AbstractThis study aims to determinte he effect of profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), company growth, and capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value proxied by Price Book Value (PBV) in Registered Automotive Companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The population in this study amounted to 15 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling with criteria, obtained a total sample of 12 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test and F test to calculate simultaneously, t test to calculate partially and the coefficient of determination to measure changes in the independent variable to the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and capital structure proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). ) has a negative and insignificant effect, while simultaneously ROE, Growth and DER have a positive and significant influence on firm value as proxied by PBV. This study aims to provide an understanding to the community that the role of Qur'an teachers is so great in instilling religious character in children. By analyzing how the efforts made by the teacher in teaching the Qur'an, we will find out how much awareness and responsibility the teacher has in transferring the knowledge that exists in him to his students. The research method used is a qualitative method in a descriptive form, starting from the lack of quality of reading the Qur'an and the morality and willingness of children to study decreased. Qualitative Research is an approach in conducting a study that relies on problems in the field. The results of this study explain that the form of efforts of teachers to study in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in children is: using the talaqqi method, providing facilities without any charges, tadarrus of the Qur'an every day, providing an approach to students specifically so that they feel comfortable in learning, providing motivation and advice in the form, teachers must carry out sincere and patient intentions in providing teaching. In addition, in order to achieve the expected goals, in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, it is necessary to have aspects that support it such as, qualified teachers, teacher cooperation between peers, cooperation of parents of students, good relations with the community, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The supporting factor in the form of the teacher's efforts to study is the support of the parents of the students and the community who are in the home environment..

Labor has an important role in economic development, especially in the agricultural sector, but it will be a problem if the amount of Labor is not proportional to the available employment. This is a challenge for the government to be able to provide employment along with the increasing labor force. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Human Development Index, Minimum wage, open unemployment on employment in the agricultural sector in Central Java province. The results of panel data regression concluded that the model selected in the panel data is FEM with the results of the open unemployment rate variable has a positive and significant effect on agricultural sector labor, but the minimum wage, HDI, GDP variables have a positive and insignificant effect on Labor. Validity test of influence in the FEM model concluded in the F test variable minimum wage, HDI, GDP, TPT together influence on Labor. R-square in the FEM model of 77.44% of the variables in the model affect the workforce. Based on the results of the estimates, the effect of GDP, HDI, Minimum wage, open unemployment rate is positive. The open unemployment rate variable has an effect on HDI, but the GDP variable, Human Development Index and minimum wage have no effect on the agricultural sector workforce. GDP variable does not affect the agricultural sector labor with a probability of 0.3196. Human development index variable has no effect on the agricultural sector workforce of 0.1509. The district minimum wage variable has no effect on the agricultural sector workforce of 0.8503. Variable open unemployment rate affects the agricultural sector workforce of 0.0000. F test of 0.0000 means that the variables GDP, HDI, Minimum wage, open unemployment rate jointly affect the agricultural sector workforce.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of online sales during the Covid-19 pandemic on Batik Jetis UKM. All activities are carried out online or online to avoid crowds. Of course, this situation has an impact on the Indonesian economy, especially in the UMKM sector. The decline in the turnover of UMKM actors is very significant, including the business field for providing written batik. Online sales are a strategy as well as a means of boosting economic life during a pandemic. The method for obtaining data in this study is a qualitative approach with direct interviews with resource persons, namely the business actors of Batik Jetis and also a SWOT analysis. During this pandemic, UMKM are very influential because they can stabilize the Indonesian economy. Collaboration by UMKM by collaborating with platforms, marketplaces and social media is very helpful as a media for marketing, promotion and online sales.

