Abstract

Tekanan darah adalah perkalian cardiac output (CO) dengan systemic vascular resistance (SVR) dan CO ditentukan oleh stroke volume dan frekuensi denyut jantung. Seorang wanita usia 61 tahun, berat badan 49 kg, tinggi badan 154 cm, datang di rumah sakit Santosa Bandung Central dengan keluhan benjolan pada bagian belakang kepala sejak 3 tahun lalu dan semakin lama semakin bertambah besar. Tidak terdapat tanda-tanda peningkatan tekanan intrakranial dan defisit neurologis lainnya, di diagnosa meningioma dengan hipertensi, dilakukan pengangkatan tumor dalam posisi telungkup. Induksi dengan propofol, fentanyl, vecuronium bromida, lidokain, rumatan anestesi dengan sevofluran-oksigen/udara dan propofol serta vecuronium kontinyu. Intraoperatif terjadi 2 kali penurunan tekanan darah yang terjadi tiba-tiba, bradikardia dan desaturasi. Diberikan cairan dengan ringerfundin, gelofusin 1 L, darah Pack Red Cell (PRC) 2 unit, sulfas atropin, efedrin dan dilanjutkan dengan norepinephrine. Pascabedah dirawat 1 hari di Intensive Care Unit (ICU) dan kemudian 1 hari lagi di High Care Unit (HCU), kemudian pindah ke ruang perawatan biasa dan dirawat selama 3 hari sebelum dipulangkan dari rumahsakit. Penurunan tekanan darah hebat disertai bradikardia berat dan desaturasi tidak mungkin disebabkan karena perdarahan, tapi lebih mungkin dihubungkan dengan gangguan pada jantung. Terapi yang dilakukan dengan mengembalikan parameter tersebut ke nilai fisiologis sesegera mungkin. Sebagai simpulan, penurunan tekanan darah tiba-tiba disertai bradikardia dan desaturasi kemungkinan disebabkan karena terjadinya Bezold-Jarisch Reflexes (BJR).Sudden Intraoperative Severe Hypotension during Craniotomy of Meningioma RemovalAbstractBlood pressure is the multiplication of cardiac output (CO) with systemic vascular resistance (SVR) and CO determined by stroke volume and heart rate frequency. There were no signs of increased intracranial pressure and other neurological deficits, diagnosed with meningioma with hypertension, tumor removal was carried out in a prone position. Induction with propofol, fentanyl, vecuronium bromide, lidocaine, anesthetic treatment with sevoflurane-oxygen/air and propofol and continuous vecuronium. Intraoperative suddenly occurs 2 times decrease in blood pressure, bradycardia and desaturation. Given liquid with ringerfundin, gelofusin 1 L, blood pack red cells (PRC) 2 units, sulfas atropine, ephedrine and continued with norepinephrine. Post-dissected treated 1 day in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and then another 1 day in the High Care Unit (HCU), then moved to the ward and was treated for 3 days before being discharged from the hospital. Severe drops in blood pressure accompanied by severe bradycardia and desaturation are unlikely to be caused by bleeding, but are more likely to be associated with heart disorders. Therapy is carried out by returning these parameters to physiological values as soon as possible. As conclusion, a sudden drop in blood pressure accompanied by bradycardia and desaturation may be due to the occurrence of Bezold-Jarisch Reflexes (BJR).

Abstract

Depending on the service chosen, expedition is one of the freight forwarding companies that operate in the domestic market. The availability of expedition services can make it easier for traders to transfer items to purchasers who conduct online transactions, as well as encourage shipping businesses to collaborate with online dealers. The JNE, JNT, and Pos Indonesia excursions were utilized in this study. The goal of this project is to develop an analytical model that will make it simpler for online merchants to find collaborators for effectively and securely transporting their goods. Based on user sentiment on the social networking site Twitter, this study uses sentiment analysis. With the keywords "JNT, JNE, and Pos Indonesia," this study compares the accuracy results using the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms. According to this study, testing accuracy for the NBC method was 80% and training accuracy was 83%. While the accuracy of the KNN approach is 68%. According to public opinion, the JNE expedition is the best one for distributing products, scoring 68.58% in favor of it and 30.64% against it.

