Abstract

Abstract: The process of implementing supervision in higher education should include supervision of administrative and academic matters. Digital-based monitoring systems are also called e-monitoring by utilizing application-based services and websites. This is done so that the performance of supervisors in quality assurance agencies is more efficient and effective. This study aims to describe and analyze digital-based supervision or e-monitoring that has been developed and implemented by several universities in Indonesia in the supervision process. This study uses a systematic literature review. The results of the study show that several universities in Indonesia have used a supervisory process by utilizing technology to improve the quality of higher education in carrying out the Tri Dharma. Information technology as a surveillance medium developed on a website basis such as the Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) models utilizes Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which has been integrated with the accounts of each academic community, including students, so that students can participate in monitoring and controlling the learning process. In addition to developing applications, leaders at tertiary institutions have begun to utilize applications available on the PlayStore to control lecturer performance in carrying out the Tri Dharma. The application used can provide information on lecturer performance in real time starting from lesson preparation, lecturer presence, progress in the process of preparing questions,to assessing student study results.Keywords: e-mentoring ;learning process; quality of education; higher educationAbstrak: Proses pelaksanaan pengawasan di pendidikan tinggi hendaknya mencakup pengawasan terhadap hal yang bersifat administratif dan akademik. Sistem monitoring berbasis digital disebut juga emonitoring dengan memanfaatkan layanan berbasis aplikasi maupun website. Hal ini dilakukan agar kinerja para pengawas dalam lembaga penjamin mutu lebih efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengawasan berbasis digital atau e-monitoring yang dikembangkan dan diterapkan oleh beberapa perguruan tinggi  di Indonesia dalam proses pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan systematic literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia telah menggunakan proses pengawasan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi dalam menjalankan Tri Dharma. Teknologi informasi sebagai media pengawasan yang dikembangkan berbasis website seperti model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) memanfaatkan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) yang telah terintegrasi dengan akun masingmasing civitas akademik, termasuk mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa dapat berpartisipasi dalam pemantauan dan pengendalian proses pembelajaran. Selain mengembangkan aplikasi, para pimpinan di perguruan tinggi mulai memanfaatkan aplikasi yang tersedia dalam PlayStore untuk mengontrol kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma. Aplikasi yang digunakan dapat memberikan informasi kinerja dosen secara real time mulai dari persiapan pembelajaran, kehadiran dosen, kemajuan dalam proses penyusunan soal, hingga penilaian hasil studi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: e-mentoring; proses pembelajaran; kualitas pendidikan; pendidikan tinggi

Abstract

Abstract: Non-formal institutions are now starting to be in demand by many people, especially to developpotential both academic and non-academic aspects. Football schools (SSB) are non-formalinstitutions that are in demand by students ranging from children to adults. This study aims toidentify the UNIBRAW 82 Malang football school training program (SSB). Thisresearch uses aqualitative discriptive approach that takes data based on interviews, observations anddocumentation. The subjects used include three people, namely: three students, a trainer, anadministrator and three parents of students. This study shows that the right training program atUNIBRAW 82 football school is very influential on team performance. Themanagement function isimplemented in football schools where data is collected in the form of planning, organizing andcontrolling. Football school coaches are responsible for drawing up training plans based on the PSSIcompetition calendar. To ensure that the coach knows the athlete's ability with initial measurementsand that the athlete will adjust the training load of the exercise program made, the coach, parentsand students work together to create the training program. The mechanism of creating a trainingprogram is the way coaches, learners and parents work together to create and select a trainingprogram that fits the game plan.Keywords: Quality Assurance, Non-Formal Institutions, Football Schools, Training ProgramsAbstrak: Lembaga non formal saat ini mulai diminati oleh banyak masyarakat, terutama untukmengembangkan potensi baik segi akademis maupun non akademis. Sekolah sepak bola (SSB)merupakan lembaga non formal yang diminati oleh peserta didik mulai dari usia anak-anak sampaidewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi program Latihan sekolah sepak bola (SSB)UNIBRAW 82 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif yang pengambilandata berdasarkan pada wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek yang digunakanmeliputin tiga orang yaitu: tiga peserta didik, seorang pelatih, seorang pengurus dan tiga orang tuapeserta didik. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program latihan yang tepat di sekolah sepakbola UNIBRAW 82 sangat berpengaruh pada prestasi tim. Tiga fungsi manajemen diterapkan disekolah sepak bola tempat data dikumpulkan berupa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, danpengendalian. Pelatih sekolah sepak bola bertanggung jawab menyusun rencana latihan berdasarkankalender kompetisi PSSI. Untuk memastikan bahwa pelatih mengetahui kemampuan atlet denganpengukuran awal dan bahwa atlet akan menyesuaikan beban latihan dari program latihan yangdibuat, maka pelatih, orang tua dan peserta didik bekerja sama untuk membuat program latihantersebut. Mekanisme pembuatan program latihan adalah cara pelatih, peserta didik dan orang tuabekerja sama untuk membuat dan memilih program latihan yang sesuai dengan rencanapertandingan.Kata kunci: Penjaminan Mutu, Lembaga Non Formal, Sekolah Sepak Bola, Program Latihan

