Abstract

This study wants to find out how things like product variety, perceived price, store design, store atmosphere, customer service, and convenience affect how satisfied customers are. It also looks at how customer satisfaction affects whether they will buy from the store again. This study uses numbers and statistics to do this. The study collected information from 232 people using a questionnaire on Google Forms. These people were customers of Flying Tiger Copenhagen in Indonesia. The study used a method called SEM PLS to analyze the data. This included testing how well the data was measured, the relationships between different factors, and the study's main ideas. The results showed that product variety, perceived price, store atmosphere, customer service, and convenience all make customers satisfied. But store design actually made customers less satisfied. Also, satisfied customers were more likely to buy from the store again.

Abstract

Praktik tindakan perampasan objek jaminan fidusia secara paksa, seperti kendaraan bermotor sebagai wujud penerapan Pasal 15 Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia melalui oleh debt collector merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum. Dasar penarikan objek jaminan fidusia harus ada cidera janji yang telah disepakati para pihak, tidak bisa secara sepihak untuk menghindari kesewenang-wenangan. Tim pengabdian melihat situasi di  Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai banyak juga memanfaatkan pembiayaan dari pihak leasing (kreditur) untuk membeli kendaraan  atau untuk mendapat uang/modal. Tim pengabdi mengamati banyak masyarakat pada lokasi ini tidak memahami eksekusi jaminan fidusia, sehingga terkesan pasrah dan takut ketika menghadapi pihak debt collector yang diutus pihak penerima fidusia. Padahal tindakan merampas jaminan fidusia merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum sebagaimana telah disinggung.   Metode menyelesaikan masalah mitra dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini para mitra sudah merasakan manfaatnya, yaitu mendapatkan tambahan ilmu dan pemahaman tentang pengaturan eksekusi jaminan fidusia. Hal tersebut disimpulkan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat setelah membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan mengajukan pertanyaan (kuesioner). Sebaiknya kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan konsultasi dan bimbingan terhadap mitra. Kemudian  kegiatan seperti ini layak untuk dilaksanakan pada  khalayak sasaran lainnya karena masyarakat banyak menggunakan pendanaan dengan memanfaatkan pengaturan fidusia dan sudah pasti akan menghadapi risiko eksekusi jaminan fidusia bilamana kesulitan menyelesaikan kewajibannya terhadap penerima fidusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the role of work motivation in mediating the relationship between interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership on patient safety in inpatient installations using a cross-sectional study design. Moreover, make 250 inpatient installation nurses with civil servant status as the unit of analysis. The study's results prove that interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership positively and significantly affect work motivation and patient safety. Work motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on patient safety, and work motivation has a positive role in mediating interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership on patient safety. The importance of patient safety culture will be of value to hospital performance in patients' eyes so that maximum results are formed on implementing patient safety culture. Not only talking about the effectiveness of interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership of the head of the room but the importance of implementing work motivation in the form of encouragement to nurses. Will create satisfaction that impacts the effectiveness of interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership in improving patient safety culture in inpatient installations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing activities on the business performance of Larisshop MSMEs. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 100 active resellers as respondents. The collected data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results indicate that the variables of social media marketing, consisting of context, communication, collaboration, and connection, simultaneously have a significant effect on business performance, as evidenced by the F-value of 47.053. Among these four variables, communication emerged as the most dominant factor influencing business performance, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.393. This finding highlights that effective communication with customers—through product information, promotional activities, and daily interactions on social media platforms—plays a vital role in improving sales performance and sustaining business growth. Furthermore, the R-square value of 65% demonstrates that the independent variables examined in this study explained 65% of the variance in business performance, while the remaining 35% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This study emphasizes the importance of applying a social media marketing strategy based on the 4C concept (context, communication, collaboration, and connection) as a key effort to enhance MSME performance. The optimization of communication and connection should be prioritized by fostering intensive interactions, offering personalized services, and establishing long-term relationships with customers. By doing so, Larisshop MSMEs can strengthen customer loyalty while also expanding their market reach. In addition, this study provides recommendations for future research to explore other relevant variables, such as experiential marketing or consumer experience, as well as the utilization of emerging social media platforms to broaden the market. Such exploration is essential to offer a more comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies in supporting the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

