Abstract

One of the courses in educational institutions in higher education, which is very related with the development of morals and behavior is Religious Education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Public Higher Education (PTU) is a continuation of the teaching received by students starting from the Elementary Level, Junior and Senior High Schools. In the structure of the national higher education curriculum, Islamic religious education courses are compulsory subjects for all Muslim students in all public tertiary institutions, both public and private universities. The progress of an educational institution, one of which is determined by the teaching materials or curriculum applied, whether it is in accordance with the needs of stakeholders. Indonesia is a multicultural country, so the design of teaching materials or curriculum must be developed according to the demands of the times, times and circumstances. Therefore, the authors state that there are 4 reasons why this paper is important to study: First, the lack of knowledge of Islam among PTU students and public schools; second, the rise of brawls between students (students); third, lack of appreciation among students and students in the field of religion; and fourth, the decreased empathy and religiosity of students and students.

Abstract

This research is related to the problem of the mosque-based ummat economy, Banda Aceh is one of the areas that has economic potential through the mosque both in this case is the capital of various businesses, then the land and potential of human resources but its utilization is very minimal. This research uses qualitative research methods with an analytical descriptive approach, this research was conducted through data collection techniques with observation and interviews. The results of the research Efforts The potential of the mosque from the gallery and souvenir business is the target of tourist guests from outside both local and foreign by coming to buy souvenirs. After the covid-19 virus appeared, the souvenir business unit was closed and is no longer running until now because there are no visitors and buyers. BKM is thinking of building a new business unit that can support the mosque's operations, of course, there is an empty waqf land owned by the mosque which is located behind the mosque, we opened a culinary shop kuala ulee lheu as a culinary tour that can support the mosque's operations. The mechanism of the BKM management proposes this program to BKPRMI Aceh, the involvement in this business is the BKM mosque management and also some people who help in managing the culinary shop business unit. The Bank Indonesia institution helped in the cost of building a business unit which they had previously coordinated with the BKM management.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the guardian in marriage in Islamic family law is an important requirement with the presence of a guardian in the marriage. Basically, the presence of a guardian in a marriage or contract intends to maintain and protect the rights of a woman. Discussions about guardians in marriage, scholars differ in their opinion, including on the role of a guardian in marriage. The guardian has the full right to guardianship (prospective bride) in marriage, including as the utterance of the Ijab sentence to the prospective groom. A guardian in a marriage has a position. The Syafiiyyah Madhhab said that the role of a guardian in a marriage is a condition for the validity of a marriage contract. This is different from the opinion of the Hanafiyyah School which says that marriage is considered valid even though there is no female guardian. From this explanation, there are differences of opinion between Hanafiyyah and Syafi'iyyah in the law of tabpa wali marriage. (1) The Hanafiyyah School concludes that the marriage of a woman (a virgin or a widow) is considered valid even though she does not use a guardian in her marriage and the pillars of marriage according to the Hanafiyyah scholars are only consent and qabul. (2) The Syafii'iyyah school concludes that any woman who wants to get married is obliged to present her guardian and two just men as witnesses and the pillars of marriage according to the Syafi'iyyah scholars are consent and qabul, both the bride and the guardian.Keywords: Thought; Legal Istinbath Method; Madhab; Marriage without Guardian.Abstrak: Peran wali dalam perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga Islam merupakan syarat penting dengan hadirnya seorang wali dalam perkawinan. Pada dasarnya hadirnya seorang wali dalam perkawinan atau akad bermaksud untuk menjaga dan melindungi atas hak seorang perempuan tersebut. Pembahasan seputar wali dalam pernikahan para ulama berbeda-beda dalam berpendapat diantaranya pada peran seorang wali dalam pernikahan. Wali berhak penuh atas pewalian (calon mempelai perempuan) dalam perkawinan diantaranya sebagai pengucap kalimat ijab terhadap calon pengantin laki-laki. Seorang wali dalam sebuah pernikahan mempunyai kedudukan. Madzhab Syafiiyyah mengatakan peran seorang wali dalam sebuah pernikahan adalah sebagai syarat sah nya sebuah akad pernikahan. Berbeda dengan pendapat madzhab Hanafiyyah yang mengatakan pernikahan dianggap sah walaupun tidak adanya wali dari pihak perempuan. Dari pemaparan tersebut terdapat adanya perbedaan pendapat anatara hanafiyyah dan Syafi’iyyah dalam hukum nikah tabpa wali. (1) Madzhab Hanafiyyah menyimpulkan pernikahan perempuan (perawan atau janda) dianggap sah walaupun tidak menggunakan wali dalam pernikanya dan rukun nikah menurut para ulama Hanafiyyah hanya ijab dan qabul. (2) Madzhab Syafii’iyyah menyimpulan bahwa seorang perempuan mana pun yang hendak ingin menikah maka wajib menghadirkan walinya dan dua orang lelaki yang adil sebagai saksi dan rukun nikah menurut para ulama Syafi’iyyah adalah ijab dan qabul, kedua mempelai dan wali.Kata Kunci: Pemikiran; Metode Istinbath Hukum; Madzhab; Nikah Tanpa Wali.

