Abstract

Pengawasan pendidikan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Dalam konteks multikultural, pengawasan memerlukan pendekatan yang sensitif terhadap keberagaman budaya, nilai, dan norma yang ada di lembaga pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas dimensi multikultural dalam pengawasan lembaga pendidikan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai strategi pengawasan yang inklusif, adil, dan responsif terhadap keragaman budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode kajian literatur dan analisis data tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan multikultural memerlukan pemahaman terhadap prinsip keadilan, penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, dan adaptabilitas terhadap berbagai konteks budaya. Pengawasan yang efektif mencakup komunikasi yang empatik, pelibatan semua pihak tanpa diskriminasi, dan pengembangan kompetensi profesional yang menghargai keberagaman. Selain itu, pengawasan harus mampu mendorong kolaborasi antarbudaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan khusus bagi supervisor pendidikan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan multikultural, serta pengintegrasian dimensi multikultural dalam kebijakan pengawasan di lembaga pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan pengawasan yang berperspektif multikultural, diharapkan dapat tercipta iklim pendidikan yang harmonis, menghormati perbedaan, dan mendukung pengembangan potensi setiap individu tanpa memandang latar belakang budaya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the integration of Islamic education management with digital technology to enhance the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The issue raised in this research is the challenge of implementing technology in Islamic educational institutions, particularly in improving teaching and institutional quality, while maintaining a balance between Islamic principles and technological advancement. The method used in this study is a literature review and content analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of digital technology can enrich academic, moral, and spiritual aspects of Islamic education. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and infrastructure disparities still hinder the optimal implementation of technology. This research also highlights the importance of visionary leadership in managing technology and human resources in Islamic educational institutions. Overall, this study contributes to the development of technology-based learning strategies that remain grounded in Islamic values to create a modern, intelligent, and character-driven generation.

Abstract

Culture is a set of values, beliefs, and attitudes that guide an organization's strategic goals and objectives directions. Rewards are bonuses or appreciation given to organizational members for their consistency and good performance. Of course, this encourages the involvement of organizational members and teaches organizational values ??which can result in higher growth. The research method used in this research is the library research method by concluding previous research or literature review. The purpose of this research is to determine the benefits of providing rewards for the performance of organizational members. Organizational culture is the basis or basis for the similarity of opinions and beliefs as well as practical values ??for all members of the organization. Rewards can also be said to be a culture in an organization, where they can attract employees' attention and provide information or remind them of the importance of the thing being rewarded compared to others.

Abstract

Peran penting yang dimainkan oleh kepemimpinan organisasi dalam mengembangkan budaya dan nilai-nilai yang mendasari manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terampil diperiksa dalam penelitian ini. Kepemimpinan yang baik menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pengembangan bakat dan kompetensi SDM selain berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku anggota organisasi. Melalui penekanan pada praktik terbaik, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rahasia untuk menciptakan budaya inklusif yang mendorong pertumbuhan individu adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan penggabungan nilai-nilai perusahaan ke dalam SDM manajerial. Studi ini menekankan keadilan, integritas, dan pengembangan karir jangka panjang sebagai komponen kunci dari taktik efektif yang dapat digunakan oleh praktisi dan pemimpin SDM melalui analisis literatur. Kesimpulannya, memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh tentang posisi kepemimpinan ini dapat membantu bisnis dalam menemukan, membudidayakan, dan mempertahankan karyawan luar biasa yang mendukung fungsi organisasi secara keseluruhan. Abstract

The head of administration has a very important role in providing services to students in madrasah institutions. One of the administrative roles is the managerial role and the administrator role. Administration must provide good service to the school community. The focus of the research is the role of administration in helping to improve the quality of education at MAPN 4 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach. This approach involves discussing problems and investigating in depth, including through observation, recording, interviews, and active involvement in the research process. The research subjects in this study were the Head of the Madrasah, TU, and TU Staff. The research location is the place where researchers conduct research to obtain the necessary data. The research was conducted at MAPN 4 Medan Jl. Griya Martubung residential area, Medan City, Postal code 20253. The results of the research show that administrators who play a managerial role must be able to set a good example as a leader, and be able to supervise their subordinates well. Apart from that, as an administrator you must be able to manage various important letters so that they are managed well.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan buat mendeskripsikan optimalisasi budaya kerja guna tingkatkan mutu dalam suatu organisasi Pembelajaran. Yang mana Budaya kerja, ialah sekumpulan pola sikap yang menempel secara totalitas pada diri tiap orang dalam suatu organisasi. Buat Membangun budaya berarti wajib tingkatkan serta mempertahankan sisi- sisi positif, dan berupaya menyesuikan( habituating process) pola sikap tertentu supaya terbentuk sesuatu wujud baru yang lebih baik. Sebab Budaya kerja yang tercipta secara positif hendak berguna sebab tiap anggota dalam sesuatu organisasi memerlukan sumbang sarang, komentar apalagi kritik yang bertabiat meembangun dari ruang lingkup pekerjaannya demi kemajuan suatu organisasi, tetapi budaya kerja hendak berdampak kurang baik bila pegawai dalam sesuatu organisasi menghasilkan komentar yang berbeda, perihal ini disebabkan terdapatnya perbandingan tiap orang dalam menghasilkan komentar, tenaga serta pikirannya, sebab tiap orang memiliki keahlian serta kemampuan cocok dengan bidangnya tiap- tiap. Hingga dari itu budaya kerja yang baik di dalam organisasi sangat diperlukan supaya bisa menningkatkan mutu sesuatu organisasi tersebut spesialnya didalam Pembelajaran.

