Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of the internal control system on the accountability of village fund management, to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of village apparatus competence on village fund management accountability. The population in this study is village officials in all villages in Kudus Regency. The total number of village officials in all villages in Kudus Regency is 492 people. The results of the analysis show that the test of the influence of the internal control system on the accountability of village fund management shows a coefficient value of 0.207 with a positive direction and p-value = 0.014

Abstract

Objectives general general of this research is to describe analytically the resolution of non-performing loans in collaboration with the Surakarta District Attorney's Office, while specifically the purpose is to: (1) Know the process of resolving non-performing loans at the Bank Jateng Coordinating Branch Surakarta. (2) Assessing what factors cause the resolution of non-performing loans through cooperation with the Surakarta District Attorney's institution can be more profitable than without cooperation with the Surakarta District Attorney's institution. (3) Understanding the obstacles faced in the settlement of non-performing loans at the Bank Jateng Coordinating Branch Surakarta. This research is a normative juridical study, the type of research is studying document studies, and is descriptive in nature. The study was conducted at Bank Jateng Surakarta Coordinating Branch. The data used is primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis was carried out by reviewing the credit agreement in the practice of granting credit at Bank Jateng Coordinating Branch Surakarta. Results of the study: (1) The process of solving non-performing loans at the Central Java Bank of Surakarta Coordinator is done by non-litigation and litigation. Non litigation method is carried out through deliberation by rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. The method of non-litigation starting from the billing phase also involved assistance / cooperation with the Surakarta District Attorney as State Attorney in the State Civil and Administrative Affairs to resolve the non-performing loans in accordance with the credit agreement made by Bank Jateng Surakarta Coordinator Branch with debtor customers. (2) Factors that cause cooperation with the Surakarta District Attorney are more profitable because the State Prosecutor's Office is a law enforcement agency, and the Prosecutor's Office can powerfully act inside and outside the Court for and on behalf of the State or Government. Some obstacles in the settlement of non-performing loans at the Bank Jateng Coordinating Branch Surakarta are: The existence of debtors with ill intentions, debtors experiencing economic / business problems, limited debtors in understanding and implementing Bank policies. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan kontrak Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.  Dsiplin karyawan adalah  faktor yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan atau lembaga di setiap negara di dunia. Disiplin dapat menentukan kultur organisasi, a yang baik, pencegahan penyimpangan, dan pada akhirnya menghasilkan kinerja organisasi.  Hal ini mendorong ketertarikan untuk meninjau lebih jauh tentang variabel-variabel yang menentukan disiplin karyawan.  Obyek penelitian adalah karyawan kontrak Pokiteknik negri jakarta (PNJ) Depok, Jawa Barat. Latar belakang pemilihan obyek karyawan kontrak karena mereka tidak memiliki jaminan seperti yang dimiliki oleh karyawan tetap seperti asuransi kesehatan, tunjangan cuti melahirkan, dan tentu saja jaminan kepastian pekerjaan.  Kondisi status pekerjaan kontrak seperti tersebut diatas cendrung berdampak negatif terhadap motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada disiplin kerja.  Dengan melakukan riset pendahuluan, dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner terhadap 40 karyawan kontrak , diperoleh bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi, merupakan variabel-variabel bebas utama yang mampu mempengaruhi disiplin kerja sebagai variabel terikat, sehingga penelitian ini unyuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan kontrak PNJ.  Setelah melakukan pengolahan dan anlisis data ats kuesioner mengenai percepsi karyawan kontrak PNJ, dengan jumlah sampel 91 responden dari 117 popujasi, terhadap 4 variabel yaitu motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja, maka disimpulkan secara komprehensif bahwa secara individual ketiga variabel bebas berkorelasi positif terhadap disiplin kerja.  Demikian pula secara simultan berkorelasi positif terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan kontrak Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.

