Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan pembiayaan PKBM Al Huda secara mandiri; pelaksanaan pembiayaan PKBM Al Huda; sumber-sumber pembiayaan yang di kelola PKBM Al Huda; dan pengawasan pembiayaan PKBM Al Huda. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber : data primer dan sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggnunakan model analisis interaktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dalam pengelolaan pembiayaan PKBM Al Huda agar lebih bisa merencanakan lebih matang sehingga dengan perencanaan yang matang PKBM Al Huda bisa memperkecil pengeluaran yang akan dilakukan dan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran PKBM Al Huda bisa mengajukan bantuan untuk perbaikan gedung dan sarana pembelajaran sehingga nantinya PKBM Al Huda akan semakin maju dan berkembang. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the planning of PKBM Al Huda financing independently; implementation of PKBM Al Huda financing; sources of financing managed by PKBM Al Huda; and monitoring of PKBM Al Huda's financing. The research used qualitative method. Source: primary and secondary data. Observational data collection, interview and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model. The conclusion of this research is in the management of PKBM Al Huda financing to be more able to plan more maturely so that with careful planning PKBM Al Huda can minimize expenditure to be done and to improve the comfort in learning process PKBM Al Huda can apply for the improvement of building and learning facilities so that later PKBM Al Huda will progress and develop.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemberdayaan anak jalanan di LSM Rumah Impian; (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberdayaan anak jalanan di LSM Rumah Impian; (3) Untuk mengetahui hasil dari pemberdayaan terhadap anak jalanan yang dibina LSM Rumah Impian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di LSM Rumah Impian Kalasan Sleman. Subjek penelitian ialah 4 anak jalanan 2 di daerah Monjali dan 2 di daerah Sagan-Mirota Kampus. Informan penelitian ialah 1 pengelola dan 2 pendamping pemberdayaan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data penelitian yaitu melalui triangulasi. Teknik Analisis data penelitian mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemberdayaan anak jalanan di LSM Rumah Impian dengan menggunakan strategi pemberdayaan partisipatif yaitu pendamping/relawan turun langsung ke jalan, melaksanakan pemberdayaan belajar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran anak jalanan akan pentingnya pendidikan, dan mengadakan tindak lanjut berupa mengembalikan anak jalanan ke sekolah dengan memberikan beasiswa pendidikan, mengembalikan anak jalanan kepada orang tuanya dengan pihak LSM Rumah Impian sebagai mediator, dan memfasilitasi pelatihan keterampilan bagi anak jalanan yang sungguh-sungguh dan memiliki minat tinggi untuk bekerja dan mandiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan partisipasi orang tua terhadap lembaga PAUD di Desa Tragung Kecamatan Kandeman, serta faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi orang tua terhadap lembaga PAUD. Subjek Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 6 orang tua di Desa Tragung Kecamatan Kandeman yang memiliki anak usia 2-4 tahun dan 2 informan, yaitu kepala desa dan tokoh masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak usia dini dan lembaga PAUD masih rendah. Partisipasi orang tua terhadap lembaga PAUD juga masih rendah. Orang tua yang menyekolahkan anaknya di lembaga PAUD berpartisipasi secara langsung dengan menjadi wali murid, sedangkan orang tua yang tidak menyekolahkan anaknya di lembaga PAUD tidak berpartisipasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Dari penelitian ini diketahui faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi orang tua terhadap lembaga PAUD sebagai tempat pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu pendidikan/pengetahuan, keadaan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosialisasi. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah perlunya sosialisasi tentang pentingnya PAUD kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua tentang pentingnya pendidikan di usia dini. Selain dari pada itu, perlu adanya peraturan mengenai wajib belajar di usia dini.The purpose of this research is to know the perceptions of and participation of parents, early childhood education Institute in the village of Tragung, Kandeman, as well as the factors that affect the participation of the parents of early childhood education. This research was conducted against 6 parents in the village of Tragung sub-district of Kandeman who have children aged 2-4 years and 2 informants, the village head and community leaders. This research using qualitative research approaches. The data collection method used is the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques and the use of qualitative data analysis. The results showed that perceptions of parents, early childhood education and early childhood education is still low. The participation of the parents of early childhood educational institutions also remained low. Parents who send children in early childhood education institutions participate directly by becoming caregivers, while parents who did not send his son in early childhood education institutions do not participate, either directly or indirectly. From this research are known factors that affect the participation of the parents of early childhood educational institution, namely education/knowledge, State of the economy, the environment, and socialization. The suggestion that the author can give is the need for the dissemination of the importance of early childhood education to communities to increase knowledge of parents about the importance of education at an early age. In addition, the need for regulation on compulsory education at an early age.

