Abstract

The behavior and life of the community is always dynamic in accordance with the needs of life as a means of support in carrying out daily activities. Because public service factors related to public transportation are not clear about the route and route, the majority of people prefer to use private vehicles, this situation is in line with the intensity of vehicle sales. Motorized vehicle parking lots are a necessity for vehicle owners, therefore parking must receive serious attention, especially regarding its regulation. As in the Kuningan Regency City Park area, the community always needs a safe and orderly parking lot, but there are some people who do not understand and are irresponsible in terms of utilizing parking management such as illegal parking fees. One of the important things in parking management is the issue of protection for consumers of parking service users regarding the payment of parking rates that exceed normal rates and are carried out by illegal parking attendants and are included in illegal parking fees. The purpose of this research is to find out legal actions based on regulations on Consumer Protection for individuals who collect illegal parking fees in Kuningan Regency and the role of the Parking Related Service in Kuningan Regency, namely the Parking Section of the Kuningan Regency Transportation Office.This research is an empirical legal research using field research and also through literature data and interviews as data collection methods. The interview was conducted to one of the resource persons who has authority in the parking lot. The results of this study indicate that parking attendants should be able to pay attention to consumers as stipulated in the regulations on Consumer Protection and parking attendants who have been equipped with Special Parking Uniforms and Task Orders (SPT) collect parking fees in the field and then given and supervised by the supervisor, after being given to the supervisor, the supervisor gives it to the manager to be deposited into the Local Government treasury once a week. Efforts made in curbing illegal levies on parking services are conducting raids/patrols, directly reprimanding and inviting official parking attendants.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on firm value with Intellectual Capital as a moderating variable. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as independent variables, while Intellectual Capital serves as the moderating variable, and firm value is the dependent variable for the period 2018–2022. The research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary panel data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, company websites, Yahoo Finance, and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. Data collection was conducted through literature study. The population consists of financial reports of trading companies, firm value, Intellectual Capital, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research object is the financial data of trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that Return on Assets (ROA) has a direct and significant effect on firm value. In contrast, Return on Equity (ROE) shows no direct effect on firm value. Furthermore, Intellectual Capital strengthens the relationship between Return on Assets (ROA) and firm value, but weakens the relationship between Return on Equity (ROE) and firm value in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 1 Setupatok Kecamatan Mundu melalui penggunaan media puzzle. Media puzzle dipilih karena dapat memvisualisasikan konsep pecahan dengan menggunakan bentuk persegi yang dipotong-potong sehingga membentuk pecahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Setupatok Kecamatan Mundu yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes yang diberikan pada setiap akhir siklus. Selain itu, data observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media puzzle dalam pembelajaran matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan rata-rata nilai tes siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan respon positif terhadap penggunaan media puzzle, dimana siswa menjadi lebih antusias dan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 1 Setupatok Kecamatan Mundu. Disarankan bagi guru untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik guna meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

LKPD (Student Worksheet) based on discovery learning  is intended to provide learning knowledge directly in the process of meaningful learning activities so as to direct students to find learning concepts. This study aims to determine the level of feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of LKPD based  on Discovery Learning to train students' critical thinking skills on respiratory system material. Researchers used the R&D (Research and Development) method  using a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Development and Desemminate) developed by S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel in 1974. The test subjects in the study consisted of 36 students from class XI IPA SMA PAB 4 Sampali. The results showed that the feasibility value of developing LKPD from material experts was 86.1% with the very feasible category and LKPD experts by 75% with the feasible category. Then the percentage of practical scores for LKPD development from biology teachers and students of science XI was 82.14% and 83.47% respectively with the practical category. The effectiveness of LKPD development based on individual completeness from  the pre-test  and post-test students obtained an average N-Gain  score of 62.14, so the use of the method has been effective because the N-Gain normality value obtained between 0.30 < g < 0.70 with the "effective" criterion. Then for the N-Gain score value of 0.62, this value is in the medium category because the N-Gain score is between 0.3-07 with the category "medium N-Gain". From the overall results including valid, practical and effective categories, it can be concluded that LKPD based  on Discovery Learning on the equipment system material is suitable for use and distribution to PAB 4 Sampali High School.

Abstract

Thermal phenomena sit at the heart of today’s most important sustainability challenges, producing clean water, maintaining healthy indoor climates, valorizing biomass, and balancing increasingly variable power grids. This review synthesizes state-of-the-art advances across materials, devices, buildings, and energy systems to outline an integrated research agenda for the energy–water–environment nexus. We highlight photothermal platforms for desalination and wastewater treatment, including macroporous three-dimensional MXene architectures with high broadband absorption and near-complete contaminant rejection, a nature-inspired “suspended” evaporator that resists salt accumulation even in 15–20 wt% brines, and scaling-mitigating slippery membranes for robust membrane distillation (Lan, Wood, & Yuen, 2019), (Zhao et al., 2019), (Islam et al., 2020). For the built environment, we analyze optimization of phase-change Trombe walls, localized solid-state humidity pumping, evidence-based thermal comfort indices, and holistic multi-objective design of net-zero energy housing in the tropics (Zhang et al., 2022; Tumuluru, Ghiasi, Soelberg, & Sokhansanj, 2021), (Luo et al., 2021; Mani et al., 2023). On the supply side, we assess rapid load transitions in solid-oxide-fuel-cell–gas-turbine hybrids, optimization-driven power-flow management, and thermal-pollution constraints on water-cooled generation (Staiger, Laschewski, & Matzarakis, 2019),(Zhu et al., 2021; Li, Hua, Tu, & Wang, 2019). Finally, we connect circular carbon strategies torrefaction and biochar to both energy quality and environmental remediation (Karanikola, Boo, Rolf, & Elimelech, 2018), (Miara et al., 2018). We conclude with cross-cutting gaps in durability, field validation, and multi-scale modeling, and propose harmonized metrics and standardized protocols to accelerate translation. Abstract

