Abstract

Pancasila education in the independent curriculum is designed to build various personal and interpersonal student competencies. Learning must provide students with a challenging, fun, and meaningful learning experience. The selection of learning models based on the subject matter students learn is essential. With a qualitative approach, this research was carried out at SDN Sambi 1 Ringinrejo District to strengthen students' self-confidence and creative skills. This research was carried out with the research subjects of grade 5 students. The informants of this study were the principal, teacher and 6 learners. This is because, based on information from teachers, these students tend to be less active in learning and shy about conveying their ideas or ideas. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation and analyzed using a four-step process: data reduction, analysis, presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the right strategy to strengthen self-confidence and creative skills is to apply the project citizen learning model, whose learning steps include identifying problems that exist in society, selecting problems as the focus of class studies, collecting information from various resource persons, portfolio development, and reflection. The results showed a correlation between applying the project citizen learning model and strengthening students' self-confidence and creative skills. Collecting information, group discussions, and preparing portfolios foster students' creative skills to create and solve problems that arise in everyday life, especially those related to the application of Pancasila values that occur in society.

Abstract

Numeration in AKM, which is contextualized in various types of questions, aims to evaluate student competence. So, it is necessary to know where students' mistakes are to improve how students solve mathematical problems. This research aims to describe students' mistakes in solving problems on AKM questions related to the perimeter and area of flat shapes. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects chosen in this study were based on consideration of students' mathematical ability test results in the high (80 to 90), medium (65 to 80), and low (less than 65) categories. Then, three students were randomly selected for each ability level, with details: 1 student with high ability, 1 with medium ability, and 1 with low ability. The data collection techniques used in this research aretests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in the Miles and Huberman model can help understand problems well and plan problem-solving systematically. Students who are in the low category are not yet able to fulfill every indicator of solving mathematical problems and are not able to solve the problems given correctly.

Abstract

In this era of technological progress, adequate digital literacy skills are needed for elementary school students. The problem that arises is the lack of measuring tools to capture digital literacy skills specifically for elementary school students. Where this measuring instrument can be used as a tool to profile elementary school students' digital literacy abilities. The results of the digital literacy skill profile portrait can be used by teachers to carry out future intervention strategies. Based on this, this research aims to create a questionnaire instrument that can measure digital literacy skills in elementary school students. This research uses seven areas of digital literacy that have been determined by UNESCO (2018). Aspects of the characteristics of elementary school students including cognitive, language, motoric, social-emotional are also taken into consideration. This research applies a 4D model. Data was collected using a validity questionnaire instrument. The test subjects were elementary school teacher education lecturers who had a track record of research related to educational technology. Data were analysis using descriptive analysis techniques to describe the validity of the products that had been developed. The validation results show that the indicators for developing this instrument have been prepared based on the digital literacy theory promoted by UNESCO in 2018, and have also been detailed with the characteristics of elementary school students. According to experts, this instrument can be considered an excellent category and is ready to be used in measuring the digital literacy skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Students' skills in solving problems in mathematics have an impact on learning outcomes. Mathematical problems are closely related to students' daily lives. These problems can be resolved through discussion and collaboration. A learning community is a learning model that facilitates problem-solving in a learning community. In society, students play an active role by changing knowledge in problem-solving. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of mathematical problem-solving ability in class with a Learning Community. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The results of this study indicate an increase in the mathematical problem-solving ability of the experimental class with a percentage of N-Gain in the experimental class of 65. 84% are categorized as quite effective. The experimental class and the control class showed differences in mathematical problem-solving abilities which were indicated by a significance level of < 0.05, this indicates that there is an influence of the learning community on increasing mathematical problem-solving abilities. The results of the research in the experimental class can be concluded that the learning community has an influence on improving students' ability to solve mathematical problems.