Abstract

This research is an evaluative type of CIPPO model research. CIPP (Context, Input, process, and Product) developed by Stufflebeam plus O (Outcome). The sampling technique was purposive sampling which was done by interview and documentation. The targets of this study were the principal, Head of the Engineering and Light Vehicle Engineering Program, Head of Teaching factory Production Unit, and several students involved in teaching factory activities. The results of the study showed that: 1) The effectiveness of teaching factory implementation at SMK Muhammadiah Kutowinangun was very good while in SMKN 2 is quite good. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of teaching factory in the two SMKs studied are relatively the same, namely support from all stakeholders, adequate facilities and infrastructure, competent teachers. 3) The inhibiting factor of teaching factory implementation in the two schools studied among others is the absence of marketing staff (promotion and order seekers), the absence of technicians who specifically serve customers. 4) The strategy used in the development of teaching factories in the two SMKs studied was to use the 4 P marketing strategy, namely Product, Place, Price, and Promotion (Times New Roman 11, spasi tunggal, dan cetak miring).

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the learning model used at vocational high school taman karya madya teknik kebumen. 2) to analyze the extent to which the among sistem learning model has been implemented in vocational high school taman karya madya teknik kebumen. 3) To analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the among sistem learning model at vocational high school Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. The type of research was case study, qualitative approach with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that (1) the learning model used in vocational high school taman karya madya teknik kebumen was a combination of the among sistem with inquiry learning, discovery learning, project based learning, and problem based learning. (2) Among sistem learning model was applied starting from the following components: study program selection, teaching and learning process, talent and interest development, and learning evaluation. (3) The supporting factor for implementing the Among sistem learning was that all educators and education staff have been living the teachings of tamansiswa so that there were no obstacles in implementing the among sistem.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi, kompetensi, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik analisis data  yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana akan diuji dengan uji t, uji F dan uji R2, Correlations, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dan total pengaruh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi, kompetensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja; kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan  kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh  negatif  dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. sedangkan kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; budaya organisasi, kompetensi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan  kepuasan kerja berpengaruh  negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. kepemimpinan berpengaruh  negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi total dapat dijelaskan bahwa Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,996 ini berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kompetensi, Kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 99,6% dan sisanya 0,4 % dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa jalur langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai karena memiliki nilai kooefisien terbesar diantara yang lain.Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi, kompetensi, kompensasi, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The aim of this research was to synthesize sulfanilamide analogue from natural products papaverine alkaloid. Sulfanilamide is known as an antibiotic which has been used for treatment of infection. Theoretically papaverine could be converted to be sulfanilamide analogue by two steps reactions, first sulfonation of papaverine by sulfonic acid to produce sulfonyl chloride and second reaction of with ammoniac to produce. The formation of this product was analyzed by analytical thin layer chromatography and FT-IR. This analysis showed the formation of product quite difficult since the compound was easily reacted with water to form compound. Infrared spectra supported the formation of which showed vibrations at 1153.4 and 1265.2 Cm-1 due to absorption of sulfonyl group and at 3433.1 Cm-1 due to absorption of –OH group.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan, menyerang secara global dengan kecepatan yang terus bertambah. Mahasiswa merasakan dampak dari virus ini tidak hanya menyerang fisik, namun juga menjadi stressor hingga menjadi kecemasan, yang dapat menyebabkan tekanan dan mempengaruhi kondisi fisik serta psikisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan terapi seni untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis penurunan tingkat kecemasan dengan terapi seni. Subjek penelitian adalah dua mahasiswa yang menjalani kehidupan dan perkuliahan di masa pandemi. Sampel diperoleh penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi seni sebagai terapi dilaksanakan sebanyak empat tahap dengan mengunakan dua tema. Dalam penelitian ini, membuktikan bawa adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa dengan ditunjukan adanya berbedaan tingkat kecemasan sesudah stimulus. Penerapan terapi seni dikatakan berhasil juga dirangsang oleh timbulnya kesadaran pada mahasiswa untuk dapat mengekspresikan pikiran positif.Kata Kunci: Terapi seni, Kecemasan, Pandemi Covid-19.