Banggai Regency is one of the mining areas in eastern Indonesia. Apart from that, there are also several natural tourist attractions spread across several areas in Banggai Regency, so that the flow of passengers and goods has increased from year to year. The availability of passenger facilities and airport activity services is a critical issue to pay attention to, without adequate facilities, airport service activities will be faced with a risk of meeting user needs. This research aims to determine the strategy for developing terminal facilities at Syukuran Aminuddin Amir Airport based on a combination of internal and external airport factors. The research method uses SWOT analysis with primary data sources in the form of distributing questionnaires and interviews with 100 respondents, as well as secondary data in the form of documents related to terminal facilities from the Airport UPT. The results of the analysis on the SWOT diagram show that the position of the airport is in diagram II, which means that even though it faces several threats, the company still has internal strength. The strategy that must be applied is a diversification strategy in which strength is used to overcome threats

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan struktur pembiayaan dan analisis pola konsumsi rumah tangga nelayan dan pembudidaya rumput laut di Kabupaten Bantaeng. Untuk keperluan ini, dilakukan metode cluster random sampling terhadap 50 rumah tangga (25 nelayan dan 25 pembudidaya) yang datanya dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan tidak adanya kesenjangan yang berarti. Bahkan untuk rumah tangga pembudidaya dengan penghasilan terendah sekalipun, pendapatannya jauh di atas nelayan (Rp 7.000.000 dengan nelayan Rp 3.775.000). Kesenjangan pendapatan rumah tangga pembudidaya dan nelayan ditentukan oleh struktur pembiayaan nelayan dan pembudidaya. Pembudidaya tidak menarik biaya lebih untuk penghasilan optimal, bahkan biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan lebih besar (Rp 2.552.500). Cukup menarik, rumah tangga nelayan biaya konsumsi lebih besar (Rp 2.281.500) daripada pembudidaya (Rp 1.980.000), menunjukkan nelayan lebih konsumtif dan ekonomi surplus yang lebih besar. Masih lebih tidak di keduanya, nelayan dan pembudidaya rumput laut tidak lebih dikelompokkan nabah tinggi. Dengan ini, studi ini merekomendasikan intervensi pengelolaan malas keuangan bagi nelayan tun bertujuan untuk menjaga ketahanan ekonomi

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang semakin luas dan menjurus pada dunia bisnis mulai memanfaatkan internet sebagai media penjualan dan pembelian. AllAboutMerch merupakan toko yang bergerak sebagai bidang merchandise kpop, yang mana pembelian produk dilakukan pelanggan dengan datang langsung ke toko. Untuk memberikan solusi maka dibuatlah e-commerce yang mana pelanggan dapat melakukan pembelian produk dengan mudah tanpa harus datang ke toko, serta perusahaan lebih mudah memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan yang nanti berpengaruh bagi daya jual. Sebagai dasar dan acuan untuk membuat sistem penjualan berbasis web dilakukan studi pustaka. Pembuatan web dilakukan dengan framework Laravel dan menggunakan database MySQL. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi error atau bug pada sistem yang dibuat. Dari pengujian blackbox mendapatkan hasil yang baik pada pengujian fungsionalitas sistem, menunjukan bahwa aplikasi dapat berfungsi dan digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The research objectives are: To describe the Government's Role in the Development of Pampang Cultural Tourism Village. In the preparation of this thesis, researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data source is the government in the pampang cultural village. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1. The facilitator implemented by the government creates conditions conducive to the implementation of cultural management and preservation activities to bridge the various interests of the community and the government in optimizing the program, as a facilitator the government is engaged in assisting training, education, improving skills and funding or capital in the capital program through providing capital assistance to the community, 2. Communicator to maintain good communication between government, community, and artists. Communication is an integral part of a management process through effective communication, harmonious cooperation that can be developed to achieve goals and open cooperation. 3. Catalyst to accelerate the process of an event. To be able to carry out its role as a catalyst, the government also acts as a stimulant to accelerate the process of village potential.

Abstract

Incentive changes can have a negative impact on driver satisfaction, leading to feelings of unfair compensation and income uncertainty. These negative consequences can result in a decline in service quality and increased driver turnover. While incentive changes tend to have negative effects, there are also some positive impacts, such as increased earnings for drivers in high-demand areas. Driver satisfaction is crucial for improving driver availability, service quality, platform reputation, and profitability. Therefore, companies need to reconsider their incentive schemes and make appropriate adjustments to improve driver satisfaction. Efforts to enhance driver satisfaction include implementing fair and transparent policies, increasing market demand, educating passengers, developing platform technology, and enhancing driver support. This study employs qualitative methods and secondary data to support the research findings, ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of the data used.
