The title of this study was Retrieval Citra Batik Pesisir. The purpose of this study is how to measure the similarity between the query image to the image database on the image of a very diverse coastal batik influenced by the geographical location of the islands, the state of nature, and the structure of society, by implementing the transformation method curvelet fast discrete and HSV color space. And knowing the average yield precision image retrieval based coastal batik content using relative method manhatan. This research uses experimental analysis on coastal batik image dataset of the query image with the image in the database. Coastal batik image data taken are secondary data from the internet already results reproduk regardless of noise and shooting techniques. Applications are designed and built in stages as a test prototype image retrieval coastal batik using programming language Matlab R2014a. Based on the description of explanation and discussion on the overall chapter thesis for image retrieval batik to determine the extraction of the best features that the average value of precision curvelet scale of 4 to 85.17%, curvelet scale of 5 namely 88.62%, curvelet scale of 6 average precision value ie 90.73 %. For the average value of precision for HSV color space by 81.55%. As for the average value of precision curvelet scale 4 and HSV color space by 83.44%, to curvelet scale of 5 and HSV color space by 85.34% and to curvelet scale 6 and HSV color space by 87.71%. From this it can be deduced that the higher the measurement scale, the average precision is getting better at the time of image retrieval.Keywords: Content Based Image retrieval, Transformasi Curvelet Fast Discrete , Ruang Warna HSV , Relative Manhatan, Precision.

E-learning is a new way in teaching and learning process that uses electronic media especially internet as a learning system .. E-learning University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is an online learning for students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the level of user acceptance of the use of E-learning system using TAM method through SEM analysis and what recommendations can be given as input to the campus of the elearning system used. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Data analysis is done by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software. The results showed the level of user acceptance in using the UMB Elearning is on a high scale but at a low level that is an average of below 3 (1-4 scale). Factors influencing user acceptance in using E-learning System of University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) or ease of use and Attitude Toward Using (ATU) or user attitude in using E-learning system. From these results resulted in improved recommendations on the application of Elearning through User Interface approach which is expected to increase the usefulness of the application.Keywords: E-learning, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), SEM

The visually impaired is is a person who can not use his eyes as the primary senses to obtain information on the environment (Nawawi, 2010). Visual impairment in a person, causing the visually impaired will have limitations. The limitations are as follows: (1) obtain information and new experiences, (2) interaction with the environment, and (3) mobility. The development of communication technology, especially on a handheld cell phone that starts with a keypad, developed into a flat-screen smartphone makes it difficult to use by the visually impaired. B-SMART application comes with the concept of Virtual Braille Keyboard, application of the concept of Braille as navigation and input so that the blind people can use the touch screen smartphone. This study aims to evaluate the application of B-SMART by measuring the level of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the B-SMART mobile applications. The method of analysis in this study using Cognitive Walkthrough combined with Quistionairre for User Interface Satisfaction (Quis). The test results showed the effectiveness of B-SMART application amounted to 85.0%, the efficiency level is 42.7% and the satisfaction of respondents was 77.1%. The results show that there is a problem faced by respondents when using the application to complete the task scenario seen from the effectiveness of 85% and an efficiency of 42.7%. The test results are discussed in the Focus Group Discussion and used as the basis of the recommendations on the improvement of the interface of B-SMART.Keywords : Visually impaired, Mobile Application, User interface, Usability, Cognitive Walkthrough

