Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of salary and incentives on employee performance at the Port of Wira Indah Pekanbaru Riau. The population in this study were all employees in Wira Indah Port, amounting to 52 people. Samples were obtained using 37 random sampling methods. The analysis data method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that employee performance is not good. Bad works is also affected by low salary. Giving salary to employees is categorized as not good, and employee incentives given are considered good. Furthermore, from the results of data analysis, it was found that salary contributions and incentives for employees and workers were 19,3%. This means that to improve the performance of the employees of the company must increase the provision of salaries and incentives that are good or conducive. The higher the salary and incentives, the better the performance. the contrary if the salary and incentives are low then the performance will also be low.Keywords: Salary, Incentives and Employee Performance

While to follow the education process in school that “what is” not yet able to provide enlightenment to the fullest. Therefore the formulation of the problem of this research is “How The Influence of the Poor against the child Motivation to learn In The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru?”, with the aim to determine the effect of the poor to children learning Motvation in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 14 question about the effect of the poor (variable X) and the children learning motivation (variable Y). were analyzed using linear regression and F test so the hypothesis that states “there is the influence between the poor to motivation children learning in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru.” With a series of simple regresson test between the variable X and Y, obtained Fcount 2,712 and Ftable value 4,35 wich obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N=22 poor society and N=22 children learning motivation, at significance level of 5% thus Fcount < Ftable, or 2,712<4,35. So the hyphotesis in this study denied that there is no significant influence among the poor on motivation against children study in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru.Key Words: Influence, community poor, motivation learn child

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the influence of moving class and learning motivation on student achievement of class X IIS and XI IIS on economic lessons learning in MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Population in this study were students of class X and XI IIS that is as many as 283 students and sample of 166 students. The data collection of this research is documentation techniques. The data analysis of data used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that moving class and learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning achievement. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R square change) obtained value of 0.314. This mean that the contribution of the influence of moving class and learning motivation on learning achievement is 31,4%, while the remaining 68,6% influenced by other variable outside this research.Keywods: Moving Class, Learning Motivation, and Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at the Economic Education FKIP, University of Riau with the aim of knowing the effect of interest in learning and learning behavior on learning outcomes of secondary financial accounting for students of economic education, University of Riau. The population in this study were 123 students from the 2016, 2017, 2018 class and the sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula which resulted in 94 samples. The data collection technique is done through a questionnaire technique, while the types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, simultaneous regression coefficient test (F test), partial correlation test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results showed that the variables of interest in learning and learning behavior simultaneously affect learning outcomes. This means that the independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable. Furthermore, based on the partial correlation test, it can be seen that the variable interest in learning affects learning outcomes indicated by a significance of 0.015 while for learning behavior variables influencing learning outcomes is indicated by a significance of 0.030. With the coefficient of determination of 0.153. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 15.3%. While the remaining 84.7% is determined by other variables. Based on the research results, suggestions or recommendations from researchers are that students should be able to increase their interest in learning and learning behavior properly so that learning outcomes can be achieved properly. Abstract