Abstract

Abstract: The Gayo highlands are one of the coffee-producing regions in Indonesia and the fourth largest exporter of coffee beans in the world, so a good strategy and plan is needed to improve people's welfare through Gayo coffee commodities, one of which is through cooperatives such as the Qiradh Baburrayyan Cooperative for farmers who in Wih Nareh Village, Pegasing District. The purpose of this study was to find out the process of empowering Gayo coffee farmers that was carried out by KBQ Baburrayyan and the obstacles faced in empowering Gayo Coffee Farmers. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of KBQ Baburrayyan in empowering Gayo coffee farmers in Wih Nareh Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh District has been going quite well. Wih Nareh Village so that the unemployment rate decreased. Then provide guidance to the community such as training and outreach. Furthermore, the Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan Cooperative also provided seed assistance other than coffee because coffee has a harvest pause period to support the coffee farmers' economy.Keywords: The Role of Cooperatives; Empowerment; Coffee Farmers.Abstrak: Daratan tinggi Gayo merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil kopi di Indonesia dan pengekspor biji kopi terbesar keempat di dunia sehingga dibutuhkan strategi maupun rencana yang baik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui komoditas kopi gayo, salah satunya melalui koperasi seperti yang dilakukan pihak Koperasi Baitul Qirad Baburrayyan kepada para petani yang ada di Desa Wih Nareh Kecamatan Pegasing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pemberdayaan petani kopi gayo yang dilakukan KBQ Baburrayyan serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap Petani Kopi Gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran KBQ Baburrayyan dalam pemberdayaan petani kopi Gayo di Desa Wih Nareh Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah telah berjalan cukup baik terlihat dari adanya beberapa program pemberdayaan yang saat ini sedang berlangsung yaitu dengan merangkul tenaga kerja dan anggota kelompok tani dari masyarakat yang ada di Desa Wih Nareh sehingga angka pengangguran menurun. Kemudian melakukan bimbingan kepada masyarakat seperti pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Selanjutnya pihak Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan juga memberi bantuan bibit selain kopi karena kopi memiliki masa jeda panen tujuannya agar menunjang perekonomian petani kopi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Peran Koperasi; Pemberdayaan; Petani Kopi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perbandingan antara pendidikan Islam islam di Mesir dan Indonesia. Masalah kurikulum dan sistem pendidikan Islamnya merupakan masalah yang urgen dalam dunia Pendidikan Islam dan pihak pelaksana pakar Pendidikan Islam itu sendiri. Maju mundur Pendidikan Islam sangat tergantung pada kurikulum yang dirancang dengan beberapa komponen dari Pelajaran yang sudah diterapkan pada saat mengajar pembelajaran.Komponen tersebut merupakan komponen yang pokok yang mendasar. Tujuan dari perbandingan ini adalah mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan, kelebihan dan kekurangan serta mengambil unsur positif sesuai dengan kondisi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Sumber yang didapat berasal dari buku dan artikel ilmiah. Kajian Pustaka digunakan secara konsisten dengan secara induktif sehingga mengarah pada pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peneliti.Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perbandingan sistem Pendidikan Islam islam di Mesir dan Indonesia, (2) kurikulum yang digunakannya. Kesimpulannya dengan membandingkan kedua negara tersebut dapat mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan dalam sistem pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan serta kurikulum yang digunakannya.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education curriculum has evolved with innovative elements rooted in Islamic teachings. Indonesia faces significant challenges with bullying, notably highlighted by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), reporting approximately 3,800 cases in 2023, half of which occurred in educational settings, including pesantrens. This literature review explores integrating anti-bullying education into the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum to enhance its role in cultivating values that effectively counteract bullying. By aligning with Islamic principles of compassion and humanity, the study aims to propose practical curriculum development strategies for creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment. The study utilizes a literature review approach, synthesizing data from scholarly sources such as journals, e-books, research reports, and books. This comprehensive review consolidates knowledge on bullying prevention strategies and Islamic educational principles to inform curriculum innovation. Integrating anti-bullying values into the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum is not only feasible but also beneficial. It aligns with Islamic ethical frameworks and addresses pressing societal issues like bullying in educational contexts. By emphasizing empathy, kindness, and conflict resolution rooted in Islamic teachings, the curriculum can mitigate the negative impacts of bullying, fostering healthier social dynamics and improving overall student well-being. This research underscores the pivotal role of curriculum development in promoting a culture of respect and tolerance, fostering a harmonious learning environment conducive to academic success and emotional growth.