Database is an important part of information system, one of the role of database system that is as source of information for information system. Information system alumni of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is a web-based application that uses MySQL as its database system. Evaluation is done to identify the errors that exist in the database SIAUMB, after the evaluation on the database there are some errors in the database SIAUMB, including errors in the relation, field, key, constraint, record, query, adding data (insert), change data (update) and deletion of data (delete). Future databases can produce an alumni information system capable of providing exploratory information quickly, easily and accurately and able to assist the parties concerned in making management decisions alumni Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Then can be done new database design with reference to result of evaluation which have been done. After that, data quality testing on aspects of accuracy and non-duplicate aspects, testing is done by executing query, each query that executed will generate record and result column then compared between new database with old database before evaluation. Software house company is a business unit whose outline is developing or creating software to provide solutions for clients or customers, be it from government, companies, organizations, or individuals. The key to the success of software house companies lies in the relationship with clients. Problems arise when companies implement remote work and communication systems between clients and companies are not well established during project execution resulting in low client satisfaction. In order for communication between client and company to be well established, Electronic Collaborative CRM system design developed in cross platform with web service as bridge and its integration media is proposed, so that client and company employees can use this system anytime anywhere and with different platforms. The output of this research is a system design that contains Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, data design in the form of Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) and User Interface design and prototype designed to run on various platforms. The designed prototype is acceptable to both the client and the employee after all aspects tested using a Likert-scale questionnaire get a "good" or "excellent" classification score (above 60%). Outdoor billboard is media with a variety of shapes and styles which are widely used for commercial purposes. Basically, people still need outdoor space media/advertising/billboards and the other kinds of information on the existence of the product or service to meet the needs of life. Digital advertising industry will continue to increase its development until the next five years. Because of the market share of the industry is more wide open with increasingly advanced digital era. Motion graphics is currently widely used both in the world of film, television, and advertising. This study aims to determine the application template after effects using motion graphic techniques in disseminating information on DOOH Advertising is Videotron. The object of this study aimed to Java Videotron with video content Dimas Diajeng Bantul 2016, with a duration of 30 seconds. The method used to analyze this study is Reverse Engineering and Forward Engineering. This research resulted in the output of the template on DOOH the 30-second video that can be used continuously and modified by a variety of multimedia elements with easy navigation. Digest Thesis contains what and why research is done, how to do, and what important results obtained from research. The first paragraph in essence contains the title of the research, research objectives, constraints and variables of research, as well as the methods of analysis used in the study. The second paragraph contains a summary of the results of research and discussion. School management information system is an important application used to manage data and information of a school in order to provide the best service to the community. To create an effective and efficient information system, an effective database design is needed. This needs to be done because if the database is not designed properly, in the future when a system starts to develop, the integrity data stored in the database will decrease. One aspect that needs to be considered is database security. Database security is very important, because the data stored in the database is important information for schools, such as student, financial and employee data. One of the method that can be used to improve database security is Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which is limiting access to users or roles according to their respective roles. In this study the RBAC method was applied in school management information systems using the PostgreSQL database. The development of communication is increasingly rapid which does not escape from various threats such as eavesdropping or data theft, because that security aspect of data security is now very calculated. Various ways have been done to secure data that contains confidential information. One method used is to scramble the data into unclear content, so that when tapped it will be difficult to find out the actual information content. Encryption techniques by changing and randomizing the original form of data are called cryptography. Vigenere cipher is one type of classical cryptography algorithm that is popular and often used. This Vigenere cipher uses a substitution technique in encrypting the message where each plaintext character in the message will be encrypted into another character in the ciphertext based on the key used. One Pad algorithm is one algorithm that has perfection when encrypting and decrypting it. The basic concept of the One Time Pad algorithm is almost the same as the Vigenere algorithm, except that in this algorithm the key is generated randomly. In this paper, we will explain how to strengthen Vigenere cipher by modifying Vigenere ciphers. Modifications are carried out by applying One Time Pad encryption generated from the key and the next key generation technique using Vigenere encryption continues so that the key used for the coding will be different from the key used previously. With the use of this method, the connection between plaintext and ciphertext will become less and more difficult to solve cryptanalis.Keywords: Cryptography, Modification, Vigenere Cipher, One Time Pad, and Cyber Security.

The development of the cosmetics industry experienced a very significant development. Along with the development of cosmetics, information technology has become one of the inputs for the company. Information about the sale of cosmetics and information on cosmetic supplies is an inseparable thing. Cosmetics are products made from plants, minerals and animals. Predictions about future sales can control the amount of available product stock, so that shortages and excess product stock can be minimized. Accurate Prediction results will facilitate the fulfillment of market demand and can provide timely predictions. This research was conducted to predict cosmetic sales. Knowing the supply of cosmetics is something that can be found in cosmetic stores, to facilitate the prediction of cosmetic inventories in the coming period can use sales data in the previous period. Date time series is one of the time series methods used for forecasting methods to find out the pattern of patterns in the past to find out patterns in the future. The Support Vector Machine algorithm will work accurately when the required features are relevant. But inreality the features needed are not relevant, feature selection can be done to select the features needed to obtain accurate information, so as to increase efficiency. In this study the Support Vector Machine algorithm produces the best method, which is 0.136 based on the smallest error value with period 4 variables, Validation Shuffled Sampling 10 and Polynomial kernel type. The best model is also obtained with the Support Vector Machine algorithm with forward selection resulting in the smallest error value of 0.144 with period 8 variables, as well as the Validation Shuffled Sampling 10 and the polynomial kernel type.
