Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh siswa berkesulitan belajar yang sulit untuk mengkomunikasian kondisi yang dialaminya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 53 orang siswa yang telah ditentukan melalui Penilaian Acuan Norma untuk menentukan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan instrumen keterbukaan diri yang telah dikembangkan dan telah melalui uji kelayakan ahli dan uji empiris dengan rasch model melalui aplikasi winstep. Dari data yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa siswa yang memiliki keterbukaan diri tinggi berjumlah 10 orang, siswa yang memiliki keterbukaan diri pada kategori sedang sebanyak 37 orang dan kategori tinggi sebanyak 6 orang. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengolahan dan pembahasan terhadap data bahwa siswa belum sepenuhnya mampu untuk membuka diri mengenai kondisi yang dialami dan dapat menjadi dasar pelaksanaan layanan untuk mengembangkan keterbukaan diri siswa.   Kata kunci: keterbukaan diri, siswa, kesulitan belajar

Abstract

Berbagai permasalahan siswa mengalami stress akademik, depresi sehingga kebahagiaan yang dimiliki dirasa kurang optimal dan juga berpengaruh terhadap kehidupannya. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik menulis ekspresif efektif untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kepustakaan atau literatur. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa referensi teks pada jurnal dan buku yang relevan sesuai dengan bidang kajian yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kebahagiaan siswa dengan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik menulis ekspresif. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan menghubungkan dan membandingkan, memaparkan, dan menyimpulkan hasil temuan yang dijadikan referensi atau bahan kajian dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa menulis ekspresif dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan pada siswa, karena dengan pelaksanaan menulis ekspresif mampu untuk menggali bagaimana pikiran, perasaan, sikap dan tindakan yang dilakukan siswa agar dapat mengembangkan diri secara optimal. Abstract

Istilah "citra tubuh" menggambarkan bagaimana seseorang merasakan, berpikir, dan mempersepsikan tubuhnya. Semuanya tergantung pada bagaimana perasaan seseorang terhadap tubuhnya dan seberapa baik atau buruknya mereka merawat dirinya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi seberapa baik bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri 62 Jakarta meningkatkan body image positif siswa. Desain eksperimen kuasi kelompok pre-test-post-control non-ekuivalen adalah metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Siswa kelas sebelas di SMA Jakarta berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk proses pengambilan sampel. Kuesioner body image yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Statistik nonparametrik uji Mann-Whitney U digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan citra tubuh yang positif (Sig.(2-tailed)=0).

Abstract

Academic self-efficacy is part of social cognitive theory. Academic self-efficacy is an individual's belief in the ability to do a task for achieving optimal goals. The evolution of several developments of self-efficacy instruments found in Indonesia and foreign. But, the limitation of the academic self-efficacy instrument for adolescents encourages the researcher to develop the Adolescents’ Academic Self-efficacy Instrument (AASEI).Therefore, this study aims to develop the Adolescents’ Academic Self-Efficacy Instrument (AASEI) using the RASCH measurement model. The participants in this study were 656 high school seniors aged 15-18 years. The results revealed that the Adolescents’ Academic Self-efficacy Instrument (AASEI) had a good person reliability score (0.86), excellent item reliability (0.99), and a very good Cronbach's Alpha score (0.88). The results of the Rasch analysis revealed that 42 instrument items of Adolescents’Academic Self-Efficacy Instrument fulfill the requirements and can be used to measure adolescent academic self-efficacy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Creativity is something to create new things, modify, and the ability to find solutions to challenging situations. Optimization efforts to develop students' creativity can be carried out with various strategies, including group guidance. On this basis, researchers are interested in conducting a meta-analysis study on the effectiveness of group guidance in increasing student creativity. This study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance in increasing students' creativity based on reviews of similar studies. The research method used is a method of meta-analysis. Researchers conducted a literature study with a research range from 2008 to 2020 obtained through Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and student journals or research on the campus website. The keywords used to search for research samples include group guidance, creativity, creative thinking, and problem-solving. The search then resulted in the identification of 38 research study samples. Then the researchers conducted a comprehensive research study, ultimately finding 12 research samples that met the criteria and were eligible for a meta-analysis. Researchers conducted data analysis using the Jamovi application to calculate the effect size. The research results show that the influence of group guidance can increase students' creativity.

Abstract

Social adjustment in adolescents is a crucial process in individual development. High school adolescents often face various environmental changes and social pressures that differ from those at other ages. Reasonable social adjustment can help adolescents cope with problems and promote positive social and emotional development. However, poor adjustment can lead to mental and social health issues. This article explores various aspects of social adjustment in high school adolescents, including influencing factors, adjustment stages, and effective interventions. This study aims to develop an instrument that can be used to identify students' social adjustment. The participants involved in developing this instrument were 41 students aged 14-16 years (mean=0.80 and SD=0.83). The reliability value of the items is in the excellent category (0.918). Out of 50 statements developed, after testing validity and reliability, 49 statements are suitable for measuring students' social adjustment.

