Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze “organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment to employee performance” through the employee discipline of BPBD in Rokan Hulu Regency. The data sources of this study were the respondents of BPBD employees in Rokan Hulu Regency. It consisted of 46 samples as respondents. Descriptive analysis was chosen as the data analysis technique, to see the validity of the data, reliability and validity tests were used, then the auter model test and the inner model test in PLS SEM. The results of the study indicated that: Sub Structure 1 showed that work discipline was directly influenced by the work environment, organizational culture and commitment. Sub structure 2 showed that employee performance was directly affected by “work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment & work discipline. Furthermore, the contribution from sub structure 1, that the contribution of the effect of work environment variables, organizational culture variables & organizational commitment variables was 73.6% on work discipline variables, and contributions from sub structure 2, work environment variables, organizational culture variables, organizational commitment variables & the work discipline variable was 52.8% of the employee performance variable."

Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of leadership on the motivation and performance of employees in the District of Kunto Darussalam, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research was conducted from September to October 2019. The source of the research data was obtained from respondents who worked in Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. With 39 samples as research respondents. Data analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing using SEM - PLS and the coefficient of determination. The results: Sub structure 1 shows that leadership (X) has a significant effect on motivation (Y1) and leadership (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y2), and motivation (Y1) has a positive and significant influence on performance. employee (Y2) Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Furthermore, sub-structure 2, namely leadership (X) has an indirect effect on employee performance (Y2) Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency through motivation (Y1) produces a significant positive effect.

Abstract

People are the most valuable asset in service organizations to compete with other organizations. Organizational performance is reflected in the performance of its employees. Many factors, such as the relationship quality between leaders and employees, corporate support perceived by employees, and work engagement, affect organizational performance. This study examines the direct or indirect effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and perceived administrative support (POS) on employee performance mediated by work engagement and conducted this research on employees of microfinance institutions in the Bojonegoro district. The sample of this study amounted to 192 employees from a total population of 366 employees obtained by proportional random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the direct effect of the results is significantly positive, except for the impact of POS on employee performance (hypothesis 4 is rejected). And work engagement has been proven to be a mediator variable in the relationship between LMX and POS on employee performance

Abstract

Diversity in organizations is very important today. With diversity, organizations can get various views, abilities, and various things to overcome organizational or company problems and increase the company's effectiveness. These differences can also lead to happiness and conflict in an organization. This literature review research uses bibliometric analysis. The articles used in the study were compiled from Google Scholar's database. This research aims to provide an in-depth study of diversity in organizations. There were 34 articles analyzed in this study. The research uses the Google Scholar database between 2017 and 2021 and uses PoP software to search for article data to be researched. After all the data has been collected, it will then be analyzed using VOSviewer software to analyze co-authorship and co-occurrence. A citation will be processed by using PoP software. The results of literature studies with a bibliometric analysis approach are expected to be a reference to provide an overview of diversity

Abstract

Those who have an internal locus of control feel that their success depends on their efforts, with an internal locus of control being able to prevent conflicts between family and work demands and reduce a person's stress level. This study aims to dig deeper into the internal locus of control. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a bibliometric study that takes journals from science direct and uses VOSviewer to perform data analysis. There are 25 articles analyzed from 2020-2022. The results of this study describe 3 aspects, co-authorship, co-accuracy, and citation. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for further research, especially those that raise the title related to an internal locus of control

Abstract

Employee motivation in the company must be the main indicator that is considered in managing human resources. With the attention of superiors to subordinates, it will maintain and be able to manage the motivation of subordinates in doing work, in achieving organizational goals. The application of job characteristics will have a good impact on employees in improving the quality of optimal performance. The use of motivation: from concept to applications has not been investigated using bibliometrics in providing good references by further researchers. The purpose of this study is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature study on motivation. Articles were quoted from the publish or perish database, from 150 articles found from 2017 to 2021, there were 38 articles analyzed in the study. After managing the database, the researchers performed classification and visualization using VOSviewer software to be able to analyze co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citations. Overall, this literature study provides an appropriate reference for further research on the topic of motivation: from concept to applications

Abstract

One of the ups and downs of realization in the company is a belief and perception in making decisions about the individual himself. Various factors that influence decision making, namely decision making decision privacy , attitude individual , knowledge about risk and protection , trust in others trust in ability for protect information and considerations . In study this for obtain data using analysis bibliometrics . Article data study this collected through the Google Scholar software. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the topic "individual perception and decision making". The data obtained are 50 articles that have been analyzed in this study. In study this using the database obtained in 2017 to 2021 and taking the data using PoP software for find the data you need . The next process is the data that has been obtained then processed for analysis _ use Vosviewer for obtain co-authorship, co- occurance and citation data. Research results this show that topic about perception individual and taking decision really important in something organization and life everyday , however because limitations previous research that has not there is discuss about linkages topic this , so make study this less than optimal for look for related information _ with topic that

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become the center of attention of researchers and academics and has made it a source of reference or literature on leadership. This literature review is to identify the main points of transformational leadership (TFL) in the last 5 years, namely from 2018-2022. The method used is to search for keywords from the Direct Science and Google Scholar databases. A total of 25 articles of international repute and in English were downloaded. The results of a literature review show that transformational leadership is used as a model in leading that strengthens motivation, stimulates intellect, has charisma and becomes a source of inspiration from leaders to followers

Abstract

Perum Jasa Tirta I (Asa) Malang is a drinking water company owned by the local government. With the increasing number of employees, the conflict of human resources faced by the company is increasingly complex. Therefore the management of human resources must be managed and possible to make the origin of human resources satisfied and satisfactory for the company. Realizing the importance of employee job satisfaction in supporting the company's high productivity, the primary battle in this study is to analyze the source that hypnotizes the job satisfaction of permanent employees at Perum Jasa Tirta I (Asa) Malang. This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance and whether job satisfaction can be a variable intervention between corporate environment and employee performance. Abstract

This article is an overview of the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on Knowledge Management (KM), Digital Transformation (DT), and Industry 4.0, which defines the interactions, bonds, and interdependencies of these new research streams. Playing an important role in a progressive discipline, our research summarizes the state of the art past literature using a rigorous methodological approach. The researchers adopted the Scopus database in their analysis and used the Bibliometrix R package. The analysis revealed 761 peer-reviewed English articles. This study shows several research clusters: KM and DT; KM and innovation ecosystem; KM and border technology; and KM, decision making, and Industry 4.0. In addition, this article contributes to identifying growing areas of research that have uncovered previously unknown and interesting relationships between KM, DT, and the public sector. Therefore, the article emphasizes the important role of DT in the development of KM,, discusses future research perspectives as quantitative analysis and combines academics and practitioners.