Abstract

The head of the madrasah plays an important role in managing and developing human resources in the educational environment. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences and perceptions of teachers and madrasah heads related to self-efficacy and performance in MAN 2 Model Medan. Data collection was obtained through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources were obtained from teachers and madrasah heads and then analyzed using the Miles-Huberman technique. The study results show that: 1) internal and external factors influence the efficacy and performance of teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan. Internal factors are age, teaching experience, and ability to master technology. In contrast, external factors are salary, peer support, and emotional condition, and 2) Strategies used by madrasah heads to improve the efficacy and performance of teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan are implementing strategic management, providing motivation, instruction, good supervision, and creating a conducive learning environment. Through the right strategy, it appears that the head of the madrasah has succeeded in improving the effectiveness and performance of teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan.

Abstract

Student achievement is influenced by a number of interrelated factors. Good learning readiness provides a strong foundation for students to study effectively. High motivation encourages students to involve themselves in the learning process with enthusiasm. Strong self-efficacy strengthens students' belief in their ability to achieve good learning achievements. Meanwhile, a positive self-concept influences students' perceptions of their abilities and provides additional motivation to achieve higher achievements. This research is a causal expose facto research, because the purpose of this research is to reveal the causal relationship between research variables, namely: learning readiness, motivation, self-efficacy, self-concept, and learning achievement. The results of the study are student learning readiness, high learning motivation and student self-efficacy. Student learning readiness is something that needs to be considered starting from their mental, emotional and cognitive readiness. In addition, motivation is also an important part in forming a strong self-concept by arousing student interest and enthusiasm, maintaining student curiosity, and giving praise or rewards for their success.Keyword: Readiness to Learn, Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Self-Concept, Student Achievement

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Madrasah-Based Quality Improvement Management (Multi- Site Study at MAN in Central Tapanuli Regency). This research uses a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques use interviews, observation and document study techniques. Meanwhile, to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher refers to the use of data validity standards suggested by Lincoln & Guba, which consist of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1). Planning to improve the quality of education is carried out by involving all madrasa components and stakeholders. At MAN 1, MAN 2 and MAN 3 Central Tapanuli, the three institutions have planned a program to improve the quality of education by involving stakeholders through 6 steps, namely: (1) making a situation analysis and conditions using SWOT analysis, (2) planning the creation of the madrasah vision and mission, (3) planning the development of the madrasah curriculum, (4) planning the development of teacher competency, (5) planning the provision of infrastructure, (6) planning the development of students to achieve academic achievement and non-academic. 2). Based on the results of cross-case analysis regarding the implementation of improving the quality of education at MAN 1, MAN 2 and MAN 3 Central Tapanuli. Implementation of the education quality improvement program through several activity programs, namely: (1) based on the madrasah vision and mission, (2) increasing teacher competency, (3) ) curriculum development, (4) educational infrastructure, (5) development of student achievement, (6) control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation of work. 3). Evaluating MBM in the Implementation of Education Quality at MAN Central Tapanuli, which is carried out transparently and objectively, is absolutely necessary, and evaluation is the final activity of the management process and actions. It can be concluded that the evaluation at MAN Tapanuli Tengah, evaluation or assessment activities of teachers are usually more focused on individual teacher achievements, especially in the teaching and learning process activities, and their participation in educational activities at madrasas. Apart from the evaluation carried out by the head of the madrasah, supervision is also needed, namely by having a reward system for individual madrasahs, improving the competitive climate between madrasahs, improving the existing system as a whole, and helping madrasahs develop themselves. And 4). The inhibiting factor in implementing MBM in madrasahs is that the role of the madrasah committee is still lacking in becoming a working partner for the madrasah head in making every decision by the madrasah head, which is a joint decision of the madrasah head and madrasah residents so that in implementing these decisions all madrasah residents have a high level of responsibility and commitment.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan pada tingkat sekolah dasar Islam sangat menentukan kemampuan dasar anak, di tengah degradasi moral pendidikan, sekolah dasar Islam diharapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan menghadapi isu degradasi moral pendidikan yang saat ini terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam tentang strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan dasar dengan menggunakan paradigma Islam. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. Untuk memperkuat data analis, penelitian ini juga menggunakan beberapa hasil penelitian penting lainnya guna untuk memperkuat argumentasi yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pentingnya strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai pendidikan yang baik dan unggul, ada beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 yaitu; pertama, pengembangan kurikulum; kedua, peningkatan SDM tenaga pengajar; ketiga, kolaboratif pendidikan; keempat, kerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya; kelima, Inklusifitas pendidikan; dan Keenam, kesejahteraan para guru. Beberapa strategi tersebut sangat mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada sekolah dasar Islam terpadu Al hijrah 2 kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang
