Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat fermentor kopi terkendali menggunakan elemen pemanas berbasis Arduino uno. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun alat fementor kopi terkendali menggunakan elemen pemanas berbasis Arduino uno. Dalam rancang bangun alat ini menggunakan 2 jenis sensor yaitu sensor DS18B20 dan sensor DHT 11. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan sensor tersebut maka untuk sensor DS18B20 diuji dengan thermometer dan untuk sensor DHT11 diuji dengan hygrometer. Hasil analisis tingkat kevalidan alat untuk sensor DS18B20 didapatkan tingkat kevalidannya sebesar 84,5% dan untuk sensor DHT11 tingkat kevalidannya 91,5%. Dengan demikian rancang bangun alat fermentor kopi terkendali menggunakan elemen pemanas berbasis Arduino uno adalah sangat valid. Kata kunci: kopi arabika; fermentasi kopi; arduino uno. ABSTRACTThis study aims to design a controlled coffee fermenter using an Arduino uno-based heating element. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research variable used in this study is the design of a controlled coffee fementer using an Arduino Uno-based heating element. In the design of this tool, 2 types of sensors are used, namely the DS18B20 sensor and the DHT 11 sensor. To determine the level of validity of the sensor, the DS18B20 sensor is tested with a thermometer and the DHT11 sensor is tested with a hygrometer. The results of the analysis of the validity level of the tool for the DS18B20 sensor obtained a validity level of 84.5% and for the DHT11 sensor the validity level is 91.5%. Thus the design of a controlled coffee fermenter using an Arduino uno-based heating element is very valid. Keywords: arabica coffee; coffee fermentation; arduino uno.

Abstract

Research development designed to produce the product in the form of module science middle school based contextual accompanied concept mapping.This study attempts to: (1) described the validity of module, (2) described the effectiveness of module, and (3) described a response to module students. Design development use is 4-D. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Page .The result of research is: (1) validation experts and validation users are 80,5 % and 89,12 %. As a result validation, the research and users have produced module with the validity valid and worth trying out; (2) effectiveness module get result 93,6 %, the effectiveness of module high with the effectiveness very effective; and (3) response students are positive for every aspect response to the survey. The conclusion of analysis results in module science middle school based contextual accompanied concept mapping is valid and can be used in learning

Abstract

One branch of physics is mechanics. Based on interviews to Senior High School teacher in Jember, mechanics is difficult to learn. The eksternals factor this chapter is dificult to learn is learning Resources. The learning Resources are often less contextuall with around the phenomenon of students. The contextuall learning Resources in the Jember Regency is study of kynematics and dynamics in the traffic of Rembangan Tourism. From this experiment, we get data can be used as a learning resources chapter uniform rectilinear motion, decelerated uniform rectilinear motion, accelerated uniform rectilinear motion, Newton’s Law, and circular motion.

Abstract

Coffee production in Sidomulyo Village, located at the foot of Mount Gumitir, Silo District, Jember Regency, is famous for being very abundant. This condition is very supportive of the increasing needs of coffee drink lovers. However, the taste of ready-to-brewed ground coffee produced by the Sidomulyo Koperasi WANITA is still unable to compete with coffee on the market. This activity aimed to provide training on civet coffee production through the dry coffee bean fermentation method as a primary ingredient. The fermentation process was carried out using a Magnetic Fermentation machine which was the result of research in 2020. The fermentation process training activity was attended by 15 members of the Koperasi WANITA. 50 kg of dry coffee was fermented using a Magnetic Fermenter machine. Dry coffee was soaked first in warm water (temperature around 30 - 400C) for 5 hours. Then it was drained and put in a fermenter box by adjusting the intensity of the ELF magnetic field to around 300 T for 90 minutes. The coffee beans were transferred to buckets and ripened for up to 5 days, then washed and sun-dried for three days, after drying in Roasting and continue grinding. The targeted outputs of this activity included scientific publications in the National Journal of Abdimas with ISSN. The results of this activity produced fermented coffee beans that had been roasted in the form of roasted coffee beans and ground coffee. Based on the results of the evaluation, the members of the Ketakasi Koperasi already had skills in producing artificial Luwak coffee. This had the potential to develop superior products for Sidomulyo civet coffee.

