 45 derajat dengan kondisi tanah yang rawan erosi. Upaya penanganan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi hydroseeding, yang murah, ramah lingkungan, dan cepat dalam pelaksanaannya. Tetapi teknologi ini masih memiliki kekurangan bila diterapkan pada lereng dengan kemiringan yang lebih besar daripada 45 derajat, sehingga perlu dikombinasi dengan matras pengendali erosi yang berbahan organik. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengevaluasi kinerja penerapan teknologi hydroseeding yang dikombinasi dengan matras organik. Penelitian dilakukan melalui uji coba lapangan pada petak-petak percobaan yang telah disiapkan, dengan memanfaatkan biji-biji vegetasi colopogonium mucunoides, centrosoma pubescent, dan pueraria javanica, serta menggunakan matras organik. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa, pada bulan pertama, proporsi penu-tupan oleh vegetasi colopogonium mucunoides mencapai 70% hingga 85%, oleh vegetasi centrosoma pubescent mencapai 75% hingga 80%, dan oleh vegetasi pueraria javanica mencapai 50% hingga 60%. Kualitas pertum-buhan ini semakin meningkat pada bulan kedua, dengan penutupan maksimal mencapai 90%. Erosi permukaan tanah dapat direduksi hingga mendekati 100% dengan curah hujan ringan sampai dengan berat. Kata-kata kunci: erosi; lereng jalan; hydroseeding; biji vegetasi; matras organik.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to prove the effectiveness of visual media to improve self-development skills in children with mild visual impairment. The ability to do self-development is still low, so training requires a structured defense approach with visual media in picture cards. The research method used in this study is a class action. The class-action study intended by researchers is a group of children in the guesthouse Bhakti Luhur Malang Foundation in 4 children who have a mild visual impairment. The purpose of this study is the improvement and change in achieving more optimal results. The results showed an increase in scores. In the first cycle, the performance test results scored 62.5% and observation results of 60.2%. In the second cycle, the child's ability to inside by achieving a score of 77.7% and observation results of 79 %. Thus, it shows that a structured learning approach with visual media can increase self-development in lightly visually impaired children. Keywords: structured learning approach, visual media, self-development skills, lightly visually impaired children Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektivitas media visual dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pengembangan diri pada anak tunanetra ringan. Kemampuan dalam melakukan pengembangan diri masih rendah, sehingga pelatihan memerlukan pendekatan pertahanan terstruktur dengan media visual dalam kartu bergambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang dimaksud peneliti adalah sekelompok anak di Wisma Yayasan Bhakti Luhur Malang pada 4 anak yang memiliki gangguan penglihatan ringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perbaikan dan perubahan dalam mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan skor. Pada siklus I, hasil tes kinerja mendapat skor 62,5% dan hasil observasi 60,2%. Pada siklus II kemampuan anak dalam dengan mencapai skor 77,7% dan hasil observasi 79%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran terstruktur dengan media visual dapat meningkatkan pengembangan diri pada anak tunanetra ringan.Kata kunci: pendekatan pembelajaran terstruktur, media visual, keterampilan pengembangan diri, anak tunanetra ringan

Abstract

Abstract: One of the consequences of obstacles to the hearing ability of deaf children is the difficulty of receiving and understanding verbal or audio learning materials. So the teacher needs to modify the way of delivering material to children by developing visual learning media, namely interactive multimedia. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the development of interactive multimedia that can positively influence the learning outcomes of deaf students at the elementary school level. The research was conducted through a literacy study through Google Scholar with the keyword "the influence of interactive multimedia development for deaf students at the elementary school level," with a range of articles selected from 2015-2021. Based on the literacy study conducted, it was found that various applications were used to develop learning media in the form of interactive multimedia applications for deaf students. However, several interactive multimedias had not been applied to deaf students so that the effect of interactive multimedia on the learning outcomes of deaf students was unknown.Keywords: interactive multimedia, deaf, elementary school Abstrak: Salah satu akibat terhambatnya kemampuan mendengar anak tunarungu adalah sulitnya menerima dan memahami materi pembelajaran verbal atau audio. Sehingga guru perlu memodifikasi cara penyampaian materi kepada anak dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran visual yaitu multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pengembangan multimedia interaktif yang dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa tunarungu tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literasi melalui Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “Pengaruh Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Bagi Siswa Tuna Rungu Tingkat Sekolah Dasar”, dengan rentang artikel yang dipilih dari tahun 2015-2021. Berdasarkan studi literasi yang dilakukan, ditemukan berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi multimedia interaktif untuk siswa tunarungu. Namun beberapa multimedia interaktif belum diterapkan pada siswa tunarungu sehingga belum diketahui pengaruh multimedia interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa tunarungu.Kata kunci: multimedia interaktif, tunarungu, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Abstract: Quality education can provide many benefits if implemented properly. To ensure the implementation of quality national education, in 2016 Indonesia began implementing a teacher and community empowerment program through KIAT Guru. The implementation of the KIAT program was not comprehensive in Indonesia, West Kalimantan and East Nusa Tenggara Provinces were chosen as the KIAT Guru working areas for the 2016-2019 period and have been extended to over the next several years. Using survey and literature methods, this paper aims to see the implementation of KIAT Guru in Golo Terong Catholic elementary schools. In general, the implementation has followed the design that has been developed although there are weaknesses that need to be fixed so that it can be implemented properly in the future. Now there are four fundamental changes to the implementation of KIAT Guru after the Covid-19 Pandemic but they can be overcome with a good work system arrangement. Abstract