Abstract

Departing from the initial conditions (Factual) Management of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Education, How to manage Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Education Village Fund-based, How to management develop Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Education Village Fund-based and what is a feasible and final model for the development of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) education management based on Village Funds. The purpose of this study: 1) Analyzing the management of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Village Fund -Based Education which has been implemented in Batang Regency, 2) Designing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) Management of Village Fund -Based Education which is ideal and in accordance with regulations in Batang Regency, 3) found the validity of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) management model of education developed in villages in Batang Regency, 4) Analyzing the effectiveness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) education management model developed in Batang Regency. The method used in this research is the R & D (Research and Development) approach. Three stages of Management development were developed: (1) Study guides, (2) development, and (3) development validation/testing stage. Abstract

The use of effective learning media is key in improving the quality of learning in grade V, especially in facing the challenges of learning theme 8 with a scientific approach. Pop Up Book is one of the learning media that attracts attention to be used in this learning context. This study aims to analyze the need for Pop Up Book media development in learning theme 8 for grade V SD with a scientific approach. The research method used is a qualitative research design with primary data collection through questionnaires and interviews with fifth grade teachers from three different schools in different areas: SD Negeri Kecomberan 1, SD Negeri 2 Kepompongan, and SDIT Akmala Sabila Cirebon. The results of the analysis show variations in the use of learning media between schools, but there are similarities in efforts to prepare materials according to the curriculum and prepare learning activities. The main challenge faced is limited access to technology, where teachers face difficulties in accessing hardware and lack of knowledge or training in using the media. Nonetheless, efforts have been made to find alternative solutions and support from the school. In conclusion, the development of Pop Up Book media in learning theme 8 of grade V SD with a scientific approach requires a holistic and integrated approach. By taking into account the existing challenges, potentials and needs, as well as with support from the school and collaboration between teachers, the development of learning media can be one of the effective solutions in improving the quality of learning and achieving the learning objectives that have been set.

Abstract

Visual sensory disabilities have the desire to be accepted in society and obtain equal rights in the process of developing their interests and talents. The aim of this research is first, to find out the identification of needs for visual sensory disabilities in the process of developing themselves at PPSDSN (Social Service Home for Visual Sensory Disabilities) Pendowo, Kudus district. Second, find out the process of developing interests and talents for visual sensory disabilities at PPSDSN (Social Service Home for Visual Sensory Disabilities) Pendowo, Kudus district. The method used in this research uses qualitative methods. This research data uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are first, the needs of the beneficiaries regarding self-development at the PPSDSN (Social Service Home for the Visually Sensory Disabled) Pendowo, Kudus Regency, are influenced by Human Resources and programs implemented at the PPSDSN (Social Service Home for the Visually Sensory Disabled) Pendowo, Kudus Regency. Second, the process of developing interests and talents is adjusted to the program chosen by the beneficiary and their willingness to develop themselves according to the program being implemented.

Abstract

The library of the Police Academy (Akpol) plays a very important role in supporting the smooth learning activities of the cadets. However, the Akpol library currently still uses a conventional or manual system in management, providing library services, cataloguing books, borrowing, returning, and searching for information is done manually. Article 24 of law number 43 of 2007 concerning the development of higher education libraries that must be based on technology and information. Libraries with conventional systems cause various obstacles, especially access, limited access to information, low efficiency and cause cadets to have to come physically to the library besides having the risk of recording errors. In addition to not utilising and using information technology, it makes it difficult to monitor and evaluate the use of the Akpol library collection, which ultimately has an impact on the teaching and learning process. Article 14 paragraph 3 of Law number 43 of 2007 where the manager is obliged to develop library services using technology and information. This research uses a literature study method to identify the problems faced by Akpol library managers who have not used information technology and provide recommendations to the Akpol library manager to switch to a virtual library to implement a library based on technology and information systems. Through the modernisation of a virtual-based library system, it is hoped that a better learning environment can be created for cadets who can visit the library online and ease of access is expected to support efforts to improve the quality of education at Akpol, by following the rapid development of technology in the digital era can increase the insight of cadets.