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is an R&D (Research & Development) research using the ADDIE design which includes analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was tested using two classes, namely class XI MIPA 1 with 30 students and class XI MIPA 2 with 29 students at SMAN Plus Sukowono. This study aims to test the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the learning media of playing physics playing cards on the subject of optical instruments. The instruments in this study used validation sheets, learning activity assessment rubrics, implementation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the research succeeded in sharpening the minds of students in understanding learning without feeling bored. The application of learning media for playing physics playing cards succeeded in making students understand the material given. This is evident from the results of the validation, the results of the effectiveness of the media, and the results of the practicality of the media which state that physics playing cards are suitable for use during learning. Abstract

A solution for learning in the form of a module integrated with a QR code is offered to assist lecturers in delivering material to students of Physics Education Study Program. With the integrated QR code physics learning module, it is able to increase interest improve students' digital literacy. The method of research is research and development and the analysis was carried out based on the questionnaire data processing. The result shows that the increase of average percentage value of the measurement of interest in learning is 22.24% and the average percentage value of the measurement of digital literacy ability is 80.90%. Based on the results, the conclusions are the integrated QR code on physics learning module is effective to increase interest in learning and students have high digital literacy skills because they are able to take advantage of digital media for the learning process

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMAN Pakusari with the aim of knowing the effect of the guided inquiry learning model with the pictorial riddle method on learning activities and learning outcomes of high school students on the material of optical tools. The population used was all class XI in SMAN Pakusari and the selected sample are a class of XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 5 by using purposive sampling method. This research  used  pretest- posttest control group design . Data collection methods used in this research is a method of documentation, observation, and tests. The data collection instruments used were in the form of observation sheets to assess student learning activities and multiple choice tests to assess student learning outcomes. The results of the data analysis using the independent sample t-test showed the value of Sig. 2-tailed less than 0.05 (0,000 < 0.05) on student learning activity data and the independent sample t-test on learning outcomes shows sig 2.Tailed> 0.05 (0.159 > 0.05) on student learning outcomes data. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry model with the pictorial riddle method has a significant effect on the learning activities and learning outcomes of high school students.

Abstract

Lesson study was a practical approach to improve the quality of instruction and use widely in professional development programs for teachers. This article presents an innovative approach to developing the instruction ability and skills of science teacher candidates when actual teaching practice in a classroom through lesson study. Based on the lesson study approach, science teacher candidates worked collaboratively to understand the curriculum and state the desired learning outcomes; design lesson plans; teach a common lesson in 4 different classrooms; and conduct reflection to share, discuss, and refine their lesson. The teaching abilities and skills are assessed based on knowledge of the subject matter, quality of lesson plans, and learning practices. The result showed that the lesson study approach was a vital structure that helped science teacher candidates improve their teaching skills and ability. The research result gives implications for development programs for science teacher candidates will be discussed in light of these findings.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the implementation of the science process skills approach in conjunction with a static fluid module of fish cage buildings on the physics and science process skills learning outcomes of high school students. Quantitative experiments are used in the research method. This study used interviews, observations, tests, documentation, and data collection methods. The SMA Negeri 5 Jember class XI MIPA was the location of the study, and there were two research groups: the experimental group and the control group. The indicators of science process skills used in this study are observing, concluding, communicating, making tables, analyzing experiments, and collecting and processing data. The finding demonstrated that learning with static fluid modules for fish cages in physics and the science process skills approach significantly impacted students' learning outcomes and science process skills. The T-test that was carried out revealed that sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000, it can be concluded that the static fluid module of fish cage buildings and the implementation of the science process skills approach significantly impact students' physics learning outcomes. The study concludes that a static fluid module for fish cages in physics learning in high school and the implementation of the science process skills approach significantly impact student learning outcomes and science process skills.

Abstract

Desa Walikukun adalah salah satu desa yang termasuk zona orange dengan persebaran covid– 19 resiko sedang. Pembelajaran di Desa Walikukun dilakukan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Beberapa permasalahan timbul akibat proses pembelajaran daring, antara lain: 1) siswa tidak mampu memahami materi pelajaran secara mandiri, 2) dukungan fasilitas sangat kurang, 3) keluarga merasa sangat terbebani baik material maupun beban mental. Oleh karena itu melalui Program Kuliah Kerja (KK) FKIP melakukan kegiatan pendampingan belajar siswa di masa pendemi covid-19 untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di Desa Walikukun, Kecamatan Widodaren, Kabupaten Ngawi provinsi Jawa Timur. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).Jumlah siswa yang respon mengikuti pendampingan adalah 14 siswa SD dan 7 siswa SMP. Kegiatan pendampingan di laksanakan selama 6 minggu dengan 3 kali pertemuan per minggu. Tahapan pelaksanaan pendampingan belajar ini meliputi, 1) observasi masalah, 2) perencanaan kegiatan, 3) penyusunan jadwal kegiatan, 4) pelaksanaan pendampingan, 5) tahap evaluasi. Hasil pendampingan belajar menunjukkan bahwa, 1) siswa sangat antusias dalam proses pendampingan belajar, 2) semua tugas Sekolah dapat di kerjakan dengan baik, 3) hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah meningkat.  Respon orang tua menunjukkan rasa senang karena meringankan tugas orang tua siswa dalam membimbing belajar anaknya. Kesimpulan: program pendampingan belajar daring di masa pendemi covid-19 memberikan dampak posituf terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.