Kepala madrasah memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam keberhasilan program di madrasah. Kepala Madrasah MI Walisongo Podo menggunakan peran manajerialnya berinisiatif mencetuskan program literasi Senin Membaca Bersama (SEMESA) yang didukung semua warga madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah dalam membina minat baca siswa melalui program SEMESA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran kepala madrasah di MI Walisongo Podo dalam membina minat baca siswa melalui program SEMESA meliputi peran: (1) peran hubungan antar pribadi (Interpersonal), terdiri dari peran wakil/simbolis, peran pemimpin, peran penghubung; (2) peran penyambung informasi, terdiri dari peran pengawas aliran informasi, penerus informasi, juru bicara; dan (3) peran pembuat keputusan, terdiri dari peran pengusaha/pelopor, pengentas kendala, pengalokasi sumber daya, dan perundingan. Kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam berinovasi dan berkolaborasi dengan semua pihak menjadi jalan keluar dalam memaksimalkan faktor pendukung dan meminimalkan faktor penghambat.

Pendidikan sebagai salah satu gardan penggerak faktor penentu sumber daya manusia yang unggul untuk kemajuan bangsa. Keberadaan media akan lebih membantu tercapainya tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. Pembelajaran tematik adalah pembelajaran terpadu yang menggunakan tema sebagai fokus utama dan memberikan pengalaman bermakna kepada siswa secara utuh. Rendahnya minat belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan minimal menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, sehingga penggunaan media audio visual di kaji pengaruhnya pada pembelajaran tematik integratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif model deskriptif korelasi dan dilaksanakan pada bulan februari 2020 dengan populasi 210 siswa dan sampel 70 siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan bahwa: 1) penggunaan media audio visual pada pembelajaran tematik integratif berada pada kategori baik, dengan prosentase 52,86% atau 37 siswa, 2) minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik integratif berada pada kategori baik dengan prosentase 48,57% atau 34 siswa, dan 3) Penggunaan media audio visual berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar pada pembelajaran tematik integratif dengan r0 = 0,624 lebih besar daripada r1 pada taraf signifikan 5% (r1=6,235) dan 1% (r1=0,306). Madrasah diharapkan lebih sering pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual apalagi materi yang mungkin tidak dapat terjangkau oleh pemikiran siswa. Pembelajaran media audio visual dapat diterapkan disemua level kelas.

In the provisions of the Marriage Law, there are no clear provisions regarding the arrangement of interfaith marriages, giving rise to a legal vacuum, to carry out marriages of different religious statuses, they must first obtain a stipulation granted by the PN. PN can be granted by the judge. Even though the Marriage Law does not regulate marriage with different religious statuses. The type of research chosen by the author in this study is normative (normative juridical). This relates to reviewing, explaining, and analyzing legal regulations relating to interfaith marriages, by examining legal materials such as a copy of Case Determination No. 622/Pdt.P/2018/PN.Mks regarding Basis for Judge Considerations in Granting Applications for Execution of Different Marriages Religion. Whereas the basis for the Makassar District Court judge in granting the request of the applicant named X (pseudonymized name) of the applicant and the applicant named Y (pseudonymized name) regarding the implementation of marriages of different religions is to prevent the application of smuggling of social and religious values "samen leven" or cohabiting and smuggling applicable laws. Then the judge's consideration was that the wishes of the applicants must be respected as part of human rights according to what was mandated in articles 27 and 29 of the 1945 Constitution and guided by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No: 1400 K/Pdt/1986 dated 20 January 1989.

