Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan melalui Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas. Untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) melalui kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. Untuk mengimplemasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hasil uji mediasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality through (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty) on customer satisfaction. To analyze the influence of services through Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) on customer loyalty. To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. To analyze service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) through customer satisfaction at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency. To implement these objectives, descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis are used. The results of the study found that service quality through physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The mediation test results show that customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of service quality through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh layanan terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking, dan 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keamanan sistem terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kausal yang bersifat explanatory. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Persepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik persepsi yang dimiliki nasabah, maka semakin tinggi pula minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, 2) Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik layanan yang diberikan karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, dan 3) Keamanan sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik keamanan sistem BRImo, maka semakin tinggi pula minat nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi ulang pada aplikasi mobile banking pada BRI Kanca Tamalanrea. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine and analyze the effect of perceptions on customer interest in re-transactions on mobile banking applications, 2) to determine and analyze the effect of services on customer interest in re-transactions on mobile banking applications, and 3) to determine and analyze the effect of system security on customer interest in re-transactions on the mobile banking application. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that 1) Perception has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in re-transactions on the mobile banking application at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, this indicates that the better the perception of the customer, the higher the customer's interest in re-transacting on the application. mobile banking at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, 2) Services have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in re-transactions on mobile banking applications at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, this shows that the better the service provided by employees, the higher the customer's interest in making transactions repeat on the mobile banking application at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, and 3) System security has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in re-transactions on the mobile banking application at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea, this shows that the better the security of the BRImo system, the higher the pu He is interested in customers to re-do the mobile banking application at BRI Kanca Tamalanrea.

Abstract

In this study, gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) were successfully synthesized using square wave pulse deposition. The synthesis process involved applying a lower potential of -0.1 V and an upper potential of 0 V for 25 minutes. Characterization of the synthesized Au NPs was conducted using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The XRD analysis confirmed the formation of the Au phase on the FTO substrate. The SEM images revealed a nanopyramid-like morphology, with an average particle size ranging from 20 to 200 nm. The EIS measurements indicated low resistance values for the Au NPs. During the CV test for ethanol electrooxidation, a stable electric current of 4.28 mA/cm² was achieved, demonstrating good stability in the electrochemical process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji dampak OPM, NPM dan TATO terhadap kinerja keuangan emiten BEI sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Studi ini menggunakan margin laba operasi (OPM), margin laba bersih (NPM) dan total aset (TATO) sebagai variabel independen dan disediakan oleh laba atas investasi (ROA) sebagai kinerja yang bergantung pada kinerja keuangan. Untuk penelitian ini, 115 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dipilih melalui proses seleksi yang sistematis. SPSS 25 digunakan untuk melakukan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Sebagian, menurut penelitian, OPM, NPM dan TATO memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa OPM, NPM dan TATO memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), baik sebelum maupun selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Tasawuf sebagai realitas peradaban islam hingga saat ini masih terus dipandang sebagai masalah yang mengundang kontroversi, dimana kelompok puritan radikal (salafi) menuduhnya sebagai bid’ah yang menyimpang dari ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW. Sementara kaum modernis menudingnya sebagai biang kemunduran peradaban islam semenjak periode pertengahan. Disisi lain, tasawuf dimasa pertengahan mampu memainkan peranan yang besar untuk mempertahankan identitas dan nilai-nilai keislaman ketika sebagian besar negeri muslim dikuasai oleh penjajah barat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pengaruh Ekuitas Merek Terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam Membeli sepeda motor Honda. Pendekatan Penelitian yang di lakukan Pada Penelitian Ini adalah penelitian Korelasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah adanya pengaruh antara variable independen dan dependen. Menggunakan data kuantitatif. Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Asosiasi Merek, Loyalitas Merek, dan Keputusan Pembelian. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan berjumlah 97 sampel.Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji-t,Uji-f, Koefisien Determinan. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat bahwa adanya pengaruh Kesadaran merek dan Loyalitas merek Terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research program aims to determine the responsegiving organic fertilizer to the vegetative growth of robusta coffee plants (CoffeaCanephora). Using a 2 factorial Group Design (RAK), each treatment was given 3 replications. Factor 1 was liquid organic fertilizer for bamboo shoots (P0: control, P1: 200 ml + 1000 ml water, P2: 500 ml + 1000 ml water, and P3: 800 ml + 1000 ml water). Factor 2 is using vegetable compost (K0: control, K1: 10 grams/polybag, K2: 20 grams/polybag), K3: 30 grams/polybag). Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf width. Based on the data on the response variance of the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) for bamboo shoots, it was shown that there was no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf width at the ages of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mst. The results of the response variance data for the application of vegetable compost showed no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf width at the ages of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mst. And the results of the interaction of the two treatments showed no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf width.