Abstract

The capacity of school administrative staff plays an important role in improving the quality of education. Low administrative staff capacity in educational institutions can have a significant impact on the quality of educational services and student learning outcomes. Administrative staff capacity that is not optimal can also cause economic losses. This can affect the overall performance of the organization, including the quality of educational services provided. This research aims to identify and develop effective strategies in increasing the capacity of school administrative staff, so that they can contribute directly to improving the quality of education at various levels. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study. Data sources focus on secondary data sources. The analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The findings obtained are that the strategy for developing the capacity of school administrative staff includes continuous training and development, the formation of a Professional Learning Community (PLC), a leadership role in supervision and support, effective collaboration and cooperation, and an integrated capacity development model.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, and school culture on teacher performance at SMK Nasional Malang. Using literature review and observation methods, this research analyzes data from various sources and the researchers’ direct experiences during the MBKM program. The results show that the principal’s transformational leadership significantly affects teacher performance. An inclusive school culture, including routine activities such as morning greetings, joint prayers, and congregational prayers, contributes to the formation of discipline and character. Policies such as the moving class system enhance teacher motivation. Collaboration among school members strengthens the sense of togetherness and creates a conducive working environment. The combination of effective leadership, high motivation, and a positive school culture has been proven to improve teacher performance, which in turn promotes the quality of education at SMK Nasional Malang.

Abstract

The research aims are: (1) to determine level interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency in Korean Pop (K-Pop) culture; (2) to determine level the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency; (3) to determine the effect of the influx of K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Research using quantitative descriptive with regression analysis technique. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling were used in each school with a total sample of 187 students. Analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlation through the help of IBM SPSS 20. Results of this research are: (1) the interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency towards K-Pop culture is in high category; (2) the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency is in high category; (3) there is a significant positive influence between K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to increase teacher professionalism can provide improvements in the field of education that are always implemented in order to advance the nation along with advances in science and technology. Several efforts are made to increase the competency of teaching staff through training. This is carried out to improve the quality of the nation's education and the creation of complete Indonesian people. The method used in this research is systematic literature review or SLR. The use of the SLR method aims to help unite different theoretical perspectives and in depth. A systematic literature reference search was carried out to identify relevant previous research as a review for this research. The analysis method in this article uses 2 methods, namely selecting texts that are relevant to the research objectives and the second is comparing them with best practice. In theoretical studies from several sources analyzed, it can be concluded that the training given to teachers/educators has an important role. in increasing competence and professionalism in facing future challenges. Educators are professional staff who are obliged to plan and implement the learning process, assess learning outcomes, provide guidance and training. Educators also have a professional commitment to improving the quality of education.Abstrak: Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dapat memberikan perbaikan dalam bidang pendidikan yang selalu dilaksanakan dalam rangka memajukan bangsa seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Beberapa upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bangsa dan terciptanya manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur sistematik atau SLR. Penggunaan metode SLR bertujuan untuk membantu menyatukan perspektif teoritis yang berbeda dan mendalam. Pencarian referensi literatur secara sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian terdahulu yang relevan sebagai tinjauan penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada artikel ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu memilih teks yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian dan kedua membandingkannya dengan best practice. Dalam kajian teori dari beberapa sumber yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru/pendidik mempunyai peranan penting. dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Pendidik adalah tenaga profesional yang berkewajiban merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan. Pendidik juga mempunyai komitmen profesional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract : A seminar is a specific way to discuss particular topics that can be organized by various institutions. More than just expanding professional networks, seminars also provide a deeper understanding of various relevant topics. However, the success of a seminar not only depends on participant attendance but also on quality management. Seminar management, including strategies, becomes a crucial foundation to ensure the smoothness of the event, its usefulness, and the achievement of desired goals. The organization of educational seminars can be one of the strategies used by school principals to improve teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the leadership strategies of school principals in improving teacher performance through educational seminar activities. The research method utilized in this study is meta-analysis. The research findings indicate that school principals need to implement several important strategies to improve teacher performance through seminars. These strategies include thorough planning to align seminar activities with the professional development needs of teachers and the applicable curriculum, as well as facilitating seminars by providing the necessary support and resources.Abstrak : Seminar merupakan cara khusus untuk membahas topik tertentu yang bisa diselenggarakan oleh berbagai lembaga. Lebih dari sekadar memperluas jaringan profesional, seminar juga memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang beragam topik yang relevan. Namun, keberhasilan sebuah seminar tidak hanya tergantung pada kehadiran peserta, melainkan juga pada manajemen yang berkualitas. Manajemen seminar termasuk strategi menjadi landasan penting untuk memastikan kelancaran acara, kebermanfaatan, dan pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan. Penyelenggaraan seminar pendidikan dapat menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kegiatan seminar pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang dimanfaatkan di dalam penelitian ini adalah meta-analisis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepala sekolah perlu mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kegiatan seminar. Strategi ini meliputi perencanaan yang matang untuk menyesuaikan kegiatan seminar dengan kebutuhan pengembangan profesional guru dan kurikulum yang berlaku, serta memfasilitasi kegiatan seminar dengan menyediakan dukungan dan sumber daya yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online training for teachers in improving pedagogical potential. The method in this study uses meta-analysis which is conducted by reviewing research results relevant to the research variables from various research articles. The purpose of meta-analysis is to obtain more valid and reliable results by synthesizing the results of many different studies conducted.  By conducting research on articles published in national journals related to Training and Development in improving teacher pedagogics. Data was collected by searching electronic journals and using the keywords "Online training", "Effectiveness" and "Improving teachers' pedagogical competence" on Google Scholar. From the search, 60 articles from journals were obtained. The results of the meta-analysis from national journals show that online teacher training is effective in improving teachers' pedagogical competence. Through the online platform, teachers can access training materials anytime and anywhere, allowing them to learn according to their personal time and needs. The presence of diverse resources, interactive modules and online discussion forums also support collaboration and exchange of experiences between teachers.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan online untuk guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan meta-analisis yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan variabel penelitian dari berbagai artikel penelitian. Tujuan dari meta-analisis adalah untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih valid dan dapat diandalkan dengan mensintesis hasil dari banyak penelitian berbeda yang dilakukan.  Dengan cara melakukan penelitian terhadap artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional yang berkaitan dengan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan dalam meningkatkan pedagogik guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan mencari jurnal elektronik dan menggunakan kata kunci "Pelatihan online”, “Efektivitas" dan "Meningkatkan Kompetensi pedagogik guru" di Google Scholar. Dari penelusuran itu diperoleh 60 artikel dari jurnal. Hasil meta-analisis dari jurnal nasional menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan guru secara online terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pedagogik guru. Melalui platform online, guru dapat mengakses materi pelatihan kapan saja dan di mana saja, sehingga memungkinkan mereka  belajar sesuai  waktu dan kebutuhan pribadi mereka kehadiran beragam sumber daya, modul interaktif, dan forum diskusi online juga mendukung kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar guru.