Antiinflammatory activity tests of extract and fractions of kenitu Leaves (Chrysopyllum cainito L) in vitro were carried out. This research aimed to determine the anti-inflammatory activity of crude extract methanol of kenitu leave with protein denaturation inhibition method by using BSA (Bovine serum albumin). Diclofenac sodium was used as positive control and the negative control used the appropriate solvent. Based on phytochemical screening test, methanol extracts are known to contain secondary metabolites including flavonoids, alkaloids and phenolics. The results of the anti-inflammatory activity test of methanol extract have moderate anti-inflammatory potential with an IC50 value of 196,29 ppm. Electronic Word of Mouth currently is a way for people transform informations with others. There is Perceived Risk which must be considered. This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth, Persived Risk, on purchasing decisions in the Marketplace. The sample of this research is consumers who have made online purchases at Shopee in Magelang. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample 100 respondents. Multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0 program used in statistical process. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultanoustly, Electronic Word of Mouth and Perceived Risk have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang masjid Gamlamo dari aspek sejarah dan peranannya. Adapun judul penelitian ini adalah Masjid Gamlamo: Studi Tradisi Lisan Terhadap Dakwah Islam di Jailolo Halmahera Barat Abad XIX. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sejarah berdirinya Masjid Gamlamo? bagaimana peran masjid Gamlamo terhadap dakwah Islam?. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Masjid Gamlamo sebagai salah satu bangunan bersejarah yang melambangkan jejak Kesultanan dalam penyebaran Islam dan penyiaran Islam yang tergabung dalam empat Kesultanan di Maluku Utara, Ternate, Tidore, Jailolo dan Bacan (Maloko Kie Raha). Masjid Gamlamo masjid tertua yang dibangun pada awal tahun 1900-an atas swadaya masyarakat yang bergotong royong bahu-membahu mendirikan tempat ibadah. Berawal tidak adanya bangunan rumah ibadah bagi kaum muslim di Jailolo, maka atas prakarsa Suku Moro (suku tertua di Jailolo) rakyat Jailolo bersepakat dan berswadaya mendirikan masjid. Empat suku di Jailolo yaitu suku Moro, Wayuli, Porniti, Gamlamo baik itu yang beragama Islam maupun Kristen turut berpartisipasi membangun Masjid Gamlamo. Tiap-tiap suku memberikan kontribusi berupa pemasangan Tiang Kaba (Soko Guru) pada ruang ibadah masjid. Tiang Kaba sebagai simbolisasi persatuan dan kesatuan rakyat Jailolo yang saling bersaudara dan tetap menjaga hubungan baik antar sesama walau beda suku dan agama. Dalam sejarahnya masjid Gamlamo tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat ibadah, tempat bermusyawarah namun digunakan pula sebagai benteng pertahanan dalam melawan penjajah Belanda, sehingga masjid Gamlamo dijadikan sebagai markas perjuangan melawan penjajah. Peran dakwah masjid Gamlamo ialah sebagai lembaga keagamaan, tatacara pelaksanaan ibadah, falsafat adat orang Jailolo.Kata Kunci: Masjid Gamlamo, Dakwah IslamAbstractThis study aims to discuss the Gamlamo mosque from the historical aspect and its role. The title of this research is Gamlamo Mosque: Study of Oral Traditions on Islamic Propagation in Jailolo West Halmahera XIX Century. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the history of the establishment of the Gamlamo Mosque? what is the role of the Gamlamo mosque in the propagation of Islam? The results of this study show the Gamlamo Mosque as one of the historical buildings which symbolizes the traces of the Sultanate in the spread of Islam and Islamic broadcasting which are members of the four Sultanates in North Maluku, Ternate, Tidore, Jailolo and Bacan (Maloko Kie Raha). Gamlamo Mosque is the oldest mosque which was built in the early 1900s by the self-help community working together to build a place of worship. Starting from the fact that there were no houses of worship for Muslims in Jailolo, then on the initiative of the Moro tribe (the oldest tribe in Jailolo) the people of Jailolo agreed and volunteered to build a mosque. Four tribes in Jailolo, namely the Moro, Wayuli, Porniti, Gamlamo, both Muslim and Christian, participated in building the Gamlamo Mosque. Each tribe contributed in the form of installing a Kaba Pole (Soko Guru) in the mosque's prayer room. The Kaba Pole is a symbol of the unity and unity of the Jailolo people who are brothers and sisters and continue to maintain good relations between people despite different ethnicities and religions. In its history, the Gamlamo mosque was not only used as a place of worship, a place for deliberations, but was also used as a stronghold against the Dutch colonialists, so that the Gamlamo mosque was used as the headquarters of the struggle against the colonialists.