Abstract: The writing of this article aims to analyze and describe of process student management of university’s senior high school.  Method in this research is descriptive qualitative, the technique of collecting data through interview, observation, and documentation, and were data analysed by interactive model, trouhg reduction, display, and conclution. Subjects as data resource in this research were researcher, principal, and vice principal of student. Finding of this research indicates the student management process held by cooperation between school and university in auditing in every functions of student management.Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan proses manajemen peserta didik di SMA binaan universitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model interaktif melalui reduksi, penyampaian, dan konklusi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala kesiswaan, dan tenaga pendidik. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses manajemen peserta didik dilaksanakan melibatkan kerjasama dengan universitas dalam pegauditan setiap fungsi dalam manajemen peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to find out principal’s strategy in internalizing the entrepreneurial values in private early childhood education institution. This is a qualitative research with case study design. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this research refers to the interactive model which is data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusion. Findings of this research are: (1) principal internalizes the entrepreneurial values to herself which include opportunity utilization, risk-taking, innovation and creativity, and leading and managing proactively; (2) principal implements the entrepreneurial values to all the school personnels; and (3) principal monitors the results of the implementation of entrepreneurial values for teachers and staffs, students, and also students' parents.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam penginternalisasian nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di lembaga PAUD swasta.  Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini mengacu pada model interaktif yaitu kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini (1) kepala sekolah menginternalisasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada dirinya sendiri yang mencakup pemanfaatan peluang, pengambilan resiko, inovasi dan kreatifitas, serta kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan secara proaktif; (2) kepala sekolah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada warga sekolah; (3) kepala sekolah memantau hasil implementasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, siswa, dan juga orangtua siswa.

The results of the study are (1) Strengthening class-based Character Education in SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro conducted by referring to the vision and mission, analysis of Basic Competence, Learning Planning, Classroom Arrangement, Class Regulation Planning, Management of Student Work, Management of Inappropriate Student Behavior (2) Strengthening class-based Character Education at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro conducted by including school programs that have religious values, integrity, nationalism, mutual cooperation, independence, formation of institutions, involvement of stakeholders, establishment of school rules, literacy (3) Success in Strengthening Character Education has supporting and inhibiting factors both internally and externally. the internal support of the teacher has a character that deserves to be used as a report, internal barriers some teachers lack understanding of the K-13 curriculum, external support of student guardians participate in the role in strengthening the character education of students, external obstacles some guardians are indifferent to the character of the studentsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan strategi dan impelementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kelas di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau dan MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro (2) Menjelaskan strategi dan impelementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau dan MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro (3) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan penguatan pendidikan karakter di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau dan MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) berbasis kelas di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang dan MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro dilakuakan dengan mengacu kedalam visi misi, analisis Kompetensi Dasar, Perencanaan Pembelajaran, Pengaturan Ruangan Kelas, Perencanaan Peraturan Kelas, Pengelolaan Pekerjaan Peserta Didik, Pengelolaan Perilaku Peserta Didik yang Tidak Pantas (2) Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) berbasis kelas di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang dan MI Miftahul Ulum Sudimoro dilakukan dengan memasukkan kedalam program sekolah yang memiliki nilai religius, integritas, nasionalis, gotong royong, mandiri, pembentukan suritauladan, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, pembentukan tata tertib sekolah, literasi (3) Keberhasilan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat baik secara internal dan eksternal. pendukung internal guru mempuyai karakter yang patut dijadikan suritauladan, penghambat internal beberapa guru kurang memahami kurikulum K-13, pendukung eksternal wali murid ikut perperan dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik, penghambat eksternal beberapa wali murid acuh tak acuh dengan karakter peserta didik
