The distance education system is one of the solutions to overcome difficulties in face-to-face learning. WhatsApp is a social media that is used as a means of sending educational stimuli virtually (Learning Platform). This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Civics learning using WhatsApp. The formulation of the research problem is "How is the effectiveness of Civics learning using WhatsApp and what is the frequency or level of provision for using WhatsApp in Civics learning for students of SMAN 1 Kuok, Kampar Regency, 2020-2021 academic year?" This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Civics learning and identify the frequency or level of provision for using WhatsApp using WhatsApp. This research was conducted in August-October 2020. The research sample was 101 students of SMAN 1 Kuok, the sampling technique was purposive sampling using sample development from Isac and Michael with a significance level of 10%. Researchers used documentation of student learning outcomes, questionnaires, and literature study to collect data. Researchers used quantitative descriptive methods to analyze the data that had been collected. The results of this study indicate that Civics learning using WhatsApp is categorized as Less Effective as indicated by the N-Gain Score of student learning outcomes, the N-gain percentage is 54.76% and the total questionnaire score is 4,808 (54.10%) of the score expected to be 8,888 (100%)

This study aims to determine: (1) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning motivation of the FKIP UNRI FKIP-assisted SMK students 'accounting skills program, (2) Is there an effect of the use of the school's digital library on the learning outcomes of the FKIP-assisted SMK students' accounting skills program. UNRI, (3) Is there an effect of the use of digital libraries and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of the accounting skills program of FKIP UNRI Fostered Vocational School students.This research method uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students of class X Accounting 2 at Vocational High School of FKIP, Riau University Pekanbaru, by taking a sample of the entire population as many as 26 students. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation, data analysis using descriptive analysis and regression analysis.The results of the study state that: (1) The use of digital libraries partially affects the motivation to learn business economics in class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where the motivation to learn business economics is influenced by the use of digital libraries of 91.9%. (2) The use of digital libraries partially has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economics for class 10 accounting students at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. Where learning outcomes are influenced by the use of digital libraries by 10%. (3) The simultaneous use of digital libraries has an effect on learning motivation, while the simultaneous use of digital libraries has no effect on the learning outcomes of business economy class X Accounting 2 at SMK Labor Assisted by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh pemberian tugas dan motivasi belajar siswa.. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Xl Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Xl Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan.Adapun manfaat praktis bagi peneliti meningkatkan kesadaran akan dunia pendidikan, sehingga lebih semangat dalam mengamalkan ilmu di sekolah dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengarui motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Kerumutan yang berjumlah 78 orang siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 78 orang dengan teknik sampling yaitu proporsional random sampling adalah pengambilan sampel dari populasi dengan menggunakan cara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata dalam populasi tersebut. Instumen pengumpulan data yaitu angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dengan analisis statistik dengan rumus regresi linear sederhana berbantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 dengan menyatakan terdapat pengaruh antara pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Di SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Tugas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Di SMA Negeri 1 Kerumutan yaitu sebesar 48,5%.

This research aims to produce audio-based learning media for blogs on the subjects of money and banking. This study used research and development methods with 4D Thiagarajan. There are four stages in Thiagarajan's 4D model; the initial needs analysis stage (define), the prototype (design) stage, the development stage based on expert advice and the field trial (develope), and the publication stage (disseminate). The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive technique. The results of research and development carried out in the form of audio-based learning media blog on economic subjects of money & banking material which contains a homepage, learning tools, learning materials, videos, LKPD, assignments, commentary features and social media. The audio-visual media based on money & banking material developed was very good ratings from media experts with an average score of 4 (after revision) and a material expert of 3.6 (scale 4). Students also gave a good response with an overall average score of 3.6, and an increase in student interest in learning with a difference of greater than 1 is 28.63%.

