Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tindakan pemasangan kateter dapat menjadi tindakan yang menyelamatkan jiwa, khususnya bila traktus urinarius tersumbat atau pasien tidak mampu melakukan urinasi.Kateterisasi juga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan perubahan jumlah urin sisa dalam kemih setelah pasien buang air kecil, untuk memintas suatu yang menyumbat aliran urin, untuk menghasilkan drainase pasca operatif pada kandung kemih ,daerah vagina atau prostat, atau menyediakan cara-cara untuk memantau pengeluaran urin setiap jam pada pasien yang sakit berat. Studi pendahuluan di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora, jumlah pasien yang terpasang kateter tahun 2011 sebanyak 1524 orang. Tujuan : 1.Tujuan umum : a.Mengetahui hubungan antara pemasangan kateter dengan kejadian ISK; b.Mengetahui hubungan antara perawatan kateter dengan ISK. 2. Tujuan khusus : a.Mendiskripsikan karakteristik pasien; b.Mengidentifikasi prosedur pemasangan kateter di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora ; c.Mengidentifikasi prosedur perawatan kateter di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora; d.Menganalisa hubungan antara prosedur pemasangan kateter di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora dengan kejadian ISK; e.Menganalisa hubungan antara perawatan kateter di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora dengan kejadian ISK. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan studi korelasional yang mengkaji hubungan antara variabel. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang pasien di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora. Hasil Penelitian : Umur responden sebagian besar (26.7%) 41-50 tahun dan 61-70 tahun paling sedikit (6.7%) 20-30 tahun. Jenis kelamin responden paling banyak (63.3%) adalah laki-laki. Pendidikan responden paling banyak (43.3%) adalah SD, paling sedikit (6.7%) adalah perguruan tinggi. Pemasangan kateter di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora tahun 2013 sebagian besar (76.7%) sesuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Perawatan kateter sebagian besar (73.3%) sisuai standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Infeksi saluran kemih di RS dr. R. Soetijono Blora tahun 2013 sebagian besar (63.3%) tidak terjadi infeksi, 36.7% terjadi infeksi saluran kemih. Simpulan : 1. Ada korelasi atau hubungan antara pemasangan kateter dengan kejadian ISK; 2.Ada korelasi atau hubungan antara perawatan kateter dengan kejadian ISK.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood through children's songs. The purpose of this research is to find out how children's songs can be used as a medium in developing religious and moral values ​​in early childhood in the Purwokerto Wir Kelada Play Group. Research conducted by researchers is field research, which is a method of research that is directly carried out by plunging into the field where data is collected. With qualitative data collection, the research is made by describing things that are examined using data in writing or verbally. Children's songs which are the creation or composition of the mother in the Wadas Kelir Play Group are applied through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. Song lyrics used are adjusted to the level of child development and the culture of the surrounding environment. From the results of the analysis, children's songs used as learning media in the Wadas Kelir Play Group can develop religious and moral values ​​in early childhood.