Abstract

Kurang unggulnya mutu lulusan lembaga pendidikan Indonesia dipicu oleh paradigma pendidikan tradisional yang Paulo Freire sebut dengan banking concept of education. Pembelajaran dialogis merupakan model pembelajaran menempatkan anak sebagai aktor utama perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta faktor pendorong dan penghambat pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, pendamping dan warga belajar program paket B Sekolah Alternatif Qaryah Thayyibah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah a) perencanaan pembelajaran anak memiliki kebebasan dalam menentukan tempat, materi dan media belajar, fungsi pendamping sebagai dinamisator layaknya teman b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi student learning center metode problem-solving, suasana belajar menyenangkan, alam dan masyarakat merupakan laboratorium dan sumber belajar bagi anak c) evaluasi belajar menggunakan teknik self-evaluating dan bentuk karya melalui pendidikan keterampilan fungsional sebagai bekal kehidupan d) faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi belajar yang tinggi dan suasana belajar menyenangkan, minimnya sarana prasarana dan pembagian jam belajar menjadi faktor penghambat pembelajaran. Saran yang direkomendasikan oleh penulis pendamping mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan membuat jadwal pelajaran sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran ditentukan batas jam belajar malam sebab akan mencabut anak dari akar pendidikan keluarga yang sejatinya adalah pendidikan paling utama. The results are a) planning the children's learning have freedom in deciding where, materials and media learning, functions like a chaperone as dynamist friend b) implementation of student learning using learning center strategy problem-solving methods, fun learning environment, nature and society is a source of laboratory and learning for children c) learning evaluation techniques and forms of self-evaluating functional skills through education works as a stock life d) supporting factors include high motivation to learn and fun learning environment, lack of infrastructure and the distribution of hours of studying to be a factor inhibiting learning. Suggestions recommended by the co-authors were able to improve the quality of learning by creating a timetable so that more effective and efficient. Implementation of the learning specified limit evening study hours because it would deprive the child of the true roots of family education is the most important education. Evaluate the work of companion more direct form the functional skills to get a job.

Abstract

Abstrak. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kegiatan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MPd) pada tahun 2015, bentuk kegiatan Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) dan indikator peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi anggota SPP di Desa Kemloko Kecamatan Godong Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian 6 pemanfaat SPP, kader pemberdaya masyarakat dan desa pemberdayaan (KPMDP) sekaligus ketua SPP, ketua tim pelaksana kegiatan (TPK), ketua unit pengelola kegiatan (UPK) dan Kepala Desa Kemloko. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data dan metode. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan SPP sejak tahun 2014 hingga 2015 tetap berjalan sebagai keberlanjutan aset PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan. Bentuk kegiatan SPP berupa peminjaman, melakukan usaha, pengembalian dan pengembangan. Kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat meliputi indikator pendapatan, kepemilikan dan biaya pendidikan.   Abstract. The results of this study aims to describe the types of activities of the National Program, Rural Community Empowerment (PNPM-MPD) in 2015, forms the SPP activity and an indicator of increased economic empowerment of members of the women's credit (SPP) in the Village District of Godong Kemloko Grobogan. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, techniques of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of the study 6 beneficiaries SPP, cadre of community empowerment and rural empowerment (KPMDP) and chairman of the SPP, chairman of the implementation team (TPK), chairman of the management unit of activity (UPK) and Village Heads Kemloko. The validity of the data used is triangulation of data and methods. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative phase of data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study show 2014 Village Kemloko only get funds from PNPM Rural SPP 2015 SPP continues to run as an asset sustainability PNPM Mandiri. Form of tuition in the form of lending activities, conduct business, returns and development. Community economic independence include indicators of income, ownership and education costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of planning and implementation of child counseling vulnerable to criminal acts through productive economic efforts in the assisted children PSMP Antasena Magelang and inhibiting factors of activity. The study used a qualitative approach. Research subjects consisted of 3 participants and 3 coaches, while the informant was activity manager and social worker. Data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that planning by determining activities, targets, and budget funds tailored to the needs. Implementation in the form of giving of guidance material containing social guidance and productive economic effort. Coaching activities use 70% practice methods, the rest of lectures and discussions. Media coaching tailored to the needs. Inhibiting factors are lack of interest of children, lack of enthusiasm of the community in activities, unpredictable weather as obstacles in the development of oyster mushrooms, as well as falling after-sale price of catfish cultivation so that the capital is reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, organizing, mobilization and supervision of vocational programs in PPAQ Gumawang. The research approach used is qualitative case study. The focus of research in this study is the implementation of a vocational education program aspects of planning, organizing, and monitoring of Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. Data validation was done by triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this study is an interactive model. The results of this study were (1) vocational program planning begins with the identification of the needs of the program is the condition of the economic background of students the majority of the middle to lower, so can not directly get jobs because they can not go on to college. The aim is to set up a vocational program with semiskilled labor, program preparation done by forming the daily implementation team and make a financial plan; (2) organizing is done by dividing the task to the performer and the preparation of a program schedule; (3) guidance and motivation to do to move all the teachers and students involved in the program; (4) monitoring done by conducting supervision visits and attended follow-up classes. The conclusions of this research is the implementation of vocational education programs in PPAQ Gumawang done through the stages steps and procedures in accordance with the principles and functions of management.