Abstract

The sustainability of cocoa production in Indonesia is faced with the problem of the cocoa pod borer (Theobroma cacao L.). In an effort to control the main pests on cocoa plants, various techniques can be used, namely control with the use of natural insecticides and control by technical culture in the form of pruning. Natural insecticide is an insecticide whose basic ingredients come from plants that are easilybiodegradablein nature, so they do not pollute the environment and are relatively safe for humans and livestock, because the residue is easily lost. Pruning is the act of removing part of the plant organs in the form of branches, twigs and leaves with the aim of obtaining good cocoa plant branches, regulating the distribution of production branches and leaves so that they are evenly distributed, removing unwanted plant parts, stimulating the plants to grow. form new organs, reduce the risk of pest and disease attacks, and increase the ability of plants to form fruit. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the application of botanical insecticides and pruning to the control of the cocoa pod borer (Theobroma cacao L.). The experimental design used a non-factorial randomized block design consisting of 7 treatments. The treatment of vegetable insecticides consisted of 4 levels, namely I0 (Without insecticide = Control), I1 (vegetable insecticide made from srikaya seeds at a dose of 250 ml/liter of water), I2 (vegetable insecticide made from tuba root with a dose of 250 ml/liter water), I3 (vegetable insecticide made from tobacco leaves at a dose of 250 ml/liter of water). The pruning treatment consisted of 3 levels, namely I4 (Without Pruning (Control), I5 (Pruning Interval 7 days after the study) and I6 (Pruning Interval 14 days after the study). Observations consisted of attack intensity, level of damage caused by PBK attack, attack index and production Control of the cocoa pod borer by pruning and botanical insecticides on cocoa plants showed a significant effect on the parameters of attack intensity and level of damage at the age of 6 weeks, and the attack index at the age of 12 weeks. 2 msp, 4 msp, 8 msp, 10 msp, 12 msp, and the parameters of the level of damage at the age of 2 msp, 4 msp, 8 msp, 10 msp, 12 msp and the plant production parameters at the age of 12 msp showed no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of KNO3, H2SO4, and GA3 in breaking dormancy and germination of salak (Salacca zalacca) plants. In this study using a non-factorial randomized block design with one factor, namely P0 (control), P1 (KNO3 60%), P2 (KNO3 70%), P3 (KNO3 80%), P4 (H2SO4 60%), P5 (H2SO4 70%), P6 (H2SO4 80%), P7 (GA3 25 ppm), P8 (GA3 50 ppm), P9 (GA3 75 ppm), P10 (KNO3 60% and GA3 25 ppm), P11 (KNO3 70% and GA3 50 ppm), P12 (KNO3 80% and GA3 75 ppm), P13 (H2SO4 60% and GA3 25 ppm), P14 (H2SO4 70% and GA3 50 ppm), P15 (KNO3 60% and GA3 75). Parameters observed were germination, maximum growth potential, plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, and leaf width. Based on the results of the DMRT test at 5% level, it showed that each treatment had an effect on the chemical scarification treatment showing a significant effect on germination, maximum growth potential, plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, and leaf width. However, it did not have a significant effect on the number of leaves at 12 WAP, leaf width at 11 and 12 WAP. Keywords: Plant Height, Leaves, Leaf Width

Abstract

Background: During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many students are forced to learn with a different learning system than usual, namely the Distance Learning System. This system has caused many students to be more dependent towards their smartphones that can be associated with their everyday needs and can lead to high levels of anxiety and stress, therefore making Nomophobia one of the impacts for reduced physical activity. Methods: This study uses analytical survey method, and data was collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University batch 2019. The sample selection used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was collected by using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: Of the 154 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University batch 2019, the results of the questionnaire showed that the highest results based on bivariate analysis were 38 respondents (24.7%) experiencing moderate to high nomophobia with moderate physical activity. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between nomophobia and physical activity of students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University batch 2019. In Islamic views, humans should not make possessions for their everything and always maintain health through good physical activity, and always to put their trust in Allah SWT.