Abstract: One manifestation of political consciousness is political participation in the election of the mayor. Political participation based on political consciousness will encourage people to exercise their right to vote rationally and in accordance with the aspirations of the people. But in reality, the level of voter participation in the election mayor of Pekanbaru in 2017 is still lacking. Percentage of voters' participation in sub district Tenayan Raya only reached 43.72%, which means there are still many voters who did not participate that reached 56.28%. This study aims to explain the effect of political awareness on political participation. This study uses quantitative descriptive by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in four urban villages in Tenayan Raya sub district, then the data is analyzed by using logistic regression. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between political awareness on political participation because the value of p value Chi-Square 13,105 > Chi-Square table 3,841. In the Pseudo R Square table of 16.4% political awareness contribution to political participation, in other words 83.6% other factors from outside the model that explain the dependent variable. Based on the analysis of political awareness data of Tenayan Raya sub-district is low down to 68%, while the political participation of Tenayan Raya community in the election of mayor of Pekanbaru is also categorized as low by 94%.Keywords: Political Awareness, Political Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes of PPKn at SMPN 1 Pusako. The formulation of the problem in this study is "is there any influence of the use of Market learning models on learning outcomes whether students in class VIII SMPN 1 Pusako?". This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Crossword Puzzle learning models in improving the learning outcomes of PPKn grade VIII SMPN 1 Pusako. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Pusako in August 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that was experimental. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 1 Pusako. The sample in this study was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. where the classes taken into the sample were students of class VIII.2 (experimental class) who were given a market learning model, and class VIII.3 (control class) were students who were given conventional methods. Then the data were analyzed using homogeneity test and "t" test. The subject matter that is applied is the "Norms and Justice". Based on the results of the study indicate that there is an influence of learning outcomes between students who use Market models and conventional methods in SMPN 1 Pusako this can be seen from the results (>). Thus there is an effect of the use of Market learning models on student learning outcomes VIII. The magnitude of the effect after being calculated with a gain test shows the market learning model gives an effect on learning outcomes of 0,40 in the medium category. Where there was an increase in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class to 79,25 and the average increase in the learning outcomes of the control class was 54,07.Key Words : Market, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of E-learning on the learning motivation of economic education students at the University of Riau. The population of this study were all active students of economic education at the University of Riau with a total population of 338 students. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling, which resulted in a sample of 78 students. This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was a significant and positive effect between E-learning on the learning motivation of students of economic education at the University of Riau, as evidenced by the probability value <0.05 (0.000<0.05), then Ha was accepted. The results showed that E-learning had an effect of 45% on the learning motivation of students of economic education at the University of Riau.Keywords : E-learning, covid-19, Motivation to Learn.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the lack of students’ study effects for the eleventh grade students of SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The population in this research was the eleventh grade students that was totaled 52 students. And the sample in this research was overall of eleventh students of SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. The collecting data used was questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data used was double linier of regression. The result of this research showed that the motivation factor, the teacher pedagogic competency partially influenced significantly for the difficulties of students’ study of the eleventh grade students at SMAN 11 Pekanbaru, and the professional teacher competency was not influenced significantly for the study of students’ difficulties. Based on regression of the coefficient, the motivation effect was -0,973, the teacher pedagogic competency was -0,668 and the professional teacher competency overall was -0,873. The motivation, the pedagogic competency and the professional teacher competency was overall influenced for the difficulties of students’ study, and it was for economic subject class of the eleventh grade students in SMAN 11 Pekanbaru by determining to 47%.Keywords: The difficulties of study, the teacher pedagogic competency, and the professional teacher competency

Abstract: Extracurricular activities have a very important role in efforts to foster student attitudes, one of which is the formation of character, because the formation of manners can not only rely on the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but also the extracurricular role is needed, especially Rohis extracurricular, because in the rohis extracurricular there is religious knowledge, where religion and character are closely related, because every religion must teach goodness with the aim that the formation of student character can be achieved to the maximum. The aim of this research is: to find out how the role of the rohis extracurricular in shaping students' character in SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru, to find out how students behave in a rohis extracurricular at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru, to find out how the influence of the rohis extracurricular in shaping students' character in SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were all students who took rohis extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru totaling 68 people. Data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing data using quantitative descriptive techniques with statistical tests. The results showed that the role of the rohis extracurricular in shaping the character of students in SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru was at a very good level. Character students who take part in Rohis extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru are included in the excellent category. There is a significant influence in this study, because it is known that the results of a simple linear regression test between variable X and variable Y. F is obtained Fcount of 7.414 and Ftable of 3.99 indicates Fcount > Ftable, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Low effect due to 31.8%Key Words: Role, Rohis Extracurricular, Character

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the use of interactive multimedia on the learning outcomes of students of class XII Accounting Skills Program on the material of special journal entries in the Labor Vocational High School of the FKIP guided by UNRI Pekanbaru. This research was conducted on 17-20 July 2018. The research method used was quasi experimental design with the type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling uses class sample techniques. The research sample amounted to 67 students, consisting of 35 control class students and 32 experimental class students. The research instruments used were tests, observation sheets and questionnaire. The test instrument consisted of objective questions and transaction document questions, the observation sheet consisted of a multimedia physical observation sheet, teacher activity observation sheet and student activity observation sheet, and interactive multimedia benefit questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using gain values obtained results of 0.53 which fall into the medium category. Then analysis of the data of the two groups using the independent two sample t-test was obtained 0.046 at the significance level p < 0.05. It can be concluded that the use of interactive multimedia has an effect on student learning outcomes, and differences in learning outcomes in both groups show that the learning outcomes of students taught using interactive multimedia are better than students taught by using power point slides.Key Words: Interactive Multimedia, Learning Outcomes
