Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the use of the internet and students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of using the internet on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of internet use on student motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The benefits of this research are theoretical benefits, namely that this research is expected to contribute to the field of education, especially those related to writing scientific papers. And the practical benefit is as a reference material in carrying out further research that is relevant to this research. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, amounting to 350 students. The sample in this study were students of SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, totaling 70 respondents who were determined by random sampling technique. The data collection instruments are questionnaires, and documentation. Data processing with quantitative descriptive analysis using a simple linear regression formula with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 application by stating the hypothesis: there is an influence between the use of the internet on student motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. Based on the results of research on the effect of internet use on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, there is a significant influence between the influence of internet use on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru by 22.4%Key Words: Effect, Internet Utilization, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to knowing people’s perceptions about the role of The Indonesian Republican Police Force in overcoming drug abuse among teenagers in Tualang Sub-District Siak District. Respondent in this research were 100 person by using Proportional Area Sampling Technique. Data collection techniques that are carried out namely through observation, questionnaire, interview, library and documentation. The research method used is mixed research namely quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysts. This method is done with processing data whose data results presented through percentage calculation from the questionnaire and the respondent’s description from the interview. Based on the rseults of the research conducted regarding people’s perceptions about the role of the national police in overcoming drug abuse among teenagers in Tualang Sub-District Siak District, it can be conclued that overall data about the role of the national police in overcoming drug abuse in range 0% - 25% then the range is included to the range “Not Good” with the acquestion of a percentage of 45%. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, then the researcher providers recommendations namely to the local police in Tualang Sub-District Siak District in this case it is Tualang Police to be able to improve performance and effort in combating and overcoming drug abuse in Tualang Sub-District Siak District.Key Words: The Role Of The National Police, Overcome, Drugs

The problems in this study is whether there are values of Pancasila contained in rarak Art Godang Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi? ". This study aims to determine the values of Pancasila contained in art rarak Godang Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi ". This research was conducted in the District of Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi ". This research was conducted in the District of Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi in May 2016. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, the population in this study is the whole society Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi. The sample in this study were drawn based on the technique of "purposive sampling". Data collection instruments, namely by questionnaires and interviews. Abstract

Abstract: Community Mine districts still receive less attention from the government led by Jeffery Noer, consequently making the various elements of society disappointed over his leadership. So that the public is entitled to view or perception of how the type of leadership a leader, also gives the perception of how the leadership qualities of the leader. This study aims to determine the District Public Perception of Leadership Against Mine Jefry Noer As Kampar Regent period of 2011-2016. Sampling technique used purposive sampling techniques and sample area and selected respondents were people aged over 20 years and above, as many as 170 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires and technical literature. Analasis data using a combination of research methods (Mixing reasearch) The results of research show that public perception of the mining districts Jefry Noer's leadership as Kampar Regent period 2011-2016 from the aspect of the type of leadership is an autocratic leader as much as 67.4%. Under the leadership traits as Kampar Regent  Jefry Noer has properties that are less good leader because the mnjawab "less Agree" as much as 66.9%. Then it can be concluded that the public perception of the mining districts Jefry Noer’s leadership as Kampar Regent 2011-2016 period that is less good. Keywords: Perception; community; leadership

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions in Fajri Mart Mini Market, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. The population of this study is all consumers of Mini Market Fajri Mart, with a sample of 140 consumers. The method used is interviews and sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality and price had an effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.172 + 0.176X1 + 0.289X2. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) service quality and price affect the purchasing decision amounting to 56.2% while the remaining 43.8% is influenced by location, promotion and discount. Key Words: service qulity, price, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract : The socio-economic development and cooperation development alone will require the cooperative to be able to increase the role and function if it does not want to match with other businesses. Therefore, one way to be able to maintain the existence of the cooperative is to improve the performance of cooperative management. One of the factors that affect the performance of the board is the personal factor. The personal factors includes: knowledge, skills, confidence, motivation and commitment of the individual. Board was given the mandate by the members for manage the cooperative to reach the objectives it has set. They are responsible for the actions and efforts for the interests and benefits of cooperative in accordance with the decision the “Meeting Members”. With it, the cooperative board has the capacity and skills demanded adequate employment. One of the facts found in the Women's Cooperative Padang Terubuk Pekanbaru is the number of cooperative members fluctuated, the low interest of members to attend a meeting of members held each month and the annual meeting of the cooperative. In interviews for this research, many members of the cooperative who revealed that the explanation of the board members' meeting is often difficult to understand. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect on performance management skills Women's Cooperative in Padang Terubuk Pekanbaru. In a test of t is known that t (6.448)> t table (2.024) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. it means that, work skills variables significantly influence the performance of the board. Then, on the test R squre known value of R square of 0.522. The meaning that the contribution of occupational skills influence on the performance of the board is 52.2% and 47.8% for influenced by other variables is not included in this regression model.Keywords: skill of work, Performance Management