The background to this problem is how the Criminal Law provisions regulate cyberbullying, what are the perpetrators' approaches to carrying out cyberbullying actions, and what factors influence perpetrators to carry out cyberbullying. The aim of this research is to analyze the applicable criminal law provisions related to cyber bullying, evaluate law enforcement against perpetrators of cyber bullying in Indonesia, and identify factors in cyber bullying. The method in this research is normative legal research. This approach is carried out by considering the contents of the ITE law, the analysis of which is carried out in more depth in relation to the problem of studying legal provisions. The result: Even though in the Criminal Code this matter has been formulated into different articles, the offense of insulting in the Criminal Code can be linked to Article 27 paragraph (3) concerning criminal acts of insulting via cyberspace. The approach taken by cyberbullying perpetrators is as follows: Instincts of cyberbullying perpetrators, First informant, one of the cyberbullying perpetrators, Cyberbullying perpetrators' actions through drive theory. Cyberbullying behavior is influenced by external and internal factors, including parental involvement, the school environment, as well as provocation and support. However, the main problem underlying cyberbullying is the perpetrator's sense of arrogance and superiority. Many cases of cyberbullying occur because the perpetrator feels more powerful and above other people. This can happen because social media is used unwisely, so they feel they can carry out inappropriate actions anonymously. Cyberbullying has a very bad impact on the mental and emotional health of victims. Therefore, there needs to be better awareness and education regarding the wise and responsible use of social media. Apart from that, there is also a need for strict supervision and action against perpetrators of cyberbullying. In this way, it is hoped that cases of cyberbullying can be reduced and society can use technology positively and have a good impact on life and social interactions.

Abstract

Hospitals must be able to adapt quickly and develop the right strategy to survive, to become a large and strong hospital is one of them by carrying out an acquisition strategy. However, the post-acquisition integration phase process is the most critical stage that often makes the industry fail in managing human resources and can cause employee anxiety to employee resistance. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational identification and transformational leadership on employee identification and willingness to collaborate, as well as employee identification on willingness to collaborate in the post-acquisition integration phase at Grand Family Hospital. This research is quantitative correlation research. The population is all 127 nurses who work at Grand Family Hospital. The sampling method was random sampling and 127 respondents were used. Data collection used a questionnaire with analysis techniques using path analysis. The research results show that organizational identification and transformational leadership partially influence employee identification and the willingness to collaborate, and employee identification influences the willingness to collaborate. Simultaneously, organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification influence the willingness to collaborate. Hospitals need to pay attention to the relationship between organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification simultaneously. Integrating strategies and policies that strengthen these three aspects together can create a work environment that supports and motivates employees to work together effectively. Organizational identification, transformational leadership and Worker Identification have a significant effect on the willingness to cooperate in the post-integration phase of the acquisition.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence the level of farmer adoption of the jajar legowo planting system in Kecamatan Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This research was conducted from April to June 2022 on 8 farmer groups that implemented the jajar legowo planting system in 2021. The objectives of this study were: to analyze the adoption rate of farmers towards the jajar legowo planting system in Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach in collecting data from a population of farmers who apply the jajar legowo planting system in 2021 with a sample of 112 farmers. The analytical tools used for this study were obtained from the calculation of the total score divided by the number of questions. Then the interval class was determined with the following details: (1) Not applying or low (15-35), (2) Partial or moderate (36-56), and (3) Applying completely or high (˃56). The results showed that the level of farmer adoption of the jajar legowo planting system in Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman was assessed from the level of technical application of cultivation of the jajar legowo planting system recommended by the Center for the Study of Agricultural Technology in the medium category with 36-56 intervals which included the following activities: processing land, making plant rows, planting, fertilizing, weeding and controlling Plant Pest Organisms. Conclusions and recommendations From this research, education, cosmopolitan as an indicator of farmer characteristics variables need to be improved, one of which is by increasing farmers' knowledge through training and technical guidance and intensity of extension meetings with farmers, implementing group or individual extension methods and increasing farmers' ability to utilize and access information media

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah minimnya pemahaman pedagang makanan dan minuman binaan Karang Taruna Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru mengenai kewajiban pelaku usaha berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pedagang makanan dan minuman binaan Karang Taruna Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru mengenai kewajiban pelaku usaha berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, dialog, dan diskusi dalam rangka memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada pedagang makanan dan minuman binaan Karang Taruna Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Partisipasi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Ketua Karang Taruna Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru yang berpartisipasi menyediakan waktu, menyediakan tempat beserta fasilitas pendukungnya, serta menghadirkan pedagang makanan dan minuman sebagai peserta kegiatan. Target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bahwa kegiatan ini telah berhasil dilaksanakan dan manfaatnya dapat dirasakan langsung oleh para peserta. Sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan, dari 15 orang peserta, hanya 20% yang menjawab dengan benar materi yang akan disampaikan. Sedangkan, setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan, 70,6% peserta menjawab telah memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif meliputi pelayanan gizi, pelayanan kesehatan, pelayanan pendidikan, pelayanan pengasuhan, dan pelayanan perlindungan. Pengembangan pendidikan anak usia dini holistik integratif direncanakan dan diterapkan secara sistematis di satuan PAUD untuk mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal agar kelak menjadi anak yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing di masa depan. Permasalahan pada pengabdian ini belum adanya Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini rintisan di Desa Apar serta layanan posyandu belum terintegrasi dengan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, seminar dan pendampingan. Waktu pelaksanaan pada bulan Juni-November 2022. Sasaran Pengabdian yaitu orangtua, anak usia 3-4 tahun, guru dan kader posyandu. Hasil pengabdian sudah terlaksananya pendampingan PAUD HI di Desa Apar.