Low learning motivation of the student sometime it is due to the teacher has difficulty choosing the right learning media. This study was to produce powerpoint-based accounting and wondershare quiz creator multimedia to improve student learning motivation. Data collection begins with the need analysis phase. The media was validated interm of its interactive and content by the validators. The result the validator 1 and 2 obtained a score of 75 in the feasible category and the material feasibility by material expert obtained a score of 59 and 66 in the feasible category. Furthermore, the small scale test was showing that the media is useful to be used because it reaches a minimum score of> 37.5 - 48.78 (High category). The results of the analysis show that there are differences in the level of student motivation in the experimental class in the category of High of 62.5% and student motivation in the control class is in the Low category of 59.4%. Based on the results, the developed media is possible to use in the real teaching class.

This research was motivated by the low interest in saving students at Bank Mini SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, which was only 36% of the total number of students. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the students interest in saving at the Mini Bank SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive methods. As a result, there is a partial effect of students 'saving knowledge, student saving motivation, student pocket money, and bank services, on students' interest in saving at Bank Mini SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. As well as the joint effect of student saving knowledge, student saving motivation, student pocket money and bank services on student saving interest. It can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence on student saving knowledge, student saving motivation, student pocket money, and bank services either partially or jointly towards students' interest in saving at Bank Mini SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of economic literacy and the amount of pocket money on students consumption behavior through self-control. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 899 students majoring in social studies and a sample of 244 students. The sample uses Arikunto's opinion with a percentage of 25%. Data collection techniques in this study were tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 25. The results of this study show that Economic literacy and the amount of pocket money have a positive and significant effect on the self-control of students in the Social Sciences Major State Senior High School in Bagan Sinembah District. Economic Literacy and the amount of pocket money have a negative and significant effect on the consumption behavior of students in Social Sciences majoring SMA Negeri in the Bagan Sinembah. This proves that the better the economic literacy, the wiser and more rational in consumption will be and through the self-control that exists in students, especially it will help students in managing their pocket money.

This study aims to develop an entrepreneurial learning model that can achieve the competencies expected at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This research is a Research and Development using the Four D model. The Define phase deals with needs analysis which results in that teachers and students need a learning model that can help students to increase creativity in creating a product. The Design Phase is in the form of developing an initial learning model. The Development Stage is a learning model that has passed the validation test. Disseminate stage is the application of the model carried out in 6 (six) expertise programs in SMK 4 Pekanbaru. The results of the development in the form of learning activities given by the teacher to students to think about the types of products to be made, then students make the initial design for these products. After that students think about the materials needed, students calculate the funds needed, students determine the selling price for each product produced and the product can be promoted through the blog production unit of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The results of the implementation carried out in 6 (six) skills programs show that the development of learning models named E-Millennial Entrepreneur Learning can improve the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students.

The low interest of students choosing social studies majors (IPS) at the National High School is thought to be a problem that originates from within students and outside the student's self. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence students' interest in choosing a social studies major at SMA 2 Tambang, in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS, amounting to 170 people. The sample was determined using propotional random sampling to obtain 119 people. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that the family environment and school environment have a positive and significant effect on the ideals of choosing an IPS major. School ideals and environment have a positive and significant effect on the interest in choosing an IPS major. While the family environment has a significant effect on the interest in choosing an IPS major. However, there is a negative influence of the family environment on the interest of students choosing social studies majors, due to the low level of family education. Therefore parents are expected to be able to provide support so that their children are more interested in choosing social studies majors. The school is expected to further improve socialization to add information and provide an overview to students about social studies majors.

Students with difficulty in comprehending conceptual materials need media that has powers in organizational, procedural visual, and supporting creative thinking; all are integrated in a mind-mapping media. This research is aimed to develop a learning design of Introduction to Management based on mind-mapping media concerning with conceptual materials. This is an early phase of research and development activities, in Introduction to Management class. Data of needs analysis is obtained through survey technique on 38 college students, then followed by literature study and focus group discussions. The result shows that a learning design of Introduction to Management, that highlights conceptual materials, has constructed on the basis of mind-mapping media. The design consisted of learning outcome, stages of preparing mind mapping media, and measurement method of effectiveness of the learning design implementation.
