Abstract

This research investigates the effect of seamless learning on learning outcomes (problem-solving and procedural) in Basic Physics courses. LMS-assisted seamless learning strategy with zoom-assisted seamless learning strategy through a quasi-experimental research design with 2x2 factorial. This research involved 73 students at Akba Technology University Makassar as research subjects. They are students in the Basic Physics course in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Students are divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 37 students who carried out the learning process using a seamless learning strategy assisted by LMS, while the control group consisted of 36 students who carried out the learning process using a seamless learning strategy assisted by Zoom. This research uses test instruments in the form of multiple-choice and essays. Data analysis used Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The research results show that, firstly, there is a significant difference in problem-solving learning outcomes between students taught using seamless learning assisted by LMS and seamless learning assisted by Zoom. Second, there is a significant difference in procedural learning outcomes between students taught using seamless learning assisted by LMS and seamless learning assisted by Zoom.

Abstract

In the current digital era, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are becoming increasingly important in everyday life, especially in the industrial era 4.0. One way to develop this ability is to use computational Thinking methods (CT). This research aims to test the effect of direct instruction strategy, integrated computational thinking, and prior knowledge on elementary schools' critical thinking and problem-solving skills in Heat and Changes in Science. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidyah Ar-Rahmah Samarinda, involving 58 research subjects. The research instrument includes a prior knowledge test and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. To test the prerequisites for analysis using the normality test and homogeneity of variance test. Data analysis was used to test the research hypothesis using parametric statistics and the Tow Way MANOVA analysis technique. The research results show that (1) There are significant differences in critical thinking skills between groups of students who use computational learning and direct learning methods instructions; (2) critical thinking skills between groups of students with high prior knowledge are significantly from low prior knowledge; (3) There is no interaction between computational thinking and prior knowledge on students' critical thinking skills; (4) There are significant differences in problem-solving skills between groups of students who use computational learning and direct learning instructions; (5) The problem-solving skills of students with high prior knowledge is significantly different with low prior knowledge; (6) There is interaction between computational thinking and prior knowledge on students' problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Speaking and writing skills are essential for madrasah students, as both play a crucial role in forming practical communication skills. In the context of madrasah education, where students not only study general subjects but also religious studies, having good speaking and writing skills will help them convey their ideas and understanding more clearly and precisely. This helps build self-confidence and interpersonal skills that are important in everyday life. The application of role-play is carried out not only in exact subjects but also in English language learning. The role-play environment creates a meaningful context that allows students to learn English in situations that resemble the real world. Cutting-edge technology, such as interactive, spherical video-based virtual reality (ISVVR), can be used in English language learning. Apart from being a way to overcome time constraints, ISVVR media can enrich learning resources and space for practice. This research aims to test the effect of applying role-play assisted by ISVVR and Learning Styles as moderator variables to improve English speaking and writing performance. This research used a quasi-experiment with Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The participants used were 92 class XII students at MAN 5 Jombang using 2x3 factorial Manova analysis. The findings in this study were that speaking and writing performance was different between groups of students who applied role-play assisted ISSVR and conventional video and learning styles, but there was no interaction between model and learning style on speaking and writing performance.