Abstract

This research is entitled Determining Factors of Millennial Generation Interest in Investing in Sharia Stocks using the Theory of Planned Behavior Approach. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on interest in sharia stock investment, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach, the data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population in this study was the millennial generation in Ajjalireng Village, Sijelling Village, Waji Village, and Patangnga Village. Meanwhile, the number of samples used was 100 samples. The data that has been collected will go through the stages of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25 analysis tool. The results of the study showed that attitudes had a positive and significant effect on interest in sharia stock investment, subjective norms had no effect on interest in sharia stock investment, perceived behavioral control had a positive and significant effect on interest in sharia stock investment.

Abstract

The School Literacy Movement program in Indonesia which has been run in elementary schools was still minimal with current reading resources, less inviting students to think ahead, and developing a monotonous attitude. It was necessary to produce the latest children's reading books such as imaginative tales that present stories related to technological developments. Producing imaginative fairy tales was the aim of this research. The study was conducted using a mixed-method with the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model has three steps: preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment stage. The research results at the preliminary research that students like imaginative tales and need new stories every morning before learning begins. In the prototyping phase is produced a valid and practical imaginative fairy tale book. Imaginative fairy tale book was designed using the Adobe Photoshop program. The imaginative fairy tale book that was developed was able to provide new ideas for students who read it. Besides, the development of a positive attitude is also included in the story, making it easier for teachers to educate students in elementary school

Abstract

Kartu Prakerja is one of the government's flagship programs in providing training to the workforce. In its implementation there is a lot of information scattered, especially on social media Twitter both in the pros and cons of Kartu Prakerja program. Based on information in the form of tweets that have not been analyzed in depth, it is necessary to analyze sentiment on the Kartu Prakerja in order to obtain appropriate information based on the opinions of netizen s on Twitter. This study discusses sentiment analysis of tweet data with the keyword “Kartu Prakerja” which uses data as many as 6658 tweet data taken in the period May 27 - August 5, 2021. This research uses the Naive Bayes Classification method which has several stages, namely data retrieval, data preprocessing, manual labeling, data training and testing. The solution offered in this study is to create an analysis model that can be used to perform sentiment analysis about Kartu Prakerja on Twitter. Based on the results of this study obtained that the calculation of accuracy obtained a value of 86% for training data and 87% for data testing. This study concluded that the Kartu Prakerja has a positive sentiment by Twitter netizens based on the results of Classification that discusses many positive sentiments such as the benefits, effectiveness and addition of the Kartu Prakerja budget.

Abstract

Background : PLN is a state-owned company that is tasked with supplying electricity to all regions of Indonesia which certainly cannot be separated from the various obstacles experienced, to find out public sentiment on the services that have been provided, an analysis is carried out to determine public sentiment. The results of these sentiments are created in the dashboard using the Flask framework by comparing the Naive Bayes and Decision tree methods. To create a sentiment analysis dashboard for PT. PLN and make a research analysis model using a comparison of the Naive Bayes Classification and Decision tree methods. The method used in this research is Naive Bayes and Decision tree. The data obtained with a total of 40,745 Tweet data taken in the period 1 May 2022 - 4 June 2022 with the keyword "PLN". Making a dashboard that displays the results of the analysis where there is a menu to display the data and each analysis process. The use of 900 training data and 300 testing data resulted in the Naive Bayes method getting an accuracy of 83% on the training data and 80% for the Testing data, while the Decision tree method got an accuracy of 77% on the Training data and 56% on the Testing data. The analysis obtained for the method in this study also shows that the Naive Bayes method is better for classifying large amounts of data than the Decision tree. The sentiment generated by the highest number is negative, with most of the Tweets being complaints about the response to complaints and handling of damage reported by the public.

Abstract

The accumulated data, which consists of facts and transaction events in a business, should be processed and utilized for the progress of business development. Currently, the data owned by AHASS THM has not been optimized and further processed to provide broader benefits, such as promotion and forming loyal AHASS customers. The objective of this research is to analyze the existing transaction data to identify consumer transaction patterns at AHASS THM. The research methodology used is Market Basket Analysis (MBA), a method for analyzing consumer transaction data by finding associative relationships between different items in the consumer's shopping cart. By applying a minimum parameter limitation of support = 0.001, confidence = 0.8, and sorting based on the magnitude of the confidence parameter, 62 associative rules of consumer transaction patterns in AHASS THM business were obtained. By selecting the top 10 associative rules based on the highest confidence values, generally, these associative rules have a confidence parameter greater than 0.95 or 95%. Additionally, there are 3 associative rules with a confidence value of 1 or 100%, indicating that consumers will purchase Bearing Needle 20x29x218 after buying Bearing Ball 6902U, or a combination of Bearing Ball 6902U with CVT Grease 10 gr or Oli MPX2 0.8 lt.