Abstract

Self-acceptance is a positive attitude towards oneself, awareness and acceptance of various aspects such as the good and bad of oneself as well as past life experiences. A phenomenon that occurs in adolescents, there are still many adolescents who have low self-acceptance, especially high school students. Therefore, this research is aimed to examine self-acceptance in high school adolescents. This research is a quantitative descriptive. Participants in this research were 381 students grade XI. The data using self-acceptance instruments that developed and gone through expert feasibility tests and empirical tests using Rasch model. From the data obtained, that there are 66 students who have high self-acceptance, 259 people in the medium category and 56 people in the low category. The conclusion is that students are not yet fully able to accept themselves regarding the conditions they are experiencing and this can be the basis for implementing services to develop students' self-acceptance. Abstract

This study evaluates students' emotion regulation ability during the first three years of study with a qualitative experimental approach in a within group design. The instrument used was James J. Gross' Emotion Regulation, which was translated into Bahasa Indonesia. This instrument includes two main aspects: Cognitive Reappraisal (6 items) and Expressive Suppression (4 items), with a total of 10 items. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using Rasch modeling through the Winsteps application. The results of the validity analysis showed 8 items were valid and 2 items required revision. Instrument reliability was measured by Cronbach's Alpha, resulting in a value of 0.79 (Good category) for the overall instrument, and a value of 0.97 (Excellent category) for item reliability. These validity and reliability tests ensure that the data collected is accurate, consistent, and reliable, so that this instrument can be used to measure students' level of emotion regulation. Abstract

The population growth in Indonesia continues to increase every year, which causes a higher level of demand for civil buildings and houses. 3D concrete printing is an innovative construction method that has recently begun to be applied to the construction industry and has proven to be profitable in terms of optimizing construction time, cost, design flexibility and error reduction as well as being environmentally friendly. The geopolymer 3D printer is a 3D concrete printing machine specifically for extruding geopolymer mortar materials. This study aims to design a mechanical construction system for a 3D printer geopolymer machine. Geopolymer mortar has a unique strength compared to cement mortar and dries faster so it has better molding properties. The design of the cartesian type geopolymer 3D printer machine uses the VDI 2222 design method which consists of planning, conceptualizing, designing, and finishing. Based on this design method, a printing area of 5m x 5m x 3m is designed with a maximum printing speed of 100 mm/s. The results of this design meet the demands and are stated to be technically good in static calculations.

Abstract

Abstract. Disasters can trigger Post-Traumatic Disorder (PTSD). Children are highly vulnerable to these impacts, so they need psychological assistance. PFA activities aim to maintain the mental health of children affected by the earthquake so that they do not experience PTSD and increase understanding and psychological well-being. One of the services that can be provided is Psychological First Aid (PFA). This activity includes planning, training, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages. This PFA activity focused on dozens of children who were earthquake victims in the Joglo Prawatasi refugee camp, Cianjur. The activity implementation went smoothly, and other volunteer teams, BNPD and kitabisa.com, received appreciation. Impact of PFA on earthquake victim children 1) Reducing trauma symptoms; 2) Increased understanding of disasters; 3) Provide a sense of security and support; 4) Help children express emotions; and 5) Increasing empowerment and psychological recovery. Coordination, mental readiness, and competence of volunteers are supporting factors in carrying out activities properly. Abstrak. Bencana dapat memicu munculnya Post-Traumatic Disorder (PTSD). Anak-anak memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap dampak ini, sehingga membutuhkan bantuan psikologis. Kegiatan PFA betujuan untuk menjaga Kesehatan mental anak-anak korban gempa sehingga tidak mengalami PTSD dan menignkatkan pemahaman dan kesejahtraan psikologi. Salah satu layanan yang dapat diberikan adalah Psychological First Aid (PFA). Kegiatan ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelatihan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Kegiatan PFA ini difokuskan pada anak-anak yang menjadi korban gempa bumi di camp pengungsian Joglo Prawatasi, Cianjur, yang berjumlah puluhan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari tim relawan lain, BNPD, dan kitabisa.com. Dampak PFA pada anak-anak korban gempa bumi 1) Mengurangi gejala trauma; 2) Peningkatan pemahaman bencana; 3) Memberikan rasa aman dan dukungan; 4) Membantu anak-anak mengungkapkan emosi; dan 5) Meningkatkan keberdayaan dan pemulihan psikologi. Koordinasi, kesiapan mental, dan kompetensi relawan merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan baik.
