Abstract

Chili is one of the cultivated plants, one of the main problems that often occurs due to anthracnose attacks caused by the fungus Colletotrichum spp. One biological control that can be used is Trichoderma spp., Trichoderma spp. can produce secondary metabolites containing antibiotic compounds, enzymes, toxins and hormones. The aim of this research was to determine the potential of secondary metabolites of Trichoderma spp. which comes from the rhizosphere of bamboo, chili and elephant grass plants which have the potential to inhibit the development of the fungus Colletotrichum spp. anthracnose disease in vitro. The research method used a completely randomized design with a single factor. Consisting of three (3) treatments and one (1) control, repeated five (5) times, totaling twenty (20) experiments. This research was carried out at the Phytopathology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru. The research results show different inhibitory forces. Secondary metabolites from the roots of chili plants showed a higher inhibitory power, namely 45.65% compared to 16.82% from the roots of bamboo plants and 16.71% from the roots of elephant grass plants. However, secondary metabolites from the roots of bamboo plants and elephant grass plants have the same abilities. A 20% concentration can inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum spp. on day 3, while further observation of the ability of secondary metabolites of Trichoderma spp. suppress the development of Colletotrichum spp. decreasing.

Abstract

Lancok Village is one of the villages in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. This village is the location for Community Service (PKM) activities. Students who are members of the PKM team from the Faculty of Agriculture, Agribusiness Study Programme, Almuslim University. The majority of Acehnese people work as farmers. So, we, who are students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Almuslim University, aim to carry out community service by socializing agricultural extension activities with Bireuen district extension officers to find out communication studies in agriculture, where the messages conveyed are agricultural messages, either in the form of new information, new ideas, new technology, or improvements to new methods. This extension was carried out on 23 May 2024 by specifically inviting the Extension Officer as the party who would present the extension material. As a result of this outreach, agricultural students get a space to voice their opinions about various agricultural problems that they hear and see in the field. One of the participants and representatives of agrarian students thought that this extension activity was very good because in addition to adding insight, the material presented was also related to the main problems often faced by farmers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tren perkembangan keuangan Islam secara global di China. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Kajian deskriptif dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan objek penelitian secara objektif dan faktual berdasarkan sumber data yang diperoleh dalam perkembangan globalisasi keuangan syariah dan tren keuangan syariah di China. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan keuangan Islam di berbagai negara dan wilayah non-Muslim memicu persaingan yang semakin ketat untuk pusat keuangan Islam sehingga Globalisasi keuangan syariah mencerminkan tren perkembangan globalisasi keuangan Islam dan dapat meningkatkan popularitas keuangan syariah dalam negeri serta memancarkan program pertukaran bersama internasional di universitas dan lembaga penelitian, China juga tertarik dengan keuangan Islam, Tetapi terlalu dini untuk mendirikan pusat Keuangan Islami di Cina karena banyak pembatasan di dalam negeri dan minatnya sendiri pada keuangan Islam. aset keuangan syariah selama lima tahun dari 2013 hingga 2017 Totalnya bisa tumbuh 17% per tahun, akhirnya mencapai $2,7 triliun. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ini termasuk kondisi Demografis, permintaan pembiayaan infrastruktur, aturan permodalan bank, dan insentif untuk kesesuaian dengan Islam dan permintaan aset Islam. Tetapi kuncinya adalah bahwa di dunia non-Islam, melihat perkembangan global keuangan Islam, pasar keuangan terbuka dan mendukung basis keuangan hukum Infrastruktur dan dukungan pemerintah adalah prasyarat untuk pengembangan keuangan Islam. Kata kunci: Keuangan Islam, Bank Islam, Globalisasi Keuangan Islam Abstract: This study aims to determine the global development trend of Islamic finance globally in China. The method used in this study is a method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Descriptive studies describe and explain the object of research objectively and factually based on data sources obtained in the development of Islamic financial globalization and Islamic financial trends in China. The results of the study show that the development of Islamic finance in non-Muslim countries and regions triggers increasingly fierce competition for Islamic financial centres so that the globalization of Islamic finance reflects the development trend of Islamic financial globalization and can increase the popularity of domestic Islamic finance and promote international cooperative exchange programs at universities. Moreover, research institutes in China are also interested in Islamic finance. However, it is too early to establish an Islamic Finance centre in China because of many restrictions at home and its interest in Islamic finance. Islamic financial assets for five years from 2013 to 2017 The total could grow 17% per year, eventually reaching $2.7 trillion. Factors contributing to this growth include demographic conditions, demand for infrastructure financing, bank capital rules, incentives for conformity to Islam and demand for Islamic assets. However, the key is that in the non-Islamic world, the global development of Islamic finance, open financial markets and support of the legal and financial base Infrastructure and government support are prerequisites for the development of Islamic finance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment returns, company size, and underwriting results on profits in sharia insurance companies in Indonesia for the period 2018 - 2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis taken from the annual financial reports of sharia insurance companies registered in Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on sharia insurance company profits as the dependent variable. The research results show that investment returns and company size have an influence on the profits of sharia insurance companies, while underwriting results do not show any influence on profits of sharia insurance companies in the period studied. Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the potential food crop commodities of horticultural subsectors that continues to increase is white oyster mushrooms.  Utilization of coconut water is one alternative to increase production in the cultivation of oyster mushroom organic nature that is safe for consumers.This study aims to find out the best influence and dose of coconut water administration on baglog media on the growth and yield of white oyster mushrooms. The research was conducted in January-June 2020 in Banjarbaru The experimental method used is Rancagan Acak Lengkap (RAL) one factor in the form of coconut water dose (P). P0 : control, P1 : 8 mL coconut water / baglog, P2 : 12 mL coconut water / baglog, P3 : 15 mL coconut water / baglog and P4: 20 mL coconut water / baglog. Each treatment is repeated 4 times so that there are 20 units of experiments. Each experimental unit has 5 baglogs so there are 100 baglogs of white oyster mushrooms. Abstract