Abstract

Marketing management is a process of management.  Marketing is various theoretical approaches were developed based on the empirical facts in order to arising a concept regarding the reference of action at practical level or operational and managerial level. The series of management activities, marketing management could be seen as company’s effort in dealing with more competitive global competition. Those efforts were conducted by the companies in dealing with competition through the application of marketing strategy, combined with competitive advantage strategy, as well as batik industry at Surakarta, Central Java.The growth of batik industry which is getting tighter in the middle of the various type of batik of the world, batik Indonesia has not yet losing its characteristics. Even batik of Central Java which is consider to have the richest design is still possessing its soul/spirit. Nevertheless, as neighboring countries are rapidly promoting their batik’s products through various continents, batik of Indonesia seemed made no further progress (stay still). Batik which is wear as daily clothing recently is indeed print out with batik’s motif/design. There is indeed an enlightening development in a matter of batik’s consumption nowadays. If batik was only used for certain events, today, its region of utilization has became more broaden. Batik is also often modified with other motif / design for daily clothing. Along with the times, batik is also squirming. Its fabrics is presenting with its latest design.From the result of the test toward the model within this research, using estimation of Maximum Likelihood Estimation (ML), analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM), and the assistance of Amos 6 software toward 200 respondents of batik entrepreneurs at Surakarta, it is able to provide the explanation regarding the influence of marketing diffusion and marketing orientation toward competitive advantage in developing/increasing market performance at batik’s companies at Surakarta.Within this research, the result obtained from marketing strategy (Products, Price, Promotion, and Distribution), and Marketing Orientation, providing positive influence toward Competitive advantage with the value of first Determination Coefficients (R2) is equal to 0,841, it shows that by using marketing strategy and maximum marketing orientation, it could increase company’s competitive advantage of batik’s companies at Surakarta as much as 84,1%, the value of second Determination Coefficient (R2) is equal to 0,791, which means that by marketing strategy, marketing orientation and high competitive advantage could increase the performance of batik’s company at Surakarta as much as 79,1%.Key words       :           Marketing strategy, Marketing Orientation, Competitive Advantage, Marketing Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving performance through organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction of village employees. This research is survey research. This study used primary data. The sample in this study was 100 villages. The sampling technique is using the census method. The data was obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical tool in this study is regression. The results showed that there is a significant leadership relationship against organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction. Leadership, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction were substantial to performance. The total R2 of 0.989 indicates the Performance Assessment from the variables of Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction is 98.9%. Job satisfaction is the most effective variable in improving performance because it has the most significant importance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji peran kepuasan dalam membentuk perilaku petani kopi pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Ngawi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur (Path Analysis), Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil Pengujian adalah kepercayaan dan Inovasi layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku petani kopi. Inovasi layanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku petani kopi. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel kepercayaan, inovasi layanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku petani kopi. Hasil perhitungan nilai R2 total sebesar 0,945 dapat diartikan variasi perilaku petani kopi di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Ngawi dijelaskan oleh variabel kepercayaan, inovasi layanan dan kepuasan sebesar 94,5%. Pengaruh langsung kepercayaan terhadap perilaku petani kopi menghasilkan nilai lebih kecil dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Sehingga lebih efektif melalui jalur tidak langung. Pengaruh langsung inovasi layanan terhadap perilaku petani kopi menghasilkan nilai lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Sehingga lebih efektif melalui jalur langsung. Abstract. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine, test the role of satisfaction in shaping the behavior of coffee farmers at the Agriculture Office of Ngawi Regency. The analysis technique used is to use the validity test and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis (Path Analysis), t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The test results show that trust and service innovation have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Trust has a positive and insignificant effect on the behavior of coffee farmers. Service innovation and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on coffee farmer behavior. The results of the F test can be concluded together that the variables of trust, service innovation and satisfaction have a significant effect on the behavior of coffee farmers. The result of the calculation of the total R2 value of 0.945 means that the variation in the behavior of coffee farmers at the Agriculture Office of Ngawi Regency is explained by the variables of trust, service innovation and satisfaction of 94.5%. The direct effect of trust on the behavior of coffee farmers produces less value than the indirect effect. So that it is more effective through indirect channels. The direct effect of service innovation on coffee farmer behavior generates greater value than the indirect effect. So that it is more effective through the direct route.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen obat dengan memperhatikan kepuasan yang menggunakan aspek kualitas pelayanan, pengiriman pesanan dan promosi yang bisa disebut sebagai coorporate image pada apotek di Surakarta. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan, pengiriman pesanan, promosi) terhadap loyalitas konsumen obat dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi yang harus dilakukan apotek di Surakarta. Dengan mengambil sample sebanyak 100 responden konsumen obat yang diambil secara acak di beberapa apotek yang berlokasi di Surakarta. Setelah di olah dengan analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengiriman pesanan mendominasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen obat dibandingkan dengan kualitas pelayanan dan promosi. Untuk meningkatkan loyalitas berdasarkan hasil analisis maka harus meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen obat terlebih dahulu karena semua variabel independen secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Untuk itu disimpulkan bahwa strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen obat di apotek Surakarta sebaiknya apotek meningkatkan pelayanan pengiriman pesanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen obat terhadap apotek di Surakarta.

Abstract

Mangrove forest in Sungai Apit Sub District, Siak District, Riau is one of the mangrove ecosystems in Riau Province which has experienced a reduction in land area and is the widest in Siak Regency. This study aims to determine the perceptions and attitudes of the community in the protection and management of mangroves. The research was conducted in three villages in Sungai Apit Sub District, namely Rawa Mekar Jaya, Sungai Rawa and Mengkapan. Data was collected through observation and interviews with the community using mangroves. The results showed that the perception of the community in Sungai Apit towards the function and management of mangroves is classified as very good, while the attitude of the community towards the protection and management of mangroves is classified as good. The perception and attitude of the people of Rawa Mekar Jaya and Meng Kapan are better than the people of Sungai Rawa. Community involvement in rehabilitation activities is generally only at the time of the project and due to wages. The community has a high awareness of utilizing mangrove resources in a sustainable manner. The community has a high awareness of the protection and management of mangroves, but their involvement in rehabilitation activities requires money to compensate for the time and energy used. Therefore, alternative activities are needed that can increase funding sources and increase funding sources in local institutions related to mangroves.

Abstract

Stress can be defined as an excessive pressure experienced by individuals. The number of students who experience stress is caused by several factors including academic stress, a lot of assignments and busy class scheduls. Because of this, the researceher provides an intervension, namely an application-based meditation called “Mobile Maindfulness (MM)” in the hope that this intervention can reduce stress levels. Experienced by students. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative method approachwhit aresearch design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The number of sampels in this study were 112 respondents with purposive sampling. From the results of the Paried Simple T Test before and after the intervension was given, the was adifference between the pre-test and post-test with P value < 0.05. There are there is a significant effect between teh use of the Mobile Maindfulness MM Application on Stress Level in Students in Tangerang Raya.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula pada saat pembelajaran yang diperlukan adanya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA. Tujuan Penelitian (1) menganalisis pengaruh media berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV, (2) menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV, (3) menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV. Jenis penelitian ini adalan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas IV di Sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tempilang yang berjumlah 4 Sekolah. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 120 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, doal tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji homogenitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji paired t test dan uji Manova). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV yang dibuktikan dengan uji-t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,025, nilai thitung sebesar 4,358 > ttabel 2,000. (2) Terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV yang dibuktikan dengan uji-t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,025, nilai thitung 0,069 > ttabel 2,000. (3) Terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV yang dibuktikan dengan uji Manova sebesar signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 11,471 > Ftabel 2,000.