Abstract

Learning content has several forms of presentation, both visual and verbal, but students have different characteristics in processing information depending on their learning preferences. Some students have difficulty processing information without knowing what to do. This happens because students do not yet understand the characteristics of their learning styles. This research aims to study the VVQ instrument used by engineering students by measuring the validity and reliability of the VVQ instrument used. This research uses a statistical quantitative method approach to measure the validity and reliability of the instrument. The instrument development process goes through three stages: analysis and formulation of a literature review, development of the VVQ instrument, and measurement of the validity and reliability of the VVQ instrument. Development of question items based on pre-arranged and customized content categories. The development of VVQ in this study shows the validity value of rcount > rtable, rcount > 0.1966 for each item, and the Person Moment (rxy) correlation is moderate (0.40 < rxy < 0.60) and high (0.60 < rxy < 0.80 ). This research instrument is reliable because the data shows Cronbach's Alpha value rcount > rtable; 0.817 > 0.6319, and the difficulty level is proportional (medium and high). The VVQ instrument achieves validity and reliability based on the analysis items that have been measured. The implications of this research have a significant impact on adjusting learning content to be more personalized based on student learning preferences.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran mobile mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa kelas VIII materi aksara Jawa sebagai media pembelajaran siswa secara mandiri dan memberikan visualisasi tentang materi aksara Jawa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dari 1 ahli media, 1 ahli materi, dan 20 siswa dan dianalisis dengan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah multimedia dinyatakan valid atau layak digunakan dengan hasil perhitungan ahli media 93,45%, ahli materi 91%, kepada audiens/ siswa yaitu kelompok kecil 92,2%, dan uji coba lapangan 92,5% serta tes hasil belajar 86,7%. Kata kunci: pengembangan, media pembelajaran, mobile learning , mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa, aksara Jawa Abtract: the purpose of this research is to produce an mobile learning product for Javanese subject of eight grade which the main topic is aksara Jawa which as individual learning and to give visualization about aksara Jawa materials. The data are collected by using questionaire from 1 expert of media, 1 expert of the subject material, and 20 of students and it is analysed by qualitative and quantitative technique. The resultt of this research is the multimedia is validly asserted or suitable to be used based on the counting result of the media expert 93,45%, subject material expert 89,28%, to audiences/students which is individual 82,05%,a small group 82,378%, and the experiment in the field 82,88%, learning result test 86,7%.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of mobile learning media in Javanese language subjects in class VIII Javanese script material as a medium for student learning independently and provide visualization of Javanese script material. Data was collected using a questionnaire from 1 media expert, 1 material expert, and 20 students and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study were multimedia declared valid or feasible to be used with the results of the calculation of media experts 93.45%, material experts 91%, to the audience/students namely small groups 92.2%, and 92.5% field trials and test results 86, 7%. Keywords: development, learning media, mobile learning, Javanese language subjects, Javanese script subject of eight grade which the main topic is Javanese script which as individual learning and to give visualization about Javanese characters. The data were collected by questionnaire from 1 expert of media, 1 expert of subject matter, and 20 students and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative techniques. The result of this research is that the media is validly asserted to be used based on the counting result of the expert media 93.45%, the subject matter expert is 89.28%, to audiences/students which is individual 82.05%, a small group 82.378%, and the experiment in the field 82.88%, the learning result test is 86.7%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi terintegrasi pada nilai karakter mandiri yang  layak dan efektif pada PAUD untuk materi Tema Kebutuhanku, Sub Tema Kebersihan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADHIE. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 20 anak kelompok TK B pada PAUD Permata Tambrauw. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Setelah divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, media video animasi pembelajaran mendapat penilaian dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil berjumlah 5 anak mendapat hasil sangat layak. Hasil uji lapangan (uji kelompok besar) berjumlah 20 anak mendapat hasil sangat layak. Jadi strategi cooperative learning dan media video animasi adalah sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Abstract: This study aims to implement learning strategies and develop integrated animation video learning media on the value of a proper and effective independent character in PAUD for the theme of My Needs, Sub-Hygiene Themes. The type of research used by researchers is development research using the ADHIE model. The subjects in this study were 20 kindergarten children B in the PAUD Permata Tambrauw. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. After being validated by media experts and material experts, the learning animation video media was rated as very feasible. The results of a small group trial of 5 children received very decent results. The results of field tests (large group test) totaling 20 children received very decent results. So the cooperative learning strategy and video animation media are very feasible and effective to use in learning