Abstract

In this background discusses the topic of tweet about Flooding on Twitter using the keyword "Flood". Tweet data was taken from June 1, 2021 to June 2, 2021 with the number of tweet data obtained, which was 2000 tweets. The number of tweets related to flooding has not been analyzed so that the topics contained in it are not yet known. Research . Modeling topics related to floods in Indonesia on Twitter social media with the LDA method. Research. This study uses experimental methods with several variables to test hypotheses. Then the data is processed with stages, namely web data extraction, preprocessing, feature extraction, topic modeling using latent dirichlet allocation algorithms, visualization, and analysis. Research. The results of the topic coherence stage were carried out a search for the most optimal topic from the 20 topics that had been determined at the beginning. The results of topic coherence for 20 topics concluded that for topic 10 it has a total topic value of 0.41 and has an ideal topic modeling result and is in accordance with the provisions. Conclusion : Based on the results of the discussion of topic coherence, it can be concluded that the most ideal number of topics is topic 10 because it has the highest value compared to other topics. The advice here is to be able to display or get flood information in Indonesia in real time and accurately.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan adalah badan aturan publik yang dibuat melalui Undang-Undang No 24 Tahun 2011 Tentang Badan Penyelenggaran Jaminan Sosial menggunakan tujuan untuk mewujudkan terselenggaranya pemberian jaminan terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar yang layak bagi setiap peserta atau anggota keluarganya. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat informasi yang tersebar khususnya pada tweet di Twitter mengenai keputusan Kementrian Kesehatan yaitu mengenai Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) yang hanya bisa dicairkan/diambil setelah peserta (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan menginjak usia 56 tahun, menyebabkan adanya pro dan kontra yang ada dikalangan masyarakat. Berdasarkan tweet-tweet pada Twitter yang belum dianalisis maka perlu di analisis secara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi yang sesuai berdasarkan opini netizen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai akurasi data testing sebesar 92% untuk metode Lexicon Based dan 95% untuk data testing pada metode Naïve Bayes Classifier lalu untuk data training Naïve Bayes Classifier mendapatkan akurasi 82%. Penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa jaminan hari tua (JHT) pada (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan mendapat sentimen negatif dari netizen yang banyak membahas mengenai penolakan peraturan baru dimana jaminan hari tua (JHT) pada (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan, hanya bisa dicairkan atau diambil ketika peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menginjak usia 56 tahun.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan serat daun nanas masih tergolong sedikit hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar berbagai jenis produk furniture, kain untuk produk fasion, kerajinan dan komposit sebagai material pembentuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan Tarik komposit serat daun nanas dengan variasi fraksi volume menggunakan resin poliyester bening. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan komposit dengan menggunakan tiga fraksi volume yang berbeda yaitu 60% serat : 40% resin, 70% serat : 30% resin, dan 85% serat : 15% resin. Setelah proses pembuatan spesimen pengujian, kemudian spesimen dilakukan pengujian uji tarik pada setiap fraksi volume. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya variasi kekuatan tarik pada setiap fraksi volume yang digunakan, yang mana dengan menggunakan fraksi volume 85% serat : 15% resin menghasilkan kekuatan tarik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan fraksi volume 60% serat : 40% resin dan 70% serat : 30% resin. Komposit yang diperkuat serat daun nanas dengan variasi fraksi volume serat daun nanas 60% : resin 40%, serat daun nanas 70% : resin 30%, dan serat daun nanas 85% : resin 15%. Dari variasi persentase tersebut yang memiliki kekuatan tarik tertinggi pada serat daun nanas 85% : resin 15% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 105,694 MPa, kekuatan modulus elastisitas 1576 MPa, dan elongation yaitu 6,74%. Sedangkan nilai kekuatan tarik terendah terdapat pada serat daun nanas 60% : resin 40% , dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 74,30 MPa,kekuatan modulus elastisitas 1231 MPa, dan elongationi 6,04%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak persentase serat maka semakin tinggi nilai kekuatan tarik. Variasi fraksi volume serat daun nanas dapat mempengaruhi sifat mekanik komposit resin polyester bening. Nilai kekuatan komposit naik sering bertambahnya fraksi volume serat. Namun fraksi volume serat yang tinggi tidak selalu memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap kekuatan komposit. Kekuatan komposit tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh jumlah serat tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengikat yaitu matrik.
