Abstract

In Islamic management, the concept of directing (taujih) plays a crucial role in guiding the direction and alignment of organizational activities to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently. This article discusses the concept of taujih from an Islamic perspective, grounded in the principles of the Qur’an and Hadith, along with examples of its implementation in the leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Khulafa' al-Rashidin. Taujih is understood as the role of a leader in providing guidance, direction, and moral encouragement to organizational members in order to achieve the established goals. Tansiq, on the other hand, is defined as the process of adjusting and harmonizing the tasks, functions, and responsibilities of individuals and work units to create organizational synergy. Islamic values such as justice, wisdom (hikmah), brotherhood (ukhuwah), openness, and consultation (shura) form the foundational principles in applying this concept. This article also identifies various challenges that often arise in the implementation of taujih and tansiq, such as internal conflicts, weak communication, and unclear role structures. As a solution, Islam emphasizes the principles of consultation (shura), proportional task distribution, and strengthening solidarity and collaboration. The implementation of taujih and tansiq in accordance with Islamic values is expected to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen work solidarity, and present an ethical and spiritually-oriented leadership model.

Abstract

Student engagement and learning outcomes are two interrelated aspects that determine the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study aimed to analyse the impact of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning on student engagement and academic achievement compared to conventional instruction. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with an experimental and a control class. Student engagement was assessed through cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions, while learning outcomes were measured using a post-test. The findings revealed that AR-based learning significantly improved student engagement across all domains, with average scores of 91.35% in the cognitive domain, 87.54% in the affective domain, and 90.04% in the psychomotor domain, all surpassing the success threshold of >75%. Conversely, the control class achieved only 79.67% in the cognitive domain, while the affective (66.62%) and psychomotor (69.34%) domains fell short of the expected standard. Similarly, the experimental group demonstrated higher academic performance, with a mean post-test score of 91.21, compared to 66.46 in the control group. These results indicate that AR-based learning not only fosters active student participation but also enhances academic achievement. The study implies that integrating innovative, technology-enhanced strategies in higher education is essential for promoting holistic learning that prepares graduates for professional and digital-era challenges.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh media digital, literasi halal, dan kuliner halal terhadap minat wisata muslim Generasi Z di Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 89 responden muslim berusia 15-26 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang berisi 20 pernyataan yang mengukur variabel media digital, literasi halal, kuliner halal, dan minat wisata halal, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif sebesar 77,7% sehingga menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan minat wisata halal. Literasi halal juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 17,7% untuk memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap destinasi halal. Sementara itu, kuliner halal tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 67%. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 65,8%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku industri wisata halal harus mengutamakan penguatan literasi halal dan optimalisasi media digital dalam mempromosikan destinasi halal. Strategi berbasis media sosial dan kolaborasi dengan influencer dapat menjadi langkah efektif untuk menarik perhatian wisatawan muslim Gen-Z. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain seperti kualitas layanan, aspek budaya, dan keamanan destinasi, serta melakukan analisis komparatif antar kelompok usia atau wilayah.

Abstract

Pengembangan nilai-nilai moral adalah landasan terpenting dalam membentuk karakter anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penggunaan film animasi Omar dan Hana dalam mendukung pengembangan nilai-nilai moral pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi kasus satu kali (one shot case study) pra-eksperimental yang melibatkan delapan anak sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata pengembangan nilai moral sebesar 88,25, dengan skor berkisar antara 87 hingga 90. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media film animasi berpotensi mendukung pembelajaran nilai-nilai moral pada anak usia dini. Namun, ketiadaan pretest, ukuran sampel yang terbatas, dan kurangnya kelompok kontrol membatasi kekuatan interpretasi temuan dan menunjukkan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the occupational safety and health (K3) program at PT Jtekt Indonesia, as well as identifying the obstacles faced in implementing the program, This research focuses on the efforts made to overcome various obstacles, used qualitative descriptive, data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved several key informants who contributed valuable insights. namely the head of the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) member who is an K3 expert, as well as three SHE members and employees from the product warehouse section as additional informants. This study employs an interactive model analysis approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of K3 program at PT Jtekt Indonesia has had a positive impact on work productivity. Through interviews conducted, there was an productivity 15.41% compared to before the WISE program was implemented in the company. Programs implemented include: (1) K3 development through proactive communication methods, training and motivation; (2) Supervision using behavioral safety audit methods and work accident reporting; (3) Provision of K3 facilities and equipment, including toilets, employee changing rooms, locker rooms, first aid boxes, canteens, cooperatives, rest areas, polyclinics, and personal protective equipment (PPE).However, there are several obstacles in implementing K3, such as a lack of employee awareness in using PPE and low employee understanding of the importance of K3. To overcome these obstacles, the company made various efforts, including providing safety orientation, training and retraining, counseling, as well as providing written and verbal warnings balanced with strict supervision from management.

Abstract

Background: This study explores the relationship between legal policy frameworks, governance mechanisms, and social inequality across socio-economic contexts. Despite significant policy reforms aimed at reducing inequality in the past two decades, many societies still face substantial disparities. Objective: The study aims to explore the gaps between policy formulation and its impact on reducing inequality, focusing on governance quality and contextual influences. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative analysis of policy effectiveness indices from 124 countries (2015-2025) and qualitative assessments of governance structures in 12 case studies. The quantitative component examined the relationship between governance quality and policy effectiveness, while qualitative case studies assessed governance dynamics and contextual factors. Results: The findings reveal that governance quality significantly influences policy effectiveness. Countries with higher governance quality scores (above 7.0) reduced inequality by 45% more effectively than those with lower scores (below 5.0). Contextual factors, including political stability, socio-cultural dynamics, and resource availability, were found to significantly influence the effectiveness of governance in reducing inequality. Regulatory compliance mechanisms (impact score: 7.8/10) and policy coherence (7.5/10) were most effective, while resource allocation (5.9/10) was the weakest link. Conclusion: The study introduces an analytical framework linking legal policy, governance, and context. It highlights that effective inequality reduction requires well-designed policies and adaptive governance systems responsive to local contexts. Policymakers should prioritize strengthening institutional capacity, monitoring systems, and inclusive stakeholder participation.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal (FNM) program has triggered massive public responses on social media, driving numerous machine learning–based sentiment analysis studies. However, there has been no comprehensive review comparing the effectiveness of these methods. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on 18 studies (2024–2026) to evaluate the performance of computational algorithms and map trends in public sentiment. The main contribution of this research is to provide an empirical guide for selecting Indonesian-language text classification models, while also offering insights into shifts in public perception. Key findings indicate that Support Vector Machine (SVM) is the most frequently used method, whereas the highest accuracy (97%) was achieved by a combination of Logistic Regression, SVM, and Random Forest on large datasets. Temporally, sentiment trends shifted from budget skepticism (2024) to positive acceptance during program implementation (2025–2026). The study’s implications support policymakers in evaluating program effectiveness in real time. The scope and limitations of this research focus on literature within a specific timeframe, with performance evaluation emphasizing quantitative accuracy metrics.