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of teachers' creativity and interest in learning on student learning outcomes economic subjects in SMA Negeri 9 Mandau Bengkalis. This research use quantitative descriptive method and population in this research is student of class XI IPS which amounted to 105 people and sample obtained by using proportional random sampling technique counted 51 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The result of this research is teacher's creativity have a significant effect to student learning result which obtained tcount 4,692> ttable 2,011 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Interest in learning significantly influence student learning outcomes where obtained tcount 2.589> ttable 2.011 and significant value 0.013 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between teacher creativity and student learning interest with learning outcomes where obtained value fhitung 30,750> ftabel 3,191 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. The multiple linear regression equation obtained in this research is Y = 56,515 + 0,157X1 + 0,265X2. This means that if the creativity of teacher (X1) and interest in learning (X2) is zero (0) then the learning result (Y) is 56,515 and every increase of teacher creativity will increase student learning outcomes by 0,157 and every increase of interest learn then will improve student learning outcomes by 0,265. The result of research of coefficient of determination (R2) found that percentage contribution contribution of teacher creativity variable and learning interest to learning result equal to 56,2% and the rest counted 43,8% influenced by other variable not explained in this research. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to fine out how the interest of reading and its influence on the countinuity of learning and learning outcomes on studen of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau. The subject of this research is the student of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau, amounted 72 people, the samples are taken by using the proportional sampling. The data are primary data and secondary data with data collection by using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analysis data I used is Path Analysis processed through SPSS 16.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that interest in reading and continuity of learning have a significant effect on achievement of learning outcomes. Meaning that the higher interest in reading the countinuity of learning will be higher also and indirectly the learning outcomes will increase. Thus to improvestudent learning outcomes, required a high interest in reading and countinuity of learning is also high.Keywords: Interest in Reading, Continuity of Learning,Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and family environment on student economic learning outcomes at Bangko Pusako 4 High School. The sample of this study used a saturated sample or census of 60 students in the XI IPS class of SMA 4 Bangko Pusako. Data collection in this study uses questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show: (1). Student learning outcomes are still low with an average score of 69.98 with a KKM of 78. (2) Frequency of discipline with a percentage of 67% is classified as high but still needs to be improved, especially indicators of orderly and diligent learning habits (3) Frequency of family with a percentage of 52% environment is very good but the indicators of home atmosphere still need to be considered. In multiple regression analysis shows that the discipline and family environment have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with the equation Y = 6.882 + 0.713X1 + 0.393X2. Judging from the value (R square) obtained a value of 0.323. This means that the influence of discipline and family environment on learning outcomes is 32.3% while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that parents and teachers alike pay special attention to improving discipline and the state of a good family environment that has a good impact on children's learning outcomes.Key Words: Discipline, family environment, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted with the aim to determine the level of participant motivation students come from Durai isaland. The motivation of students outside Durai island and to know the level of differences in learning motivation of students who come from Durai island with students outside Durai island. With conditions the students must cross the sea using pompon (small boats) and also the didtance taken 30 minutes from the port village to school with distance of 10 minutes. Therefore the writer wants to see whether the distance and the difference in the living environment can influence the level of learning motivation of Durai island student and outside Durai island. The research was was conducted at SMA N 1 Durai Jl. Sersan Ibrahim Ya’kop Durai, Karimun Kepri. The population in this study amounted to 172 people. The sampel in this study amounted to 63 people namely Durai island 49 people and outside Durai island 14 people sampling using Proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This technique is used the population has a member or element that is not and proportionally distributed. Technique of daa collection is observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This research method uses quantitative descriptive tchnik descriptive data analysis percentage and differen test two separate samples using each of them then using motorbike (Honda) and homogeneous SPSS version 21. The results show that the answer is that the motivation level of Durai island student is very this higt is proven to be as much as 79% in the range of 75,01% - 100% while the motivation of pesetas students outside Durai island is 88% in the range of 75,01 % - 100%. And the ull results are based on SPSS version 21 that there is no difference in motivation of Durai island students and outside Durai island. As evidenced by sig> 5% ( 0,83>0.5) and t count 1,763 smaller than T tabel 1.99834Keywords: comparison, learning motivation
