Abstract

A The limitation of technology-based learning media available at SMP Muhammdiyah 1 Godean motivate researcher to develop learning media that can supplement alternative media and also assist the difficulty faced by the students, especially in algebraic expression material. This research uses the Analysis, Design, development, Implemnetation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The subjects of this research is students of VII grade of SMP Muhammdiyah 1 Godean. Before being trialled into small and large classes, learning media will be validated by material and media experts. The result of the research obtained that the assessment of the material expert obtained 84% and from media expert get 95% with the predicate very feasible. Meanwhile the result of smaal and large trials obtained 83% and 82% who said the mdia was very feasible. So from these result it can be concluded that th learning media developed by researchers are feasible for use.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perceptions, motivation, actions, etc., holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural and natural context. by utilizing various natural methods. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques, interview techniques, observation, and document review. The subjects of this research are teachers who handle the calligraphy extracurricular program at the Al-Kaffah Binjai Waqf Foundation. The results of this research show that teachers can develop students' creativity through calligraphy extracurricular activities at the Al-Kaffah Binjai Waqf Foundation using various strategies.

Abstract

PKM atau Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan program wajib yang diselenggarakan oleh perguruan tinggi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh PKM Sidoarjo ini didasari oleh permasalahan yang ada di Desa Tawangsari Kecamatan Taman. Kesadaran masyarakat Desa Tawangsari terhadap kebersihan lingkungan masih rendah hal ini ditandai dengan banyaknya sampah di pinggir jalan dan disekitarnya, selain itu masyarakat Desa Tawangsari masih minim memanfaatkan hasil perkebunan hingga memasarkan hasilnya. Secara garis besar program kerja yang dilakukan PKM Sidoarjo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang Go Green, penghijauan, kebersihan, serta membantu pemanfaatan dan pemasaran hasil kebun warga Desa Tawangsari. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam program kerja PKM Sidoarjo antara lain membersihkan area kantor desa, sekolah, dan juga pasar. PKM Sidoarjo juga mempunyai program bimbingan belajar bagi siswa untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah di Rumah Belajar yang diikuti oleh 40 peserta. Selain itu, PKM Sidoarjo melakukan penanaman tanaman herbal dan sayuran sekaligus memberikan edukasi kepada ibu-ibu PKK mengenai pemanfaatan hasil kebun untuk UMKM yang lebih luas dan berpotensi naik kelas.

Abstract

Indonesia faces challenges and opportunities in the digital era, where industry becomes a threat if human resources do not have sufficient skills to support this change. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job demands, job resources, and job involvement on employee job satisfaction. Job demands affect job satisfaction, job resources affect job satisfaction, and job involvement affects job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Magelang Regency. The sample taken in this study were 45 employees with saturated sampling. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that job demands have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job resources have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job demands, job resources, and job involvement have an influence of 84.4% on job satisfaction, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This community service project aims to highlight the significant role of handicrafts in preserving cultural identity, particularly in the context of Blora. Ikatan Wanita BRI (IWABRI) has been actively involved in promoting traditional handicrafts as a means of empowering women and revitalizing local communities. By providing training and resources, IWABRI help artisans to create unique and sustainable products that reflect the rich cultural heritage of Blora. The methodology employed in this community service initiative was Participatory Action Research (PAR), a strategic framework designed to foster learning and address community needs concurrently. This approach encompassed five stages: understanding, planning, acting, changing, and knowing. A total of 21 individuals participated in the program. The initiative successfully enabled participants to conceptualize and produce handicraft designs from inception to completion. However, the quality of the final products varied due to individual skill disparities.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the growing discourse on religious education-based multicultural, then reorienting the discourse according to the concept of tasamuh. This study, with a qualitative analysis of literature, found that the instigators of the concept of multiculturalism had enough influence Muslims so that religious education should be reorientated. Reorientation does with reconciling tasamuh in religious education-based multicultural. This reorientation is important, because the mission of multicultural education containing religious pluralism, humanism, and democracy, can not be an alternative in the practice of religious education. If this model is applied in education, then this could threaten the faith and morals of students, especially for Muslim students. In society, Islam has implemented the concept of tasa>muh}. With this concept, Islam made it easier for other people to not disturb the faith of Muslims. This reorientation is very appropriate for addressing diversity, with formulations that do not harm the unity of the nation, at the same time the Islamic faith was still solid.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of zakat literacy and zakat spirituality on the compliance behavior of muzakki in paying zakat. The independent variables are zakat literacy and zakat spirituality, while the dependent variable is compliance behavior in paying zakat. A quantitative approach was employed, with the research conducted in Majene District, West Sulawesi. The population consists of muzakki who meet the criteria for the study. A sample of 80 respondents was selected using purposive sampling, with calculations based on the percentage formula. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both zakat literacy and zakat spirituality significantly and positively influence the compliance behavior of muzakki in paying zakat.

Abstract

Islamic Commercial Banks is one of the institutions that provide financing for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Inflation, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Margin Levels on Small and Medium Enterprises (PUKM) financing in Islamic Commercial Banks. The type of data used in this study is secondary data derived from monthly statistical reports on Islamic banking which are accessed through the official website of the financial services authority and the website of Bank Indonesia. The period of this research is from 2016 to 2021. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study concluded that DPK and Margin Level had a significant effect on PUKM. While inflation and NPF have no significant effect on PUKM. Islamic commercial banks as intermediary institutions can increase financing for SMEs by maximizing DPK and margin levels in the hope that financing for SMEs can increase economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence domestic investment. This research is a quantitative study conducted to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), District Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Workforce, and Taxes on PMDN in regencies/cities in Central Java province in 2019- 2021. The data used is a combination of time series and cross section data obtained from BPS Central Java. The analysis tool used is panel data regression. The selected model is the FEM model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there are two variables that have a positive and significant effect on PMDN in the model, namely GRDP and UMK. Meanwhile, the other three variableshave no significant effect on PMDN. Based on research that has been done to keep the investment climate stable, the government can increase the minimum wage and maintain economic stability.