Abstract

Learning planning is a crucial component in achieving educational goals, especially in the context of cooperative learning at various levels of education. This study aims to explore cooperative learning planning based on teachers' emotional approach in SMKN 14 Jakarta. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This case study research is conducted in-depth on the emotional approach of teachers in the classroom with the aim of obtaining a complete and in-depth picture of an entity through the data collected. The results of this study show several findings carried out by teachers in designing emotional approach-based cooperative learning, namely: (1) determining the material to be discussed through discussion, (2) making class agreements together, (3) ensuring each group is actively involved in doing the task, (4) making sure to look for additional references as needed, (5) studying and listening to friends' presentations. The findings show that teachers have created an inclusive learning environment that is responsive to learners' needs and emotional conditions.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a systematic review which aims to analyze Public Relations (PR) strategies in higher education in improving their image and reputation through social media. In this article, researchers conducted an in-depth review of various previous research articles indexed nationally and internationally to identify strategies used by higher education public relations. The results of this research reveal a comprehensive picture of effective strategies in building a positive image and reputation through social media. Some strategies that are often implemented involve creative content management, active interaction with the audience, conceptualized branding campaigns and the use of different social media platforms according to specific communication goals. Active involvement on social media has also been proven to play an important role in forming positive perceptions of higher education. The conclusions of this research can provide guidance for higher education public relations practitioners in developing and implementing effective communication strategies via social media with the aim of improving the image and reputation of educational institutions. This research provides valuable insights for the development of PR practitioners in the context of higher education in the digital era.Keywords: Higher Education Public Relation; Image and Reputation; Social Media AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan suatu tinjauan sistematis yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) di perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan citra dan reputasinya melalui media sosial. Dalam artikel ini, peneliti melakukan tinjauan mendalam terhadap berbagai artikel penelitian terdahulu yang terindeks secara nasional maupun internasional untuk mengindentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh Humas perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini mengutarakan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang strategi yang efektif dalam membangun citra dan reputasi positif melalui media sosial. Beberapa strategi yang sering diimplementasikan melibatkan pengelolaan konten kreatif, interaksi aktif dengan audiens, kampanye branding yang terkonsep dan pemanfaatan platform media sosial yang berbeda sesuai dengan tujuan komunikasi tertentu. Keterlibatan aktif di media sosial juga terbukti berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi positif terhadap perguruan tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi praktisi Humas perguruan tinggi dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi yang efektif melalui media sosial dengan tujuan meningkatkan citra dan reputasi institusi pendidikan.
