Abstract

This study is a literature review which is considered important with the increasing number of female entrepreneurs who make a positive contribution to revitalizing the country's economy. Not only men who can do entrepreneurship, nowadays many women are also making an effort to revive their family's economy. In the current situation, many find it difficult to get a job where socio-economic conditions are uncertain which creates many opportunities for women to open new business opportunities independently. In running a business, motivation is needed to keep running what has been established. This study aims to dig up information through literature studies related to how women are motivated to run independent businesses in order to meet their economic and social needs presented by several researchers who are used as empirical sources in this study. This research method uses a literature review by summarizing the results of previous studies that have been carried out. Based on this study, it was found that women's entrepreneurial motivation comes from two factors, namely external factors and internal factors. While the motivation for women's entrepreneurship as agents of change is the existence of women who are entrepreneurs who have an impact on changes in the family environment and community environment.

Abstract

In this digital era, hybrid skills are needed to enable people to add value beyond the application of technology (Technical skills). However, organizations will always be run by humans, not robots. They work in an organization requires communication skills, collaboration, empathy, and so on. It is important for a recruiter to get talents with hybrid skills combined with qualified technical and non-technical skills. The research design used is the literature review method. Therefore, the nature of this research is descriptive analysis, by revealing, describing, and explaining related to the research topic, namely the analysis of how recruiters identify the capacity of hybrid skills in candidates through regular analysis of the literature that has been obtained. Hybrid skill is considered more capable of describing the workforce in completing tasks with maximum performance. In the labor recruitment process, companies have problems in the labor market that do not meet the qualifications of the soft skills and hard skills of each applicant are not balanced. In order for companies to improve the skills of workers efficiently and utilize their talents more effectively, they must be able to identify both the skills workers already have and those they will need.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit almost all countries, including Indonesia. COVID-19 has had a huge impact on the entire community, especially employees. One of the impacts that occurred was the implementation of Work from Home (WFH), this was done as an effort to reduce the transmission rate of COVID-19. However, the direct effect that occurred was that employees faced several conflicts such as stress, frustration and imbalances in life. On this basis, researchers want to know the role given by work life balance on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a study of the literature which is based on studies of previous studies that match the criteria for the same research variables. The results obtained in this study are work life balance by applying flexible time, increasing job satisfaction, and also to increase employee self-control which is predicted to improve the performance of employees who apply WFH.

Abstract

Work values, mastery of information technology, and high morale are a unit that will shape teacher performance, where teachers are required to have a set of competencies that they must have in carrying out their profession as an educator. The objectives of this study are: to test the effect of work value on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency, b) to Test the influence of morale on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas Mojokerto Regency, c) Test the influence of mastery of information technology on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.  This research was conducted on the teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas, Mojokerto Regency, which was originally estimated to be 70 teachers, but from the latest data received accompanied by a questionnaire that returned 25 people, so that the scope of the research object was developed to State Junior High School 1 Sooko which has the same characteristics as State Junior High School 2 Trawas and respondents of teachers of State Junior High School 1 Sooko totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results showed: 1) There was a positive and significant influence between the work value on the performance of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto with  t counting i.e. 3.0192) There was a positive and significant influence between morale on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto, with t counting i.e. 4,551 3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between mastery of information technology on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto, with t counting i.e. 2,387.

Abstract

Systematic literature review ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis beberapa penelitian yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Prefered Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis dari penelitiaan yang memiliki kaitan dengan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Popuation, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome dengan menggunakan 2 akses yaitu Google Cendikia dan Garba Rujukan Digital (garuda). Sejumlah 144 data disaring menggunkan kriteria inklusi data sehingga didapatkan sejumlah 33 data yang sesuai dengan standar kelayakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 17 data dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan serta mendominasi pengaruh dibandingkan dengan variabel lain, 13 data dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan namun tidak mendominasi, 1 data dengan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, serta 2 data menunjukan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Discussion related to work engagement is important for studied in human resource management. Purpose of this research for review studies that discuss work engagement related with other topics such as leadership styles, HRM practice and organizational commitment. Data used a total of 30 articles indexed by Scopus for the 2019-2022 period. This study method uses systematic literature review (PRISMA) and technique analysis with analysis bibliometric using the VOSviewer software. Visualized analysis results through Co-Authorship Co- Occurrence , a quote article most identified through 10 groups citation highest. Showing that work engagement relates with other topics are leadership styles, HRM practice, organizational commitment, behavior psychology and systems work. Studies literature this expected becomes reference for next study regarding work engagement and other relevant variables

Abstract

Discussion regarding employee rewards is very important in the management of human resource management. This study aims to review studies that discuss employee rewards. The data used is 32 with 2 Scopus databases using the Publish or Perish and Taylor and Francis applications in the 2017-2022 period. The analysis technique used is Prisma and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the topic of employee rewards is related to the topic of motivation and productivity which is visualized through Co-Authorship and Co-Occurrence. This literature study is expected to be a reference for further research on employee rewards.

Abstract

Employee performance is an essential factor for company success. Optimal employee performance will affect the company's development in producing good products. This study aims to determine the application of Talent Management to Employee Engagement and Employee Retention in Improving Employee Performance at PT XYZ Surabaya employees. This study's population was PT XYZ Surabaya employees, totaling 393 people. The sampling technique uses the slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%, and the sample used in this study is 200 employees. The data analysis technique in this study is as follows PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) Talent management has a positive and significant direct effect on employee engagement, 2) Talent management has a positive and significant direct effect on employee retention, 3) Talent management has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, 4) Employee engagement has no direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Employee retention has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, 6) Employee engagement has a positive and significant direct effect on employee retention, 7) Talent management has no direct effect on employee performance indirectly through employee engagement, and 8) Talent management influences employee performance indirectly through employee retention.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur sistematis ini adalah untuk meringkas beberapa studi yang dipublikasikan tentang topik gaya kepemimpinan. gaya kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki ciri khas antara reward yang diberikan pemimpin dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional hubungannya dengan kinerja karyawan dan kreativitas karyawan dengan metode PRISMA dan bibliometric sebagai Teknik analisis data. 30 artikel digunakan sebagai bahan analisis melalui database jurnal Emerald Insight periode 2017-2022. Hasilnya, gaya kpemimpinan transaksional dapat dikombinasikan dengan kepemimpinan otentik. Kepemimpinan transaksional juga memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan inerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research sample was 175 employees who were taken by proportional random sampling. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings show that workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention directly. The work environment significantly negatively affects turnover intention, while job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect. Job satisfaction significantly negatively affects turnover intention, while organizational commitment has a significant positive effect. Organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Indirectly, the workload negatively affects turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment.