This research is a class action research (PTK) aimed at improving the learning outcomes of class V students in science science subjects by using genially based media. The research was carried out in class V with a total of 21 students. The instrument used was in the form of a multiple-choice test with 10 questions. The research is carried out with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of repairs is carried out in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. In the pre-cycle, student’s comprehension ability and motivation to learn were still very low, which had an impact on the low learning completeness of students as many as 5 students (23.8%), in the first cycle the learning completeness of students increased to 15 students (71.4%), in the second cycle students obtained learning completeness as many as 21 students (100%). It can be concluded that the application of genially-based media can improve the learning outcomes of students in the science subject class V of SDN 101766 Bandar Setia.

Abstract

This research began with the learning conditions that occurred at SD Negeri 101771 Tembung which requires students to be responsible for their learning outcomes, with learning that is always monotonous to package books, new innovations are needed in carrying out creative learning with a problem-based learning model. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through technology-based interactive quiz media, namely using a Wordwall application with a based learning model. This research was carried out in class VI A SD Negeri 101771 Tembung which was carried out in August 2024 with a research object of 32 students. The research was carried out with as many as 2 (two) cycles and 1 (one) cycle consisting of 1 (one) meeting. The results of the study concluded that learning with the problem-based learning method assisted by technology-based interactive quizzes has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes, characterized by the completeness of student learning in the second cycle. This increase is due to students' interest in using interactive quiz media and raising their sense of competition in achieving maximum learning outcomes. The application of this quiz method can increase students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning which has an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of credit risk and liquidity risk on the financial performance of banks. The research sample consists of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have completed their financial reports, provided data, published financial statements, and did not have negative ratios during the 2020-2022 period, using purposive sampling techniques. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach, where the data collection process is conducted through documentation and literature study methods, while the data analysis process is carried out using multiple linear regression tests and partial T-tests. The results show that credit risk is inversely related to the financial performance of banks, while liquidity risk is directly proportional to the financial performance of banks

Abstract

Breast cancer is a global and national health concern that affects women worldwide and it is responsible for causing the highest number of cancer-related deaths annually. Additionally, the high incidence of breast cancer imposes a financial burden on the nation. Early breast cancer detection in reproductive age women using breast self-examination (SADARI) was chosen due to simple, inexpensive, and non-invasive procedure. SADARI is very necessary to find out any breast abnormalities so that they can be treated early. This community service project involved providing counseling to female workers in a rubber factory at Palembang city. The counseling was delivered through a lecture and demonstration of SADARI using mannequin. A pre-and post-test questionnaire containing 30 questions was utilized as the evaluation instrument. This activity aimed to measure the increase in knowledge about breast cancer early detection with SADARI among female workers in a Palembang city rubber factory. After counseling, the mean score was 1.42 points higher than before counseling, with p-value of 0.155. The results showed non-significant increase in knowledge before and after the counseling session.

Abstract

Chili is a commodity that experiences price fluctuations due to high demand. In 2021, cayenne pepper production in Indonesia will decrease by 8.09% compared to 2020. Anthracnose disease, caused by the fungus Colletotrichum sp., can reduce productivity by 5-30%, even causing crop failure. Biological control using Streptomyces sp. and plant-based pesticides such as betel leaves and kelakai leaves are environmentally friendly alternatives. This study evaluated the effectiveness of this combination against anthracnose in hiyung chilies. The results of the study showed that the application of the bacteria Streptomyches sp., the vegetable pesticide Kelakai Leaf, the vegetable pesticide Betel Leaf and their combination were able to reduce the incidence of anthracnose disease with disease incidence ranging from 15.05% -21.33% compared to controls whose disease incidence was 33.24%. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of disease control showed that there were 4 treatments that were quite effective, Betel 54.72%, Streptomyces sp. 46.48%, combination of Betel and Streptomyces sp. 43.65%, and a combination of kelakai and Streptomyces sp 40.94%. The observation results also showed that the Betel biopesticide treatment was the best treatment in producing the highest crop of 30.56 cm and increasing the wet weight with a yield of 83.38 g, followed by the Kelakai treatment which also produced the highest yield of 82.03 g. Apart from that, all the treatments given were able to accelerate the flowering age of chilies by 56.08-57.52 days compared to the control of 58.28 days.