Abstract

Abstract: In the development of technology in accordance with the characteristics of students need for instructional design of Network Learning. In this learning students actively interact in providing information to collaboration. The existence of writing skills that can be done according to technological developments influences the students' activeness in communicating and interacting by providing a good writing context and true. In English subjects, students can do learning using Network Learning which students can provide insight into the descriptive text to other students and another side can give comments about the results they post through Instagram.Abstrak:  Dalam perkembangan teknologi sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa perlunya desain pembelajaran berbasis Network Learning (pembelajaran jejaring). Pada pembelajaran ini siswa aktif berinterasi dalam memberikan informasi secara kolaborasi. Adanya keterampilan menulis yang dapat dilakukan sesuai perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh dengan keaktifan siswa dalam berkomunikasi maupun berinteraksi dengan memberikan kontekn penulisan yang baik dan benar. Pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris siswa dapat melakuakan pembelajaran menggunakan Network Learning yang mana siswa dapat memberikan penngetahuan mengenai teks deskriptif kepada siswa lainnya dan sisiwa lainnya dapat memberikan komen mengenai hasil yang mereka posting melalui media Instagram.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bahasa Mandarin sudah menjadi bahasa internasional kedua setelah Bahasa Inggris. Perkembangan bahasa Mandarin yang sangat pesat menjadikan pemerintah Tiongkok membuat standar tes bagi penutur bahasa Mandarin yang bukan penutur asli, tes ini dinamakan tes HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi). HSK adalah tes kemampuan bahasa Mandarin yang berstandar internasional, yang terdiri dari level 1 sampai level 6, dan diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Tiongkok. Perkembangan teknologi memainkan peran penting bagi siswa yang memiliki kekhususan. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan siswa pembelajar bahasa kedua serta mengukur efektivitas penggunaan media dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian adalah pengembangan mutimedia pembelajaran dengan model Lee & Owen. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelompok peminatan sastra mandarin fakultas ilmu budaya Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil pengembangan produk yaitu multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Mobile yang berisi materi Kosa Kata Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi level 3 (HSK 3). Media yang dikembangkan dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran offline dan untuk mendapatkan software multimedia pembelajaran ini dapat diunduh di Play Store. Hasil Validasi ahli materi dan ahli desain media menunjukkan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil tanggapan siswa perorangan, kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar menunjukkan kriteria sangat efektif.Abstract: Mandarin has become the second international language after English. The rapid development of Mandarin language has made the Chinese government standardized tests for Chinese speakers who are not native speakers, this test is called the HSK test (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi). HSK is an international standard Chinese language proficiency test, which consists of level 1 to level 6, and is organized by the Chinese Education Service. Technological developments play an important role for students who have specificity. The purpose of this development is to accommodate the needs of students of second language learners and measure the effectiveness of media use in the learning process to determine the feasibility of learning multimedia development products. This type of research is the development of multimedia learning with the Lee & Owen model. The research subjects were students of the literary interest group of the UB Faculty of Cultural Sciences. The results of product development are Mobile-based multimedia learning to contain the Kosa word Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi Level 3 (HSK 3) material. The developed media was designed as an offline learning media and to obtain multimedia learning software, it can be downloaded on the Play Store. The results of the validation of material experts and media design experts show that the criteria are very feasible. The results of responses of individual students, small groups and large groups showed very effective criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak: Guru dan peserta didik membutuhkan media pembelajaran tambahan (suplemen) yang menarik perhatian, mampu meningkatkan antusiasme peserta didik, mengoptimalkan pembelajaran, serta dapat membantu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa multimedia tutorial yang layak sebagai suplemen pada mata pelajaran Kimia