Abstract

Immunization is an effort to prevent health problems in infants. The government obliges five types of complete basic immunization which can be obtained free of charge. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge of basic immunization and the completeness of basic immunization in infants. This step is so that children get immunity individually. At least 70% of the population in an area must be immunized. The first step, the researcher collects 20 research journals that are relevant to the topics discussed and published in the last 10 years. In the second step, the researcher began to identify the characteristics of each research journal. The results of the identification process will be displayed in a tabular form. in the next step, the researcher will analyze and look for points of similarity (resemblance) and difference (difference) from the research results of each journal and describe them in paragraph form. In the next step, researchers criticize and compare it with the research results of each journal. In the final step, the researcher summarizes the results obtained from the analysis process that has been carried out. The results of the study explain that there are eighteen variables studied. The order of these variables is based on the highest frequency, namely: mother knowledge; mother's education level; mother's manner; Family support; mother's occupation; mother's age; officer service; service distance; Mother's trust; Gender; nutritional status; Way of birth; birthweight; Order of birth; number of children; officer roles; Socio-economic; and Marital status

Abstract

Communication is a consequence of humans as social beings in carrying out their activities in the community. Communication aims to realize understanding between people involved in the process, on the other hand, if someone does not understand an event that is being communicated, it means that communication is considered not running, and it can be said that the relationship between people is not communicative. Applying polite communication to children is not as easy as applying polite language to adults, because a child does not understand the same level of language intelligence as adults. So a child will be able to understand polite communication, if it is often practiced by the people around him. This service aims to provide education on the application of polite communication to students of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDTA). In this service, an educational method is used by providing material on the application of polite communication to children, while providing a simulation of polite communication between MDTA children, the activity ran smoothly and orderly, all students were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity until it ended with a friendly activity, the activity lasted for approximately three hours. Attended by 40 MDTA students. The results of this activity show that students begin to understand polite communication in their daily activities, to being able to apply it in their families, schools, and peer environments.

