Abstract

Abstract: The application design of license plate pattern recognition using the Backpropagation neural network is the application of license plate recognition done by changing the license plate in form of a photo into a numerical text. This application was made in order to examine whether the method of Backpropagation can recognize the character pattern properly or not. The software process model of license plate recognition study uses the Backpropagation neural network through the prototype approach. The result of this design is the software of license plate pattern recognition using Backpropagation neural network that can commonly recognize the license plate. This application can only recognize license plate image approximately in a one meter distance between a camera and the license plate and does not have light refraction. The result of examination is the success rate of pattern recognition depends on the quality of image, the form of license plate and its writing, light refraction, the distance between a car and the camera, and the determination of temporary character. Keywords: Character Recognition, Backpropagation, Image Processing, License Plate, Smearing Algorithm, Computer Vision.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengambilan putusan hukuman pidana pembunuhan menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning adalah sebagai aplikasi bantuan, yang dikhususkan bagi seorang Jaksa/Hakim dalam memilah-milah kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan, serta sebagai bahan referensi dalam memutuskan vonis pidana, yang tentunya lebih efektif dan efisien, dikarenakan data basis kasus dalam perangkat lunak bersumber dari kualifikasi delik pidana pembunuhan menurut KUHP. Reuse based digunakan sebagai model proses pengembangan aplikasi ini dengan siklus Case Based Reasoning. Hasil yang dibuat merupakan aplikasi yang menggabungkan Case Based Reasoning dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan perceptron. Perangkat lunak pengambilan putusan hukuman pidana pembunuhan menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning dapat membantu praktisi hukum (Hakim/Jaksa) dalam menelusuri kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan, serta menjadikan kasus dalam aplikasi sebagai referensi dalam pemutusan vonis dalam dunia hukum yang real, dikarenakan solusi yang diberikan berdasarkan sumber yang mengatur hukum pidana di indonesia (KUHP).Kata Kunci: Case Based Reasoning, Perceptron, Pengujian Penerimaan Pengguna, pengembangan berorientasi pemakaian ulang.

Abstract

Abstracts: Artificial Neural Net is a method in soft computing that imitate the structure of biological nervous, where multiple nodes communicate with each other through synapses that interconnect them. That method can be utilized for pattern recognition processes, such as hand writing character recognition. This paper is aimed to develop hand writing character recognition using Artificial Neural Net method. Perceptron neural network is adopted in Artificial Neural Net. A mapping method is used for preprocessing to segment a character image to be processed by Artificial Neural Net. The experimental results show that among all of successful segmented characters of all the training data. the system recognizes the characters with an accuracy close to 79,2%.Keywords: Character Recognition, Artificial Neural Net, Image Processing,Perceptron

Abstract

Virus TORCH is an acronym of the virus Toxoplasma, Rubella, Cytomegalo virus, and Herpes. TORCH virus causes many children born with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to generate and build an expert system software that can help the patient in making an early diagnosis of the TORCH virus, in order to reduce the risk of children born with disabilities caused by this virus. Method research design is a case study and interviews in finding out about the TORCH virus. This expert system making use of Visual Basic .NET in the making of the application. An expert system is paired with a forward chaining neural network Backpropagation as decision-making. This expert system featuring a large selection of symptoms that can be selected user, where each choice of symptoms will bring the user to the selection of the next symptom to get the final result. While the database used is MySQL. Design model used is UML (Unfield Modeling Language) and flowchart. Its design method is a prototype and testing software using black box testing systems have been built. The results of this study is to help the public to better understand and know TORCH suffered virus so that it can be treated promptly to avoid the children who are born with disabilities. Suggestions in the future is that this expert system can be online

Abstract

Abstract : Applications are built can be used to classification search result documents and documents search easier. Documents that are only for the article from journal, thesis, ebook and other documents. Indexing and searching documents using Lucene as a search engine. An filing text document often needed for finding document that content special word or combination of some words. In this research, is made application that can save and retrieve text document, using java program language, db4O and Lucene Library. For efficient in saving, data stop word eliminated, and take account the existent of synonim words. In retrieving document it is possible using operator AND, OR and NOT with the number of words priority that exist in that document. The process of searching are divided into two, namely Simple Search and Advanced Search. Simple Search using a query to search Db4o while Advanced Search using the search terms in the index using Lucene library. Abstract

Abstract : Steganography is the art and science of hiding messages in a message. In the world of modern technology, the secret messages can be hidden behind the image (image), for example. Messages can be encoded in the low-order bits so as not to interfere with media images (image) is displayed. Research Application System Method of Least Significant Bit Steganography aims to provide data security facilities, particularly in terms of hiding data that is intended for corporate, business or personal. The study was based on increased traffic flow data packet delivery via email or other media that directly impact the growing threats and data theft against itself. The research was shaped by the method of experimental study of literature and data collection techniques using literature and documentation. Approach to problem solving using problem identification approach to identify exactly what problems to look for a solution. Design method used is a Rapid Application Development by applying a 5-step design, namely business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, generation and application testing and turnover. The software performs the analysis by comparing the features and the existing criteria and is built using Borland Delphi 7.0 which make the process of concealment and recall data that is hidden as a solution for end-users in terms of the need for data security warnings.Keywords : Data Security, Steganography, Encryption, Decryption, Least Significant Bit (LSB)

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Robots have been developed, because the robot is there to help the working man, for example, for jobs that require high accuracy in the field of industry, doing work with a high risk of danger or doing work that requires great strength and so on. In the field of industrial robots in the presence of the production process will be faster. Usually in these industries to distinguish the type of material in the box marked as a color box or other codes that can distinguish objects. The same marks on objects declared type of the same material. In the industry, manufactured goods will be grouped by type of material or similar items. The robot is designed using the LEGO Mindstorms NXT 2.0 can separate the object ball in accordance with the color. This robot can only detect four basic colors, namely red, green, yellow, and blue. Color RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) was detected using a color sensor. Meanwhile, as the central control of the robot using the NXT Brick is included in the Lego Mindstorms NXT 2.0 package, which is programmed using NXT-G 2.0 software.