materi Asam dan Basa kelas XI. Pengembang memilih model penelitian dan pengembangan William W.Lee dan Diana L.Owens yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain multimedia, pengembangan multimedia, implementasi multimedia dan evaluasi multimedia. Berdasarkan hasil validasi multimedia tutorial sebagai suplemen oleh ahli media didapatkan persentase sebesar 95,78%, ahli materi 83,52%, guru 85,88%, serta uji coba kelompok kecil 84,47% dan uji coba kelompok besar 85,58%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia tutorial sebagai suplemen pada mata pelajaran Kimia materi Asam dan Basa kelas XI SMA sangat layak digunakan.Abstract: Teacher and students need learning media as a supplement that can attract attention, rising enthusiasm of students, optimize learning, and help them to achieve learning goals. The purpose of this research and development is to produce a product of multimedia tutorial as a proper and valid supplement used in Chemistry subject Acid and Bases material for class XI. The developer chooses the research and development model William W. Lee and Diana L. Owens which consists of the needs analysis, multimedia design, multimedia development, multimedia implementation and multimedia evaluation stages. Based on the results of the multimedia tutorial validation as a supplement by media experts, there was a percentage of 95.78%, 83.52% from material experts, 85.88% from teachers, also 84.47% and 85.58% from trial test of students. It can be concluded that multimedia tutorials as a supplement in the Chemistry subject, Acid class Base material of XI SMA are very suitable to use.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan produk pengembangan berupa multimedia untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media dalam proses pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VIII.3 di SMP Negeri 3 Malang dengan menggunakan pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis Cross Platform (Dekstop dan mobile) serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Lee & Owens dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Assessment/Analisis; (2) Desain; (3) Pengembangan; (4) Implementasi; (5) Evaluasi. Perolehan hasil uji validasi multimedia Indera pendengaran dan Sistem Sonar meliputi: 1) ahli materi pada aplikasi dekstop 93,3% dan mobile 94,6%, 2) ahli desain pada aplikasi dekstop 85,3% dan mobile 88%, 3) ahli media pada aplikasi dekstop 97,3% dan mobile 97,3%. Keseluruhannya menunjukkan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil tanggapan siswa meliputi: 1) perorangan aplikasi dekstop 84,6%, mobile 83,3% , 2) kelompok kecil pada aplikasi dekstop 84,4%, mobile 83,5%, dan 3) kelompok besar pada dekstop 85%, pada mobile 85,5%. Keseluruhan review hasil tanggapan siswa menunjukkan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil tanggapan motivasi siswa meliputi: 1) perorangan aplikasi dekstop 86,6%, mobile 87,3% , 2) kelompok kecil pada aplikasi dekstop 83,1%, mobile 83,6%, dan 3) kelompok besar pada dekstop 84,7%, pada mobile 85,3%. Keseluruhan menunjukkan multimedia ini sangat baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji coba lapangan pada siswa memilki rata-rata hasil belajar 87,35 dengan persentase kelulusan 100%, yang menunjukkan sangat efektif dalam proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this research and development is to produce development products in the form of multimedia to find out the effectiveness of media use in the learning process and student motivation in class VIII.3 science subjects in Malang Middle School 3 by using Cross-Platform multimedia learning development (Desktop and mobile ) and to determine the feasibility of learning multimedia development products. The development model used in this study is the Lee & Owens model using three stages, namely (1) Assessment / Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation. The acquisition of multimedia validation results of the auditory sense and Sonar system include: 1) material experts on desktop applications 93.3% and mobile 94.6%, 2) design experts on desktop applications 85.3% and mobile 88%, 3) media experts on desktop applications 97.3% and mobile 97.3%. The whole show the criteria very feasible. The results of student responses included: 1) individual desktop applications 84.6%, mobile 83.3%, 2) small groups on desktop applications 84.4%, mobile 83.5%, and 3) large groups on desktop 85%, at mobile 85.5%. The overall review of the results of student responses shows criteria that are very feasible. The results of student motivation responses include 1) 86.6% individual desktop applications, mobile 87.3%, 2) small groups on desktop applications 83.1%, mobile 83.6%, and 3) large groups on desktop 84.7 %, on mobile 85.3%. The whole show of multimedia is very good at increasing student learning motivation. The results of field trials on students have an average learning outcome of 87.35 with a graduation percentage of 100%, which shows that it is very effective in the learning process.