Abstract

Competence cadets can affect the level of output, which is generated in the process of education and learning. The factors that affect the competencies include self-efficacy, motivation, learning simulations. To determine how much influence the research is conducted. The aim of researchers to test and analyze the effects of self-efficacy, motivation and learning simulations for the competence of cadets at the Polytechnic of Semarang Sailing Sciences. This study uses a quantitative approach descriptive correlational design using a questionnaire as data collectors. The study population as much as 172 cadets with a sample of 120 cadets. The results showed: (1) self-efficacy negative direct effect on learning simulations with significant values ​​of 0840 (> 0050) and the beta value (-0056). (2) motivation negative direct effect on learning simulations with significant values ​​of 0057 (> 0050) and the beta value (0530). (3) self-efficacy positive direct effect on the competence with significant values ​​of 0000 (<0.050) and the beta value (0719). (4) motivation positive direct effect on the competence with significant values ​​of 0000 (<0.050) and the beta value (0281). (5) simulation learning negative direct effect on the competence with significant values ​​of 0331 (> 0050) and the beta value (-019). From these data indicate that self-efficacy and motivation to improve the competence of cadets. Abstract

The technique that must be mastered by each player is to pass (passing), herding (dribbling), kicking (shooting), controlling, heading, a futsal player must also pay attention to physical supporting factors that can support good mastery of technique is speed, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, accuracy, explosive power, coordination reaction, balance and agility. How big is the contribution between agility, endurance, leg length to dribbling ability and passing? This type of research is a type of research with a quantitative approach emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. Inferential research analyzes the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses. The sample in this study was taken from 50 people who practiced at SMKN 3 Semarang. The number of samples is 50 people because there are only 50 people who practice gymnastics at SMKN 3 Semarang. The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method. The results of the study were obtained from tests of passing ability and dribble ability conducted to 50 students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang. Agility will be able to improve the passing ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang at 7.7%. Durability will be able to increase the passing ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang at 34.9%. The leg length will be able to increase the passing ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at Vocational High School 3 Semarang at 32.4%. Agility will be able to increase the dribble ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang by 29.5%. The length of the limbs will be able to increase the dribble ability of students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMKN 3 Semarang at 12.8%.

Abstract

Prostitution is a phenomenon that has existed for a long time in the world, not least in Indonesia. Someone does prostitution most of the problem lies in economic factors and the low skills they have. The government does not remain silent due to this phenomenon, the government has also prepared a variety of skills training programs held in various rehabilitation institution, one of which is in the rehabilitation center of the Semarang city agriculture with empowerment programs through competency-based culinary skills training. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and results achieved in empowering prostitutes through competency-based culinary skills training. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using source triangulation and methods. The results of this study is planning of prostitutes empowerment programs through training in cookery skills includes: identification of needs, formulating learning objectives, determining curriculum to be used, choosing learning resources, and sources of funding. The implementation includes three main steps, namely opening activities, core activities, and closing. The results achieved are that the residents learned how to make steamed sponge, potato donuts, stuffed dumplings, banana chocolate roll omelet.