Abstract

Laboratorium bahasa di Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia memiliki potensi sebagai sarana pengembangan keterampilan berbahasa mahasiswa secara praktis, namun belum tersedianya konten digital yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh mahasiswa menjadi kendala dalam optimalisasi perannya sebagai sumber belajar mandiri. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan bekal pemahaman serta keterampilan pembuatan e-modul bagi dosen dan laboran sebagai langkah awal digitalisasi materi laboratorium. Pelatihan ini mencakup materi tentang konsep dasar e-modul, manfaat dan komponennya, serta praktik pembuatan e-modul interaktif menggunakan platform digital yang mudah diterapkan. Platform yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah aplikasi Canva dan Heyzine. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup tahapan sistematis, mulai dari memilah & mengumpulkan materi, mendesain layout, melengkapi komponen e-modul dengan video pembelajaran dan kuis interaktif, serta mengekspor tautan e-modul dalam format flipbook. Metode pelatihan terdiri atas presentasi, diskusi terarah, dan praktik terbimbing. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun e-modul yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pembelajaran keterampilan bahasa. Produk e-modul yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan laboratorium bahasa digital yang kontekstual, fleksibel, dan menarik bagi mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, E-Modul, Modul Digital, Laboratorium Bahasa, Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Di Indonesia kasus pernikahan dini berkisar 12-20% yang dilakukan pasangan baru, biasanya pernikahan dini dilakukan pada pasangan usia muda rata-rata umurnya 16-20 tahun.  Berdasarkan Angka Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012, sebanyak 34,6 % wanita menikah dibawah usia 15 tahun. 700 juta perempuan yang hidup saat ini menikah ketika masih anak – anak dimana 1 dari 3 diantaranya menikah sebelum usia 15 tahun. Di Indonesia presentasi perkawinan usia anak perempuan yang lulus SD (40,5%) padahal Undang – Undang perkawinan di Indonesia menyatakan bahwa usia yang sah bagi anak perempuan adalah 16 tahun dan akan laki – laki 19 tahun (Unicef, 2016). Sementara hasil penelitian Sentika di wilayah Pantura diperoleh hasil bahwa 42,8% kasus yang diteliti semua menikah di bawah usia 15 tahun. Sedangkan data di Provinsi Lampung tahun 2008 terdapat 25% dari 100.000 penduduk terutama di derah pedesaan (PKBI, 2008). Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui determinan pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat korelasi dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasangan yang menikah dan tercatat di PPN Kecamatan Kalianda pada tahun 2015 berjumlah 953 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian  pasangan yang menikah dan tercatat di PPN Kecamatan Kalianda tahun 2015 berjumlah 91 responden. Dari hasil analisis univariat diperoleh keterangan bahwa yang melakukan pernikahan dini sebanyak 48,4% (44 orang). Dari hasil analisis bivariat diketahui ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan perilaku menikah dini (p value=0,003), Ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan perilaku menikah dini (p-value=0,000).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan silat tari di Desa Tanjung Belit Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. Silat Tari ini merupakan salah satu ilmu bela diri yang digunakan masyarakat Tanjung Belit pada zaman dahulu, namun sekarang silat tari dipertunjukan untuk acara-acara penting seperti acara pernikahan, penyambutan tamu penting dan acara hiburan lainya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode kualitati deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sehingga data yang didapat lebih akurat. Teori pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori menurut UU Hamidy (2014:49) menyebutkan bahwa nilai adalah tata guna yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan masyarakat, yang berupa norma-norma dalam masyarakat. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan silat tari meluputi nilai agama, nilai tradisi, nilai moral dan nilai sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai agama pada pertunjukan silat tari terdapat pada gerak togak alif, gerak salam penghormatan dan busana yang digunakan pada saat pertunjukan. Nilai tradisi pada pertunjukan Silat tari terlihat pada alat musik yang digunakan sebagai alat musik pengiring pada pertunjukan silat tari. Nilai moral pada pertunjukan Silat tari terdapat pada gerak bocomin. Nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan silat tari dilihat bagaimana pertunjukan silat tari ini dapat menumbuhkan kebersamaan dan keakraban pada masyarakat pada pertunjukan silat tari tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the language choices used by the Makassar community in interactions at the Makassar Culinary Night (MCN) event, as well as the factors that influence it using the SPEAKING model from Dell Hymes as an analytical framework. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires involving traders, visitors, and event organizers. The results of the study indicate that Indonesian dominates in buying and selling transactions, while code switching and code mixing with Makassar and Bugis languages ​​are often used as strategies to express identity and solidarity. In addition, factors such as the situation (setting), participants, communication goals (ends), sequence of speech (act sequence), tone (key), means (instrumentalities), social norms, and conversational genres collectively shape the pattern of language choices. These findings emphasize that language choices not only function as a means of communication, but also as a means to assert social status, build interpersonal relationships, and express cultural pride. Linguistic dynamics in multicultural public spaces, such as MCN, reflect the flexibility and creativity of urban community discourse. This study is expected to be a basis for the development of inclusive language policies that are responsive to the communication needs of the Makassar community.

This study aims to describe the improvement of recount text writing skills of Class IX students of SMPNegeri 1 Makassar by using Series of Pictures media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The population of this study was students of class IX.1 SMP Negeri 1 Makassar, totaling 40 students. Research data were obtained during the planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages through tests, classroom observation, and documentation. The tests carried out included initial tests, cycle I tests, and cycle II tests. The instruments used in this study included short story text writing skill test questions, analysis sheets, observation sheets, and documentation guides. The research data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that in Cycle I, students who did not reach the completion were 20 people, or 50%, while in Cycle II, students who did not reach the completion were only 8 people, or 20%. After cycle II, student completeness was 80%, or 32 people. So, it can be said that using Series of Pictures media in teaching how to write recount texts in cycle II successfully helped improve the writing skills of students in class IX.1 at SMP Negeri 1 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Edpuzzle interactive learning media based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on problem-solving skills in statistics material. The research method used in this study is the research and development method. The subjects in this study were divided into two, namely development subjects and product trial subjects. The data collection tools used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The resulting data was analysed descriptively quantitatively. Based on the research results that have been conducted, it can be concluded that the Edpuzzle interactive learning media based on PBL on problem-solving skills is very valid, very practical, and very effective to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on students' learning outcomes in writing expository texts at SMP Negeri 2 Rumbia, Jeneponto Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design and a pretest-posttest control group design. The instruments used are written tests, both multiple choice and essay. The research sample was 42 students who were divided into an experimental class and a control class. The results showed that the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share model significantly improved student learning outcomes. The average score of students in the experimental class increased from 32.71 in the pretest to 63.19 in the posttest, with the results of the paired sample t-test showing a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class based on the independent sample t-test (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the Think-Pair-Share learning model proved more effective than conventional methods in improving students' expository writing skills at SMP Negeri 2 Rumbia, Jeneponto Regency.
